  • The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting personnel e-Learning acceptance. We used self-efficacy and perceived playfulness as independent variables to extended Technology Acceptance Model in an e-Learning contort. Perceived playfulness is the one of the important personal intrinsic motivational factors which could enlarge the understanding process of technology acceptance in the personal perspective. Questionnaires were collected from 94 respondents who experienced e-Learning systems that L Corporation provided. This study developed and empirically tested a model representing the relationship by using Structural Equation Model among factors which are: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, self-efficacy and attitudes. Also we measured affective and cognitive attitude because, most psychometric literature explain attitude has two different dimensions which are affective and cognitive. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the higher the perceived usefulness the more affected the behavioral intention was to use as well as attitude to be positive. Secondly, as much as perceived playfulness more affected the perceived ease of use as well as self-efficacy. Finally, the perceived ease of use and self-efficacy are not significantly affected attitude while they are affected perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness.

또래수용도와 아동의 기질, 어머니의 양육효능감, 아버지의 양육참여도 (Peer Acceptance in Relation to Children's Temperament, Maternal Self-efficacy, and Paternal Child Rearing Involvement)

  • The study examined the relations of peer acceptance to children's temperament, maternal self-efficacy, and paternal involvement. A total of 405 children (189 popular children, 216 unpopular children; aged 5 years old) and their parents were studied. The children's peer acceptance was measured by peer nomination and the mother's parenting efficacy and father's child rearing involvement were assessed by a parent reported questionnaire. In the results, popular children recorded higher scores than unpopular children in sociability, activity, maternal parenting efficacy, and paternal child rearing involvement.

  • 본 연구에서는 다문화청소년의 학업적응 변화양상을 확인하고 이중문화수용태도, 자아존중감이 학업적응 변화에 미치는 영향의 종단변화를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 다문화청소년 패널 조사 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며 분석결과, 이중문화수용태도, 학업적응, 자아존중감은 각각의 선형변화모형을 통해 3년간 감소하는 양상을 나타냈다. 다변량잠재성장모형을 통한 이중문화수용태도와 학업적응 간 자아존중감의 종단적 매개효과를 분석해 본 결과, 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도와 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개변수로서 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학교생활적응도를 높이기 위해 이중문화수용태도와 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

중도장애, 이혼과 같은 생애위기 경험자의 자기해석 복합성과 심리적 안녕 - 관점의 다각화, 자기수용, 자기조절의 매개효과 - (Complexity of Self-Construal and Psychological Well-Being among People with an Experience of Life-Crisis Due to Physical Disability or Divorce - Taking Multiple Perspectives, Self-Acceptance and Self-Regulation as Mediators -)

  • 성인기에 발생하는 중도장애나 이혼과 같은 생애위기는 당사자의 독립성이나 상호의존성에 대한 도전을 수반하여 그러한 자기인식과 해석에 변화를 초래할 수 있다. 이 연구는 생애위기 경험자의 그와 같은 자기해석이 복합적일수록 긍정적인 자기특성이 양성되어 심리적 안녕이 높을 것으로 보고, 자기해석의 복합성과 심리적 안녕 간의 관계가 자기긍정성을 구성하는 세 요인, 즉 관점의 다각화, 자기수용, 자기조절에 의해 매개되는 경로를 조사하였다. 편의표집에 의해 서울과 수도권 지역에 거주하는 중도장애인, 이혼인, 일반인 비교집단 총 359명을 조사한 결과, 생애위기 경험집단이 평균적으로 일반인 비교집단에 비해 독립적 자기해석이 높았고, 상호의존적 자기해석이 낮았다. 복합적인 자기해석은 예측대로 의미 발견과 의미 부여를 돕는 관점의 다각화와 밀접하게 연관되었고 이를 통해 자기수용, 자기조절과 같은 긍정적 태도에 기여하였으며, 이 중 관점의 다각화와 자기수용을 통한 경로로 생애위기의 경험여부와 상관없이 응답자들의 심리적 안녕, 즉 긍정적 정서의 경험과 우울과 같은 부정적 정서의 감소를 도왔다. 관점의 다각화가 우울을 직접 낮추는 효과는 예측대로 생애위기 경험집단에서만 나타났고, 긍정적 정서를 양성하는 직접효과는 모든 집단에서 발견되었다. 따라서 관점의 다각화가 생애위기의 경험자들 사이에서는 의미 발견과 긍정적 태도 양쪽에 탄력을 주어 적응과 심리적 안녕을 돕는 반면 일반인들 사이에서는 우선적으로 긍정적 태도, 긍정적 정서 등 긍정성을 키워 심리적 안녕에 기여함을 추론할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 관점의 다각화와 복합적인 자기해석이 역경극복에 동력이 되는 의미 찾기를 도우며 긍정적 태도를 양성하여 생애위기 경험자의 심리적 안녕에 기여하는 기제와 심리적 자원으로 각각 기능할 수 있음을 시사하여, 이를 토대로 사회복지실천을 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

Korean Students' Intentions to Use Mobile-Assisted Language Learning: Applying the Technology Acceptance Model

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how Korean students accept and use mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) and investigate related factors that potentially affect MALL usage. The participants were 244 undergraduate students who were surveyed with a questionnaire. The research model, which included students' self-efficacy, content reliability, interactivity, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavioral intention to use MALL, was developed based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). The structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was employed in order to analyze the overall results of modified TAM and the research model. The results indicated that TAM was a good theoretical tool to understand students' acceptance of MALL. In addition, all constructs, with the exception of self-efficacy and interactivity, had significant effects on students' acceptance possibilities of MALL. Limitations and suggestions for the further study are also presented.

스마트폰의 사용자 수용 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Acceptance Model of Smartphone)

  • As network technologies evolve and so-called smart technologies appear, applications of smartphones are being applied in widespread areas. In general, the adoption of smartphones is different from the adoption of information systems. Thus, we tried to find out factors which may affect the user acceptance behavior. However, there have been some academic studies that analyzed the factors that affect user acceptance of smartphones, and their relationships. Under this academic background, we develop a model to examine how smartphones are accepted by users based on technology acceptance model. The theoretical model is validated through an online survey of smartphone users from two universities in Seoul, Korea. The results reveal that the users will have positive attitude towards adopting the smartphone when they perceive that the usage of smartphones is useful. We also find that the perceived usefulness of the smartphone is affected by the perceived ease of use and the media richness. The results also suggest that the perceived ease of use is determined by the self-efficacy whereas the intention to use smartphones is determined bv the perceived usefulness, the self-efficacy, and the attitude toward smartphnes' usage. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

C4I 시스템 사용의 영향 요인에 관한 연구: 구조모형의 매개변수의 관점에서 (A Study of Influencing Factors Upon Using C4I Systems: The Perspective of Mediating Variables in a Structured Model)

  • The general aspects for the future warfare shows that the concept of firepower and maneuver centric warfare has been replacing with that of information and knowledge centric warfare. Thus, some developed countries are now trying to establish the information systems to perform intelligent warfare and innovate defense operations. The C4I(Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence for the Warrior) systems make it possible to do modern and systematic war operations. The basic idea of this study is to investigate how TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) can explain the acceptance behavior in military organizations. Because TAM is inadequate in explaining the acceptance processes forcomplex technologies and strict organizations, a revised research model based upon TAM was developed in order to assess the usage of the C4I system. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting the usage of C4I in the Korean Army. The research model, based upon TAM, was extended through a belief construct such as self-efficacy as one of mediating variables. The self-efficacy has been used as a mediating variable for technology acceptance, and the variable was included in the research model. The external variables were selected on the basis of previous research. The external variables can be classified into following: 1) technological, 2) organizational, and 3) environmental factors on the basis of TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) framework. The technological factor includes the information quality and the task-technology fitness. The organizational factor includes the influence of senior colleagues. The environmental factor includes the education/train data. The external variables are considered very important for explaining the behavior patterns of information technology or systems. A structured questionnaire was developed and administrated to those who were using the C4I system. Total 329 data were used for statistical data analyses. A confirmatory factor analysis and structured equation model were used as main statistical methods. Model fitness Indexes for measurement and structured models were verified before all 18 hypotheses were tested. This study shows that the perceived usefulness and the self-efficacy played their roles more than the perceived ease of use did in TAM. In military organizations, the perceived usefulness showed its mediating effects between external variables and dependent variable, but the perceived ease of use did not. These results imply that the perceived usefulness can explain the acceptance processes better than the perceived ease of use in the army. The self-efficacy was also used as one of the three mediating variables, and showed its mediating effects in explaining the acceptance processes. Such results also show that the self-efficacy can be selected as one possible belief construct in TAM. The perceived usefulness was influenced by such factors as senior colleagues, the information quality, and the task-technology fitness. The self-efficacy was affected by education/train and task-technology fitness. The actual usage of C4I was influenced not by the perceived ease of use but by the perceived usefulness and selfefficacy. This study suggests the followings: (1) An extended TAM can be applied to such strict organizations as the army; (2) Three mediation variables are included in the research model and tested at real situations; and (3) Several other implications are discussed.

대학생의 사회부과적 완벽주의가 우울에 미치는 영향: 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 무조건적 자기수용의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Socially-Prescribed Perfectionism of College Students to Depression: Testing the Mediation effect of Intolerance of Uncertainty and Unconditional Self Acceptance)

  • 본 연구는 사회부과적 완벽주의가 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 무조건적 자기수용을 매개로 우울에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 대학생들의 긍정적인 생활을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 사회부과적 완벽주의, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 무조건적 자기수용, 우울에 미치는 영향을 238명의 대학생을 대상으로 진행하였다. 이에 다차원적 완벽주의척도(MPS)의 하위요소인 사회부과적 완벽주의 척도, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족 척도(IUS), 무조건적 자기수용 척도(USAQ-R), 우울 척도(CES-D)로 구성된 설문을 실시하여 상관분석 및 구조방정식 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회부과적 완벽주의와 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족은 우울과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였고, 무조건적 자기수용과는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 구조방정식 검증을 통해 사회부과적 완벽주의와 우울과의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 무조건적 자기 수용이 완전매개를 보이는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구에서의 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

부모의 양육행동, 남녀 아동의 완벽주의 및 성취동기간의 관계 (The Relationship among Parenting Behaviors, Children's Perfectionism and Achievement Motivation)

  • This study examined the relationship among parenting behaviors, children's perfectionism and achievement motivation, using a sample of 338 fifth and sixth graders. The participants completed questionnaires on parenting behaviors and their perfectionism and achievement motivation. Data were analyzed by factor analyses and multiple regression analysis. Both boys and girls had higher achievement motivation when they perceived higher parental levels of acceptance, and girls showed higher achievement motivation when they perceived higher maternal control/over-expectation. Boys who exhibited self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism and girls who exhibited self-oriented perfectionism showed higher achievement motivation. Boys had higher self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism when perceiving higher parental acceptance and control/over-expectation. Girls showed higher self-oriented perfectionism when perceiving higher parental acceptance and control/over-expectation, and they showed higher socially prescribed perfectionism when perceiving higher paternal control/over-expectation and maternal acceptance and control/over-expectation. It was revealed that both boys' and girls' perfectionism tended to play mediating roles between parenting behaviors and achievement motivation.
