쇼핑장소에 따른 소비자특성과 로컬푸드 지출비 차이 분석 (Consumer Characteristics and Expenditure of Local Food by Retail Stores)

  • The purposes of this study were to explore the differences of consumer characteristics and expenditures on local food between large scale stores and direct sale stores selling local food and to find some influencing factors on the expenditure on local food from both consumer groups. First, the levels of perceived attributes of local food were high for both consumer groups but were much higher for consumers from direct sale stores of local food. For food consumption patterns, consumers from direct sale stores presented higher levels than large scale stores and were found to be significantly different. Food choice motives were found to be significantly different in both groups. In addition, for the consumer characteristics, age and living with children under age 18 were found to be significantly different between both groups, while sex, education and household income were not. Second, expenditure of local food from direct sale stores was found to be significantly higher than large sale stores. Finally, expenditure of local food from large scale stores was found to be significantly influenced by age, price and seeking well-being, while expenditure of local food from direct sale stores was found to be significantly influenced by age, availability of local food, seeking cuisine, seeking satiety and sensory appeal.

국내 대형점의 매출추정모델 설정 방안 연구 (A Study on the Sale Estimate Model of a Large-Scale Store in Korea)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to construct a turnover estimation model by investigating research by Park et al. (2006) on the market area of domestic distribution. The study investigated distribution by using a new tool for the turnover estimation technique. This study developed and discussed the turnover estimation technique of Park et al. (2006), applying it to a large-scale retailer in "D"city that was suitable for on-the-spot distribution. It constructed the new model in accordance with test procedures keeping to this retail business location, to apply its procedures to a specific situation and improve the turn over estimation process. Further, it investigated the analysis and procedures of existing turnover estimation cases to provide problems and alternatives for turnover estimation for a large-scale retailer in "D"city. Finally, it also discussed problems and scope for further research. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted on the basis of "virtue" studies. In other words, it took into account the special quality of the structure of Korea's trade zones. The researcher sought to verify a sale estimate model for use in a distribution industry's location. The main purpose was to enable the sale estimate model (that is, the individual model's presentation) to be practically used in real situations in Korea by supplementing processes and variables. Results - The sale estimate model is constructed, first, by conducting a data survey of the general trading area. Second, staying within the city's census of company operating areas, the city's total consumption expenditure is derived by applying the large-scale store index. Third, the probability of shopping is investigated. Fourth, the scale of sales is estimated using the process of singularity. The correct details need to be verified for the model construction and the new model will need to be a distinct sale estimate model, with this being a special quality for business conditions. This will need to be a subsequent research task. Conclusions - The study investigated, tested, and supplemented the turnover estimation model of Park et al. (2006) in a market area in South Korea. Supplementation of some procedures and variables could provide a turnover estimation model in South Korea that would be an independent model. The turnover estimation model is applied, first, by undertaking an investigation of the market area. Second, a census of the intercity market area is carried out to estimate the total consumption of the specific city. Consumption is estimated by applying indexes of large-scale retailers. Third, an investigation is undertaken on the probability of shopping. Fourth, the scale of turnover is estimated. Further studies should investigate each department as well as direct and indirect variables. The turnover estimation model should be tested to construct new models depending on the type of region and business. In-depth and careful discussion by researchers is also needed. An upgraded turnover estimation model could be developed for Korea's on-the-spot distribution.

상품진열이 중간의 상품선택에 미치는 영향 -다단계 판매회사의 생필품 매장들 중심으로- (The Effects of Merchandise Display on Distributor's Merchandise Selection -Focused on Multi-Level Marketing Company-)

  • 다원적 회원조직으로 운영되는 다단계판매회사의 주고객은 다단제판매회사로부터 구입한 상품들 다른 회원에게 재판매하는 독립적인 사업주체인 중간상(IBO)인데 이들은 일반 중간상과는 달리 정쟁제품이 없는 자사 매장에서 자사 상품만을 배타적으로 구입해야하고 취급상품의 종류, 가격, 기능 등에 대해서 상세한 정보를 가지고 있다는 특징이 있다. 일종의 도매상 기능을 수행하는 이들을 대상으로 상품을 판매하는 다단계판매회사가 그들 상품의 진열방법 예컨대 진열량, 진열높이, 진열위치, 관련상품진열 등을 달리함에 따라 매출액에 변화를 줄 수 있는지에 대한 연구나 관심은 거의 없었다. 본 연구는 매장규모가 다른 대규모 증간규모 소규모 점포 각각에 대해 진일방법에 차이를 두었을 때 다단계판매회사의 매출액에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 점포규모와 상품진열방식 두 변수의 상호작용에 의한 매출 변화를 살펴 본 결과 매출액에 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 이에 따라 주효과만를 분석한 결과 점포규모는 매출에 영향을 주고 셋째, 상품진일방식 중 진열량, 진열높이, 진열위치는 매출에 영향을 주지 않지만 관련상품진열은 매출에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 넷째, 상품진열만을 독립변수로 하여 추가 분석을 실시한 결과 대규모 매장의 경우 진열량을 제외한 진열위치와 진열높이, 관련상품진열 모두가 매출에 유의한 영향를 주는 것으로 나타났다.

대규모 택지개발지구내 신교통시스템 도입효과 분석 (Analysis of New Transit System Effect in Large Scale Land Development Projects)

  • 이 연구는 신도시 및 대규모 택지개발 지구내 신교통 시스템을 도입함으로써 예상되어지는 효과를 분석하고, 이에 대한 적용 가이드라인을 제시한 것이다. 이를 위해 각 신교통 시스템 및 유형별 복합카테고리를 설정하여 지역적 특성을 반영하고자 하였으며, 신교통 시스템 도입이 기존의 대중교통체계 및 간선도로를 대체함으로써 발생되어지는 사회적 편익을 산출하였다. 분석결과, 신교통시스템 도입은 교통혼잡비용 감소, 탄소저감, 각 지자체의 친환경적 정책 입안에 뚜렷하게 기여할 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 신교통시스템의 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 이 연구에서는 신교통시스템을 도입하고자 하는 지자체에서는 무엇보다도 지역여건에 부합하는 신교통 시스템 유형을 선별하는 것이 중요함을 강조하고 있다. 특히 지자체의 무분별한 신교통시스템 도입은 대규모 택지개발사업에 의한 분양가 상승으로 이어질 가능성이 매우 높기 때문이다.

  • In the form of B2C transaction, making an on-line order by using the website increases rapidly. An off-line order at the whole sale outlets is geometrically increasing. However, it is so true that both types of market are showing a tendency to become computerization. As to apply this type of computerized B2B transaction to this kind of large scale wholesale outlets, the most important fact to be considered is that there must have no data error. In addition to this, an accurate counting of actual stock is a precondition to decide a suitable amount of production and a timely delivery of goods. In this study, reducing elements of the risk that may create a difference In between actual stock and that in the computer, the integrated B2B ordering system is designed by taking actual cases an example in order to manage the information for a sale, which is conducted by various system in the large scale wholesale outlets such as E-mart, Carefour or the same kinds.

모바일 판매 시점 관리 시스템 (Mobile Point-of-Sales System)

  • 기존의 중대형 POS 시스템을 무선인터넷 환경에 적용하여 모바일 정보 단말기와 개인용 컴퓨터만으로 구성할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 기존의 중대형 POS 시스템이 제공하는 물류, 경영 및 관리 등의 부문에서 얻을 수 있는 많은 이점을 살리면서, 바코드 시스템과 같은 부수적인 장치를 사용할 필요가 없이 모바일 연동을 통한 자동화된 정보수집과 관리가 가능한 POS 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 주문용 모바일 정보 단말기, 점포내의 메인 서버, 주방의 모니터와 프린터 등에 주문 정보를 유무선으로 전송하여 실시간으로 정보를 공유하도록 한다. 또한 기존의 주문 전용 PDA와는 달리 현장 발생 데이터를 실시간으로 수집 전송하여 기업의 회계, 매출, 자재, 인력 관리 시스템 등에 즉시 연동하여 기업 관리 및 의사 결정에 활용할 수 있도록 편의를 제공한다. 모바일 단말기에는 별도의 프로그램이 필요 없으며, 모바일 단말기에서 발생한 주문 정보는 메인 서버의 웹 서버를 통해 데이터베이스로 입력되며, 메인 서버, 프린터에 정보를 전달한다. 소프트웨어 측면에서도 메인 서버의 매장 관리 프로그램과 모바일 단말기와의 통신을 위한 모듈만으로 POS 시스템의 확장을 위한 추가적인 소프트웨어 제작은 필요하지 않다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 인터넷의 확산에 따른 유통정보화의 요소들 중 판매시점의 모든 정보를 처리하여, 거래 데이터의 정보화를 위한 POS 시스템을 무선 인터넷과 개인용 컴퓨터, 모바일 단말기를 이용하여 별도의 특정 장비 없이 구축비용 및 유지보수 비용을 낮추어 줌으로써 소규모 매장에 확산 적용될 수 있다.

한국판 신체태도 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 (Study on the Validation of the Korean Version of Grindler Body Attitude Scale)

  • 본 연구에서는 Grindler(1991)가 개발한 신체태도 척도(Grindler Body Attitude Sale)을 한국어로 번안하여 한국판 신체태도 척도를 구성하고 이 척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 551명의 대학생을 대상으로 문항의 내용분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 공인 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 문항 분석과 탐색적 요인분석의 결과 한국판 신체태도 척도는 총 3요인 모형과 35문항 구조가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 각 요인은 신체에 대한 인식태도, 신체에 대한 평가태도 신체에 대한 관리 태도로 명명하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 3요인 모델의 적합도가 양호한 것으로 나타났으며 척도의 공인 타당도 및 변별 타당도를 검증하기 위해 관련 척도와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 스트레스 반응과는 부적상관, 신체 존중감, 주관적 안녕감, 신체 만족도와는 정적인 상관을 보였다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구를 위한 제안을 하였다.

과원규모화사업 효과 및 사업수요에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effect and Business Demand of the Orchard Scale-Up Project)

  • In this study, the effect of orchard expansion, structural improvement, and potential demand of the orchard scale-up project implemented since 2004 to strengthen the competitiveness of orchard farmers was examined. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, looking at the effect of scale-up by checking the standard income data of the Rural Development Administration, it was possible to confirm the effect of scale-up in that the income per unit area increases as the scale increases. Second, through the scale-up project, the effect of structural improvement in transferring the orchards of the aged farm households to the younger farm households was confirmed to be 13 years old on average in the case of a sale business and 16 years old in the case of a lease business. Third, it was found that income increased at a statistically significant level after participating in the orchard scale-up project for major fruit crops such as apples, pears, and peaches. Fourth, it was found that age and cultivated area had a statistical effect on the probability of participating in the orchard scale-up project for farmers who did not participate in the project. The potential business demand using the estimated results was found to be between 25,203 and 37,089.

농특산품 전시판매장 디자인 현황 분석 및 유형별 분석 - 농촌관광마을 현장조사 및 농업인 공급자 의식조사를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Design Status by Type at Display Store of Regional Agricultural Products: Focusing on the Survey of Farming Suppliers' Attitude and Site Examination of Rural Tourism Village)

  • With the increase of visitors to rural tourism villages, the direct selling at sites is getting vitalized. Accordingly, their display stores is getting more important. Therefore, this study has selected 30 domestic rural tourism villages as study objects for the attitude survey of 200 farming suppliers and the site examination for the designs of those display stores in order to analyze their status and classify the types of necessity. Such operation status as sale item, sale method, method of supply and demand, major customer, sales scale, manager, opening hour, and operation cost were examined, to identity and for design factors the pattern, material quality and color were investigated. For the attitude of farming suppliers, the tactics of sales, the reason for being positive or negative, the functionality and the features of display stores were examined through brainstorming. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Program was employed for Frequency, which indicated that village chiefs and store managers with the sales scale of 1 to 20 million won are dealing with female customers in their 40's and 50's and that those stores are open at the time of experience or year round without any operation expense. Permanent type and Fixed type were found to be the design factors of the display-case type with the material and the color of wood and orange respectively. The result of investigation analysis of farming suppliers' attitude showed the followings: the need of display stores is quite high, structure type and permanent type have high fitness and from the viewpoint of display-on-table type as a standard moving type was very convenient. The analysis of significant items at the characteristics of those display stores revealed that their locations, quality conservation, sanitation, users' convenience, designs and promotion are very important. The result of status analysis revealed that though there is a correlation among the types of display stores depending on the visiting season of tourists their installing is not desirable. Three types have been analyzed: Type 1 is a structure type only in the villages with continuous visitors, Type 2 a moving-table type only in the villages with temporary visitors and Type 3 is a fixed display-case type.

Scale Factor를 이용한 국내 천연가스 개질식 수소충전소의 규모의 경제 분석 (Analysis of the Economy of Scale for Domestic Steam Methane Reforming Hydrogen Refueling Stations Utilizing the Scale Factor)

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate the economic feasibility of domestic on-site steam methane reforming (SMR) hydrogen refueling stations. We evaluated the levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH) for the SMR hydrogen refueling stations, which have production capacities of 100 kg/day (SMR 100), 200 kg/day (SMR 200), and 500 kg/day (SMR 500) utilizing the scale factor. The main results indicated that the LCOH of SMR 100, SMR 200, and SMR 500 were 14,367 won/kg, 11,122 won/kg, and 8,157 won/kg, if the utilizations of hydrogen stations were 70%. These results imply that the production capacity of the domestic SMR hydrogen station should be greater than 500 kg/day to compete with other hydrogen stations when we consider the current sale price of hydrogen at the hydrogen stations.
