Nowadays, double-system of TFM(Track-side Functional Modules) developed instead of single-system in use of high speed line to acquisition more availability. Safety Law for Railroad recommend to quality certification of development and general railway machines. It is important to select metrics which form the bases for testing software products. A number of package software development part do not open source cords, so testing external characteristic vectors having relationship with metrics. In this paper, review the process for the TFM Point Modules, Universal Modules and Switchers, think about the test methode of circuit boards output performance by using TFM tester and Simulators.

Video conference system has guided swiftness of information transmission and business processing taking away time and manufacturing drug of space that is happened that long-distance gather and talk. But, leakage of important meeting content, peculation etc., in that execute video-conferences can happen. Therefore, research about video conference system of safety is progressing under secure superhigh speed information communication fetters. This treatise studied about techniques to encipher videotex to prevent variation and outward flow of burn information, peculation etc., except general encryption notation such as user certification to have drawn problem about stability of general video conference system, and is used present as countermeasure about here. Used improved Vernam's encryption techniques to encrypt videotex.

In 2010 Manila Conference, the revised STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers) of IMO recalled that a large percentage of maritime casualties and pollution incidents are caused by human error. Therefore, education and training improvement will play important role to reduce maritime casualties. From this, we focus on improving safety during sailing through upgrading the education and training for Korean cadets by updating maritime education and training program. In terms of a maritime education program from some of the maritime universities in the world such as United States Merchant Maritime Academy(USMMA) Philippine Merchant Marine Academy(PMMA), are compared to the Maritime University in Korea. As a result, we suggest an effective education system.

There has been a recent upsurge in demand for the improvement of car reliability in the Northern American which is the primary market of South Korea automobile industry. It has been required that the warranty for transmission control unit for passenger cars directly related to passenger safety or security should be extended for 10 years and 160,000 km. In this paper, the test method for reliability and evaluation criteria is presented to evaluate the reliability on the automatic transmission controller. Reliability certification test can be roughly divided into two types: a quality test and life assessment test and a quality test can be subdivided into a basic performance test and environmental resistance test. There are 3 types of tests on the performance test for automatic transmission controller and environmental resistance test is composed of 14 items. Life test is performed with only the product passed this quality test. In this study, operation limit test at the high-temperatures, accelerated life test under specific temperature and accelerated life test for 2 or 3 stress levels are shown as a way for life test.

Now it is increasing the necessity for micropayment system according to activation for trade on internet. Because of the reason, it is requesting safety for personal information as well as for payment cost. But current micropayment systems cannot support anonymity or have heavy overheads in payment process. This paper suggests a micropayment system to keep anonymity of users and also to keep payment cost safe. The proposed system is to use blind signature anonymous ID which is combined nonce with an encryption of personal information. It also keeps payment cost of users by reconfirmation payment cost and product from certification and increases the computational efficiency by using secret key and session key instead of public key.

Recently, as the service scale of cloud service is expanded, an anxiety due to concerns on new vulnerabilities and security related incidents and accidents are also increasing. This paper proposes a certification scheme for multiple session management of security sessions which are generated after the user authentication. The proposed session multiplexing scheme enables the independent management of security sessions in the level of virtualization (hypervisor) within the service provider. As a result of performance analysis, providing a strong safety due to session multiplexing and mutual authentication, and the superiority of performance was proven by comparing it with the existing mutual authentication encryption algorithms.

Although an insurance criterion for reliance is unified, the difference in evaluation mechanism in every country is already ambiguity. In other words, the aspect of objectivity would be a little because it is true that the vulnerability evaluation include evaluator, scenario and tools (TSVES) applying in test, depth and scope of evaluation. But evaluation results can be difference in accordance with each evaluation elements. By using TSVES to evaluating network security vulnerability, first, we expected the evaluation results is impartiality, objectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, appropriateness and soundness of results. Second, it could be transferred manual ways into automation ways, and then expected easiness and safety of extension and modification in a quality of products as well as a dramatical reduction of waste of time and energy.

The primary objective of this research is to provide the basis of total quality management policies by reviewing previous studies which investigated effective ways to reduce product liability exposure. Specifically, the present study intends (1) to examine recent patterns and trends of product liability law in OECD countries, (2) to propose quality management policies for preventing product liability litigations, and (3) to guide the proper implementation process of ISO 9000 certification programs. The survey results show that the shift from a negligence law theory to strict liability is evident in most countries. The trend has led to make it easier for consumers to bring product liability lawsuits. Furthermore, the damage awards won by consumers have been drastically increasing. To minimize product liability exposure, manufactures should reflect comprehensive product safety concepts in establishing total quality management policies. Cooperative activities are also required between departments in companies to reach safe and satisfactory quality level. These quality management activities should be performed consistently during the total product life cycle. Failure to comply with the ISO 9000 certifications might be used as an evidence of negligence or as evidence of a design defect in court. Previous lawsuit cases, however, reveal that ISO 9001-9003 registration process alone is not sufficient in terms of product liability pervention perspectives. Therefore, manufactures should take into account ISO 9004 before implementing any other section of ISO 9000 standards.

Any organization's Six Sigma program may be at high risk without heeding the lessons learned from the past and that tries to operate without a robust business foundation. A foundation that preferably should consist of stepping-stones such as a 5-S house-keeping program, an effective Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes a strong focus on planning for quality to fully capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC), and an organization-wide training scheme, as well as a reliable Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) system. That's the best advise I can give to any organization that wishes to embark on a Six Sigma improvement program and hope to be successful. The paper will elaborate on the above issues and provide suggested solutions based on the review of published historical information and the experiences encountered over the last four decades by the author, as a quality practitioner and consultant, in industries that produced safety-critical product. This author maintains that few fundamentally new or useful things have been created in the field of Quality during the last couple of decades. Nevertheless, this paper deliberates on a number of relatively “newer” issues including the concept of “three types of customers”, the CTC, “Critical To Customer” term, the eight Quality Management Principles of the new ISO 9000 family, the growth of industry-specific standards, the adoption of Integrated Management Systems, the rebirth of AS2561 COQ standard, the spread of Six Sigma as well as related ASQ certification and the need for a robust business foundation to ensure Six Sigma survival.
