노년기 여성의 신체만족도와 의복관여도에 따른 점포선호에 관한 연구 (Store Preference on the Clothing Involvement and Body Cathexis of Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to understand clothing involvement and body cathexis of elderly women, 2) to examine differences between store atmosphere factor on clothing involvement and body cathexis, 3) to find out its relationship with clothing involvement and body cathexis. Data were collected by questionnaire of 248 elderly women. Frequency, factor analysis, Chi-square, t-test, F-test, F-test, correlation and Duncan's multiple range test were used in data analysis. As a result, 1) clothing involvement of elderly women were classified with importance, fashion and interest, symbolism factor and there was significant differences with display, comfort, interior, convenience factor. 2) Elderly women were not satisfied with their body sufficiently and there was significant differences only display factor(store location, show window, display). 3) Clothing involvement was significant differences variables were found in relationship to body cathexis except income. 4) There was positive correlation between clothing involvement and body cathexis. The higher body cathexis, the more interest clothing.

교량의 공용내하력과 환산충격계수 관계 연구 (The Relationship between the Load Carrying Capacity and Transformed Impact Factor of Highway Bridge)

  • In this thesis, the relationship between the load carrying capacity and the transformed impact factor of the highway bridges were studied. The bridges are classified according to superstructures type. The result of the comparison between the load carrying capacity and the transformed impact factor, if the load capacity ratio of 0.57, the transformed impact factor was less in order of RC T-beam bridge, RC slab bridge, PC beam bridge, I-beam bridge. By the regression analysis on these results, the empirical formulae to predict the the load carrying capacity of bridge were suggested.

의류브랜드의 체험이 소비자-브랜드 관계와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clothing Brand Experience on Consumer-Brand Relationship and Brand Loyalty)

  • This study attempted to identify not only dimensions of clothing brand experience, but dimensions of perceived consumer-brand relationship. In addition, this study investigated the relationships among clothing brand experience, consumer-brand relationship and brand loyalty. 354 questionnaires were distributed to female and male respondents aged 20 to 30, and then analyed by SPSS and AMOS program. The results were as follows. First, it was identified that the dimension of clothing brand experience was composed of two dimensions; individual experience(personal dimension) and relational experience(social cultural dimension). Second, the type of consumer-brand relationship was found out as three dimensions; interdependence, love and passion, and partner. Third, these results showed that individual and relational experience of clothing brand was the most influential factor for love and passion dimension of consumer-brand relationship. Forth, love and passion dimension through clothing brand experience was the most influential factor for brand loyalty. Above results imply that the key of strong brand relationship lies in the emotion of love such as human relationship.

119상황실 근무자의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Job Stress of 119 Briefing Room Workers on Depression)

  • Purpose : This study was cross-sectional study to examine the influence of job stress in 119 briefing room workers and aimed to provide the important basic materials for improving working conditions of 119 briefing room workers and further studies. Methods : This study selected 271 workers of 119 briefing room at National Emergency Management Agency and fire stations, metropolitan cities and provinces to examine the influences of job stress of 119 briefing room workers on depression. and as a result of analysis, the following conclusions. Results : 1) The whole average of job stress measure was 3.30. The highest area was interpersonal relationship factor as 3.41, 'job characteristic factor' as 3.36 and communication factor' as 3.01. 2) Total score of whole items of depression was 11.88 and showed slight depression level. 3) There was static correlation between job stress and depression(r=44.7, p= .000). There were statistically significant static correlations between job stress factor and depression(r= .388, p= .000), interpersonal relationship factor and depression(r= .471, p= .000), and communication factor and depression(r= .386, p= .000). 4) There was statistically significant difference in the influence of job stress on depression(B=8.575, p< .001). Influence of job stress on depression was explained as $R^2=.200$. When job stress factors as independent variables were input, interpersonal relationship factor(B=5.062, p< .001) had the greatest influence on depression and there was no statistically significant difference in communication factor(B=2.490, p< .05). Conclusions : It is considered that development of the various programs including program for getting rid of job stress of 119 briefing room workers and counseling program will be needed. particularly, factors such as human relationships and communication in the area of job stress must be the first priority.

노인의 사회적 배제가 심리적복지감에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Social Support on the Influential Relationship between Social Exclusion and Psychological Wellbeing in Elderly People)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 거주 노인들의 사회적 배제 요인이 심리적복지감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 사회적배제 요인과 심리적복지감 사이에 사회적 지지가 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 전라북도 소재 노인복지관에 등록되어 있는 노인을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 260명의 설문내용으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회적 배제 요인과 사회적지지 요인은 심리적복지감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지 요인이 사회적배제 요인과 심리적복지감 간에 부분매개효과 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적인 연구결과 사회적지지 요인은 노인의 심리적복지감에 영향을 미치는 사회적 배제 요인에 대해 완충역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회 배제적 상황에 놓여 있는 노인이라 할지라도 가족을 포함하여 이웃, 지역사로부터 사회적지지가 이루어진다면 심리적복지감이 유지될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있는 결과이다.

초등학생의 충동성과 자살행동의 관계에서 보호요인의 조절효과: 고학년을 중심으로 (The Moderating Effect of Protective Factors in the Relationship between Impulsivity and Suicide Behavior in Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 충동성과 자살행동(자살계획, 자살시도) 간의 관계에서 보호요인(개인요인, 가족요인, 또래요인, 학교요인)의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울지역 초등학생 5~6학년 573명을 대상으로 충동성, 자살행동, 보호요인 척도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 먼저 자살행동의 실태를 파악하기 위하여 빈도 분석을 하였으며, 변인들의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 충동성과 자살행동과의 관계에서 보호요인의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상의 29명(5.1%)은 자살계획을 세워 본 적이 있으며, 17명(3.0%)은 자살시도를 해 본 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자살행동을 보고한 학생은 41명(7.1%)으로 집계되었다. 둘째, 초등학생의 충동성과 보호요인(개인요인, 가정요인, 또래요인, 학교요인)은 모두 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였으며, 충동성과 자살행동은 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학생의 충동성이 자살행동에 미치는 영향에 보호요인 모두 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 충동적인 초등학생이라도 보호요인이 높을수록 낮은 자살행동을 보인다는 것이다. 이렇듯 보호요인은 초등학생의 충동성에 따른 자살행동에 대한 완충제로 작용하기 때문에 이를 강화하기 위한 다차원적인 노력이 필요함에 대하여 논의하였다.

랜드마크의 영향력 범위와 인지요인과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Influential Range and Cognition Factor of Landmark)

  • This study investigated the influential range of landmarks and the relationship between landmarks and cognition factor so as to offer basic data to be used for the effective use and the management of landmarks. In this study, eighteen famous landmark in Seoul were selected and analyzed. The result of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) First, eighteen determining elements of cognition factors were selected via documents survey. Second, general cognition factors of landmarks were analysed using these elements through questionnaires to specialists. As a result of factor analysis, historic cultural factor, scale factor, visual form factor, locational factor and uniqueness factor were revealed. 2) According to revealed cognition factor, eighteen landmarks are categorized into four types using MDS method via questionnaire to resident in Seoul city. These four types of landmarks are: type I that are recognized by historic cultural factor; type II that are recognized by scale factor; type III that are recognized by uniqueness factor; and type IV that are recognized by visual form factor. 3) As the result of regression, the influential range of landmarks were revealed at about a 10km radius(type I : 12km type II : whole area of Seoul city≒15km, typeIII : 8.7km, typeIV : 8.5km). 4) As a result of analysing the correlation between the influential range and the cognition factor through multiple linear regression analysis, the locational factor is the main factor affecting the influential range of landmarks in every type. The uniqueness factor comes next, which affects influential range partially. 5) Except type 1, as a result of analysing the correlation between influential range and the physical heights of landmarks, a quadratic equation is revealed, showing that the influential range of landmarks over 200 meters in height shows a radical change. Landmarks can be used as reinforcement tools of legibility, effective tools for landscape management and for the improvement of a community's image. This study on the influential range of landmarks and main cognition factor can be utilized as a landmark management plan and in urban planning, such as a new town plan.

융합을 활용한 신체적 유능감이 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Physical Competence Using Convergence on Satisfaction with Physical Education Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신체적 유능감과 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중 고교학생을 대상으로 편의추출방법을 사용하여 556부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 통계프로그램은 PASW ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 요인에 대한 기술통계를 제시하였으며, 요인추출 및 문항의 내적 일관성 확인을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 신체적 유능감과 수업만족도와의 관계에 대한 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 유능감과 교수행동의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 유능감과 체육성적의 관계에 있어 승리, 동료비교 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 유능감과 체육환경의 관계에 있어 피드백, 대리경험 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 유능감과 운동능력의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine which variables affect customer relationship management in discount store focusing on satisfaction, trust and commitment. A total of 360 participants who had purchased fashion products in discount store were used in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS program. As the result, benefits, information, reputation, product, location, salesperson and price factor were extracted. The price, information, reputation, product and location variables had the effects on satisfaction, especially, price had the major effects on satisfaction. The satisfaction, information, salesperson, price and location had the effects on trust. The satisfaction, trust, information, benefits and product had the effects on commitment. The reputation variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. Also, satisfaction, trust and commitment had the effects on relationship maintenance. Specifically commitment had higher effect on relationship maintenance than satisfaction and trust did. The results of this study would provide CRM marketing strategy for fashion marketers of discount store.

지각된 서비스 품질과 관계효익이 패션점포와 고객간의 관계발달 과정에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Service Quality and Relational Benefits on Relationship Development Process between Fashion Retail Stores and Customers)

  • The purpose of this study were to extract and empirically examine the effect variables on phase performance of relationship development process by identifying relationship development process between apparel store and customer. The questionnaires was asministered to 333 women frequency use of a department store, big shopping mall, discount store in Gwang-ju city during March 4-11, 2003. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Model using LISREL 8.30 program. As the results, the perceived service quality with attractive factor of relationship explration phase direct positively influenced customer satisfaction among relationship expansion phases. However, relational benefit directly influenced customer satisfaction with the primary phase of relationship maintain as well as trust, customer commiment and long-term orientation. Also, customer satisfaction direct positively influenced trust, and customer' trust direct positively influenced customer commitment. Finally, the customer commitment direct positively influenced long-term orientation.
