감사증진 프로그램이 아동의 학교적응, 생활만족 및 정서행동문제에 미치는 효과 (The effects of gratitude enrichment program on school adjustment, life satisfaction & emotional-behavioral problems of children)

  • 본 연구에서는 감사증진 프로그램이 아동의 학교적응과 생활만족 및 정서행동문제에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 초등학교 5학년 69명(실험집단: 34명, 통제집단: 35명)을 대상으로 감사증진 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 프로그램 실시 전후에 학교적응, 생활만족도, 정서행동문제를 측정하였다. 사전검사를 공변인으로 공변량분석한 결과 감사증진 프로그램은 초등학생의 학교적응과 생활만족도를 향상시키는 데 효과적이었으며 정서행동문제 감소에는 의미있는 효과가 없었다. 연구를 통해 초등학생의 심리적 건강과 적응을 돕기 위하여 예방 및 발달적 차원에서 감사증진 프로그램을 활용하고 감사교육을 보편화하여 실시할 필요성을 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구는 Cabri 3D와 GSP를 이용하여 중심사영에 대한 탐구학습에서 나타나는 중학교 수학영재들의 수학적 사고특성과 교사의 역할을 분석하여 수학영재를 위한 교수 학습 자료의 개발에 시사점을 주는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 중학교 수학영재들은 중심사영에 의한 도형의 변환을 탐구하고 이를 투시도의 작도를 통해 확인하는 과정에서 다양한 수학적 사고특성을 보였고, 교사는 학생들의 탐구문제해결을 위한 사고의 촉진과 새로운 지식의 형성을 도우면서 수업설계자, 학습촉진자, 기술적 보조자, 상담자의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

상담자의 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향 (A Study on impact of cognitive complexity and coping flexibility of the counselor on the countertransference management ability)

  • 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성은 심리적 적응에 밀접한 관계를 가진다는 기존 연구에 근거한다면 상담의 주요과정인 역전이 관리능력에도 정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 추론할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상담자의 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구를 위해 서울 및 수도권 소재의 대학생활 상담소, 상담센터, 학교, 병원 등에 근무하는 상담자 128명(여 108명, 남 20명)을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 상담자의 인지 복합성 수준에 따른 역전이 관리능력에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 상담자의 대처 유연성의 수준에 따라서는 역전이 관리능력에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 중다회귀에서 역전이 관리능력에 있어서 대처 유연성이 인지 복합성에 비해 보다 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 역전이 관리능력을 함양하기 위한 방안으로 상담자의 대처유연성을 향상시키는 것이 중요함을 시사하며 이에 초점을 둔 상담자 훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

만성질환자 대상 맞춤형 투약상담 중재 프로그램 시범사업에 대한 평가 (Participants' Evaluation on the Payer-driven Medication Counseling Intervention for Individuals with Chronic Disease)

  • Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate payer-driven medication adherence intervention program from the patient's and counselor's perspectives. Methods: Target patients for intervention were selected by retrospective adherence measures based on national health insurance claims data for hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. As a serial intervention for higher risk groups of medication non-adherence, initial direct mailing, the first direct telephone call and the second direct call or a home visit were followed. Interview approach to qualitative inquiry was used to evaluate intervention results. Results: Participants including 4 patients received telephone calls, and 4 National Health Insurance Service staff and 4 pharmacists participated as counselors were interviewed regarding their impression of the intervention program. Three major themes arose: overall perception; necessities; and suggestions for success, of the intervention. Despite short period of intervention, educational intervention by telephone counseling involving pharmacists shows potential to improve self-management of chronic disease, and pharmacist-involvement. But more sophisticated selection of target patients requiring the intervention and complementation of electronic database system would be necessary. In addition, personal disposition of counselor was revealed to be an important factor for achieving successful outcome of intervention. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the individualized counseling intervention would be an efficient option for improved medication adherence. Further researches should include longer periods of interventions, a quantitative analysis using adherence measures based on claims data and consideration of clinical benefits associated with the intervention.

치과상담업무 종사자의 감정노동과 직무스트레스의 관계 (Relationship between emotional labor and occupational stress of dental counselor)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the levels of emotional labor and occupational stress and their relationships in dental counselors to improve psychological health related with dental counseling. Methods : The questionnaire survey was conducted to 167 dental counselors working at dental clinics in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do from June to August, 2012. The study used emotional labor questionnaires and Korean Occupational Job Stress Scale (Basic Version, KOSS-43) as an assessment scale. All respondents were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using SAS(ver 9.2). Results : The levels of occupational stress and emotional labor in dental counselors were $47.26{\pm}8.36$ and $3.45{\pm}0.47$. Three subscales of emotional labor as frequency of emotional expression, attention of emotional expression norms and disharmony of emotion were related with occupational stress in dental counselors. The level of job stress was increased by the lower level of emotional expression and increased by the higher levels of emotional expression and disharmony of emotion. Conclusions : In addition to increasing the number of counselors, nurturing counseling workforce is essential to manage the job stress of dental counselors. Sufficient counseling with a patient in a comfortable counseling environment is important to reduce the job stress by emotional labor. Continuous service improvement through positive emotional service education is necessary to be implemented for counselors.

상담에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹의 국내 연구 동향 (A Review of Research Trends of Supervison Working Alliance for Counseling in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 상담수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 관계인 작업동맹의 중요성에 주목하여 최근 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 분석대상 12편의 논문에 대해 연도별, 연구대상과 상담자 요인, 연구방법에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 2006년을 시작으로 총 12편의 연구가 진행되어 매우 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구대상은 수퍼바이지(83.3%)로 편중되어 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지(16.7%), 수퍼바이저(0%) 대상 연구는 부족하였다. 또한 상담자 특성에 대한 연구도 수퍼바이저(17.3%)는 추론된 상태(8.3%), 추론된 특성(3.5%)이 높았다. 수퍼바이지 (82.5%)도 추론된 상태(56.3%)와 추론된 특성(27.1%)으로 연구되어 관찰가능한 상태와 특성에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구방법으로는 양적 연구(100.0%)로 이루어져 질적연구가 매우 부족한 실정임을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로, 이러한 결과에 대한 논의, 연구의 제한점, 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

초등학생의 학교적응에 관한 연구 - 부모, 친구, 교사관계를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Parent-Child Relationship, Peer Relationship, Teacher-Child Relationship, and School Adjustment of Elementary School Children)

  • School adjustment of elementary school children is one of the most important things,sinceitisthebasisofthefuturelife. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between parent-child relationship, peer relationship, teacher-child relationship, and school adjustment of elementary school students. The research topics of the present study were as follows: (1) Is the school adjustment of elementary school students different depending upon the parent-child relationship? (2) Is the school adjustment of elementary school students different depending upon the peer relationship? (3) Is the school adjustment of elementary school students different depending upon the teacher-child relationship in school? (4) Is the school adjustment of elementary school students different depending upon the grade, and sex? 460 students were sampled in Kangwon-do, and 400 were used in the final data analyses, excluding 60 due to the incomplete answering. Parent-child relationship inventory, peer relationship inventory, teacher-child relationship scale, and school adjustment scale were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS(win) 10.1K. The results were as follows: First, elementary school students adjust themselves to the school better when parent-child relationship, peer relationship, and teacher-child relationship are good. Second, teacher-child relationship has the most important effects on the school adjustment, and peer relationship, and parent-child relationship sequentially. Third, 4th graders adjust to the school better than the 6th, and there is no difference between boys and girls in terms of school adjustments. Based on the above results, discussion and implications for the future research and education were as below: First, teachers need to understand children's school adjustments depend upon their human relationships especially upon teacher-student relationships. Second, teachers need to understand students have more difficulties in adjusting to the school when they grow older. Third, teachers have to keep the children positive peer relationship, and parent-child relationship which are important in children's adjusting to the school. Fourth, future researches need nation-wide sampling and more systematized research design in order to generalize the results.

두뇌체조가 초등학생의 자기조절능력과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Brain Gym on Elementary School Children's Self-Regulated Ability and Self-Esteem)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine the effects of brain gym on elementary school children's self-regulated ability and self-esteem. The subjects were 60 students in grade 4 who had been randomly assigned to experimental group and control group. Prior to the experimental treatment, pretests such as self-regulated ability test by Hong Ki-Chil and self-esteem test by Coopersmith were administered. And then experimental group was treated with brain gym, while control group was no treated. The treatment lasted for 8weeks, each day consisting of 25minutes. In order to test the effectiveness of the brain gym, posttests were administered after treatment. The results were analyzed by using t-test. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The posttest score of experimental group showed higher than that of control group in self-regulated ability. But the difference was not statistically significant. 2. In experimental group, the posttest score showed higher than the pretest score in self-regulated ability. The difference was statistically significant. 3. The posttest score of experimental group showed higher than that of control group in self-esteem. The difference was statistically significant. 4. In experimental group, the posttest score showed higher than the pretest score in self-esteem. The difference was statistically significant, especially in academic self-esteem. The above results could be taken as the indication that the brain gym could be applied in school settings to promote the higher self-regulated ability and self-esteem.

초등학생의 창의적 인성과 진로인식 및 직업포부의 관계 (The Relationship Among Creativity Personality, Career Awareness, and Occupational Aspirations of Elementary School Student)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생 322명을 대상으로 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부간의 관계를 알아보고 직업포부에 미치는 창의적 인성과 진로인식의 영향에 대해서 검증하였다. 연구결과, 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부 간 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 인성은 진로인식과 직업포부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 인성을 독립변인으로, 직업포부를 종속변인으로, 그리고 진로인식을 매개변인으로 보고 변인간의 관계모형을 구조방정식을 통해 검증한 결과, 변인간의 관계모형은 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 효과적인 진로지도 및 상담방법에 대해 논의하였다.

The study on Analysis of factors of restaurant start-ups using big data

  • The restaurant industry is an industry with low entry barriers, and furthermore, it is an indispensable industry in life. However, for the restaurant industry, it is necessary to start a business considering many factors. In particular, the comparative group for each restaurant industry is different, and the commercial area analysis should be analyzed differently. Moreover, counseling for restaurant start-ups is still sticking to how to start a restaurant by meeting with each franchise supervisor or counselor. Therefore, a restaurant start-up chatbot is needed for prospective restaurant founders, and a food tech chatbot is needed to collect basic data. Therefore, in this study, factors for restaurant start-ups were divided into youth, preliminary start-ups, menus, taste, and food. In the case of restaurant start-ups with low entry barriers, it was confirmed as the most preferred start-up by young people. However, indiscriminate restaurant start-ups not only increase the closing rate but also have a significant impact on household debt, so accurate consulting should be used to lower the closing rate and increase the success rate. Furthermore, theories and measures for food technologies such as chatbots should be further developed to obtain accurate information on franchise start-ups.
