Nowadays people suffer from the excessive stress, emotional disorder, lack of sleepness, overeating of rich fatty diet and irregular schedule. These things accumulate Fire inside humanbody through many ways. Fire, then, brings out many kinds of disease. How to treat Fire is important theme of the medicine. Liu Wansu studied Fire as a important pathogenic factor. He evolved his theory about the relationship between the Xuanfu(玄府)- the sweat, Six Qi, emotional disorder and the climate condition and Fire. He payed great efforts to diagnose accurately and treat the disease on the ground of the theory based on The Yellow Emperors‘ Internal classic.

The fungal genus Cercospora is one of the most ubiquitous groups of plant pathogenic fungi, and gray leaf spot caused by C. zeae-maydis is one of the most widespread and damaging foliar diseases of maize in the world. While light has been implicated as a critical environmental regulator of pathogenesis in C. zeae-maydis, the relationship between light and the development of disease is not fully understood. Recent discoveries have provided new insights into how light influences pathogenesis and morphogenesis in C. zeae-maydis, particularly at the molecular level. This review is focused on integrating old and new information to provide an updated perspective of how light influences pathogenesis, and provides a working model to explain some of the underlying molecular mechanisms. Ultimately, a thorough molecular-level understanding of how light regulates pathogenesis will augment efforts to manage gray leaf spot by improving host resistance and disease management strategies.

Nowadays since the customers of HDD's are interested in their noise levels in addition to their primary performances such as their average access time, capacity, HDD manufacturers make efforts on reducing the noise. The works to reduce noise are usually based on the measurable physical quantities such as SPL or acoustic intensity level. However, since the HDD noise is Judged by human beings, the basis of noise reduction should be human sensations. In this paper, the noise levels of various HDD's are evaluated by the human jury test to find a relationship between the physical quantities used for noise control and the human sensations of noise. Discrepancies are found in the judgments by the human beings and by the physical quantities. The loudness level, a psychoacoustic variable, is used to solve the discrepancy.

The purpose of this paper is to try formulating a working definition of connection of informal and formal mathematical knowledge. Many researchers have suggested that informal mathematical knowledge should be connected with school mathematics in the process of learning and teaching it. It is because informal mathematical knowledge might play a important role as a cognitive anchor for understanding school mathematics. To implement the connection of them we need to know what the connection means. In this paper, the connection between informal and formal mathematical knowledge refers to the making of relationship between common attributions involved with the two knowledge. To make it clear, it is discussed that informal knowledge consists of two properties of procedures and conceptions as well as formal mathematical knowledge does. Then, it is possible to make a connection of them. Now it is time to make contribution of our efforts to develop appropriate models to connect informal and formal mathematical knowledge.

As the IT industry has developed, the frequency of mobile communication usage has increased sharply. Mobile communication has many advantages such as improving work performance, communication beyond time and local constraints, and rapid and vast amounts of information exchange. However, mobile communication also allows supervisors to give their subordinates work at any time. Thus, mobile communication may also have a negative impact on workers' stress levels during non-work time. This study examined required time, urgent business, personal engagement, and trivial matters as sub-dimensions of mobile communication messages that workers could receive during non-work time. Further, the nature of the relationship between team leaders and members explains how these messages may increase the stress levels of workers. Supervisors should prohibit the use of such mobile communication, and efforts should be made at the enterprise level. Through this research, we aim to explain the dual nature of mobile communication, and understand how to optimize the usage of this innovative technology

The potential therapeutic benefit of nicotinic ligands in a variety of neurodegenerative pathologies involving the CNS has energized research efforts to develop nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) subtype-selective ligands. In particular, there has been a concerted effort to develop nicotinic compounds with selectivity for CNS nAChRs as potential pharmacological tools in the management of these disorders. The characterization of other novel nicotinic ligands such as epibatidine. showing a marked increase in potency at nAChRs, has provided additional support for the development of potent, selective ligands at individual nAChR subtypes. We have developed and studied a number of nicotinic compounds to identify potential candidates exhibiting such selectivity. In the present study, we report the synthesis and biological evaluations of some azabicyclic and azatricyclic nicotine analogs to decipher the relationship among steric requirements of the nicotine's pyrrolidine ring system, binding affinity and subtype-selectivity.

In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

Nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ (NF-${\kappa}B$) plays critical roles in physiological and pathological processes such as immune function, cellular growth, homeostasis, apoptosis, and inflammation. As part of our ongoing efforts to develop novel NF-${\kappa}B$ inhibitory agents, we reported that KL-1156 (6-hydroxy-7-methoxychroman-2-carboxylic acid phenylamide) exhibited potent inhibitory activity of NF-${\kappa}B$. For further structure-activity relationship, a series of 7-aryloxy-chroman-2-carboxylamide derivatives were synthesized to explore their inhibitory activities of NF-${\kappa}B$.

Most of companies related to the area of B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new designed supply chain process. eSCM system using XML/EDI has potential to impact on reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of eSCM system using XML/EDI. To implement eSCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm, which is a first vendor to produce LAMP, engaged in Korean automobile industry.
