지역사회거주 비혼모의 기업가정신 (Entrepreneurship) 경험에 관한 연구 : 모성권과 노동권을 중심으로 (A Study on the Entrepreneurship Experience of Unmarried Mothers Living in Community : Focusing on Maternity Rights and Labor Rights)

  • 본 연구는 창업에 성공한 지역사회거주 비혼모들의 기업가정신 경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구자는 지역사회에 거주하며 자녀 출산, 양육과 직업 활동을 병행하고 있는 비혼모 5인의 모성권과 노동권을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 참여자들과의 일대일 심층면담을 바탕으로 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi(1978)가 제안한 기술적 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 53개의 주제와, 10개의 주제결집이 드러났다. 자료 분석 결과를 바탕으로 임신갈등 극복, 창업의 계기, 창업 성공 경험의 범주에 재배열하여 기술하였다. 본 연구의 주제결집은 '생명단절의 압력', '축복받지 못한 생명을 떠맡음', '낙인과 기회의 박탈', '기본 생활 유지 불안과의 동고동락(同苦同樂)', '인생 제로(Zero)그라운드에서의 시작', '일과 양육, 줄다리기', '지원보다는 나의 능력에 의지', '신용 자본의 획득', '동반 성장 철학', '벼랑 끝에서 만난 무한 가능성'으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자들은 자신과 자녀의 생존을 위해 긍정심리자본을 기반으로 창업을 시도한 결과 사회적 자본이 드러났으며 동반성장을 도모하고 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 동반 성장의 윤리와 레질리언스에 대한 논의를 하였다.

SNS에서의 그룹 형성이 정보공유 활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Group Formation in SNS on Information-Sharing Behavior)

  • By virtue of the development and widespread of social network services, the importance of SNS for an individual's social capital formation as well as people's act of sharing information is increasingly highlighted. However, there are still few empirical studies on successful formation of SNS, people's attitude towards participation in SNS, and the brisk act of sharing information in the SNS as yet. This study performed an analysis that, in terms of forming the successful SNS, people's attachment to the group in SNS induces the attitude towards the participation in SNS, and the information-sharing act on the basis of the socio-psychological theory. For this purpose, this study carried out empirical study by dividing the influential factors into the attachment to online group, and attachment to the members in SNS group on the basis of trust. This study set up the component factors in trust as high-dimensional factors, and used SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 as analysis tools. Analysis results confirmed that group formation in SNS and people's attachment to the group were significantly influence attitude towards participation in SNS as well as information sharing behavior. This result implies that group formation in SNS plays an important role in active use of SNS.

게임에서의 협동성 요인이 심리적 관계 요인과 오프라인 사회참여에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Cooperative Games on Psycosocial factors and Offline Social Participation)

  • 본 연구는 게임이 가지는 사회적 역할을 탐색하고자 협동성을 요구하는 게임과 오프라인에서 목격되던 대인간의 관계형성에 영향을 미치는 심리적 속성들과의 관계를 탐색하였다. 구체적으로 협동성을 요구하는 게임 이용이 심리적 속성인 자기노출과 친밀감에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 이러한 심리적 속성들과 오프라인 사회 참여와의 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 설문을 실시한 결과, 협동성을 요하는 게임을 많이 이용할수록 자기노출과 친밀감이 증가하고, 자기노출과 친밀감이 커질수록 오프라인 사회참여에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주요 결과에 대한 함의나 논의점이 본문에 제시되었다.

간호사간 직장 내 괴롭힘 관련변인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석 (The Related Factors to Workplace Bullying in Nursing: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review and identify factors relevant to workplace bullying in nursing. Methods: Twenty-three studies that met the criteria were selected from a sample of twenty-six studies. These articles were retrieved from a central literature databases (N=13,241). The total correlational effect size (ESr) for each related factor was calculated from Fisher's Zr. A funnel plot inspection (similar to scatter plot) with a trim-and-fill method was used to assess the publication bias of the meta-analyzed studies. Results: From the systematic review, fifty-one factors were identified as having an influencing effect. Fourteen factors (five individual and nine organizational factors) were eligible for meta-analysis. The individual factors included, self-esteem (ESr=-.31), psychological capital (ESr=-.26), and marital status (ESr=-.06) which were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. Organizational factors included, organizational tolerance (ESr=.48), supervisor incivility (ESr=.47), job stress (ESr=.46), group morale (ESr=-.36), group support (ESr=-.35), supervisor leadership (ESr=-.35), group identity (ESr=-.33), and structural empowerment (ESr=-.27). These factors were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. There were no publication biases except for both individual and organizational factors. Conclusion: Organizational factors have more of an greater impact than individual factors on workplace bullying. The results of this study support the need for intervention at the organizational level.

패션디자이너의 창의성 분석 모형 개발 - 칙센트미하이와 가드너의 관점을 중심으로 - (Analytic Model Development for Fashion Designer's Creativity - Centered on Perspectives of M. Csikszentimihalyi & H. Gardener -)

  • This paper aims at developing an analytic model for examining fashion designer's creativity. This research developed the analytic model of fashion designer's creativity adding the specificity of the fashion area to The Systems Model of Creativity by Csikszentmihalyi & Gardener. The analytic model of fashion designer's creativity is composed of 3 elements: the fashion designer, the fashion domain and the fashion field. The detail factors to be examined by each of the elements are as follows. In the dimension of an individual fashion designer, detail factors influencing the manifestation of creativity contain cognitive and non-cognitive abilities (i.e: personality traits, erotic capital) and socio-psychological factors (i.e: family condition, sexual identity, marital status, health). In the dimension of the fashion domain, creativity factors are composed of socio-cultural contexts and paradigms. In the dimension of the fashion field, detail factors refer to a mentor, supporter, competitor and a follower. Fashion designer's creativity manifests itself when detail factors of an individual fashion designer, fashion domain and field interact with each other dynamically.

북경 소재 예술박물관의 외부환경 구성요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exterior Components of the Art Museums in Beijing)

  • Beijing, the capital city of China, has gradually increased its amount of culture space and has also introduced a diverse range of cultural facilities to improve the satisfaction of its citizens lives. In particular are its art museums, which are a symbol of the urban culture and enrich the cultural life of its citizens and are also expected to play a role as a psychological pivot point. However, in comparison with the characteristics of various ethics, local, and the influence on the museums of China, studies which analyze the exterior of the art museums are not sufficient. This is because previous research has focused too heavily on the interior of the art museums. This paper aims to derive distinction through the analysis of the exterior of several art museums and present design factors and application methodology. This research looks at art museums in China and analyzes the current state of the art museums that have been developed based on the culture of Beijing. Through analyzing the case study of five art museums that have been selected in Beijing we can improve our understanding of Chinese culture space and derive distinct design factors. Distinct factors in the exterior of art museums include connection, culture, geographic features, public, and creation. This study is expected to contribute to that exterior of the art museum will be as a contact zone to form a spatial connection and a cultural symbol that can reflect Beijing's unique culture characteristics.

대학생들의 스마트폰중독이 자기생활관리에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 정신건강의 매개효과 (The Effect of University Students' Smartphone Addiction on Their Life Management: Mediating Effects of Positive Psychological Capital and Mental Health)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 자기생활관리의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 정신건강의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 대학생 266명을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독, 긍정심리자본, 정신건강, 자기생활관리 척도를 실시하고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련 요인들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 스마트폰 중독은 자기생활관리와 긍정심리자본에서 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈으며 정신건강간의 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 자기생활관리의 경로분석결과 긍정심리자본($0.69^{**}$)이 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 매개변인인 긍정심리자본과 정신건강 하위요인들과 자기생활관리 간 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 긍정심리자본에서는 낙관성($3.40^{**}$)과 탄력성($6.95^{**}$)이 자기생활관리에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 정신건강에서는 우울($-2.01^*$)과 충동성($-3.53^{**}$)이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 대학생의 자기생활관리를 위한 교육적 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

스타트업 항공사 객실승무원 조직의 안전리더십 구성요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Research on Factors Composing the Flight Attendant Organization's Safety Leadership)

  • A startup airline is motivating its flight attendants to do voluntary and effective safety behavior as well as setting up safety culture in its organization at the same time in the early stage of revenue-flight service due to the lack of flight operation experience compared to competing airlines. Based on the sample of flight attendants from a startup airline, this paper tried to perform empirical analysis which focused on relationship among safety leadership, safety motivation and safety behavior. According to empirical analysis, it was proven psychological resources had a significantly positive effect on work engagement. Work engagement is proven to have a significantly positive effect on both flight attendants' safety motivation and their safety work. It was also implied that flight attendants couldn't understand a contradictory attitude of their leaders because leaders had them focus on safety work engagement while not providing enough human resource and capital. In addition, it was found leader's excessive emphasizing safety policy might not result in flight attendants' safety behavior.

조직신뢰의 유용성에 대한 불신 (Distrust in the Usefulness of Organizational Trust)

  • 본 논문은 조직신뢰는 조직의 가장 중요한 사회적 자산이 될 수 있음에도 불구하고, 조직신뢰 만들기를 위한 변화활동이 단명 하는 이유에 대해 기업조직 사례를 참조자료로 사용하며 논했다. 조직신뢰의 유용성에 대한 불신이 발발하는 근원적 원인으로, 사후합리성 추구, 조직신뢰의 다섯 가지 기반요소(개방성, 일관성, 공정성, 관심과 배려, 자부심)의 실천과정에서 발생하는 어려움, 그리고 조직신뢰 만들기의 주체인 최고경영층의 부정적 확신 등을 논의해보았다. 그리고 이에 따른 중간계층의 눈치행위와 조직냉소주의 현상 등도 조직신뢰의 유용성에 대한 불신에 기여하는 악순환적 원인으로 살펴보았다.

Exploring Functional Differences of Perceived Benefits between Competitive Sport and Eco-Sport

  • Purpose: This study sought to explore theoretical knowledge of benefits that sport participants perceived. In specific, this study reviewed related literature to explore similarities and differences of perceived benefits between competitive sport and eco-sport. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed an integrated literature review approach. A conceptual model is suggested by reviewing prior studies. The study collected relevant documents via online search engine including KCI and google scholar. The contents and results of collected data were analyzed and categorized into perceived benefits between competitive sport and eco-sport. Results: For results, summary of perceived benefits was presented. In specific, a total of twelve variables were derived from the literature analysis as physical benefits of sport participation, which include cardiorespiratory fitness and physical self-concept and so forth. Second, a total of six mental benefits were discovered by prior studies, including happiness, stress release, psychological health and so on. Third, in terms of socio-relational benefits, four variables were derived from previous literature, which are social support, trust, and social capital and so on. Conclusions: This study identified positive outcomes of physical activities. Furthermore, a variety of benefits were categorized into three major aspects such as physical, mental, and social benefits. The study needs to be conducted to explore the effects of perceived benefits on repeat participation. Further implications were discussed.
