최근 다중 사용자 환경에서 안전한 대리서명을 설계하고자 하는 연구가 진행되면서, threshold 서명 방식을 대리서명에 적용한 threshold 대리서명 기법들이 제안되고 있다. 최근 Hsu와 Wu는 이산대수 문제 기반의 자체인증 공개키(Self-certified public key)를 사용하는 threshold 대리서명 기법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 대리서명 기법이 자체인증 공개키의 취약성에 의한 원서명자의 위조 공격 (Original signer's forgery attack)에 취약함을 보임으로써 부인 방지 (nonrepudiation) 성질을 가지지 못함을 확인한다.

All components such as structure, engine, electrical equipment, wire etc. should have certified qualities and functions for safe flight. The wire like a blood vessel of man is connected with most components and supply a electrical signal or power to them and only certified wire through a lot of tests such as rating, flame resistance, self-extinguishing, protection of EMI etc. must be used in aircraft. In other words, the wire should observe many certification requirements because it is one of the most important components.

In order to ensure the reliability and specialty of weapon system test results, a policy of extending certified testing service institutions has been driven by applying accreditation system of the ones in defense industry. Bass and Logistic models are used to apply the policy effectively and forecast the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions. The parameters for diffusion forecast are estimated using the diffusion pattern of certified testing service institutions in non-defense industry, and these are applied to forecast the diffusion of certified ones in defense industry. Coefficients of innovation and imitation of Bass model are analyzed to derive the factors influencing the early adoption and diffusion patterns. The more increasing the coefficients, the earlier adoption occurred. Diffusion pattern due to coefficient of imitation, internal factor, has larger effect on sensitivity of diffusion pattern. This means that the self recognition of necessity is more effectively worked than the policy or regulations driven by government.

이 연구는 특정소방대상물의 소방시설에 대한 자체점검을 수행하는 소방시설관리사의 운용실태를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 도시 공설소방서비스로 소방검사를 보완하는 자체점검을 수행하는 소방시설관리사를 대상으로 직무환경, 제도환경, 운용환경 등에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 소방시설관리사제도의 운용실태에 대한 문제점을 실증적으로 파악하였다. 연구에 나타난 결과는 자체점검에 대한 법적 제도적 장치미비로 건물주와 소방검사원 그리고 소방시설관리사 상호간에 갈등이 있는 것으로 나타나 제도정착을 위해서는 상호보완 협력적 관계를 정립해야 할 것으로 나타났다.

Along with the development of Information Technology, online transactions through Internet have become more popular for the reasons of convenience and efficiency. In order to provide secure and reliable online transactions, an effective electronic payment protocol is crucial. In this paper, we propose a novel electronic payment protocol for digital product transactions with an offline arbiter to achieve fair exchange, automated dispute resolution, customer anonymity, and customer unlinkability. In our protocol a product token is adopted to eliminate the need of key management for digital product decryption in the offline arbiter. In addition, Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC)-based self-certified public key is utilized to further reduce computing overheads. According to our analysis, the efficiency of our protocol can be greatly increased in comparison with previous literatures.

This paper empirically determines the extent to which ISO 9001 certified small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were able to attain the eight quality management principles on which the ISO 9004:2000 Standard is based. It employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process approach in determining the percent weightings of these principles and the self-assessment questions which form part of the ISO 9004:2000 Standards. Of particular interest is a weakness of these enterprises in formulating policies addressing the needs and expectations of shareholders and the society in terms of the community and the public affected by the organisations or its products. This paper makes a contribution to the body of knowledge in the field of quality management in Trinidad and Tobago where such work is limited. It adds value by empirically measuring TQM implementation through determining the extent to which its criteria are implemented in ISO 9001 certified SMEs.

클라우드 스토리지를 이용하면 사용자는 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 데이터를 원격으로 위탁 및 공유할 수 있게 된다. 그러나 기존에 클라우드에 존재하는 보안상 위협과 사용자가 물리적으로 본인의 데이터를 소유하고 있지 않는다는 사실로 인해, 클라우드 스토리지 서버에 저장된 사용자 데이터에 대한 무결성 검증이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 최근 몇 년간 클라우드 스토리지 환경에서 공공 무결성 검증 기법을 제안하는 많은 연구들이 제안되어 왔다. 그러나 현재까지 제안된 대부분의 클라우드 공공 무결성 검증 기법의 경우 검증 단계에서 과도한 연산량이 발생하거나 안전성을 보장받지 못했다. 본 논문에서는 J. Zhang등이 제안한 자체 인증 기반 무결성 검증 기법이 두 가지 공격에 취약함을 보인 후, 이 두 가지 공격에 안전하면서도 동일한 연산 효율성을 보장하는 새로운 자체인증 기반 클라우드 무결성 검증 기법을 제안한다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안하는 기법이 세 가지 안전성 모델에서 안전함을 증명한다.

공인탐정제도 도입에 따른 경제적 효과는 도입시 조사영엽의 합법화와 경비, 조사시장의 활성화로 약 4,877억원의 매출이, 장기적으로는 1조 2,724억원의 매출효과가 연구발표되었다. 탐정업의 도입필요성은 "미래 유망분야의 새로운 직업"으로 선정되어 '신직업'으로 보고 있고, '사실 조사를 지원하는 공인탐정제도'는 현 정부의 공약이기도 했다. 이에 현재 계류중인 법안이 국회를 통과하면 합법적으로 탐정들의 사실조사가 가능해 진다. 최근 국회에 '공인탐정법안', '공인탐정 및 공인탐정업에 관한 법률안'이 계류중이다. 공인탐정제도 도입에 대한 합법과 불법의 경계에 관한 논의가 지속되고 있다. 탐정제도는 OECD 가입 34개국 중 우리나라를 제외한 모든 국가에서 허용되고 있으며, 물론 각국의 실정에 맞게 자격인증, 교육, 영업 등록 등 다양한 관리제도를 통해 국민의 권익보호에 필요한 탐정업의 장점은 활성화하면서 부작용 등 단점은 최소화되고 있다. 따라서 우리도 탐정을 금지할 것이 아니라 적정한 관리를 통해 새로운 제도를 받아들일 필요가 있으며, 새로운 청년의 일자리와 퇴직근로자들의 일자리 창출을 할 수 있는 새로운 직업이 창출되어야 할 것이다. 물론 기존의 신용조사업, 경비업, 손해사정사 등으로 우리나라에서도 개별적으로 조사 관련 업무가 일부 진행되고 탐정이라는 새로운 제도를 도입하여 시행하다 보면, 업무의 혼란으로 더 큰 우려가 야기될 수 있다는 주장도 있다. 하지만 관련 직군과의 업무의 충돌문제도 열린 새로운 연구와 제도 및 정책의 제안이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 윤재옥 의원의 '공인탐정법안', 이완영의원의 '공인탐정 및 공인탐정업에 관한 법률안'의 주요 내용을 바탕으로 왜 탐정 입법안이 조속히 마련되어야 하는지, 탐정과 일자리 창출과 어떤 관련이 있는지, 탐정제도를 도입하게 되었을 경우 자격면제 기준에 왜 엄격한 법제화가 필요한지, 공인탐정제도의 불명확성으로 어떤 우려가 될 수 있는지 크게 4가지에 관련된 문제점을 제시하여, 첫째, 헌법재판소의 탐정유사명칭 사용금지와 치안수요의 한계에 대한 합법과 불법의 모호성으로 조속한 입법안이 마련되어야 하며, 둘째, '심부름센터', '흥신소'등의 음성화로 사회적 문제점을 일자리 창출과 연계하여 공인탐정법안의 필요성을 살펴보고, 셋째, 공인탐정자격 면제 기준의 문제을 엄격한 법제화를 통해 탐정 제도의 도입에 대한 부분을 살펴보고, 마지막으로 공인탐정업무의 불명확성에 대한 우려에 대한 개선방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

Purpose: This study is investigate the role conflict, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction degree of the physician assistant nurses, and to grasp the factors affecting job satisfaction. Methods: Data were collected from September to October, 2018 and 156 physician assistant nurses working at one certified tertiary hospital, four general hospitals, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The degree of job satisfaction of the subject was 2.76 out of 5. The influential factors in the job satisfaction of the subjects were professional self-concept (β=.51, p<.001), and role conflict (β=-.29, p<.001), affected job satisfaction by 53.5%. Conclusion: In order to improve the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses, the role conflict should be solved and a plan to form a positive self-concept should be sought. Therefore, through the identification of the roles that are appropriate to the situation in Korea and the legal and institutional positioning, they will need to be recognized and developed.

본 논문에서는 기존의 일회용 비밀번호 시스템의 사용 횟수의 제한 문제를 "서명 고리" 개념을 사용하여 해결한 횟수 제한이 없는 일회용 비밀번호 시스템을 제안한다 제안하는 방식은, 역설적인 개인식별정보 방식인, 자체인증 개인식별정보에 기반을 둔 서명방식을 사용하였으며, 홈 뱅킹에 적합한 실용적인 일회용 비밀번호 시스템이다.밀번호 시스템이다.
