최근 동북아시아지역의 교역규모가 급성장함에 따라 동북아시아 경제권이 세계경제에서 점유하는 비중이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 대륙 국가들과의 주요 연결로서 가장 큰 구심점 역할을 하고 있는 것이 Trans Siberian Railway(TSR) 등이라고 할 수 있다. TSR 이용의 경우 국내 도로운송과 부산항과 극동 러시아 항만간 해상운송, 대륙횡단철도, 최종목적지 도착이후의 도로운송을 포함하고 있어 항공운송을 제외한 복합운송의 전 영역에 걸쳐 있으며 최근 들어 국내 철도 화물운송을 활성화시켜 대륙횡단철도와 연계하여 운영하는 것에 대한 방안도 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 러시아 및 중앙아시아향(向) 화물 운송의 선봉장 역할을 하고 있는 우리나라 TSR Service Operator들의 특징 및 역할을 파악하고 둘째, TSR Service Operator의 SWOT 분석으로 대변되는 대내 외적인 환경 분석과 우리나라 TSR Service Operator의 현황을 분석하고 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 TSR Service Operator가 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하고 유지할 수 있는 발전 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

주택건설시장에서 정부의 후분양 방식 도입이 가시회되고 있는 상황에서 과거 선분양 방식에서의 감리제도 개선이 예상된다. 감리제도는 건축물의 품질확보 및 부실시공을 방지하고자 ${\lceil}$주택건설촉진법${\rfloor}$ 을 통해 개정하여 공사감리제도를 강화하였고, 이를 ${\lceil}$주택법${\rfloor}$ 으로 개정하였다. 이러한 시점에서 후분양제도 도입은 기존까지 진행되어왔던 주택분양제도 변화로 주택건설계획 단계에서부터 주택건설 공사의 전반적인 환경에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분양제도가 변모함에 따라 주택건설공사 감리제도에서 가장 크게 영향을 받을 것이라 예상되는 부분에 대해 기존 감리제도에 관한 문제점 파악, 후분양으로 주택건설이 진행되고 있는 국내의 감리 관련제도를 고찰 및 건설 SWOT분석을 통하여 개선방안을 제안하였다.

국내 대기업 물류회사(2자 물류기업)의 물류시장 대거 잠식으로 국내 물류시장의 3자 물류 비중은 약 30% 수준으로 매년 축소되고 있다. DP, DHL 등 글로벌 3자 물류기업은 글로벌 물류시장 장악력을 강화하고 있는 반면 국내 중, 소규모의 3자 물류 기업은 성장의 한계에 부딪혀 세계 물류시장에서 차지하는 비중은 극히 미미하다. 다행스럽게도 새 정부의 중소기업 육성 강화정책과 UN의 아시아지역, 개도국 공급선 확대 추세는 아주 긍정적인 환경이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 때에 국내 중소 물류기업이 유엔 조달 물류시장에서 글로벌 네트워크를 가진 유럽, 미국계 기업들과 경쟁하여 입찰에 성공할 수 있게 도움을 주기 위하여 운송사례 연구와 SWOT 분석으로 국내외 물류환경 여건을 분석하여 세부적인 산학협력방안 및 정부의 지원 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 셰일가스 개발이 확대됨에 따라 셰일가스 생산의 증대로 에너지 시장이 변화되고, 전통에너지 플랜트 설비 축소로 이어지게 됨에 따라 국내 주조 밸브 산업의 경영악화를 극복하고 확대되는 셰일가스 플랜트 진입을 위하여 관련업계 전문가 설문조사와 선행연구를 바탕으로 2차 설문을 통하여 SWOT 요인을 확정하고자 하였다. 강점활용전략으로 국내플랜트사와의 협업 외 3가지 요인을 제시하고, 약점보완전략으로 셰일가스플랜트에 특화된 제품개발 외 4가지 요인을 결과로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 업계의 새로운 에너지설비시장 진입을 위해 내외부 환경요인 분석 및 전략수립을 제언한 것으로 학문적, 실무적인 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 본 연구에서 도출된 전략에 대한 중요도를 분석하고, 중요도의 순위에 따라 기업에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 서울시 노원구립도서관의 중장기 발전계획 수립을 위한 기초연구이다. 본 연구는 노원구의 특징과 지역 여건을 조사하고, 공공도서관 현황을 파악하였다. 기초자료를 바탕으로 도서관의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 지역 특성, 도서관의 시설 현황과 장서, 인력, 프로그램을 분석하였다. 설문조사를 통해 지역주민들의 도서관 이용 빈도와 목적, 만족도, 장서개발에 대한 의견, 기대하는 도서관의 역할과 정책 방향 등을 조사하였다. SWOT 분석을 기반으로 하여 노원구립도서관 중장기발전계획을 위한 미션과 전략을 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 미래 교육 강화, 더불어 읽는 독서문화, 지속 가능한 환경도서관, 노원구 문화 플랫폼이라는 노원구립도서관의 발전 과제를 선정하여 제시하였다.

개관한 지 10년을 맞이하는 국립세종도서관은 정책정보 전문도서관으로서의 책무를 수행하는 동시에 세종시민을 위한 공공도서관 기능을 수행하여 왔다. 그럼에도 국립세종도서관이 계속해서 정책정보서비스와 공공도서관 서비스를 병행하는 것이 바람한지에 대해서는 의문을 제기하는 견해가 적지 않다. 국립세종도서관이 정체성을 바로 세우고 핵심역량과 서비스를 강화하기 위해서는 국립세종도서관의 현주소 및 이해집단의 선행조사가 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국립세종도서관의 현주소를 진단하여 SWOT 분석한 후 정책정보서비스와 관련된 이해집단(국립세종도서관 및 유관 정책기관 직원)을 대상으로 국립세종도서관의 핵심 역할과 정체성, 정책정보서비스에 대한 인식을 조사·분석하여 이를 바탕으로 정책정보 특화도서관으로서의 핵심역량 제고 방안과 미래 지향성을 제시하였다.

The remarkable growth of China's economy over the past several decades has obtained tremendous achievements. The construction industry play a leading role un this rapid economic expansion. And China's huge construction market gives it great economic influence around the world, it has attracting many enterprises to entry, although many enter barriers and market risks exist. However many construction enterprises have not doing well, especially foreign construction enterprises are not doing as well as we thought in the Chinese construction market. Although China's construction market has great development and become increasingly open, foreign investors and contractors now have much broader access to the Chinese construction market than before. But nonetheless, there are a wide range of practical problems that bring potential risks for them to invest in China. This paper aims to identify foreign construction enterprises' position by understanding the local market environment, and adopt he SWOT analysts Identifies the foreign construction enterprises' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Chinese construction market, to Proposes appropriate Strengths-Opportunities (SO), Weaknesses-Opportunities (WO), Strengths-Threats (ST) and Weaknesses-Threats (WT) strategies to make the foreign construction enterprises movling forward.

Industrial integration is the innovative embodiment of regional economic theory. The promotion of industrial integration is conducive to improving the scale effect and spillover effect of the industry. Also, it has the power to radiate, drive, and lead the innovation and development of the whole industrial cluster. The purpose of this paper was to identify the most suitable development pattern of the ice-snow sports tourism industry in Zhangjiakou, one of the host cities of the 2022 Winter Olympics. This study combs the characteristics of the development of the ice-snow sports industry, and analyzes the current situation of the industry in Zhangjiakou based on the SWOT-AHP method. This paper argues that the integrated industry is the most suitable development pattern for the promotion of the ice-snow culture industry in Zhangjiakou. The following content will present effective countermeasures to accelerate the development of the ice-snow culture industry integration in Zhangjiakou from three aspects: industrial resource integration, industrial chain layout, and scientific and technological innovation. The IT live simulation technique facilitates identifying some vital elements during the data collection.

After North Korea's sixth nuclear test, the operational environment on the Korean Peninsula has fundamentally changed, and the South Korean military faces various security challenges, including a reduction in military service resources and shorter military service periods. In particular, the South Korean military is seeking a new paradigm in military construction amid changes in the defense acquisition environment linked to the push for defense reform 2.0 and the utilization of the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, this study considered strategies for improving the operational test and evaluation of weapons systems suitable for changes in the defense acquisition environment to effectively prepare for existing military threats and future warfare patterns. For this purpose, external environment analysis and internal capabilities were diagnosed using PEST Analysis and SPRO Analysis, and improvement strategies were derived through SWOT analysis.

전문도서관의 사서직 업무가 도서관의 패러다임이 전환됨에 따라 그 성격이 어떻게 효율적으로 변하여야 할것 인가에 대한 연구를 하였다. 전문도서관에 근무하는 사서가 전통적인 도서관업무외에 수행할 새로운 영역과 역할이 무엇인지에 대하여 조사를 하였다. 전문도서관의 블루오션 전략을 도출하기 위하여 SWOT분석을 하여 도서관 내 외부 환경변화를 파라하였다. 전문도서관의 업무 개선을 위하여 ERCR 분석을 하여 각 업무에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 조사와 분석 결과를 근거로 하여 전문도서관 사서의 역할과 업무 영역 다변화 전략을 제시하였다.
