Let $textsc{k}$＝$F_{q}$(T) be a rational function field. Let $\ell$ be a prime number with ($\ell$, q-1) ＝ 1. Let K/$textsc{k}$ be an elmentary abelian $\ell$-extension which is contained in some cyclotomic function field. In this paper, we study the $\ell$-divisibility of ideal class number $h_{K}$ of K by using cyclotomic units.s.s.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is one of the methods of pattern recognition that separate input data using hyperplane. This method has high capability of pattern recognition by using the technique, which says kernel trick, and the Radial basis function (RBF) kernel is usually used as a kernel function in kernel trick. In this paper we propose using the q-normal distribution to the kernel function, instead of conventional RBF, and compare two types of the kernel function.

In this paper we study the infiniteness of Hilbert 3-class field tower of real cubic function fields over $\mathbb{F}_q(T)$, where $q{\equiv}1$ mod 3. We also give various examples of real cubic function fields whose Hilbert 3-class field tower is infinite.

The recent research investigates the generalization of Bessel function in different forms as its usefulness in various fields of applied sciences. In this paper, we introduce a new modified form of k-Bessel functions called the generalized modified k-Bessel functions and established some of its properties.

In this paper we study the effect of integer translation on Nevanlinna's characteristic function of a meromorphic function. Also, we investigate comparative growth of integer translated entire and meromorphic functions under different conditions.

The purpose of this paper is to define generalized twisted q-Bernoulli numbers by using p-adic q-integrals. Furthermore, we construct a q-analogue of the p-adic generalized twisted L-functions which interpolate generalized twisted q-Bernoulli numbers. This is the generalization of Kim's h-extension of p-adic q-L-function which was constructed in [5] and is a partial answer for the open question which was remained in [3].

This paper defines Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, and explains fourteen properties which can be complemented by Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, including distribution relation, symmetric property, and property of complement. Also, it explores alternating powers sums by proving symmetric property related to Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials.

5G 네트워크의 핵심 기술 중 하나인 네트워크 기능 가상화 (NFV, Network Function Virtualization)는 유연하고 민첩한 네트워크 구축 및 운용을 가능하게 만드는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 한편으로는 수 많은 가상 자원을 생성하기 때문에 네트워크 관리를 복잡하게 만드는 원인이 된다. 일반적으로, NFV 환경에서는 가상 네트워크 기능(VNF, Virtual Network Function)들로 구성된 서비스 펑션 체이닝 (SFC, Service Function Chaining)을 통해 일련의 네트워크 기능들을 트래픽에 적용한다. 따라서 서비스 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있도록 동적으로 SFC에 알맞은 양의 컴퓨팅 자원 또는 인스턴스를 할당하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SFC에서 적절한 수의 VNF 인스턴스를 운용하기 위해 강화학습 알고리즘의 하나인 Deep Q-Networks (DQN)을 이용한 Auto-scaling 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 SFC로 유입되는 트래픽의 증감에 따라 SFC를 구성하는 다계층 (Multi-tier) 구조에서 스케일링(Scaling)이 필요한 계층을 선택하고, 스케일링을 통해 효과적으로 VNF 인스턴스들 개수를 조절한다.

We aim to prove a known summation formula for the series $_4F_3(1)$ by mainly using a similar method as in [2], which is different from that in [3]. The method of proof here as well as that in [2] is potentially useful in getting some other summation formulas for $_pF_q$.

In this paper, we consider a modified Euler polynomials ${\tilde{E}}_{n,q}(x)$ with variable $[x]_q$ and investigate some interesting properties of the Euler polynomials. We also give some relationships between the modified Euler polynomials and their Hurwitz zeta function. Finally, we derive some identities associated with Bernstein polynomials.
