보용 시스템 거푸집의 전용계획 자동화 알고리즘 기초연구 (Basic study of reuse planning automation algorithms on system forms that are used on girders and beams)

  • Formwork accounts for 10% of the total construction cost and 30~40% of the framework cost, which is a fairly large part. Various system forms were developed for improved economic feasibility and constructability of formwork and for reduced construction duration. In general, the price of system forms per unit area is higher than that of the conventional method, yet the total construction cost can be reduced through higher reusability and constructability. However, if the reusability of forms is excessively increased to cut down the material cost, it may increase the construction duration, which will result in cost increase. On the other hand, if the reusability is decreased for reduction of construction duration, it may lead to cost increase caused by excessive input of materials. To solve such a problem, an algorithm for simplified reuse planning that meets the requirements of construction duration, cost, quality and safety is required. In this regard, the study intends to perform a fundamental research for development of reuse planning automation algorithms on system forms that are used on girders and beams.

공동주택용 외단열 적층시공 공법 개념모델 개발 (The Conceptual Framework of Concurrent Construction Method for EIFS in Apartment)

  • 공동주택의 에너지 의무 절감률이 현재 40%에서 2017년에는 60%까지 단계적으로 상향 조정되면서 에너지 절감을 위해 외단열 공법이 주목받고 있다. 그러나 기존 외단열 공법은 내단열 공법에 비해 추가되는 공사비와 공사기간으로 인해 활성화가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 외단열공사와 골조공사를 연속적으로 시공함으로서 공사기간을 단축하고 공사비를 절감할 수 있는 외단열 적층시공 공법의 개념모델을 개발하고 사례적용을 통해 공법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 외단열 적층시공 공법은 기존의 외단열 공법에 비해 6.7%의 공기절감 효과와 13%의 외단열 공사비 절감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과인 적층시공 공법은 외단열 공법적용의 저해요소를 해결하여 향후 외단열 공법 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

건설 현장 강행공사 방지가 인적사고에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on effects of the prevention of rush work of construction sites on human accidents)

  • In the construction sites, rush (speedy construction) work have recently been overused because of budget reductions by reducing the construction duration after the long-term economic recession and construction business stagnation with institutional change including the instruction of the duration shortening bidding system and the introduction of the post-construction sales system by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements. Due to this, negligent accidents have frequently occurred by forcing manpower, equipment, finance, and material procurement and pressing ahead with impractical construction wok at night according to the reduction of construction schedules. Therefore, this paper has the necessity of this study to seek for alternatives to prevent negligent accidents by finding factors related to rush work in the reality that the importance for preventing negligent accidents is more emphasized while they have not been reduced in construction sites.

공사기간 단축을 위한 원자로 건물 외벽 거푸집 개발 (Development of RCB Exterior Wall Form for Duration Reduction)

  • 세계에서는 지구온난화 등에 따른 기후 변화에 대응하여 원전 건설을 금지해오던 국가들도 점점 허용하는 추세이다. 따라서 앞으로의 원전 건설이 늘어날 것이며 이에 대한 경쟁 또한 심화될 것이다. 원전 프로젝트는 일반 건설 공사와 비교하여 공사 기간이 매우 길다. 원전 건설 프로젝트에서 경쟁 우위를 확보하기 위해 원전 공사 기간을 줄일 수 있는 기술을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 원자로 건물 외벽 거푸집의 높이를 3m에서 4m로 증가시킴으로써 공사 기간을 감소시키기 위한 원자로 건물 외벽 거푸집을 개발하는 것이다. 개발된 거푸집을 원전 프로젝트에 적용하기 위해 구조적 안전성과 시공성 및 경제성을 분석하였다. 현장 적용 가능성을 평가한 결과 개발된 거푸집은 구조적으로 안전했다. 그리고 시공 단수가 감소함으로써 공사 기간이 단축되고 공사비 또한 절감되는 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 원자로 건물의 공사 기간 단축을 위한 지속적인 기술 개발을 위한 자료로 활용하여 한국의 세계 원전시장에서의 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • These days buildings have more possibilities to occur construction delay as many variables and risks are inherent in them due to the enlargement and complexity. When a project is delayed, it generates extra working expenses and this causes a dispute between the employer and the constructor. Most construction sites conduct emergency construction work to recover the delay of the project duration. When an emergency construction is carried out in the actual construction site, it's necessary to utilize and distribute the proper working groups based on the procedure of successor and predecessor. Many constructions, however, have been going only with more number of work forces and working time. This study suggests a process management optimization plan with an application of emergency construction scenario by using linear programing.

  • 최근 주5일 근무제도, 공기 단축형 입찰제도와 후분양제도의 도입과 같은 제도적 변화로 건설공사에서 생산성 향상에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 국내 건설 산업의 생산성은 선진국에 비해 현저히 낮은 것으로 지적되고 있다. 현재 초고층 공사가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 두바이 및 북미, 동남아시아 등지에서는 외부 커튼월로 건축 외관용 PC (Architectural PC)가 사용되고 있다. 이는 국내 공동주택 공사에서의 외부 날개벽, 수벽 및 파라페트 등의 외벽 마감을 대체하는 것으로 공기 단축 등의 생산성 향상 효과를 인정받아 해외에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 공동주택 공사에서 건축외관용 PC 도입을 제안하고, 건축 외관용 PC 활용에 따라 생산성 향상이 가능한지를 검증하였다. 설문 결과 공동주택의 외벽 마감에 건축 외관용 PC를 사용하였을 때 기존 공동주택 공사보다 생산성 측면에서 우수하다고 분석되었다.

  • Nowadays the scale of domestic construction becomes large, sophisticated and specialized. It has led to a growing need for the high quality, cost reduction, safety and reduction of work duration. Therefore the importance of construction materials management is emphasized to perform the project successfully. It becomes an current issue about method of construction material management according to the flow of construction progress in the construction field. Therefore, various researches using RFID for efficiency of construction material are being studied. We analyzed the case study using RFID, drew the problems through the investigation of status about the management of material in the field, and then suggested the method of material management using in the apartment building construction field.

  • SMART Frame is a composite precast concrete structure system to deliver the advantages of both steel frame and reinforced concrete. Many studies have established to date that SMART Frame is more advantageous than conventional frame-type structure in terms of structural stability, constructability, economic viability as well as reduction of construction schedule. However, such studies have focused primarily on wall-type or flat slab-type apartment housing structures, failing to include Rahmen structures in their scope. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the benefits of potential application of SMART Frame to RC Rahmen structures. As the structural stability and constructability of SMART Frame is already proven, this study reviews its benefits from the perspective of cost reduction. Conclusion of this study will be used subsequently in predicting the benefits of SMART Frame when it is adapted to RC Rahmen structures.

Comparative Analysis of Lifting Loads of Tower Cranes by Core Structure Construction Methods

  • In tall building construction, the appropriate control of lifting loads on tower cranes is critical in terms of the construction duration of structural works. The adoption of efficient construction methods can be the most effective way of minimizing the inputs of tower cranes and making a lifting plan and management easier. Based on actual data from a tall building project, this study comparatively analyzes lifting loads of tower cranes by the core structure preceding construction method (CSPCM) and the core structure succeeding construction method (CSSCM). The results revealed that the CSSCM could reduce up to about 56.3% of lifting loads for core works and significantly enhance lifting efficiency compared with the CSPCM. Consequently, this enabled a substantial reduction in the construction duration of structural works. This study provides a practical reference to assist engineers and managers in applying efficient construction methods and lifting equipment operation in tall building projects.

  • This study is to develop a non-contact construction project management solution that can reduce cost and construction period through on-site information sharing, minimizing contact with others by COVID19, and improving the productivity of the construction industry. Decisions, checklists, and execution rates of construction costs can be checked with smart devices through sharing on-site photos and videos, exchanging opinions. Details and checklist data stored on cloud servers of sites that apply non-face-to-face construction project management solutions will be used as data for analyzing amounts and construction periods depending on the size of the construction. Real-time field information sharing will reduce expected problems and waste factors, expand communication channels with users to prevent or minimize construction disputes and claims, and contribute to the expansion and growth of new research industry markets in construction technology.
