위생순회방문지도를 통한 어린이 급식소 조리원 대상 위생 지식의 변화 평가 (The Effect of a Periodic Visiting Education Program on Food Safety Knowledge of Cooks in Children's Foodservice Facilities)

  • This study evaluated the effectiveness of a visiting inspection and knowledge-based food safety education program for cooks in child care facilities provided by the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM). The research was conducted among cooks at 91 child care facilities; 56 existing facilities had been enrolled since 2011 and provided with the inspection and education program for 2 years and 35 new facilities were enrolled in 2012 and provided with the program for 1 year. The food safety knowledge of the cooks of the two groups were compared by the presence and duration of inspection and education programs provided by the CCFSM. The total mean score for food safety knowledge was $18.48{\pm}3.09$, with a group score of $19.34{\pm}2.68$ for the existing facilities and $17.11{\pm}3.25$ for the new facilities (P<0.001). There was no significant difference between groups in the knowledge of the personal sanitation. According to a post-test for food safety knowledge in the two groups after the completion of a one-year program on food safety by CCFSM, the mean score of food safety knowledge increased by 2.92 to 20.03 for cooks of the new facilities and both groups had significantly higher mean scores than pre-test (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the mean score of each group by post-test. Thus, the one-year continuous program by CCFSM was effective in improving food safety knowledge of the cooks of the child care facilities.

과학관 현장체험학습에 대한 초등 교사의 인식과 교육에 대한 실태 조사 (Elementary School Teachers' Perception and the Status of Education Program on Science Museum Field Trips)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school teachers' perception and the status of education program on science museum field trips by using a questionnaire (188 teachers) and interview (6 teachers). The results of the research are as follows. First, factors influencing elementary school teachers who choose the science museum as a place for field trips were 'student's interest', 'teacher's own experience related to the science museum', 'science curriculum', 'suggestions from a fellow teacher', 'space available for field work' and so on. Second, 82% of the respondents conducted pre-education program, but they mainly conducted safety education. Third, the teacher conducted post-education program less than pre-education program. In the post-education program, the most activities were to express and share knowledge and experience gained from the science museum. Fourth, 52.2% of the teachers provided tasks or activity sheets during science museum field trips. Fifth, the teachers mainly served as safety guide. In addition, the teachers thought that safety guide was the most important role of teacher in science museum field trips. Sixth, the teachers thought that the method of viewing the science museum's collection, which emphasizes the role of docent rather than the teacher, was more educational.

안전 리더십 코칭 프로그램이 건설 현장 근로자들의 안전 행동에 미치는 효과 : 행동기반 안전관리(Behavior Based Safety: BBS)를 중심으로 (An Effect of Safety Leadership Coaching Program on Safety Behaviors of Construction Workers: Based on Behavior Based Safety)

  • This study examined the effect of safety leadership coaching program on managers' safety management and workers' safety behaviors in construction site. Three or four managers and about one hundred workers at each site participated in this study. Safety leadership coaching program consisted of safety leadership education, goal setting, self-monitoring and feedback on workers' safety behavior, reward for three safety management behaviors; (1) safety observations of workers safety behavior and (2) providing positive feedback on safe behavior (3) providing corrective feedback on risk behavior and daily safety education for workers. Dependent variables were the percentage of safe behaviors of workers and frequency of managers' safety management behaviors. A nonconcurrent AB multiple baseline design across settings was adopted. After baseline(A), safety leadership coaching program (B) was introduced to each site. The results showed that safety leadership coaching program was effective to increase managers' and workers' safety behaviors. These results suggest that safety leadership coaching program developed in this study would be an alternative treatment technique to improve construction safety management. In addition, the implications, limitations of this study, and future studies are discussed.

간호대학생을 위한 질 향상과 안전 역량강화 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Competency Based Quality Improvement and Safety Education Program for Undergraduate Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a competency based safety and quality improving education program for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study of a non-equivalent control group pre and post test design was used. The participants were sixty-eight undergraduate nursing students recruited from the two universities in G and M cities. They were assigned to either a treatment group (n=35) or a comparison group (n=33). A five-day educational program developed based on the ADDIE Instructional Design Model was offered to the treatment group whereas the comparison group did not receive any instruction. Data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 with the $x^2$ test, and independent t-test. Results: The students in the treatment group reported significant positive changes for patient safety knowledge, skill and perception of quality and safety competencies. Conclusion: Findings from this study supports that competency based quality improving and safety education program is a useful intervention strategy to promote student's knowledge, skill and perception of quality and safety competencies.

노인을 위한 소방안전교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과분석 (Study on the Development and the Effects of a Fire Safety Education Program for the Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인을 위한 소방안전교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 이 프로그램이 노인의 소방안전지식과 소방안전사고예방실천에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 프로그램은 기초조사와 문헌고찰을 토대로 목적과 목표, 내용, 교수학습방법을 선정한 후 전문가 검증과 예비조사를 거쳐 개발하였다. 효과검증은 65세 이상 노인 48명을 실험군(노인을 위한 소방안전교육 프로그램 실시)과 대조군(인쇄된 강의자료만 제공)으로 나누어 비동등성 대조군 사전사후검사를 실시하였다. 각 집단의 사전-사후 검사점수를 대응표본 t-검증으로 분석한 결과, 프로그램을 실시한 실험군과 인쇄자료만 제공한 대조군 모두 사전-사후 점수 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그리고 공변량분석(ANCOVA) 결과 실험군의 사후검사 점수가 대조군의 사후검사 점수보다 높게 나타나, 인쇄자료에 비해 프로그램의 효과가 유의미하게 높음을 확인하였다.

학생 안전체험교육시설 구축을 위한 체험형 안전교육프로그램 도출 기초연구 - 「학교 안전교육 7대 표준안」을 중심으로 - (The basic study on extracting experiential type safety education programs for establishing safety-experience-education-facilities - focused on 「school safety education 7 standards」 -)

  • 본 연구는 2015년 교육부에서 발표한 "학교 안전교육 7대 표준안"을 기준으로 학생 안전체험교육시설 구축을 위한 체험형 안전교육프로그램 도출을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 안전체험교육시설의 개념을 조작적으로 정의하였고, "학교 안전교육 7대 표준안"의 총 758차시에 대한 구성 체계 및 학습내용을 분석하여 7대 안전 분야별 전문가를 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 전문가조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 1차 전문가 조사를 통해서는 총 758차시의 교육내용 중 체험형 안전교육프로그램을 총 150차시로 선정되었고, 선정된 프로그램의 타당성 검증을 위해 2차 전문가 조사를 델파이 기법을 통해 진행한 결과 총 5차시의 프로그램이 삭제되어 최종 145차로 결정되었다. 분야별 구체적인 프로그램 차시는 생활안전 분야 21차시, 교통안전 분야 22차시, 폭력 신변안전 분야 18차시, 약물 사이버중독 분야 5차시, 재난안전 분야 36차시, 직업안전 분야 10차시, 응급처치 분야 33차시로 선정되었다.

심리적 효과를 고려한 체험적 안전교육 방안 (Developing Experimental Education Program for Safety Considering Psychological Effect)

  • The object of this study is to understand the psychological factor of the worker on safety and recommend the experimental factor of safety education program. The following are the methods of this study. We analyzed the statistical data from survey to workers(N=139) about the psychological factor on safety. The survey consisted of 34 questions about 4 factors like private external characteristic, psychological characteristic, characteristics on behavior, and experience and reason of disaster. As the result of the analysis of the multi regression model on the base of correlation of each of the major factors, psychological health, effort on practicing, and satisfaction on their life were the variables with high influence on the safety mind of workers. So, it is good safety strategy for effective working to maintain healthy life with optimistic minds, and try to practice actively as usual. After considering the result, for the development of safety education program for working, we have to consider psychological factors of our workers that influence their safety and try to improve the experimental education opportunity, and it will be effective.

Development and Effectiveness of Problem Solving based Safety Education Program using Physical Computing

  • 본 논문에서는 피지컬 컴퓨팅를 활용한 문제해결 기반 안전교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 중학생의 자기효능감과 흥미에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서 개발한 안전교육 프로그램은 창의적 문제해결 모형의 4단계인 문제 확인, 계획, 실행 및 평가의 단계와 피지컬 컴퓨팅 도구인 아두이노를 활용한 학습 활동을 포함한다. 중학교 3학년 77명을 대상으로 피지컬 컴퓨팅를 활용한 문제해결 기반 안전교육 프로그램을 실행한 결과 중학생의 자기효능감과 흥미 모두가 프로그램 참여 후에 유의미하게 상승하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 피지컬 컴퓨팅과 문제해결 단계를 적용한 교육 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하고 학교 현장에서 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육의 활성화 촉진을 위한 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • The object of this study is to show the international safety school operating characteristics certified by Community Safety Promotion Cooperation Center affiliated to the WHO to strengthen safety training course and create safe training environment in accordance with the importance of recently the safety education for students and safe environment in the school education course. It draw the kind of education program to prevent accidents in the elementary and middle school students because of analyzing student safety education program. It also suggest operation characteristics which were divided into physical environment and crime prevention environment.
