여대생의 건강통제위와 운동 자기효능감, 운동 유익성 및 장애성 (Health Locus of Control, Exercise Self-efficacy, and Exercise Benefits / Barriers of Female College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health locus of control, exercise self-efficacy and exercise benefits / barriers of female college students. Methods: Convenient sampling was used to recruit participants from a University based in Pusan. Data were collected from October 15 to December 20, 2007, and participants were 322 students. The questionnaires administered consisted of Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (HLOC) Scales, Exercise Self-efficacy Scale, and Exercise Benefits / Barriers Scale. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean scores for the HLOC among female students was HLOC-I: 22.24, HLOC-P: 16.82, HLOC-C: 15.16. The mean scores were exercise self-efficacy: 37.45, exercise benefit: 2.96, and exercise barriers: 2.89. The 'double external' response pattern of HLOC was the largest group in female students with significant difference in exercise benefit between response patterns of HLOC. There were significant correlations between HLOC-I, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise benefit/barriers. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that tailored health management program by pattern of HLOC should be developed to promote the exercise behavior and enhance the exercise self-efficacy and benefit for female students.

  • Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) is a systematic optimization process that allows users to compare different alternatives and to determine if a project is a solid investment. Many state DOTs have included CBA in their pavement management systems (PMSs) to help allocate state funds for maintenance, rehabilitation, resurfacing, and reconstruction of pavements. In a typical CBA, each pavement type has an assigned weight factor which represents the level of importance of this pavement type. To conduct an accurate CBA, it is essential to select appropriate weight factors. Arbitrarily assigning weights factors to pavements can lead to biased and inaccurate funding allocation decisions. The purpose for this paper is to outline a method to develop an ideal set of weight factors that can be utilized to conduct more accurate CBA. To this end, a matrix of all possible weight factors sets was developed. CBA was conducted for each set of weight factors to obtain a population of possible optimization solutions. Then a regression analysis was performed to establish the relationship between benefit and weight factors. Finally, a multi-objective genetic algorithm was applied to select the optimal set of weight factors. The findings from this study can be used by state DOTs to strategically manage their roadway systems in a cost effective manner.

독일 일-가정 양립정책과 젠더레짐 변화에 대한 연구 -최근 부모수당제도의 도입을 중심으로- (A Study on the Transition of Work-Family Reconciliation Policy and Gender Regime -Focusing on Recent Introduction of Parents Benefit-)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 메타경로분석의 방법론을 적용해 최근 부모수당제도의 도입을 중심으로 독일의 일-가정 양립정책과 젠더레짐의 변화의 실제와 동학을 규명하는 것이다. 일-가정 양립정책에서 '계층화'가 이루어지고 있는데, 정치적 장벽이 해소돼 부모수당제도를 도입할 수 있었던 반면 기존 가족주의 지지세력의 제도 내부적 장벽으로 인해 아동양육수당제도를 고수하지 않을 수 없었다. 그러나 부모수당제도는 '차별적인 성장'으로 활성화돼 독일 젠더레짐의 지배적인 구조를 '순차적 양립'에서 '동시적 양립'으로 변화시키는 핵심적인 보완성의 변화를 낳고 있다. 한편 주요 정치적 행위자들은 젠더영역에 대한 '의도적 분리'를 통해 전체 독일모델의 핵심적인 제도영역 간의 조정관계의 이완 가능성을 차단하려 하고 있다.

공공 및 민영의료보험의 비급여 관리정책에 대한 국가별 비교 (International Comparison of the Non-benefits Management Policies for Public and Private Health Insurance)

  • In the process of promoting policies to strengthen health insurance coverage, the relationship between public health insurance and private health insurance, along with the management of non-benefit, is also emphasized as a policy issue. First, the concept and scope of non-benefit were comparatively analyzed by country. Second, the interaction between the public and private health insurance was classified as 'large or small,' and the government's regulation and management policy on private health insurance was classified as 'strong or weak.' Korea has relatively smaller benefits covered by public health insurance, higher copayment expenses, and more areas and scope of non-benefits. In countries where the interaction between public and private health insurance is small, private health insurance-related policies are weak. And in countries with large interactions had public-private partnerships and the government's management policies were also strong. On the other hand, Korea has a large interaction, but the actual structure of cooperation between public and private insurance and management policies were weak. Because the non-benefit sector in Korea is relatively wide, it is difficult to manage compared to other countries where the concept of non-benefit is limited. In addition, the health authorities rarely perform the role of supervision over private health insurance, and they have so few linkages and cooperation for public-private insurance. Therefore, practical policy enforcement is necessary to achieve the easing of the burden of national medical expenses through linkage and cooperation of public-private health insurance with reference to relevant other countries' cases.

가상환경에서 대고객 및 고객간 관계결속(Relationship Commitment)의 선행변수와 결과변수에 대한 연구 (A study on antecedents and consequents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers in virtual environment)

  • This study investigates "commitment" , which is the crucial variable in the study of relationship marketing, because I pay attention to the importance of relationship marketing toward consumers in virtual environment. This dissertation whose main issue is about virtual environment focuses on "commitment" from two perspectives. One is customers′ relationship commitment toward enterprises or corporations through internet sites and the other is relationship commitment between customers. The main purpose is to verify antecedents and consequents which influence relationship commitment toward internet sites (corporations or enterprises) and between customers. The hypotheses are that (1) share values and relationship benefit from internet sites affect relationship commitment toward internet sites (2) share values and interactions between customers affect relationship commitment between customers (3) interactions with relationship commitments toward internet sites and between customers exist (4) these relationship commitments affect future intentions. The subjects are university students who I think get used to using internet. The results indicate that (1) antecedents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers are significantly influential (2) relationship commitment toward internet sites influences relationship commitment between customers, but the effect of relationship commitment between customers on relationship commitment toward internet sites is not significant (3) relationship commitment between customers influences future intentions, but the effect of relationship commitment toward internet sites on future intentions is not significant.

패밀리 레스토랑이 제공하는 관계 효익이 고객 만족과 장기관계지향성에 미치는 구조적 관계연구 (Research on Structural Relationship between the Relational Benefits Provided by Casual Dining Restaurants and Customer Satisfaction and Long-term Relationship Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 기존 선행 연구의 이론적, 실증적 결과를 토대로 관계 효익이 만족과 장기적인 관계에 미치는 영향을 토대로 가설과 연구모델을 설정하고, 패밀리 레스토랑 방문객을 대상으로 구조방정식 모델을 분석하여, 연구모델을 평가하고 마케팅적인 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 외식 소비자가 느끼는 관계 효익 중본 연구에서 요인으로 사용된 사회적 요인과 심리적 요인은 모두 만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 외식 소비자의 만족도 고객이 레스토랑에 대한 장기지향적 관계를 유지하는데 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말하면 이처럼 레스토랑에 대한 소비자의 만족이 높을수록 구전이나 재방문 의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타나 여러 선행 연구들의 결과를 지지함을 보여주었다. 연구결과의 간접효과에서도 입증되었듯이 외식 소비자가 느끼는 이러한 사회적 효익과 심리적 효익은 레스토랑의 장기적 관계지향에 강력한 영향력을 미치며, 만족은 이러한 영향을 미치는 중요한 매개 변수임을 보여주었다. 결과적으로 가격 할인이나 사은품, 쿠폰과 같은 경제적인 이익보다는 종업원과의 친밀감, 심리적 안정감과 불안감의 해소 등의 사회적, 심리적 효익을 우선하는 것으로 파악되어 종사원에 대한 고객 응대가 무엇보다도 중요한 사안으로 대두된다. 따라서 종사원의 채용에서 부터 지속적인 서비스 교육과 지식 교육을 통해 고객의 요구에 즉각적이고 융통성 있게 대응하여 고객 만족에 힘써야 할 것이다.

관계혜택과 커뮤니케이션이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 - 미용서비스 점포를 중심으로 - (The effects of relationship benefits and communication on relationship quality and long-term orientation - Focused on beauty service stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

  • The concentration effect relationship (pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic model, PKPD) of drugs used for Parkinson's disease is complex. The benefits and adverse effects of drug treatment have to be considered in terms of short term and long term effects. Acute effects, observed over hours and days, reflect symptomatic benefit while chronic effects, observed over months and years, also reveal influences on the progress of the disease. (omitted)

민간의료보험 가입 및 가입유형별 의료이용 특성 분석 (Healthcare Utilization and Expenditure Depending on the Types of Private Health Insurance in Korea)

  • Since the introduction of National Health Insurance(NHI) in 1977, it has grown rapidly and contributed to extend patient's access to the health care services. However, limited coverage for health care services of NHI has been ongoing challenge and private health insurance(PHI) has been rising as an alternative source of enhancing coverage and saving out-of-pocket(OOP) expenditure for patients. In this study, after controlling for socio-demographic, economic, health related variables, we identified the patients' healthcare utilization and subsequent OOP expenditure depending on their PHI enrollment and their enrollment types(fixed benefit, indemnity, fixed benefit plus indemnity). Data were collected from the 2010 Korean Health Panel. The unit of analysis was a member of household(n=13,324). Of the 13,324 cases, 70.7% of patients held PHI, in detail, fixed benefit(47.0%), indemnity(3.6%), fixed benefit plus indemnity(20.1%). Major findings showd that patients who enrolled in PHI used more outpatient services(outpatient visit, number of physician visit, number of examination) and spent more OOP expenditure than non-PHI patients. There were also differences of healthcare utilization and OOP expenditure among the types of PHI. In addition, PHI patients used more inpatient services(inpatient use, number of hospitalization, LOS), but there was no significant difference between PHI and non-PHI patients with regard to the OOP expenditure. Thus, we could not find any distinct relationship between the types of PHI and patients' tertiary hospital use. Policy-makers should need careful political deliberation for monitoring the effect of PHI on health care utilization and subsequent expenditure not only to improve patients' coverage but also to save their OOP expenditures.
