Reverse engineering of concentric plug cover by 3D scanning and development of injection mold (3D 스캔을 이용한 콘센트 커버의 역설계 및 금형 개발)

  • Mold making and product manufacturing process was made by a die through a number of stages. Thereby, it takes a long period of time from the manufacture of mold until passed the products to consumers. However, it is not possible to meet the diverse desires purchasing of consumer. We made a 3D CAD Model aligned with product scan data using reverse engineering. Utilizing thereafter flow analysis to derive the optimal mold conditions, by applying the condition, and devised a mold fabrication process that is much shorter than the conventional process for fabricating a mold. In this study, the outlet cover to the product, it describes a process, as a result, it was confirmed that the number of steps can be shortened much more than the conventional process.

  • The aim of this study is to provide primary data to propel business intended for the entire nation through the analytic assessment of the propulsion process of the newly attempted 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program (DPPRP) for the cities low income bracket. The study method was to conduct analysis of data, interview survey, onsite tenant interviews and examination of the locale in order to analyze the execution of the program and experiences of the administrator in charge of executing the model program. In the case of the enforcement of the 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program(DPPRP), combined teams of the specialty fields of purchase, rental, and management are needed; operation propulsion system of the purchase process of the housing, rental process for selecting the tenant, and the entire process of management afterwards needs to be maintained; and a collaboration system with related organizations need to be constructed.

  • This paper introduces service failure management on internet shopping environment. The purpose of this study is to find and improve service failure modes at the time of customer's complaint thereby reducing that. To achieve this purpose, this study combines the Service Blueprint which describes the online shopping process and FMEA which finds each encounter of service failures and proposes how to recover them. First of all this study generates internet shopping process using Service Blueprint then matches customer's purchase decision making process and company's service provide process. After this process customer complaint types in real purchasing process are fell in according to their occurrence and more frequently occurred complaint is more risky. Finally 6 Risk Priority Numbers(unfair exchange/return policies, slow response/poor customer service support, purchase arrived later than promised/deliverly service dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction short period to take back/exchange/cancels order, A/S or handle defective item) are extracted and suggest their improvement.

  • In recent years, by utilizing the greatest strengths of process mining, the various research activities have been actively progressed to use auditing work of business organization. On the other hand, there is insufficient research on systematic and efficient analysis of massive data generated under big data environment using process mining, and proactive monitoring of risk management from audit side, which is one of important management activities of corporate organization. In this study, we intend to realize Hadoop-based internal audit integrated real-time monitoring system in order to detect the abnormal symptoms in prevent accidents in advance. Through the integrated real-time monitoring system for purchasing audit, we intend to realize strengthen the delivery management of purchasing materials ordered, reduce cost of purchase, manage competitive companies, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and adhere to internal control accounting system. As a result, we can provide information that can be immediately executed due to enhanced purchase audit integrated real-time monitoring by analyzing data efficiently using process mining via Hadoop-based systems. From an integrated viewpoint, it is possible to manage the business status, by processing a large amount of work at a high speed faster than the continuous monitoring, the effectiveness of the quality improvement of the purchase audit and the innovation of the purchase process appears.

  • Since B2C(Business to Customer) from which e-commerce had originated was replaced by B2B, e-Business has shown fast growth so fa., Recently, e-Procurement by l:n concept is on the development as self-purchase system associated with their own ERP In many conglomerates in the Korean market. However, in order to vitalize e-Biz in the plant industry, we need to set up e-marketplaces where many sellers and buyers can meet each other at the same time, which has become the essential part for success as an expanded business model. In this paper, we expect that the foundation for e-transformation in the plant industry is set up by developing Purchase Process System and related modules as the prerequisite for e-Biz in the plant industry, and this report will provide an exemplary model for e-commerce. The Purchase Process System consists of 1) e-Purchasing Module that manages bidding and contract information based on quotation inquiry, 2) e-Expediting Module that manages information to guarantee the on-time delivery, 3) e-Certification Module that controls user authentification, 4) e-Basic Module that manages the bulletin boards, Q&A, etc.

  • E-commerce is a kind of trade type between buyers and sellers rely on computer networks. Carried out according to certain standards of various business activities. e-commerce is based on modern information technology and network technology, financial electronic collection, management, information technology, business and trade information networks into one, aimed at logistics, capital flow and information flow of harmony and unity of the new trade, trade activities of the entire process, electronic, networking and digital. E-commerce has brought to the traditional ways of trading a huge impact, led to changes in economic structures, is a business revolution in the way and is recognized internationally as the 21st century is an important driver of economic development compared to current traditional companies. In this material, we first consider the current problem, analyze particular characteristics of clothing shopping mall to increase the purchasing power of customer. For these reasons, we describe the process for building the clothing site.

  • Thirteen types of business and sixteen administrative districts in Korea are categorized and segmented based on their similarities and visually plotted on multidimensional space. The similarities are determined by five characteristics of quantitative evaluation (simplified process of trading, reduced price, direct contact with supplier, faster process of trading, et cetera). Hence, domestic types of business and administrative districts can be categorized into certain clusters. Also, forms and characteristics of types of business and administrative districts can be evaluated between and within the clusters.

Analysis of Interior Design Elements in Food and Beverage Applying the Psychological Process of Purchasing(AIDMA) Model (구매심리과정(AIDMA)모델을 적용한 식음공간의 실내디자인요소 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data that can improve added value of commercial space strategically using the identification of relationship between the process of consumers' purchasing psychology (AIDMA : Attention, Interest, Desire, Memory, Action) and elements of interior design. For this purpose, case study and survey were carried out on food and beverage spaces, where they were doing business for more than two years, were selected from the ones appeared in the interior journal "A." Based on the study, basic details including a ground plan, design summary and representative image were identified through preliminary research, and a researcher visited the target spaces and carried out a research and analysis on interior design elements. Three spaces among targets of the case study were selected to identify the relation between design elements and AIDMA items which consumers feel, and the survey was conducted on the customers of the selected food and beverage spaces. Results of the case study on the 18 food and beverage spaces showed that features of the each of AIDMA items in material and color elements were most well expressed. As a result of survey conducted on visitors of each food and beverage space, features of each item were expressed in overall design elements. In particular, space elements and color elements in "Space 1," space elements and lighting elements in "Space 2" and space elements, furniture & objet elements in "Space 3" were most well expressed in each space. There were slight differences depending on individual characteristics such as design concept, location and business operation of target food and beverage spaces but attributes of AIDMA items were remarkably recognized in common in the space elements.

An Empirical Study on the Typology and Sourcing Strategies of Business Services in Korea (기업서비스 소싱 유형 및 전략에 관한 실증 연구)

  • The purchase of business services is a growing activity among finns but with little appreciation that the purchase of a service requires a modification of the decision process developed for the purchase of material goods. A taxonomy for purchasing business services is developed to create a matrix with company involvement and focus of service as dimensions. Business services are classified according to their focus on three aspects of the finn: property, people, and core business. Business services are also classified according to the degree of company involvement: high company involvement and low company involvement. A number of propositions are formulated based on insights derived from this taxonomy. The taxonomy results in six business service cells: facility support, equipment support, employee support, employee development, core business facilitator, and professional. Implications for managers considering a purchase in each category are explored. This study tests the research hypotheses delineated from the classification model and the purchasing process of business services. The strategic implications are suggested based on the findings for each cell of the classification model. This study concludes with a research agenda for further studies.

  • At present, tendency of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprises is that many ERP enterprises from abroad are rushing into capture of small and medium enterprises at home actively. SAP Korea and Korean Oracle have already showed their new product targeting domestic market of small or medium standing enterprise, and more, even MS(Micro Soft) also rushes into this market in earnest. The domestic business circle of ERP should prepare countermeasure by raising the perfection of product and having good command of minute marketing strategy to survive from aggressive strategy of SMB market. In addition, about the computerization of main affairs of business, ordering developing process was general that developing staffs analysed the affairs of each department that needed computerization and construct according to the operation process by using different tools, but condition is changing that businesses themselves are purchasing business application package from expert soft program enterprise and construct. Therefore, in this study, I try to grasp the problem of management, and define a new process that can help for more efficient management by making it an object producing and management module of enterprise 'K' that is one of domestic small and medium enterprise and that is operating ERP at present. As well, through the analysis of affair related producing, we are aiming to prepare for establishment of target, its range, and making the standard of result evaluation.
