Purpose : This study was investigation of satisfaction in clinical practice of students in a college. Methods : 250 students were participated in this study for 8 weeks though getting results of clinical practice from 1, 2, 3 clinic hospitals. Results : This was for knowing about achievement, It could figure out the increasing achievement the higher satisfaction with education and environment for clinical practice of physical therapy. As a result, whole satisfactions for environment and course or education in clinical practice was higher. Conclusion : This research was not too much higher satisfaction on participated students in clinical practice. So, it needs to suggest to more study for increasing satisfaction on clinical practice.

Since weedy rice problems have emerged with the recent advent of direct seeding cultivation in Korea, the establishment of effective control strategies for weedy rice is considered to be one of the urgent issues to be solved for widely practiced direct seeding rice cultivation. A three year experiment was conducted to investigate the occurrence pattern of weedy rice in four different rice cultivation practices: high ridged dry seeding, wet drill seeding, water seeding, and machine transplanting. The highest weedy rice occurrence of 11.0% was observed in high ridged dry seeding practice followed by 9.6% in wet drill seeding, 6.4% in water seeding practice, and 0.2% in machine transplanting practice, respectively. The same trend was observed when we examine the occurrence of contamination of panicle and rice grain by weedy rice. More contamination was observed in high ridged dry seeding than any other practices. It was also found that the possible emergence depths from the soil surface was deeper in both in ridged dry seeding and wet drill seeding practice (0-5 cm from the soil surface) than those in water seeding (0-4 cm), and machine transplanting practice (0-3 cm). The highest yield reduction of 19.5% was observed in high ridged dry seeding practice followed by 13.0% in wet drill seeding, 6.3% in water seeding practice. The reduction may have occurred to the competition between weedy rice and cultivated rice, These findings suggest that among the four cultural practices examined, the machine transplanting practice is the most effective method to control and reduce the weedy rice occurrence and weedy rice seed in soil.

본 연구에서는 보건의료정보관리사의 EMR 인증기준의 이해 및 데이터관리 실습을 위한 SQL 실습 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 보건의료정보관리 실습 프로그램을 통하여 EMR인증기준의 기능성에 대한 처방정보관리를 실습하는 것이다. EMR 인증기준에 의한 실습내용은 약품마스터관리 및 약품명 조회, 투약처방 조회, 수진 정보 변환 후 이전 투약 처방 조회, 투약처방 시 검사 결과 조회, 검사처방기록 조회로 구성되었다. 추가적으로 식이처방기록 조회, 기타처방기록 조회, 마약류 투약 처방 중단 시 반납사유 조회가 포함된다. 이에 따라서 MS-ACCESS 기반의 보건의료정보관리 교육시스템의 처방관리 데이터베이스를 사용하여 처방정보관리 인증기준의 내용을 조회할 수 있는 SQL문장을 작성하였다. EMR 인증기준 실습은 SQL을 사용하여 인증기준에서 요구하는 조회항목을 직접 추출해봄으로써 인증기준을 좀 더 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며, 그리고 인증기준 외의 데이터를 추출할 수 있는 데이터 관리 및 정보 생성 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 예비 치과위생사인 일부 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 치과 감염관리에 대한 인식도와 실천도를 파악하여 치과 감염관리 중요성 및 실천을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 교내 및 교외 현장임상실습을 경험한 치위생과 학생 220명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 연구 대상자의 감염관리 교육을 받은 학생은 98.6%였고, 감염관리 교육장소는 학교가 91.8%로 가장 높았다. 감염관리 교육이 필요하다고 답한 학생은 95%였다. 연구 대상자의 감염관리에 대한 인식도를 알아본 결과 전체 감염관리 인식도 평균은 4.58점, 감염관리 실천도 평균은 4.50점으로 인식도 보다 낮게 나타났다. 감염관리 인식도 및 실천도 간의 차이를 확인한 결과 손 씻기, 개인보호장구 착용, 기구소독 및 멸균, 의료폐기물의 모든 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 일반적 특성, 실습 및 감염관리 관련 특성, 감염예방 인식도가 감염예방 실천도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 학년, 실습 시 감염경험, 실습실 내 감염관리 지침서 비치 여부, 손 씻기영역 인식도, 개인보호장구 착용 등이 유의한 예측 변수로 확인되었다.

In this study, two things were analyzed for Korean Standards certification factory review evaluation items. First, it was examined whether there is a difference between the Practice of factory review evaluation items and Post-Management according to the change in perception of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel. Second, the moderating effect of the Korean Standards certification personnel's perception of the effect of the Practice of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel on Post-Management was verified. Although there is a statistically significant difference between Practice and Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards personnel, there is no statistically significant difference in the impact (slope) of Practice on Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards certification personnel. As the perception of factory review evaluation items increases, the Practice and Post-Management of factory review evaluation items are increasing, but the impact of the Practice of factory review evaluation items on Post-Management does not affect it. In order to further advance Korean Standards certification, which plays an important role in maintaining the quality level of products produced by companies, efforts to raise the level of perception of Korean Standards certification personnel are considered necessary.

Dental hygiene was originated from dentistry and dental hygiene knowledge was a component of dental knowledge body. Since the late 1980s dental hygiene theory was began to develop. Nursing theories such as metaparadigm, nursing process and human need theory affected theory development as dental hygiene process. Dental hygiene process provides a framework for high quality dental hygiene care. Dental hygiene process include five phases; assessment, dental hygiene diagnosis, dental hygiene planning, implementation, evaluation. Dental hygiene process of care is recognized as standard for dental hygiene education and clinical dental hygiene practice. Dental hygiene practice has moved from auxiliary model to professional model. Critical thinking skill and disposition are necessary to provide evidence-based dental hygiene care using dental hygiene process as clinical process and critical thinking process. Critical thinking, problem solving and evidence-based practice must be integrated into dental hygiene process for quality dental hygiene care.

The research literature presents that Total Quality Management (TQM) has been successfully embraced by firms for strategic and operational management in the last decades. However few studios analyze the role of TQM practices in the R&D environment. The objective of this study is to evaluate TQM practices implemented in manufacturing-based R&D organizations with respect to R&D performance. Our research model is primarily based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence framework, including three moderating variables (industry type, organization size, quality management system certification), to propose hypotheses on the relationships between leadership practice, management practice and R&D performance. Results of canonical correlation analysis using data from 130 R&D organizations show that in aggregate leadership practice is positively related to management practice which is, in turn, positively related to R&D performance. These relationships are, however, affected by the moderating variables. Our results imply that TQM practices can be strategically adopted in the R&D organization.

Korean defense specifications are the technical criteria of military products and major factor of acquisition system. Weapon systems and acquisition technique have been advanced dramatically after 1990's, but Korean defense specification practice standard has stayed after early 1980's except embedded software. The current status of current Korean defense specification practice standard and trend of related design and acquisition techniques like M&S, SBA, and digital manufacturing have been reviewed. This paper suggests that transfer to product, IT oriented specification structure, adaptation of digital product model and reinforcement of engineering management systems to establish a development initiative of Korean defense specification practice standard.

The practice named "Creative Design and Production" has been given to train the students'ability to find and solve problems. Students are expected to design and fabricate creative artifacts in the practice. The practices focusing on perfection and creativity of the products have been executed for the past few years. We have reviewed the relationships between these abilities and the qualities of products of the students in the practices. It seems that the products lacks of originality and creativity when focused on the perfection. And on the contrary, the perfection of the products is low when focused on the creativity. We have employed the new three trials in order to solve these problems in the practice. Among trials, the cooperation with veterans has been the most useful for students through "Creative Design and Production".

In today's business environment faced in very quick change, Human Resource Management play a key role in sustaining corporate competitive advantage and boosting organizational competency. Based on a former study, the purpose of this study is to find how individual Human Resource Management practice effects business performance and labor relations. Business performance is a positive influence on employee royalty and devotion. Also it is more influenced statistically significant impact on industrial relation of corporate. As a result of this study, we can find the significant influence from Human Resource Management practice and industrial relation.
