Purpose The purpose of this study is to attempt to incorporate power theory to evaluate information capability of SCM adopters. Therefore, this study focuses on the relationship of information sharing, partnership quality, and information capacity according to the power intensity of the variables of SCM. and CSV value creation. Design/methodology/approach The questionnaire of SCM builder was conducted and 302 samples were analyzed. Based on the theoretical background of power and information capacity, we set up a structural equation model. Hypothesis testing and statistical analysis were done through AMOS and SPSS. Findings First, it shows that the compensation power among the constrained power has a positive effect on the partnership quality, and the legitimacy power has the positive influence only on the information sharing. Compulsive power, compensation, and legitimacy, which are generally restrictive powers, may reduce the quality of information sharing and partnership, but the results of this study are rather higher. Second, both non-binding power expertise and criterion have a positive effect on information sharing and partnership quality. Third, information sharing has a positive effect on partnership quality. Supporting a number of research results, it is well reflected in SCM attributes where interdependence is important. Fourth, information sharing and partnership quality have a positive effect on information capacity. Information literacy has become an essential element in modern management. Fifth, the enhancement of CSV value creation plays a role of a controlling variable to further strengthen information sharing through non - binding power attribute, expertise and conformity. In addition, the strengthening of CSV value creation has been shown to play a role as a controlling variable to further strengthen the quality of partnership through the non-binding power attribution, but expertise has been rejected.

It is very difficult that a company could grow with its own competitiveness in modern global competition era. The pattern of competition is changing from company-to-company to supply chain network-to-supply chain network. In order to enhance competitiveness and survive capability by combining inter-enterprises core competencies, the effort to integrate and optimize supply chain are increasing. The purpose of this study was to specify the effects of SCM characteristics on supply chain partnership and corporate performance through corporate characteristics such as agility and visibility. So as to verify hypotheses, multiple regression analysis was performed by using SPSS statistical package. The results showed that SCM characteristics had the positive effect on agility and visibility, and supply chain partnership and corporate performance was statistically influenced by agility and visibility. This study contributes on the SCM related research in that it investigated SCM activities of construction machinery industry.

The purpose of this research is to further investigate the influence of partnership between with the mediator effect of the social business on the outcome of SCM. IT technology fusion electronic tags, mobile phone, such as cloud computing is also activated in supply chain management of recently, business is faster, if social business is applied here that are smarter, customers or suppliers, there may be communication directly and to further improve the relationship partnership. 150 questionnaires were sent to companies that have introduced SCM to their systems and are operating it. Among 150 questionnaires, 127 collected data were analyzed excluding incomplete 23 data. Statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, path analysis, Scheffe test and Sobel test with Amos 18.0. and SPSS 21.0. The analytical results are as follows. First, the more the reliability, information share, continuous transaction, effects on the social business are getting higher, the interdependence has little impact on it. Second, the impact on the outcome of SCM, partnerships between companies, showed a significant influence the reliability, the share of information, the continuous transaction, but the interdependence was analysed as an uninfluential factor. Third, the social business is analyses to have a mediator effect in relationship between the partnership and the outcome of SCM.
As competition between companies intensifies in the global management environment, ESG management is emerging as a tool for companies to have competitive advantages, and it is becoming increasingly important for companies to form strategic partnerships using SCM. Through the investigation of the previous research, the main factors such as ESG management, SCM partnership, corporate image, performance and so on were analyzed. As a result, the stronger ESG management factors such as the environment and society are, the higher the corporate image. Second, ESG management, such as the environment and society, has a significant impact on corporate performance. Third, ESG management activities such as environment and society have enhanced SCM partnerships. Fourth, it was confirmed that the stronger the SCM partnership, the better the corporate image. Fifth, the improvement of the corporate image of non-financial performance will have a more significant impact on corporate performance. In terms of academic and practical implications, it leads to important factors to be considered in the introduction of ESG management by companies, and empirically explores the relationship between each factor. The ESG management of Korean start-ups needs to be promoted according to environmental and social factors, and the ESG management needs to be implemented from a long-term perspective.
Purpose - This study aims to clarify through which process asset specificity and supplier development project (SDP) affect performance. Cooperation, partnership, the level of information exchange, and the importance of information sharing are considered significant variables as mediators related to the process. Finally, the performance formation model of the supply chain through asset specificity and supplier development project would be suggested as being a result of this study. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was as follows: questionnaires were distributed to 250 companies that have business ties with H Company. The empirical study to test our hypothesis was based on statistical analysis (using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0). The hypothesis of this paper is that the asset specificity and supplier development project variables have positive effects on the following variables: mediators such as cooperation and partnership (reliability and dependence); and the cooperation and partnership variables have a positive effect on the following variables: level of information sharing, the importance of information sharing, and level of information sharing; the importance of information sharing has a positive effect on supply chain performance. We tested our hypothesized model utilizing path analysis with latent variables. Results - First, it was found that asset specificity has significant positive effects on cooperation (H1), reliability (H2), and dependability (H3). Second, it was proved that the level of comprehension on the purpose of SDP has positive effects significantly on cooperation (H4), reliability (H5), and dependability (H6). Third, the hypotheses related to cooperation were all significantly accepted. The relationships of cooperation with the level (H7) and importance (H8) of information sharing were significant. Fourth, the hypotheses related to reliability were all significantly accepted. The relationships of reliability with the level (H9) and importance (H10) of information sharing were significant. In terms of dependability, however, the hypotheses were partially accepted. The effect of dependability was significant on the importance of information sharing (H12), but insignificant on the level of information sharing (H11). Finally, the causal relationships from the level of information sharing to SCM performance (H13) and from the importance of information sharing to SCM performance (H14) were both significantly accepted. Conclusion - First, with rapid changes in the business environment, enterprises should acquire the right information to properly implement SCM. For successful SCM, firms should understand the supplier development project. Second, asset specificity and the level of comprehension on SDP have significant effects both on cooperation and partnership (reliability and dependability). Third, mediators such as cooperation, reliability, and dependability significantly affect the level and importance of information sharing. Fourth, the level and importance of information sharing have significant impacts on SCM performance. This paper makes a meaningful contribution to further the understanding of how SDP affects SCM performance. Finally, successful SCM performance is achieved by information sharing through a collaborative environment and partnership (confidence & dependence) rather than by investing only in setting up an information system.

This study explores how partnership and information quality effect on the SCM main features namely flexibility, agility, and control of uncertainty. Especially the relationship was tested additionally, divided by own companies and their partners. Because the expected value of a supplier - buyer relationship has been defined in different ways by previous research. To test the suggested model, this study used a data set generated from the survey. The 140 sets of data collected, which companies use SCM, were tested against the model using SPSS 23 and smartPLS 3.2.3. The results of this study are as follows. Own company's information quality had most effect on the SCM flexibility, agility, and control of uncertainty. And partner's partnership quality had least effect on the SCM features.
This study suggests a model to identify relationships between Supply Chain Partnership(SCP) and the performance of Supply Chain Management(SCM) based on apparel companies and outsourcing suppliers of finished products that are in a position of getting into Supply Chain Level on apparel industry. This research model is based on an integrated model including a relationship between relationship formation factors and partnership strengthening factors in SCP; and supply chain performance a result of that relationship. The formation factors of SCP affect emotional elements(trust, commitment) of strengthening factors, and they, in turn, impact the performance of a supply chain through behavioral elements(collaboration, information sharing)16 hypotheses were formulated to research the degree of impact of SCP on supply chain performance. Theoretical and empirical research was executed in parallel to achieve the objectives of this study. Empirical research involved a research methodology using surveys. Survey target audiences were limited to designers and merchandisers over five years of experience with apparel companies and outsourcing suppliers for finished products operating mainly in Korea. SPSS 12.0 for Windows and AMOS 5.0 were used for data and statistical analysis. Reviewing the result of research model and identification of each hypothesis, total 11 from 16 hypotheses set by this research were selected, 5 hypotheses were dropped, and 4 meaningful paths were added.
