다목적실용위성 2호/3호 위성자료를 이용하여 지상좌표를 결정하는 방법은 Physical Model과 RFM(Rational Function Model)의 두 가지 종류가 있다. 일반적으로 사용자에게 제공되는 모델은 RFM을 기반으로 한 RPCs(Rational Function Coefficients)이며, 이때 제공되는 RPCs는 지상좌표에서 영상좌표를 계산하는 계수이다. 사용자가 정사영상을 만들 경우에는 이 계수가 유용하나, 영상에서 임의의 영상기준점에 대응하는 지상좌표를 계산하거나, 위치정확도를 확인하기는 매우 어렵다. 본 논문은 다목적실용위성에서 제공되는 RPCs를 기반으로 Inverse RPCs를 해석하는 알고리즘과 해석된 Inverse RPCs를 기반으로 지상표고를 고려한 정밀 지상좌표 해석 알고리즘을 기술하고자 한다. 또한 Inverse RPCs의 해석된 정밀지상좌표 정확도와 Physical Model과의 차이를 계산하여 정확도를 평가하고자 한다.

Recently, massive archives of ground information imagery from new sensors have become available. To establish a functional relationship between the image and the ground space, sensor models are required. The rational functional model (RFM), which is used as an alternative to the rigorous sensor model, is an attractive option owing to its generality and simplicity. To determine the rational polynomial coefficients (RPC) in RFM, however, we encounter the problem of obtaining a stable solution. The design matrix for solutions is usually ill-conditioned in the experiments. To solve this unstable solution problem, regularization techniques are generally used. In this paper, we describe the effective determination of the optimal regularization parameter in the regularization technique during RPC derivation. A brief mathematical background of RFM is presented, followed by numerical approaches for effective determination of the optimal regularization parameter using the Euler Method. Experiments are performed assuming that a tilted aerial image is taken with a known rigorous sensor. To show the effectiveness, calculation time and RMSE between L-curve method and proposed method is compared.

This work studies the variability of flatfish sales revenue. The theoretical analysis draws functions for equilibrium price and quantity using expectation hypotheses. The functions include unpredictable phenomenon with dummy variable and GARCH. The equilibrium function, using adaptive expectation hypothesis, contains the independent variables of supply and demand, while the equilibrium function, embodying rational expectation hypothesis, includes only the independent variables of supply side, because the demand side disappears by the information extraction process theoretically, if economic subjects build the expectation rational. The empirical analysis shows: the variability of flatfish production has a spillover effect on the variability of revenue with the adaptive expectation hypothesis. In the case when the model has a rational expectation hypothesis, the variability of flatfish production has a spillover effect on the revenue (the mean equation of GARCH model). This study indicates that there is the variability in flatfish production and sales revenue, and the spillover effect between them. The result can help to build of the rational system for the fishery income stability.

In this paper, we present arc-length estimations for quadratic rational B$\acute{e}$zier curves using the length of polygon and distance between both end points. Our arc-length estimations coincide with the arc-length of the quadratic rational B$\acute{e}$zier curve exactly when the weight ${\omega}$ is 0, 1 and ${\infty}$. We show that for all ${\omega}$ > 0 our estimations are strictly increasing with respect to ${\omega}$. Moreover, we find the parameter ${\mu}^*$ which makes our estimation coincide with the arc-length of the quadratic rational B$\acute{e}$zier curve when it is a circular arc too. We also show that ${\mu}^*$ has a special limit, which is used for optimal estimation. We present some numerical examples, and the numerical results illustrates that the estimation with the limit value of ${\mu}^*$ is an optimal estimation.

제 7 차 중학교 교육과정에서는 무리수를 순환하지 않는 무한소수로 도입하기 위해 유리수를 소수와 관련하여 재해석하도록 하도 있다. 여러 선행연구는 중학교 과정에서 유리수와 소수의 관계를 살핌에 있어 실제 나누어 보는 전략이 주요한 교수학적 도구가 됨을 지적하였다. 이 연구에서는 나눗셈 알고리즘을 통한 산술적 조작 활동의 관점에 비추어 정수와 유한소수를 9 또는 0이 순환하는 소수로 다루는 접근 방안의 적절성을 분석하였다. 또한 무리수를 무한소수로 도입하는데 '무리수=비순환소수', '유리수=순환소수'와 같은 대응이 필수적인가에 대해서도 음미해보았다. 나아가 무리수 도입을 위한 대안적인 방안에 대해서도 간접적으로 살펴보았다.

This paper presents a rational polynomial approximation method to estimate modal parameters of wind excited structures using incomplete noisy measurements of structural responses and partial measurements of wind velocities only. A stochastic model of the excitation wind force acting on the structure is estimated from partial measurements of wind velocities. Then the transfer functions of the structure are approximated as rational polynomial functions. From the poles and zeros of the estimated rational polynomial functions, the modal parameters, such as natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes are extracted. Since the frequency characteristics of wind forces acting on structures can be assumed as a smooth Gaussian process especially around the natural frequencies of the structures according to the central limit theorem (Brillinger, 1969; Yaglom, 1987), the estimated modal parameters are robust and reliable with respect to the assumed stochastic input models. To verify the proposed method, the modal parameters of a TV transmission tower excited by gust wind are estimated. Comparison study with the results of other researchers shows the efficacy of the suggested method.

The research aims to test the impact of marketing culture and rational decisions in academic entrepreneurship during entrepreneurial marketing by focusing on the main problem and the challenges that Iraqi private universities face. The most important of these challenges is probably the inability of the private universities to keep pace with the development and the environmental challenges. The researcher chose 26 private Iraqi universities/colleges for the study. The sample was taken from deans, assistant deans, and heads of departments, with 310 people distributed among the various colleges. The researcher used the electronic questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. Data analysis was based on the (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. The researchers arrived at many conclusions. The most important finding was the impact on both the marketing culture and rational decision on academic entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial marketing. The higher administration in the Iraqi private universities/colleges always strive to adhere to the marketing values, norms and traditions through a commitment to rational decisions to achieve academic entrepreneurship. The higher administrators increase their commitment and adherence to this influence by adhering to marketing entrepreneurship.

Social network service provides an excellent platform for people seeking for advices. This research analyzed the effect of rational and emotional response and social distance on people's acceptance for advices online by the construal level theory. An experiment was completed to test the relationship between advisers and questioners and verify the content of online feedback would influence people's acceptance for advices on social network site. The online response included emotional advice and rational advice. Social distance between advisers and questioners was divided to close social distance condition and distant social distance condition. The study showed: (1) comparing with emotional advice, rational advice had a higher persuasive effect in both close and distant social distance conditions; (2) the impact of feedback from people with close social distance was stronger than the impact of the advices from people with distant social distance; (3) there existed an interaction effect between social distance and affective advice. The results revealed that the adviser's affective expression and relationship with the questioner would interactively impact the online persuasive effect.

We introduce Lipschitz algebras of differentiable functions of a perfect compact plane set X and extend the definition to Lipschitz algebras of infinitely differentiable functions of X. Then we define the subalgebras generated by polynomials, rational functions, and analytic functions in some neighbourhood of X, and determine the maximal ideal spaces of some of these algebras. We investigate the polynomial and rational approximation problems on certain compact sets X.
