As agricultural companies encounter number of risks in their business, it is very important to control the risks for their stable management. So we examine the agricultural business risks and propose the risk management strategies for the agricultural companies. For these purpose, we analyze the agricultural business risks with which agricultural companies are confronted, and propose the agricultural companies' the risk management strategies. The results of this study are as follows : First, Changing the risk environment of agricultural business, we have to realize the importance of the agricultural risks and risk management in it. Second, When we choose the risk management strategies which are risk retention, risk avoidance, risk control, risk transfer and insurance, etc., we should always consider the frequency of loss and the severity of loss. Third, If we don't control the agricultural risks, we will be in a position to very difficult situation. So, Agricultural companies should lead to stronger effort to manage the risks for their stable business.

Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) is aiming at the establishment of the risk management process to prevent and cope with risks in advance and is composed of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Response and Monitoring. It is feedback through the Risk Re-identification. This study has analysed a sample of the risk management system of an airport operating corporation, for this purpose, relevant documents and examples of overseas airports have been reviewed. It has found that corporations establishing ERM have been performing identical procedures such as the process of Identification, Assessment, Effective Reporting, Communication and monitoring and so on. The A corporation has established the process for risk management and crisis management and organized for its organization and system. The risk management has the same process such as above. In this process, when the symptoms of critical crisis have been recognized, it has been transformed into crisis management system, through which, corporate-wide response has been conducted in the process of crisis status analysis, response and follow-up management. This study expects to contribute to systematic foundation for future business continuity on the basis of risks and response procedures acknowledged by this study.

The risk management is an organized method for identifying and measuring risk and for selecting, developing, and implementing options for the handling of risk. The risk management covers all programatic and technical factors which affect the system development performance, cost, and schedule. While technical issues are primary concern for systems engineering, the three elements(performance, cost, and schedule) must be balanced for a successful risk management process. This paper proposes the risk management process for the KSLV-I(Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I) program using computer-aided systems engineering tool, Cradle. The risk management process of KSLV-I program is similar to the general risk management process, but it has its own specific features to manage large-scale complex characteristics of KSLV-I program.

본 논문은 전문가들을 대상으로 디지털위험을 관리하는 조직에 대한 신뢰가 위험지각과 위험관리 인식에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 주요결과를 보면, 첫째, 전문가들이 디지털위험을 관리하는 조직인 정부, 관련 과학자그룹, 언론, 시민단체, 기업에 대한 신뢰가 높을수록 위험지각은 상대적으로 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국사회 내에 존재하는 다양한 영역의 전문가들이 디지털위험을 관리하는 조직에 대해 높은 신뢰를 가질수록 관련 위험에 대한 관리가 효율적으로 이루어지고 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 디지털위험에 대한 위험지각은 위험관리 인식에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이런 결과에 비추어볼 때, 한국사회 내 새로운 위험으로 부각되고 있는 디지털위험을 효과적으로 통제, 예방하기 위해서는 사회 내에 신뢰를 높이고, 신뢰에 기반한 의사결정이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

For the risk analysis and risk assessment techniques to be effectively applied to the field of information technology (IT) security, it is necessary that the required activities and specific techniques to be applied and their order of applications are to be determined through a proper risk management model. If the adopted risk management model does not match with the characteristics of host organization, an inefficient management of security would be resulted. In this paper, a risk management model which can be well adapted to Korean domestic IT environments is proposed for an efficient security management of IT. The structure and flow of the existing IT-related risk management models are compared and analysed, and their common and/or strong characteristics are extracted and incorporated in the proposed model in the light of typical threat types observed in Korean IT environments.

본 연구에서는 건설공사에서 발생할 수 있는 리스크 요인의 효율적 잔치론 위해 리스크관리 절차에 대해서 중점 검토하여 국내 실정에 가장 적합한 세부 리스크관리 절차를 제시하기 인한 모형을 개발한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 건설공사 리스크관리 모형(CRMM, Construction Risk Management Model)은 리스크관리를 위해 리스크관리 준비단계부터 리스크 요인의 확인, 분석, 대응 및 관리단계의 총괄적인 작업을 수행하기 위한 모형으로 구축한다. CRMM에서는 리스크관리를 위한 3단계 모형(리스크 확인 모형, 리스크 분서 모형, 리스크 대응 모형) 구성으로 리스크관리 단계별 모형을 구축한다. 구축된 단계별 모형은 전산화의 기본 구성절차와 모듈 구성의 초기 자료로 사용되며, 기존 리스크관리의 세분화되고 전문화된 절차로 사용될 수 있다.

Risk management is an important part of system assurance and it is widely used in safety-related system. Railway signal system is one kind of safety-related system and its most important goal is to guarantee the safety of railway system. The method based on risk management can find and solve the security issues of railway signal system more effectively. This paper introduces the basic conception of risk management, studies the whole process of risk management and related tools and techniques and discusses some key points qualitatively combining with the particularity of railway signal system.

Regester & Larkin(2005) suggest the issue and risk lifecycle analysis method in risk management, made up of the potential, emerging, current, crisis, and dormant stages. Investment on New & Renewable Energy is meaningful in effect ive risk management for diminishing or reducing the shock of a energy current, at the potential stage. In this study, we survey the risk of traditional fossil fuel projects and develop the risk analysis model for new & renewable energy projects specially geothermal energy resources and gas-hydrate resources.

건설사업은 위험에 대한 노출수위가 크기 때문에 프로젝트의 공정을 관리하는 적극적인 위험관리가 강하게 요구되고 있으나 현재의 일반적인 공정관리기법은 위험인지 및 위험분석을 하기에는 부적합한 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재의 공정관리 문제점을 개선하기 위한 공정관리 모델의 개발을 목적으로, 건설현장에서 실질적 인 위험관리를 수행할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다. 위험관리에 초점을 둔 새로운 공정관리모델은 주공정 관리 및 위험주공정 관리를 함께 수행할 수 있을 것이다.
