The lecture is the main method of teaching, and the most common activity of students is 'listening.' Therefore, efficient and positive changes are expected if the researcher analyzes and uses students' listening styles to educate them. In addition, as the learner-centered education is emphasized, the learner's characteristics are becoming more important, and this flow increases the value of the listening styles of the student and that of the learning strategy, which is the student's self-directed learning. Therefore, this study examined whether there are differences in science achievement according to the listening styles and learning strategies by statistical analysis of the data obtained by conducting surveys for students in 5th, 7th, and 10th grades. The results of this study are as follows: First, students' listening styles and learning strategies show significant differences between men and women. Second, students' listening styles and learning strategies show significant differences between grade levels. Third, the level of task-oriented and critical listening types among listening styles produce meaningful differences in science achievement. Fourth, listening style, learning strategy, and science achievement have a significant correlation with each other. Finally, in terms of learning strategy-science achievement, it was shown that basic and complex cognitive strategy had a positive correlation with science achievement.

Many empirical studies are conducted in regards to protean career or boundaryless career. The concept and the notion of protean career and boundaryless career has extended so far. Yet, the gap in the literature exists. Previous literature focused on the relationship among protean career, boundaryless career, and subjective career success, but examined little about the influence of protean career and boundaryless career on positive career attitude or future learning readiness. Therefore, this study explores the moderating effect of supporting policy of career development among protean career orientation, boundaryless career, positive career attitude, and future learning readiness. There was moderating effect of supporting policy of career development among the relationships of protean career orientation and future learning readiness; the relationships of boundaryless career and future learning readiness. The moderating effect of supporting policy of career development implies that the intention of career development in self-directed way and learning are related. In addition, The role of HRD/HRM department which takes initiatives in career development can affect the learning readiness for future among workers.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the present stage of community archives movement in the UK. By doing so, it draws some implications of the UK case for the community archives movement in Korea. The UK's 'Independent' community archives as a part of grassroots movement are characterized by participation, autonomy, and self-help of community members. Along with the appearance of the concept of 'community', the UK has experienced the revitalization period of community archives in the social context of community-based urban regeneration project. Recently, the UK's community archives have transformed themselves into building a 'governance model' relying on the partnership with mainstream archives. In particular, the UK model of community archives is based 'on their own ways' with their autonomy as a product of intrinsic development initiated by communities themselves. The character of the model of this type is very analogous to the nature of maul' community archives movement in Korea. Since the early 2000s, however, the UK model of community archives has been evolving into a way of building governance through their appropriation of the skills and methodologies from mainstream archives without endangering the autonomous essences of community archives themselves. We need to note the point of local researchers' view in archival science who have tried to seek out the methodology for building maul community archives with regard to openness and collaboration. In this respect, a shift in archival principle in the UK would give significant implications in regenerating the locally based community model.

The global aging phenomenon and new lifestyles have a worldwide attention to the new tourism form of health tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze and suggest the competitive types of health tourism. Through the literature review, the theoretical base on the concept and type of health tourism and hierarchical spatial types such as medical space, semi-medical space, non-medical space, and natural healing space, based on medical intervention was established. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the professionals in Jeju area about tourism, health care, policy. As a result of analysis based on competitiveness advantage factors of Jeju health tourism, Jeju health tourism was confirmed to have higher importance in the natural healing space than the health service center space. Three kinds of resources such as natural resources, healing resources, and active resources of Jeju type health tourism were derived and applied to two hierarchical spaces, natural healing space and non-medical healing space, based on medical intervention.

This research identifies an educational ideal, purpose of goal intrinsic to Hindu ashrama and provide a concrete list of appropriate educational contents and methods in accordance with them. The ideal is moksa a pursuit of spiritual liberation. The goal is to be consciously aware of and practice the Dharma at each of the four stages of life, as preserved in ashrama, by completing the educational contents and methods in each stage. In the fist stage, the student stage, the goal is to learn social laws, recognize his vocation and responsibilities through studying Veda, and engage in apprenticeship with the teacher. In the second stage, the householder stage, the goal is to get married, take care of his family, and produce the kinds of service the society requires of him. In order to do so, he is expected to learn in his ordinary life the manners for family members and the ways of ancestral rituals. In the third stage, the self-disciplined stage, the goal is to retire from social responsibilities, behave in accordance with norms and rules, and set oneself free from material desire. In order to do so, he is expected to complete the eight stage of yoga and practice asceticism. In the four stage, the nirvana stage, the goal is to completely free from obsession and reaches the spiritual liberation. In order to do so, one is expected to participate in meditation and pilgrimage to the Holy Land until he reaches the final point.
The paper has focused on the 20 Iching-hexagrams from the eleventh t'ai[ ] to the final one of the Upper Book li[離] to examine the principles of learning and education involved in Xugua zhuan[序卦傳], the Ordinal Sequence of the Hexagrams as one among Ten Wings in I Ching. Some implications involved in this part of the Book of Change provides us with numerous teachings and educational principles. I try to concisely note the three teachings of the major argument as shown in the paper. Firstly, we should take the process of learning as the circular system of thought[環 相型], not as the linear system assuming the final destination like the Final Cause in the Aristotelian teleology. In the same token, the process of learning should be regarded as 'initiation', which has been initially adopted to justify the concept of education by R. S. Peters. As a circular system, there are two kinds of initiation. The one sense is 'crossing the threshold of illiteracy' seen as 'small initiation', which apprehends the points of argument in the previous paper, namely, on hexagrams from ch'ien[乾] to t'ai[泰]. The other sense is 'getting on the inside of the worthwhile activities', seen as 'Grand Initiation', which apprehend the present points of argument. Secondly, as shown in the paper, the Book enables us to recognize the process of learning as 'Seeing What Is There'. This requires us the Principles of Mean and Perfection, which are to be taken differently from the Western ones. For this a learner should always hold the endless self-reflection and attitude to re-examine the original intention of one's own, whilst he is involved in the task of learning. Finally, we should take the Principles of Change seriously, such as extremity-reversibility[物極必反] and the sense of conformity, in order that we can establish the proper educational principles to tackle the social domains of learning as well as the personal ones.
This article looks at the thought of Oh Jae-soon's seonggong sasangin Jeongjo period while focusing on his Seonggongdo and Seonggong doseol. his thought will be explained as seen below. First, he gave more emphasis on seonggong, not seonghak, which is a concept abbreviated from Seonginjihak.He actually gave more importance to practice than to scholarly work. Therefore, the essential concepts provided in his work are most related with drills and practices. Second, he focuses on dotong(characters). Looking at Yosunwoosangjeonsimhakdo, he presents dotong ((Yo-Sun-Woo)-Kongtzu-Chengtsu-Jasa-Mengtsu-Chungtzu), while presenting himself to such a scholarly inheritance. Third, he intended to provide his interpretation based on his consistent thought. He actually classified and analyzed all the characters and classics based on the principles of knowledge, practice, self-esteem, bitter words, diligence. In addition, all things are classified with these five items as shown above. Fourth, he analyzed classics and presented his ideas in simple terms and concepts. Fifth, he deals with the seven Chinese Classics and particularly he emphasizes Shizing and Shujing. He did not mention Chunqiu (the Spring and Autumn Annals) and Liji (The classic of Rites),both of which he did not consider as adequate. Sixth, Sunam's thought was inherited to Ganjae Jeonwoo's soonamhakgyeol.
The study started with the question, "Is Japan's normalization of nationalization a return to militarism?" Therefore, in order to analyze this, the characteristics of the international system after the inauguration of the Japanese Empire during World War I and World War II and the Abe's 2nd Cabinet in contemporary Japan were compared. Through this, there were some differences in the characteristics of the international system of the two periods, and as a result, it was intended to derive the differences between the two examples. During the prewar period of World War I, the militaristic Japanese Empire suffered great damage from the national pride of being the only power in Asia through the Paris Enhancement Conference, the Washington Navy Treaty, and the London Navy Treaty. However, the Western powers with colonies in Asia still existed in the region, so it was not possible to turn them into immediate power expansion. Meanwhile, World War II broke out in Europe. As a result, the Western powers had to focus on the whole of Europe, and the militaristic Japanese empire became a regional hegemony without missing the international system characteristic of "the hegemony." Unlike in the past militarism, Japan's case of pursuing common nationalization since 2012 has been carried out in the order of Northeast Asia in the composition of the "cold war" new cold war. In particular, Japan is attempting to transform itself into a normal state to strengthen the US-Japan alliance on a self-reliant level due to the lack of quantitative military power compared to the neighboring countries.

The purpose of this study was to develop a measuring tool for the health promotion behavior of Korean nurses. This would address the lack of a proven tool that reflects the nature of the nurses' nursing environment. This study was conducted on 530 nurses from January to December 2019. A literature review and focus group interview were conducted, data analysis was carried out to measure validity and reliability, and the conceptual framework was constructed by applying the IMB model. Five factors namely self-concept (2 questions), hospital life management (4 questions), knowledge and information regarding health (5 questions), physical and mental stress management (3 questions), and work adaptation (2 questions) were framed into 16 questions. The model fit was 346.23 (<.001), Parsimonious Normed Fit Index (PNFI) was 0.60, and Parsimonious Comparative Fit Index (PCFI) was 0.63, which met the acceptance criteria, and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.10. Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) was 0.88, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) was 0.85, and Incremental Fit Index (IFI) was 0.85 which were found to be acceptable as per the applicable standards. All items had a Cronbach's score of .85, which ensured stable reliability. The nurse's health promotion behavior measurement tool developed in this study will be used to measure the nurse's health promotion behavior in terms of nursing practice which will help in understanding the broad contours of this behavior.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, public libraries need a strategy for promoting intelligent library services in order to actively respond to changes in the external environment such as artificial intelligence. Therefore, in this study, based on the concept of artificial intelligence and analysis of domestic and foreign artificial intelligence related trends, policies, and cases, we proposed the future direction of introduction and development of artificial intelligence services in the library. Currently, the library operates a reference information service that automatically provides answers through the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing, and develops a big data-based AI book recommendation and automatic book inspection system to increase business utilization and provide customized services for users. In the field of companies and industries, regardless of domestic and overseas, we are developing and servicing technologies based on autonomous driving using artificial intelligence, personal customization, etc., and providing optimal results by self-learning information using deep learning. It is developed in the form of an equation. Accordingly, in the future, libraries will utilize artificial intelligence to recommend personalized books based on the user's usage records, recommend reading and culture programs, and introduce real-time delivery services through transport methods such as autonomous drones and cars in the case of book delivery service.
