공공도서관에서 제공하고 있는 디지털참고봉사의 현황과 발전을 이해하기 위하여, 전국의 공공도서관 홈페이지를 직접 접속하여 관찰하고 이용 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였으며, 2003년에 수집하였던 데이터와 비교하였다. 모두 404개의 디지털참고봉사사이트에 대하여, 접근수준, 서비스방식, 링크명칭, 서비스정책, 웹폼, FAQ 등 서비스 제공 관련 특성을 분석한 후, 15일간 수행된 질문응답 데이터를 수집하여 이용도서관, 이용수준, 응답비율, 질문유형 등 서비스 성능을 분석하였다. 서비스 현황에 대한 이해와 문제점, 그리고 4년 동안에 걸친 변화가 식별되었으며, 향후 발전을 위한 제언이 이루어졌다.

이 연구는 국내외의 어린이서비스 가이드라인을 탐색하여 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에서 지향하는 핵심 가치와 서비스의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 도서관기준에 포함되어 있는 어린이 서비스 관련 내용을 비롯하여 국제도서관연맹의 어린이 서비스 가이드라인을 살펴보았으며, 영국, 미국, 캐나다. 호주 등의 다양한 어린이 서비스 가이드라인의 형식과 내용을 면밀히 검토하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에 반영되어야 하는 핵심적인 가치와 운영의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다.

The utilization of the Mobile Government system is having more than a few challenges including complexity of different mobile technologies, determining interoperability among existing systems and infrastructures, and establishing services with secured networks. To get over those challenges, integrated standard, innovative and comprehensive system architecture is required by the M-Government. Hence this study proposed reference EA framework for M-Government system in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of infrastructure deployment and integrate services among different government instructions. The study based on literature review, and current infrastructure and mobile network situation for delivering Government services of Mongolia. The study recommends innovative m-Government system framework used EA, and scope covered mobile service delivery area centered on G4C and C2G perspectives. The Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework has used in this research, and the proposed system service architecture defines the interoperable standards, infrastructure components, applications, and technologies for government institutions in Mongolia to aid interactions necessity among them to provide m-Service.

현재 대부분의 기록관리기관의 기록정보서비스는 기관을 이용하는 일반 이용자와 학술 목적의 이용자들에게 민원 성격의 행정적 절차를 동일하게 적용하고 있어, 학술 목적 이용자의 연구 활동을 저해시킨다는 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 기록관리기관의 주요한 이용자 집단인 학술연구자들이 주로 연구에 활용하는 정보원, 기록관리기관에 대한 연구자들의 이용행태, 기록정보서비스에 대한 경험 및 인식 등을 조사·분석함으로써, 기록관리기관의 효과적인 기록정보서비스 제공을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문조사와 면담조사를 진행하여, 75명의 설문결과와 8명의 면담결과를 받고, 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 연구자 배경정보, 활용 정보원, 기록관리기관 이용행태, 기록정보서비스 활용, 개선 요구사항 및 희망서비스로 정리하였다. 그리고 시사점을 바탕으로 기록관리기관의 바람직한 기록정보서비스 제공을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

건강 및 의료, 그리고 웰빙에 대한 관심의 증가로 이와 관련된 정보원의 이용률, 특히 인터넷상의 건강정보원의 이용률이 급증해 왔다. 또한 공공도서관에서의 건강 및 의료관련 참고질문 건수도 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데, 공공도서관사서는 이러한 유형의 참고서비스를 수행하는데 많은 한계를 느끼고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공도서관, 의학도서관, 의료기관, 건강 및 의료관련 커뮤니티, 기타 의료정보서비스를 제공하는 모든 관련기관들이 협력하여 건강정보서비스를 제공하는 CHI서비스 활성화를 위한 협력네트워크시스템 구축모형을 제안하였다. 협력모형의 핵심 요소에 해당되는 것으로 협력의 주체, 협력대상 정보원, 협력의 내용, 건강정보원 사이트의 운영, 협력센터의 운영과 역할, 그리고 상업기관과의 협력방향까지 구체적으로 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 정보제공을 주된 기능으로 하는 우리나라 전문도서관의 참고봉산 현장에서 일어나는 연구자의 다양한 정보질의에 응답하는 참고사서의 정보탐색과정을 관찰과 질문지법을 통하여 분석한 것이다. 질의에 대한 응답의 정확성이 저조한 이유가 어디에 있으며, 연구자의 정보만족도에 영향을 미치는 저해요인이 무엇인지를 구명함으로서 봉사내용의 질과 응답의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 개선방안을 모색하자는 데에 목적을 두고 있다.

The present study aims at a systematic access to EC information. EC information is the outcome of the complex organizations, the continuous changes in functions and the subsequent changes in policies. An attempt for an effective approach to the information requires the examination of the organizational structures and changes, the processes involved in formulating and implmenting the information policies, and the infrastucture for information. Information activities of the major organizations of EC have been examined with a special reference to the Commission of European Communities. The Commission is the EC institution from which the majority of the EC's documentation originates. The information functions of the Commission have been studied in such categories as information production and distribution, authorizing services, and information services to the public.

본 연구는 최근 실용주의 입장에서 대학 및 그 부속기관들의 평가가 경제적 가치의 평가 문제로 다루어지고 있는 현상을 배경으로 하여 국내 대학도서관의 가치측정을 위한 기반 연구로써 대학도서관 서비스들 중 참고정보서비스와 기술서비스를 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이들 서비스가 가지는 상이한 특성으로 인한 각 연구들의 측정접근 방법 및 절차와 결과의 다양성을 분석하기 위하여 대학도서관의 영향력이나 가치와 관련한 최근 문헌을 대상으로 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 대학도서관의 가치측정의 방향과 방법론적인 틀을 검토하고 이를 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 측정모형 구축을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 하였다.

A significant proportion of information subjects experience information security breaches, and the number of reports and counseling cases of personal information infringements is increasing. Increased awareness of the importance of information security has raised interest in the personnel in charge of such tasks. However, hiring excellent new workers and preventing turnovers in information security remain unresolved. In this paper, by modeling the job career path of information security workforce as a Markov chain, we analyze the workforce turnover process and long-term turnover trends by information security jobs, and further analyze the number and duration of turnovers required to engage in specific jobs. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to balancing the supply and demand of information security workers for the government and to ensuring efficient management of the workforce for businesses.

Although more than 99% of all Korean companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which accounts for a large part of the national economy, they are having difficulties in securing information protection capabilities due to problems such as budget and manpower. On the other hand, as 97% of cyber incidents are concentrated in SMEs, it is urgent to strengthen the information protection management and response capabilities of SMEs. Although the government is promoting company-wide information security consulting for SMEs, the need for supplementing it's procedures and consulting items is being raised. Based on the results of information security consulting supported by the government in 2020, this study attempted to derive improvement plans by interviewing SME workers, information security consultants, and system operators. Through the research results, it is expected to create a basis for SMEs to autonomously check the information security management system and contribute to the reference of related policies.
