Most research in artificial intelligence (AI) has focused on the development of new algorithms. But as artificial intelligence has been spreading over many applications and gaining more attention from managers in the organization, academia has begun to understand the necessity of developing new artificial intelligence theories related to AI management. We reviewed recent studies in the field from 2015, and further analysis has been done for 785 studies chosen based on citation numbers of over 20. The results show that most studies have still been in the prototyping application phase of artificial intelligence across different industries. We conclude our study by calling for more research in the application of artificial intelligence in terms of organizational structures and project and risk management.

The North Korea have supported their own political ideological education system to maintain their basic framework of society. The north korean political education contents become from now on it be done harder. That answer is up to the government of the North Korea, and the general public in North Korea would be going after it. However, when we review this closely, both positions of the North Korean government and the general public would be different each other as before. I would figure out whether the political ideological education system in North Korea would be going on with making realistic changes or just maintaining their old system. The political and ideological education might make settled flexibility. On the other hand, we can expect that it could be reinforced by the North Korean government. For this content, this research is going to try to understand the characteristics of North Korea's ideological education policy considering both position of the North Korean government and the general public thoroughly.

Purpose: Due to the stringency of regulations related to clinical research, researchers face various requirements in the Institutional Review Board (IRB) review process. Specifically, they encounter time constraints and administrative burdens. In order to cultivate a more favorable review culture and establish a robust research environment, it is necessary to analyze researchers' perceptions of the IRB review. Therefore, this study aims to assess researchers' overall experiences with the IRB and identify researchers' educational needs and demands for research-related policies. Methods: A semistructured questionnaire with 34 items was developed and refined in consultation with advisors from IRB and Human Research Protection Program (HRPP). The questionnaire was distributed via an online survey to researchers with experience in IRB review. The survey covered general characteristics, satisfaction with the IRB review process (rated on a 10-point scale), experiences with IRB review, HRPP policy demands. Results: The study's descriptive statistics revealed a moderate satisfaction level (average rating, 6.75 out of 10) with the IRB review. Researchers from clinical medicine and other disciplines showed similar satisfaction scores of 6.65 and 6.87, respectively. However, respondents with over 5 years of research experience expressed higher satisfaction (mean score, 7.03) compared to those with less experience (mean score, 6.57). Institutional support was emphasized for improving the IRB review process. Certain training topics generated higher demands for addressing frequently raised IRB issues among minor discipline researchers compared to clinical medicine (p=0.017). Conclusion: We conducted an analysis of researchers' perceptions regarding the IRB as well as their demands concerning educational and HRPP policies. It is imperative to address the pinpointed areas for enhancement and integrate a range of perspectives in order to effectively cultivate a robust research ethics culture and ensure comprehensive participant protection.

This study is to identify that the efforts of business ethics build customer loyalty, and it makes customers lead to purchase behavior in the viewpoint of grasping convergence effect. The survey has proved that ethical management influences consumers' purchase behaviors, and consumers' image perception and trust on corporate play parameter role in that process. This results imply that corporate's ethical management gives increase in revenue and reputation to corporate. So managers must recognize business goes on when the social legitimacy is approved by the public, and make efforts to arrange systems and programs to foster ethical management. In the future study, it is required that an analysis to differentiate target range and level of implementation of ethical management and research associated with ethical issue of high public interest.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to use digital textbooks to cultivate digital citizenship of elementary and secondary students. We analyzed domestic and international research on digital citizenship and analyzed the definition and elements of digital citizenship. Based on the analysis, we formed a council where field teachers, education experts, and government agencies participated. This study devised the elements and competence models of digital citizenship for elementary and secondary school students, and suggested teaching methods using digital textbooks. As a result, we derived five elements of 'Digital Literacy', 'Digital Communication', 'Digital Ethics', 'Digital Responsibility', and 'Digital Creativity & Collaboration', and devised a 'Triangle competency model' for the school site application.

This study was a descriptive research study to identify of awareness about pandemic influenza, ethical awareness, and ethical decision-making in the situation of COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects were 194 nursing students in H and Y city. Data collected from May 1 to June 20, 2020 and analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program. The subject's awareness about pandemic influenza was moderate, and ethical awareness and ethical decision-making were high. Ethics awareness and ethical decision-making levels were higher for those who had a history of infection with new type of infectious disease than those who did not. Awareness about pandemic influenza is positively correlated with ethical awareness(r=.291, p<.001) and ethical decision-making related to pandemic influenza(r=.143, p=.046), ethical awareness is a positive correlation with ethical decision-making(r=.274, p<.001). Based on result, propose the development of an educational program to make correct ethical decisions in the social disaster caused by infectious diseases for nursing students.

This study attempted to test not only the influence of transformational leadership(TFL) on employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB), but also the mediating effect of organizational identification(OID) between TFL and employees' UPB. This study employed two research methods: literature review and empirical testing of the developed hypotheses. Data were collected through online questionnaire instruments from 229 employees working at companies in Korea. To test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was employed. The model is shown as adequately fitting to the data. The results showed that there was not a positive and statistically significant relationship between TFL and employees' UPB, and OID played as a mediator in the relationship between TFL and employees' UPB. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of TFL is linked to employees' UPB through OID.

The purpose of this study was empirically to reveal the structure relationship between ethical management of ski resort employee, organizational identification and customer orientation. For the research, survey of 200 people working in domestic ski resorts was conducted. The survey was composed of three variables(ethical management, organizational identification and customer orientation). The following results were obtained by confirmatory analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. First, ski resort employee's ethical management had a positive correlation with organizational identification. Second, ski resort employee's ethical management had a positive correlation with customer orientation. Third, ski resort employee's organizational identification had a positive correlation with customer orientation. This study suggested that the ethical management of ski resorts had positive effects on the attitudes and behaviors of the employees who regarded the organization as a common fate and provided high quality service considering the customer's position.

ICT is still lacking relevant studies and efforts even though it needs to be accompanied by character education. Against this backdrop, this study has developed and operated an education program that combines ICT with character education and conducted surveys on its accomplishments. The research findings are as follows. The analysis of theme-based correlations has revealed that individual's character has not significantly affected character for others and global character and that building character for others have made a significant impact on establishing global character with a high level of correlations. Therefore, I have found that a program involving a group of people together such as team-based task has a positive effect on fostering problem-solving talents with global leadership. It is hard to obtain tangible results in character education in a short period of time but I would like to contribute to laying the foundation for cultivating and fostering talents equipped with global leadership while respecting oneself and caring for others in everyday life through these classes. There is a study on convergence of character education and different subjects, left behind of this study.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the unethical information sharing by information asymmetry. I will confirm the effect of ethical dilemma, unethical intention and behavior by the information asymmetry. A research method used the structural equations. The analysis showed causal relationship that ethical dilemma and unethical intention and behaviors by the information sharing. In particular, The ethical dilemma by position level showed different from the factor between dilemma and intention. As a result, the organization should manage differently ethical issue according to position level. The contribution in this study has expended an interpretation scope of broken windows theory from social science and explained a discriminative management of the ethical dilemma by position level from the practical view. A Future study should investigate an unethical behavior reduce by information security systems.
