  • Let R be a ring in which Nil(R) is a divided prime ideal of R. Then, for a suitable property X of integral domains, we can define a ${\phi}$-X-ring if R/Nil(R) is an X-domain. This device was introduced by Badawi [8] to study rings with zero divisors with a homomorphic image a particular type of domain. We use it to introduce and study a number of concepts such as ${\phi}$-Schreier rings, ${\phi}$-quasi-Schreier rings, ${\phi}$-almost-rings, ${\phi}$-almost-quasi-Schreier rings, ${\phi}$-GCD rings, ${\phi}$-generalized GCD rings and ${\phi}$-almost GCD rings as rings R with Nil(R) a divided prime ideal of R such that R/Nil(R) is a Schreier domain, quasi-Schreier domain, almost domain, almost-quasi-Schreier domain, GCD domain, generalized GCD domain and almost GCD domain, respectively. We study some generalizations of these concepts, in light of generalizations of these concepts in the domain case, as well. Here a domain D is pre-Schreier if for all $x,y,z{\in}D{\backslash}0$, x | yz in D implies that x = rs where r | y and s | z. An integrally closed pre-Schreier domain was initially called a Schreier domain by Cohn in [15] where it was shown that a GCD domain is a Schreier domain.

  • Throught this paper, we will investigate some properties of left regular and strongly reduced near-rings. Mason introduced the notion of left regularity and he characterized left regular zero-symmetric unital near-rings. Also, this concept have been studied by several authors. The purpose of this paper is to find some characterizations of the strong reducibility in near-rings, and the strong regularity in near-rings which are closely related with strongly reduced near-rings.

  • We in this note introduce the concept of NCI rings which is a generalization of NI rings. We study the basic structure of NCI rings, concentrating rings of bounded index of nilpotency and von Neumann regular rings. We also construct suitable examples to the situations raised naturally in the process.

  • A near-ring N is said to be strongly reduced if, for a ${\in}$ N, $a^2{\in}N_c$ implies $a{\in}N_c$, where $N_c$ denotes the constant part of N. We investigate some properties of strongly reduced near-rings and apply those to the study of left strongly regular near-rings. Finally we classify all reduced and strongly reduced near-rings of order ${\leq}$ 7 using the description given in J. R. Clay [1].

  • This paper deals with the unit groups of the endomorphism rings of projective modules over polynomial rings and further over formal power series rings. A normal subgroup of the unit group is defined and discussed. The local splitting properties of element of endomorphism rings of projective modules over polynomial rings are given.

  • By means of the use of a triangular norm T, the notion of T-fuzzy hyperideals in hypernear-rings is stated, and basic properties are investigated. Moreover, the notion of Noetherian hypernear-rings is introduced, and its characterization is given. At last, the properties of quotient hypernear-rings and T-fuzzy characteristic hyper ideals are discussed.

  • We investigate in this paper rings containing a non-essential $nil$-injective maximal left ideal. We show that if R is a left MC2 ring containing a non-essential $nil$-injective maximal left ideal, then R is a left $nil$-injective ring. Using this result, some known results are extended.

  • Let R be a ring. A right R-module M is PS-injective if every R-homomorphism $f:aR{\rightarrow}M$ for every principally small right ideal aR can be extended to $R{\rightarrow}M$. We investigate, in this paper, rings whose simple singular modules are PS-injective. New characterizations of semiprimitive rings and semisimple Artinian rings are given.

  • A near-ring N is called strongly reduced if, for a ${\epsilon}$ N, $a^2\;{\epsilon}\;N_c$ implies a ${\epsilon}\;N_c$, where $N_c$ denotes the constant part of N. We investigate some properties of strongly reduced near-rings and apply those to the study of left strongly regular near-rings. Finally we classify some reduced, and strongly reduced near-rings.

  • In this paper, we show that if R is a local-global domain then the Question holds. McDonald and Waterhouse in [6] and Estes and Guralnick in [5] introduced the concept of local-global rings (so called rings with many units) independently. A local-global ring is a commutative ring R with 1 satisfying; if a polynomial f in R[ $x_{1}$, .., $x_{n}$] represents a unit over $R_{P}$ for every maximal ideal P in R, then f represents a unit over R. Such rings include semilocal rings, or more generally, rings which are von Neumann regular mod their Jacobson radical, and the ring of all algebraic integers.s.s.
