본 논문에서는 package된 BJT의 RF 등가회로 모델을 optimization과정 없이 직접 추출하는 방법을 개발하였다. 먼저, open 과 short package 구조를 사용하여 plastic package의 기생성분을 측정된 S-파라미터로부터 정확히 제거하였다. 이와 같이 package do-embedding된 S-파라미터로부터 package lead와 chip pad 사이의 bonding wire 인덕턴스와 chip pad 캐패시턴스를 직접 추출하는 간단한 방법을 구축하였다. 그 후에 내부 BJT소자의 소신호 모델변수들은 RF 등가회로로부터 유도된 Z나 Y-파라미터 방정식을 이용하여 결정하였다. 이 방법으로 모델화된 packaged BJT의 S-파라미터는 측정 데이터와 아주 잘 일치하였으며 이는 새로운 추출방법의 정확성을 증명한다.

본 연구에서는 s-소단 경사식 방파제에서의 처오름 특성을 검토하기 위하여 수리모형실험을 수행하였다. 소단의 높이와 폭을 변화시켜가며 파형경사 및 쇄파계수의 변화에 따른 처오름높이 계측결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 소단의 폭과 높이가 증가될수록 처오름높이는 감소함을 알 수 있었으며, 파형경사와 쇄파계수의 변화에 따른 처오름높이의 변화는 크지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

This research studied 6-Axes Articulated Robot Manipulator's gain Tuning in consideration of dynamic. First of all, search fur proportional gain of velocity control loop by dynamic signal analyzer. Proportional gain of velocity control loop is connected to dynamic signal analyzer. Next Select free Proportional Gain value. And Select amplitude X of sinusoidal properly so that enough Velocity Feedback Signal may be paid as there is no group to utensil department. Next step, We can get Bode Diagram of Closed loop transfer function response examination in interested frequency. Integral calculus for gain of velocity loop is depended on integral calculus correction's number. We can obtain open loop transfer function by integrator. And we can know bode diagram's special quality from calculated open loop transfer function. With this, Velocity Control Loop's Parameter as inner loop is controlled. Next In moving, when vibration occurs, it controls notch filter. And finally, we have to control fred-forward filter parameter for elevation of control performance.

We shall propose several estimators for the scale parameter in a uniform distribution with the presence of a half-triangle outlier, and obtain mean squared errors(MSE's) for their proposed estimators. And we shall compare numerically efficiencies for proposed several estimators of the scale parameter in a uniform distribution with the presence of a half-triangle outlier in the small sample sizes.

Optimization was considered from three perspectives : minimum grain loss, minimum damaged grain loss, and minimum power consumption. Factors affecting combine performance were classified as control, adjustable, and environmental. Control and adjustable factors were optimized by the parameter design developed by Taguchi. Environmental factors were used as input for optimization. Optimum range for control and adjustable factors are presented. Parameter design was adequate to obtain the optimum levels of control factors and optimum range of adjustable factors.

In-Service-Monitoring을 통하여 네트웍 계층에서 성능저하와 전달되어지는 QOS의 영향을 감시하여 Pro-Active 매니지먼트가 가능하다. 그 결과로서 SLA 보증을 위반하기 전에 성능저하를 조기 발견하여 행동을 취한 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 요구조건을 만족하기 위한 네트웍의 구성과 SLA 측정의 제약조건들을 고려하고 Policy Based Routing이 적용되는 네트웍에서 Technology-Specific Parameter인 IP Packet Loss Ratio, IP 패킷전송지연, 패킷지터, 가용도등의 SLA Parameter를 측정하였다.

We construct three kinds of complete embedded singly-periodic minimal surfaces in $\mathbb{H}^2{\times}\mathbb{R}$. The first one is a 1-parameter family of minimal surfaces which is asymptotic to a horizontal plane and a vertical plane; the second one is a 2-parameter family of minimal surfaces which has a fundamental piece of finite total curvature and is asymptotic to a finite number of vertical planes; the last one is a 2-parameter family of minimal surfaces which fill $\mathbb{H}^2{\times}\mathbb{R}$ by finite Scherk's towers.

In this paper, we develop noninformative priors for the generalized Pareto distribution when the scale parameter is of interest. We developed the rst order and the second order matching priors. We revealed that the second order matching prior does not exist. It turns out that the reference prior and Jeffrey's prior do not satisfy a first order matching criterion, and Jeffreys' prior, the reference prior and the matching prior are different. Some simulation study is performed and a real example is given.

Taguchi robust design is widely used to quality improve methods. Especially, interest of dynamic characteristics parameter design is getting grow. In this paper, we have a comparative analyzed three Signal-to-Noise Ratios which are used in American Supplier Institute(ASI), MINITAB and Taguchi series published by Japanese Standard Institute with numerical examples.

동시 계수 도플러 넓어짐 양전자 소멸 분광법으로 p형과 n형 실리콘 시료에 0, 4.0 MeV 에너지의 1.0, $2.0{\times}10^{13}$ protons/$cm^2$ 양성자 빔 조사에 의한 결함을 측정하여 실리콘 구조 특성에 대하여 조사하였다. 양전자와 전자의 쌍소멸로 발생하는 감마선 스펙트럼의 수리적 해석 방법인 S-변수와 W-변수를 사용하여, 시료의 구조 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서 측정된 S-변수는 시료에 조사된 양성자의 빔 에너지에 따라 변하지 않고 거의 일정한 값을 보인 반면, 양성자 조사량의 변화에 따라 결함이 증가하였으며, 그 이유는 양성자 조사 에너지에 따른 Bragg 피크 때문에 에너지는 시료의 특정 깊이에 주로 결함을 형성하여 시료전체에는 결함으로 잘 나타나지 않기 때문으로 판단된다. 그리고 빔의 조사량에 따른 결함의 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다.
