The today many companies are tilting to enjoy the dominant position in the globalization of global market. The past business management is focus on the price and quality, but many companies are doing our utmost for customer satisfaction of various needs of customers. Therefore, The efficient logistics management is a core element in the competitiveness of company that respond more quickly and effectively to market. Now, The companies are building an integrated SCM(Supply Chain Management) system that is able to manage and operate procurement, production, distribution & logistics activity. Among the IT infra, The RFID technique is received special attention for this successful SCM System, continuously it is being researched and developed. Also, they recognize RFID techniques that offer various services at supply chain flow, create value of company. This study propose implications in other industry for biz model development and direction based on RFID in many industry through case study for development of the distribution logistics information system on using RFID.

본고는 장치산업형 부품 제조업체에서 주문관리와 제조정보를 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 관점에서 통합하기 위한 모형을 제시한다. 공정 특성을 고려하여 이 모형은 계획 계층과 실행 계측을 분리하고, 두 계층의 효율적 연계를 위한 가상 프로세스를 도입하며, 운영의 유연성을 최대화하는 계획과 실행의 분리 원칙을 적용하였다. 또한 이 모형이 장치산업형 제조업체의 생산성 혁신에 기여할 수 있음을 사례연구로 제시하였다.

Recently, an industrial production-distribution planning problem has been widely investigated in Supply Chain Management(SCM). One of the key issues in the current SCM research area is reverse logistics network. This study have developed a simulation model for the reverse logistics network. The simulation model analysis reverse logistics network issues such as inventory policy, manufacturing policy, transportation mode, warehouse assignment, supplier assignment. Computational experiments using commercial simulation tool ARENA show that the real problems. The model can be used to decide an appropriate production-distribution planning problem in the research area.

SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

최근 물류분야의 학자들과 실무자들이 물류혁신의 한 기법으로 자주 거론하는 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)의 정확한 개념은 무엇인가? 기존의 여러 문헌과 물류실무를 검토한 결과 특정한 공급사슬내의 조직내부 또는 조직간에는 일정한 수준의 경영활동 및 업무절차의 조정의 필요한 것으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 향후 공급사슬관리와 관련된 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 개념적 모델을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 한국기업의 물류혁신을 위한 시사정과 앞으로의 연구과제에 대해 알아보고 있다.

공급사슬관리는 기업 경영의 핵심 성공요소 중 하나가 되었다. 이에 따라서 많은 연구자들이 지속적으로 공급사슬관리와 관련한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 지난 10년 동안 국내 학술지에 발표한 공급사슬관리 분야 연구논문을 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석 방법으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. RISS 학술 데이터 베이스에서 총 586편의 관련 논문을 검색하여 개별 연구논문의 키워드 노드를 중심으로 키워드 네트워크를 구축하여 네트워크 분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 지난 10년 동안 국내 공급사슬관리 연구는 물류, 정보시스템, 파트너십, 위험관리, 지속가능 분야를 중심으로 연구되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

기업물류에 있어 공급사슬 관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 SCM 성과측정과 관련한 다양한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 실제 상황에서 요구되는 SCM의 성능 척도는 운영의 효율성과 수요의 반응성을 동시에 고려해야 함에도 불구하고, 기존의 SCM 측정 및 관리 방식은 SCM의 일부분만을 측정대상으로 하거나, 과거의 성과를 중심으로 측정하기 때문에 운영의 효율성과 수요의 반응성 중 단지 하나의 성향만을 다루는 정적인 모델이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 급변하는 기업 환경 및 시장환경에 원활하게 대응하고, 운영의 효율성과 수요의 반응성을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 동적인 정량화 모델의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 주목하여, 기능/전략적 측면에서 SCOR 모델의 핵심성과지표(KPI: Key Performance Indicators)를 활용하여 공급사슬 운영의 효율성을 파악하는 동시에, 수요변동에 따른 핵심성과지표의 반응성을 고려한 정량적인 방식으로 탄력적인 공급사슬의 측정 및 관리가 가능한 동적인 모델을 제안하였다.

This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.
