사회적 지표에 나타난 학생의 모습이 국가 교육과정 설계에 주는 시사점: 보건교육 강화를 중심으로 (Study on the Students' Life Reflected in Social Indices and Its Implications for National Curriculum Design Focusing on School Health Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide implications for National Curriculum design for elementary and secondary school, by analyzing social indices of students' real life based on Oliva's three types of demand for education. Three types of demand are physical, social-psychological and educational demand. Methods: This study mainly analyzed recent research data and existing studies relevant to social indices to show students' real life. Results: Three types of social indices about educational demand showed that students have many difficulties in much learning time, lacking in sleeping time and physical activities, much stress and suicide attempt. It is supposed that learning and academic achievement is the main factor to make such kind of stress. Conclusion: Health & safety education, self-esteem inspiring education, reduction of learning burden, physical activities etc are needed to be more reflected in National Curriculum design in the future.

  • Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

직무스트레스가 작업자의 직무와 조직 헌신도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Employees' Job and Organizational Commitment)

  • To decrease employees' job stress in the viewpoint of occupational health is very important to improve the productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on job commitment and organizational commitment were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 259 industrial workers. As results, the majority of workers were under job stress resulted from job demand, job control, and coworker's support. The work times per a week and night work had significant relationships with job demand, and the maximum negative relationship between the work times per a week and job continuous commitment was found. Job demand had the significant relationship with job affective and normative commitment, and job control had the significant relationship with job normative commitment and organizational affective commitment. Moreover, job affective and normative commitment had the significant relationship with organizational continuous commitment. Finally, it was found that cyclic organic chain was composed of work times per a week, night work, salary, job demand, job control, job affective and normative commitment, and organizational affective and continuous commitment. The results of this study indicates that reducing cyclic organic chain is urgently necessary to increase employees' job satisfaction and company commitment.

  • Recently the demand of the driverless rolling stock is increasing with advancement of the stable communication technique and control technique. The automatic train operating system has advantages which takes low operating cost and is able to dispose elastically in demand. Beside it provides high safety and effectiveness because it will be able to control power, signal and communication system from Operation Control Center and the safety and effectiveness are high. The establishment of PSD, Platform Screen Door, is advanced in the goal which is passenger safety, fire protection, noise and dust reduction etc. When but, two advanced systems also have risks of operation delay and accident when two systems are not controlled smoothly. Thus, I'll introduce control method between onboard controller, door control unit in rolling stock and PSD controller to help system design.

  • A study is for the approach that we could reduce the logistics costs through uprising the efficiency, complying to the demand in time, stock management based on the general production plan in the point of SCM. We will take following steps to get the goal. First, we will overview the physical distribution expenses annually. Second, will find the main cause of optimal load loss by improper container and lack of delivery flexibility to the demand. Third, the goal will be inferred through the fast information share based on organic relationship, the establishment of general production plan, the improvement of stock management plan. By way of this process, it can be accomplished expense reduction as well as flexible establishment of the reduction of worker's load.

The Validation Test process and CTE Suitability Evaluation based on IEC-61508 for Improving Safety and Reliability on Unmanned ICT Parcel Storage

  • In modern society, since the expansion of the e-commerce market and the spread of the pandemic, face-to-face business are gradually changing to non-face-to-face. In the logistics industry, the demand for unmanned courier storage is increasing due to lack of loading space from urbanization and courier theft accidents. As the demand for unmanned parcel lockers increases, improved functions such as food storage and efficient space loading are required. This study develops an integrated model-based evaluation procedure of product based on performance factors according to the IEC 61508 standard for newly unmanned parcel storage devices with active loading technology, and derive Critical Technology Element based on the product's core functions and performance goals. As proposing these research, We expect improve the safety and reliability of development targets by identifying and evaluating elements.

Strain demand prediction of buried steel pipeline at strike-slip fault crossings: A surrogate model approach

  • Significant progress in the oil and gas industry advances the application of pipeline into an intelligent era, which poses rigorous requirements on pipeline safety, reliability, and maintainability, especially when crossing seismic zones. In general, strike-slip faults are prone to induce large deformation leading to local buckling and global rupture eventually. To evaluate the performance and safety of pipelines in this situation, numerical simulations are proved to be a relatively accurate and reliable technique based on the built-in physical models and advanced grid technology. However, the computational cost is prohibitive, so one has to wait for a long time to attain a calculation result for complex large-scale pipelines. In this manuscript, an efficient and accurate surrogate model based on machine learning is proposed for strain demand prediction of buried X80 pipelines subjected to strike-slip faults. Specifically, the support vector regression model serves as a surrogate model to learn the high-dimensional nonlinear relationship which maps multiple input variables, including pipe geometries, internal pressures, and strike-slip displacements, to output variables (namely tensile strains and compressive strains). The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method are validated by numerical studies considering different effects caused by structural sizes, internal pressure, and strike-slip movements.

관리감독자 대상 안전보건교육의 실효성 증진 방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Effectiveness of Safety and Health Education for Supervisors)

  • 안전보건교육이 산업재해율 감소에 매우 효과적인 것으로 보고되고 있음에도 불구하고 안전보건교육에 대한 개선요구도 매우 높게 나타나고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 안전보건교육제도 중 관리감독자 대상 안전보건교육에 대한 실효성 및 요구도를 조사함으로써 실효성 증진 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 안전보건교육에 대한 만족도 및 효과성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 관리감독자에게 요구되는 가장 중요한 역량으로서, 직무역량은 작업공정과 작업환경의 유해위험요인 발굴 및 재해예방대책 수립 능력, 기반역량은 의사소통 능력인 것으로 조사되었다. 현재 지정된 안전보건교육기관외에 다른 전문교육기관에서 시행하는 직능별 전문교육을 받은 경우에도 교육 이수 시간으로 인정하는 것에 대한 요구가 높았다. 따라서 관리감독자 대상 안전보건교육에 있어서 관리감독자의 직무역량과 기반역량 증진을 위한 주요항목을 중심으로 교육하고, 폭넓은 교육기관에서 교육 이수한 것을 인정하는 것이 필요하다. 그것이 관리감독자의 안전관리에 관한 역량을 증가시킬 수 있고, 안전보건교육의 실효성을 높일 수 있는 것이라 판단된다.

불확실한 수요와 리드타임을 갖는 공급사슬에서 (s,S) 재고정책에 관한 연구 (A study on Inventory Policy (s, S) in the Supply Chain Management with Uncertain Demand and Lead Time)

  • As customers' demands for diversified small-quantity products have been increased, there have been great efforts for a firm to respond to customers' demands flexibly and minimize the cost of inventory at the same time. To achieve that goal, in SCM perspective, many firms have tried to control the inventory efficiently. We present an mathematical model to determine the near optimal (s, S) policy of the supply chain, composed of multi suppliers, a warehouse and multi retailers. (s, S) policy is to order the quantity up to target inventory level when inventory level falls below the reorder point. But it is difficult to analyze inventory level because it is varied with stochastic demand of customers. To reflect stochastic demand of customers in our model, we do the analyses in the following order. First, the analysis of inventory in retailers is done at the mathematical model that we present. Then, the analysis of demand pattern in a warehouse is performed as the inventory of a warehouse is much effected by retailers' order. After that, the analysis of inventory in a warehouse is followed. Finally, the integrated mathematical model is presented. It is not easy to get the solution of the mathematical model, because it includes many stochastic factors. Thus, we get the solutions after the stochastic demand is approximated, then they are verified by the simulations.
