본 논문에서는 복잡한 전관방송 장비와 케이블을 용이하게 운용하고, 확장 및 증설할 수 있도록 전력선 통신을 이용한 전관방송 시스템을 개발하였다. 전력선 통신 기반 전관방송 시스템은 디지털 스트리밍 변조 방식을 적용한 제어 보드와 스피커 보드로 구현되었으며, 오디오 최대 출력, 오디오 채널 응답 시간, 오디오 출력 SNR, 그리고 오디오 출력 THD+N에 대한 성능 측정을 실시하여 만족스러운 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

전관방송 시스템은 위급상황 및 비상상황에서도 누구나 손쉬운 조작과 운영, 그리고 장비의 안정적 동작이 우선시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력선 통신 기반 전관방송 시스템 사용자에게 편리성과 효율성을 제공하기 위해, 전관방송 시스템의 PLC(Power Line Communication) 제어기와 UI(User Interface) 그리고 PLC 제어기와 PLC 스피커 간의 통신을 제어하기 위한 펌웨어를 구현하였고, 사용자가 컴퓨터 화면에서 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 UI 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

인터넷의 확산과 컴퓨터 기술의 발달로 웹을 기반으로 한 화상회의 시스템이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이러한 화상회의 시스템은 화이트보드의 공유와 파일의 공유를 위해서 공인 IP주소를 사용해야하고 방화벽 내부사용자와 비공인 IP주소 사용자를 위한 처리가 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 방화벽내부 사용자나 비공인 IP주소 사용자를 위해 비공인 IP주소를 공인 IP주소로 변환시켜 주는 Application Level Gateway를 구현한다. 또한 네트워크 대역폭에 따라 화상과 음성 미디어를 동적으로 조절하는 Control Daemon을 제안한다. Control Daemon은 다자간 회의진행을 위한 회의실 개설과 종료, 회의참여 수락, 진행관리를 담당한다.

본 논문에서는 미래 지능형 빌딩 시스템에서 요구되는 다양한 상황을 인지할 수 있는 지능형 디지털 통합 전관 방송 시스템을 개발하였다. 화재와 재난과 같은 응급 상황이 발생할 때 울리는 경보음을 인식할 수 있으며, 실내 온도와 습도 및 환경 오염도와 같은 다양한 센서 출력을 전달 받아 지능적으로 상황에 맞는 대처 방안을 필요한 곳에 개별적으로 방송할 수 있는 지능형 디지털 통합 전관 방송 시스템을 개발하였다. 외부 입력, 마이크, CD와 MP3 및 라디오 기능 등을 일체형으로 통합하고 소형화한 디지털 전관 방송 시스템을 개발하고 있으며, 시스템이 중앙 집중 제어가 가능하도록 운용 MICOM을 개발하였다. 중앙 집중 제어를 수행하기 위해 운용 MICOM은 제어 계층, 처리 계층 및 사용자 인터페이스 계층인 3계층으로 구성된다.

Recently the meaning of the road name address is expended as an information through the revision of the Road Name Address Act. As this revision, the address of things (AoT) become more important indicating the possibility for the expansion to the related business. However, recent study about AoT does not concern how the current priority system works from the first research. In this study, we analyze perception about addressable object between AoT experts and public using AHP analysis. We structured the importance of addressable objects as two categories; urgency and value creation. The necessity in emergency or daily, accessibility and welfare conform the urgency index. Meanwhile, public value creation in public domain or profitability in the business area and economics conform value creation index. We conducted survey for total of 89 of experts and public. The results of this study indicate the relative importance of AoT measured by experts and public. Generally, public tend to concern more about accessibility conforming the urgency index than experts. Moreover, the public WiFi and the sports complex scored the high priority among the remain addressable objects, in respect of the urgency and the value creation. This result could be implemented for the activation of the smart city industry base on the geospatial information including AoT.

외부 입력, 마이크, CD와 MP3 및 라디오 기능 등을 일체형으로 통합하고 소형화한 전관 방송 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발중인 시스템이 중앙 집중 제어가 가능하도록 운용 MICOM을 개발한다. 중앙 집중 제어를 수행하기 위해 운용 MICOM은 제어 계층, 처리 계층 및 사용자 인터페이스 계층인 3계층으로 구성된다. 제어 계층은 각종 기기들을 제어하고, 처리 계층은 음성, 소리 데이터 편집 및 기기의 제어 신호 및 상태 정보를 처리한다. 그리고 사용자 인터페이스 계층에서는 사용자가 기기 제어 및 데이터 처리를 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 도와주는 계층이다. 중앙 집중 제어는 원격 조종 장치(remote control)를 통해서 이루어진다.

This paper deals with a web-based public address system for conveying information for different institutions. An architecture for a Short Messaging Service (SMS) based public address (PA) system that can be programmed by an authorized mobile phone or device is proposed. This PA system will facilitate information transfer from heads of offices, managers, directors, and deans of the institutions to its constituents or unit area as well as enable postings of information with proper authentication and validation remotely. The system supports high priority messaging, allowing the conveyance of critical and time sensitive information. The mobility management support for the PA system will be based on the Hierarchical Mobile Internet Protocol version 6 (HMIPv6), hence, allowing for a seamless connectivity to the system. The major advantage of this proposed PA system as compared with the traditional electronic displays and bulletin boards is seamless mobility wherein the display devices can be programmed remotely by heads of the institutions and business organization. It also allows faster communication and immediate actions concerning the different institutions, organizations, and businesses, thus, ensuring high productivity.

최근 급상승된 부동산 가격의 하락으로 무리하게 갭투자를 한 투기꾼들로 인한 부동산 전세 사기와 관련된 언론 보도가 급증하고 있다. 이로 인한 세입자의 피해 사례가 계속 증가함에 따라 정부는 세입자 보호와 전세사기 방지를 위한 대책을 수립하고 있다. 그동안 주택임대차보호법, 임차권등기명령 등 세입자 보호를 목적으로 하는 법령에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 공적 장부간 정보 불일치로 인한 사기가 급증하면서 공적 장부의 정보의 일관성에 관한 연구가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부동산과 연관성이 높은 건축물대장, 도로명주소대장의 건물정보를 매칭키를 활용한 매칭방법론에 대한 연구를 모색하고 다른 공적 장부와의 연계방안도 검토하고자 한다.

본 연구는 주소를 둘러싼 국내외 환경변화 속에서 관계 법령 개정 및 시범사업 등에 의해 본격적으로 도입이 이루어지고 있는 사물주소에 대한 언론보도를 분석하였다. 네이버 뉴스 플랫폼에서 2018년 4월부터 2020년 9월까지 기간동안 '사물주소'라고 검색하여 수집된 언론보도기사의 제목과 원문을 수집하여 토픽 모델링 및 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 보도주제는 4가지 유형으로 '사물주소체계 추진', '사물주소 부여대상 실증', '도로명주소 사용 개선', '주소 활성화를 위한 교육·홍보'로 나타났으며, 해당 기간동안 '사물주소 부여 실증' 주제가 주요 의제였음을 확인하였다. 분석 결과를 행정안전부의 「제3차 주소정책 기본계획(2018-2022)」과 비교하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Architectural utility in Richard Neutra's early twentieth century modern school design was paramount in progressively shaping salience of academic institutions, in part to move beyond neoclassical traditions in style based design. The intention being to address school and community through modern architectural solutions. Expanding on Neutra's practice, the planning and design of new public schools in Los Angeles, are advocating the integration of institutional and public spaces. This research will document through qualitative analysis of institutional design within transitioning neighborhoods, a utilitarian approach that has become foundational for positive urban change. The focus of this research will reflect upon contemporary schools designed by DalyGenik Architecture, Coop Himmelblau and Michael Maltzen Architecture. Comparing with Neutra's early modernist approach, the selected case studies will address material and spatial applications having redefined functional relationships of interior space, architectural envelope and an interconnected public realm. A dynamic peripheral condition in new school design has emerged with the elimination of decorative adornment, clarifying utilitarian intentions of institutional service to and the rejuvenation of public realms and community spaces.
