글로벌 간호실습 교육 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Global Nursing Practice Education Experience)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to obtain basic data for developing a global nursing practice education program. Methods: The data collection period was from July 2 to 11, 2020. The study participants were professors with experience in design, operation and management of global nursing practice education or experts with experience in international cooperation projects, and 8 people who agreed to participate in focus group interview (FGI). FGI was conducted twice in total and the directed content analysis method was applied. Results: The categories of 'practice design' are 'growing as a global nursing leader' and 'working together towards one goal'. The categories of 'practice operation' are 'watching, listening, and performing', 'self-directed organizing from preparation to finishing', and 'learning the value of participation rather than grades'. The category of 'practice management' is 'one's own weight to carry'. Conclusion: Global nursing practice education aims one goal - growing as a global nursing leader - and is self-directed course from preparation to an end with watching, listening and performing together. It is about learning the value of participation rather than grades. This can be used as basic data for the design, operation and management of global nursing practice education in the future.

일 대학 간호학생의 자기효능감, 실습만족도 및 기본간호수기술과의 관계 (A Study Related to Self-Efficacy, Satisfaction with Practice and Fundamentals of Nursing Practicum)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum in student nurses. Method: The participants were 185 first year students at K College of Nursing in Jeonbuk Province who were taking a practicum for Fundamentals of Nursing and agreed to participate in the study. Data collection was done from November 19 to 30, 2007. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire on self-efficacy, satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum. Data were analyzed by SPSS-PC ver 12.0. Results: Self-efficacy and fundamentals of nursing practicum were significantly different depending on satisfaction with major and school life. Satisfaction with practice was significantly different depending on relationship with schoolmates and school life. Self-efficacy showed a significantly positive correlation with satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum. Also, satisfaction with practice showed a significantly positive correlation with fundamentals of nursing practicum. Conclusion: This study suggests that self-efficacy helps student nurses to plan a self-directed nursing performance, improves their ability to solve problems and helps to perform fundamentals of nursing practicum well.

웹 프로그래밍 학습을 위한 자기주도적 코스웨어의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Self-Directed Courseware to Study Web Programming)

  • 본 논문에서는 Html, CSS, JavaScript, Dhtml 등의 웹 언어를 자기주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 웹-기반 코스웨어를 설계하고 구현하였다. 각 단원별로 이론 학습 및 동영상 학습, 실습, 형성평가, 과제실과 자유 게시판으로 이루어져 있으며, 교수자가 그러한 학습내용을 토대로 평가가 가능하도록 하여 웹상에서 교육, 평가, 성적을 처리할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 특히, 한 화면에서 동영상을 보면서 화면의 이동 없이 따라하며 실습하고 결과보기를 할 수 있어, 웹 언어 학습 내용을 학습자 스스로 충분히 숙지하고 실습할 수 있는 웹-기반 학습 환경을 제공한다. 이를 통하여 학습자는 텍스트로 즉각적으로 이해하기 어려운 웹 언어를 효율적으로 실습해 볼 수 있어 학습 이해도를 높일 수 있고 학습자가 주도적으로 학습에 참여하여 흥미를 높일 수 있게 하였다.

Instructional Design in the Cyber Classroom for Secondary Students' Basic English Language Competence

  • This paper aims to explore instructional design of a cyber classroom for secondary students' basic English language competence. A paucity of support for low or under achieving students' English learning exists particularly at the secondary level. In order to bridge the gap, there has been demand for online educational resources considered to be an effective tool in improving students' self-directed learning and motivation. This study employs a comprehensive approach to instructional design for the asynchronous cyber classroom with the underlying premise that different learning theories can be applied in a complementary manner to serve different pedagogical purposes best. Gagné's conditions of learning theory, Bruner's constructivist theory, Carroll's minimalist theory, and Vygotsky's social cognitive development theory serve as the basis for designing instruction and selecting appropriate media. The ADDIE model is used to develop online teaching and learning materials. Twenty-five key grammatical features were selected through the analysis of the national curriculum of English, being grouped into five units. Each feature is covered in one cyber asynchronous class. An Integration Class is given at the end of every five classes for synthesis, where students can practice grammatical features in a communicative context. Related theories, pedagogical practices, and practical web-design strategies for cyber Basic English classes are discussed with suggestions for research, practice and policy to support self-directed learning through a cyber class.

베이직 플라워 디자인 기초교육 방법 (A Study on the method Education of Basic Floral Design)

  • 본 연구는 꽃 디자인 능력을 향상시키기 위한 효과적인 교수법을 연구하기 위해 사전 학습(e- 러닝), 매뉴얼로 모델링, 학습자의 실습, 1:1 교육 코칭, 자기 평가, 코칭 행동 평가(1차, 2차) 등의 모델을 작성하여 적용되었다. 첫째, 사전 학습을 통한 인지 실습 교육은 꽃 디자인 실천에서 매우 필수적이다. 둘째, 플로랄 디자인의 연습 수업은 교수가 일반적으로 예제를 설정하고 학습자가 따라하는 수업이다. 셋째, 본 연구는 체크리스트를 작성하고, 자체 평가를 통해 반영하고, 완성된 작품에 대한 꽃무늬 디자인의 요소, 원리 및 기술 부분에 따라 평가 양식을 작성하는 것이다. 그 이후로 각 교수의 평가 양식을 교수가 직접 분석하여 피드백을 제공한 결과 자체 작업의 자체 검토 및 기술 부품의 품질 수준이 향상되었다. 넷째, 수업 시간 내에 완료 한 기존 수업과는 달리, 연습 수업은 자발적 연습을 했다. 다섯째, 마지막 단계에서 포트폴리오의 작업 프로세스를 배치하여 다시 스케치 및 촬영을 통해 학습자가 만든 작품을 평가하는 것이다. 또한 체크리스트와 함께 제작 방법 및 주의 사항을 준비하고 교수님의 피드백을 받으면서 꽃 디자인 능력이 크게 향상되었다. 결론적으로, 이 연구는 학습자에 의한 연습 형태의 여섯 단계를 통한 꽃 디자인의 기본 능력을 향상시키는 데 훌륭한 학습 모델이 된다는 것을 발견했다. 따라서 학습자의 자기 주도적 학습에 큰 도움이 될 것이므로 향후 이와 관련된 교재 개발 및 현장 적응이 고려된다.

치위생과 학생의 전문직 자아개념과 임상실습 만족도와의 관계 연구 (A study on the professional self-concept of dental hygiene students and their satisfaction level with clinical practice)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the professional self-concept of dental hygiene students, their satisfaction level with clinical practice and the correlation of the two factors. The subjects in this study were 129 dental hygiene seniors at a college located in the city of J. The selected students had been engaged in a 16-week clinical practice. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The dental hygiene students investigated got a mean of 3.34 out of possible five points on professional self-concept. As for the subfactors of professional self-concept, they got 3.75, 3.38 and 2.87 respectively on communication, professional work handling and satisfaction level. 2. They got a mean of 3.29 out of possible five points on satisfaction level with clinical practice. As to the subfactors of the satisfaction level, they gave 3.60, 3.50, 3.46, 3.04 and 2.83 to environments for practice, the content of practice, supervision, the length of practice and evaluation respectively. 3. In regard to the relationship of general characteristics to professional self-concept, satisfaction level with the major and social perception of dental hygienist made significant differences to professional self-concept. 4. As for connections between the general characteristics and satisfaction level with clinical practice, satisfaction with clinical practice was significantly different according to satisfaction with the major, satisfaction with the amount of practice and satisfaction with social perception of dental hygienist. 5. There was a significantly positive correlation between professional self-concept and satisfaction level with clinical practice(r=.383, p=.001). In conclusion, how much dental hygienists who are trained to be a dental hygienist are gratified with clinical practice is one of integral factors to affect their development of professional self-concept. Therefore prolonged research efforts should be directed into determining in which way clinical practice should be implemented to develop the professional self-concept of would-be dental hygienists and how to raise their satisfaction with clinical practice.

수출기업에서 자기주도학습능력이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 조직문화의 조절효과 (The Impacts of self-directed learning on job satisfaction, organizational commitment : Focused on moderating effects of organizational culture)

  • 본 연구에서는 글로벌 경쟁시대의 기업성과향상을 위하여 수출기업에서 자기주도학습능력이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 집권화와 분권화된 조직문화특성이 자기주도학습능력과 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습에 대한 자기주도학습능력 변수 중 학습의 책임수용성 변인만이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집권화의 조직문화의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 학습의 책임성 수용(t=-1.934, p<0.01), 학습자적 신념(t=-1.820, p<0.001), 미래지향성(t=2.249, p<0.001) 변인들과 조직몰입 관계에 집권화가 조절효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미래지향성(t=-1.645, p<0.01) 변인과 조직몰입 관계에 분권화가 조절효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 학습자 개인적차원과 조직적 차원에서 자기주도학습능력에 대한 지원 및 분위기 조성이 전제 되어야 한다는 기존 연구결과를 수출기업에서 다시 재확인하였으며, 지식정보사회에서 조직의 역량과 성과를 향상시키기 위해 관료제적 계층조직에서 유기적 학습조직으로 적극 변화되어야 한다는 연구결과를 제시하였다.

동료 교수학습 기반 자율실습이 핵심기본간호술 숙련도, 수행자신감 및 자아효능감에 미치는 효과에 관한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Effect of Self-directed Practice based Peer-tutoring on Performance, Confidence and Self-efficacy of Core Nursing Skills in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 동 학년 동료 교수학습 기반 자율실습이 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 숙련도, 수행자신감 및 자아효능감에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전·후 유사실험연구이다. 자료수집은 K시 소재 일개 전문대학 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중인 실험군 34명, 대조군 34명의 총 68명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월 12일까지 시행되었다. 연구결과 동료 교수학습 기반 자율실습을 적용한 실험군과 적용하지 않은 대조군 간 유치 도뇨의 숙련도(t=11.60, p<.001), 수행자신감(t=4.12, p<.001), 보호장구 착용과 폐기물 관리의 숙련도(t=5.91, p<.001), 수행자신감(t=4.24, p<.001), 배출 관장의 숙련도(t=2.82, p=.008), 수행자신감(t=2.09, p=.044) 및 자아효능감(t=4.52, p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결과적으로 동료 교수학습 기반 자율실습은 핵심기본간호술 숙련도와 수행자신감 및 자아효능감 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었으며, 기존 자율실습을 보완할 수 있는 효율적인 방안으로의 활용 가능성이 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 향후 동료 교수학습을 다양한 전공과목에 확대 적용하여 효과를 검정하는 연구를 제언한다.

초등 예비 교사의 자유탐구 방법에 대한 선호도 및 실행 결과 분석 (The Preference and Result Analysis on Free Inquiry Method of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to make a preference and result analysis on the free inquiry method of pre-service elementary school teachers. Also, this study investigates how free inquiry activities effect the science-related attitudes and the self-directed learning characteristics of pre-service elementary school teachers. For this study 76, second year, science education pre-service elementary school teachers from Busan National University of education were selected. The inquiry examined the effectiveness of each of the following teaching methods: the IIM method, the PBL method, the PROJECT method, and the small group inquiry method. The students were divided into groups in which they incorporated the respective methods into their practice. In conclusion, the IIM free inquiry activities proved to be much more effective than the PBL method, the PROJECT method, and the small group inquire method in terms of developing self-directed learning characteristics and science related attitudes at the significant difference of p=0.05.

  • This study aimed to analyze the class effect of subjects to which Problem-Based Learning is applied to college students majoring in aviation service at university in Chungcheong. And we derive implications for continuously operating Problem-Based Learning classes. For the study, <Service Manners and Practice>, <Theory of Air Reservation Operation & Practice>, and <Introduction to In-flight Food & Beverage> were selected among the courses opened in the first semester of 2022. This study analyzes changes in communication competence, interpersonal skills, self-directed learning skills, higher-order thinking skills, information technology application skills, and problem-solving skills reflecting the core competencies of the universities to which the study students belonged. First, we analyzed the changes in communication competence, interpersonal skills, self-directed learning skills, higher-order thinking skills, information technology application skills, and problem-solving skills before and after classes by reflecting on the core competencies of the universities to which the study students belonged. As a result, all item except for interpersonal skills were improved. In addition, a qualitative analysis was conducted on the degree of learning improvement based on the contents of the reflection journal written during learning precess. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that it is effective for learning abilities such as communication, interpersonal relationships, self-directed learning skills, utilization of information, and problem-solving.
