본 연구는 프로젝트 담당자의 창의적 사고, 기업가정신, 프로젝트 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 둔 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고 표본을 수집하여 실증 조사한 결과를 토대로 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 프로젝트 담당자의 창의적 사고는 직접적으로는 프로젝트 만족도를 향상시키지 못하지만 프로젝트 담당자의 기업가 정신의 매개효과를 통해 프로젝트 만족도를 향상시키는 반면 프로젝트의 인지된 성과에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지만 이 과정에 있어 프로젝트 담당자의 기업가 정신은 매개효과를 갖지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 프로젝트 추진에 있어 담당자의 창의적 사고로서의 전문지식, 사고기술, 동기부여가 높다고 하더라도 당해 개인적 관점에서의 고객의 만족을 이끌어 내는데 한계가 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가 할 수 있다.

In this study, we took the census of the project satisfaction level of the employees who have participated in Six Sigma projects. We divided and measured the project satisfaction by the steps of performing the project (team building, execution, ownership and support step). We performed the analysis of variance to show the main factors of project satisfaction level, and the tests of homogeneity to know the relationship the business parts and among the job positions each. The results of analysis showed that the satisfactions of the team building and execution step were significant.

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 양돈농가에 지원하는 농업보조금에 관한 정보제공 및 투명성 등과 같은 사업 선정절차, 구비서류 및 구비조건 등과 같은 사업신청조건이 보조금 지원정책의 만족도와 향후 재신청의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보조금 지원사업의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 사업신청조건 완화보다는 사업선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 보조금 지원사업에 의한 소득증대 등의 효과를 통한 보조금 재신청 확대를 위해서는 사업신청조건 완화보다는 사업선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 보조금 지원사업 선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상 노력은 보조금 지원사업의 만족도 향상뿐만 아니라 재신청 효과를 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 다른 어떤 요인보다도 보조금 사업에 대한 정보제공, 의견반영 등 사업선정절차 만족도 향상에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

Recently, as business becomes more dependent on information technology for their operations, SI project managers are under increasing pressure to implement SI projects on time and within budget, and to satisfy customer requirements. For the success of SI projects and customer satisfaction, SI project managers should master the critical shills and knowledge requirements and consider the proper leadership style to lead the team members and to manage SI projects. The leadership style includes four categories, such as directive leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. This study has examined the project managers' competency and suggests the three competency factors, which are technical, human, and conceptual shills, for the success of SI projects and customer satisfaction. The study suggests that SI project managers should master the three critical skills and knowledge requirements, and consider the proper leadership style for the successful implementation of SI projects. Also SI project managers should consider contingency factors such as project size and duration and outcome variables such as protect performance and customer satisfaction so as to enhance the leadership effectiveness.

Purpose: This paper examines risk factors which affect project success, and proposes a method utilizing the average potential satisfaction index(API) to evaluate how much the satisfaction level of the personnel involved in the project can change by reducing the risk. Methods: The current study derives 11 risk factors affecting project success from literature review and conducts survey of 253 subjects who have project work experience. A modified Kano's questionnaire using 5-point Likert-scale is applied to investigate the amount of satisfaction or dissatisfaction when the risk factors are reducted or not, respectively. Results: The respondents consider that the risk factors which include the three elements of project management(schedule, quality, cost) is more important than other risk factors related to the project environment, and technology and profitability. Conclusion: The average potential satisfaction index proposed in this study can measure the perception on the risk factors of the personnel involved in the project, since it has a strong correlation with the perceived importance by the respondents in this study.

This study examined the current conditions of the community facilities constructed by demonstration project for rural elderly that were promoted for the last two years by the ministry of agriculture, food and rural affairs. The type of community facilities are community living home, community food service facility and small bath house. And it was accomplished satisfaction survey for analyzing the effects of demonstration project focused on inhabitants and users of community facilities constructed by demonstration project. The results are as follows. First, The satisfaction index of community facilities was evaluated high level in generally. Second, Inhabitants and users of facilities were presented high level satisfaction in humanity sector, especially. Third, It should be to establish maintenance and management plan such as supporting of linkage program and operation cost for secure the sustainability. Consequently, the implementation of community facilities demonstration project to improve the living conditions of rural elderly is entirely appropriate. The results of this study were considered to promoting demonstration project for improving quality of the facilities and securing effectiveness of the project.

This study conducted an evaluation of the streetscape improvement project of the Gwangbok Street through analysis of visual and perceptual characteristics by comparing selected pictures of streetscape before and after the project. This work has conducted an analysis of the environmental factors which influence subjects' satisfaction degrees including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of this project. Using a satisfaction analysis and factor analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. As a result of the analysis, physical components of the streetscape were classified into 4 types according to project's effectiveness and improvement priorities. These 4 types include (1) Components for maintenance because of higher satisfaction and higher importance, (2) Components for improvement because of lower satisfaction and higher importance, (3) Components for good business fruits because of higher satisfaction and lower importance, and (4) Components for unnecessity because of lower satisfaction and lower importance.

본 연구에서는 SI 프로젝트에 참여하는 내부조직 구성원들 즉, 고객사 조직구성원들이 얼마나 열심히 참여하는가에 초점을 두고 조직구성원의 참여가 IT 프로젝트의 만족도와 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 K 은행의 차세대 인터넷 뱅킹 구축 프로젝트를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, IT부서의 참여도 및 현업부서의 참여도가 모두 프로젝트 만족도에 매우 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 만족도는 시스템 성과와 산출물 성과에 모두 매우 유의한 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었으며, 이러한 연구결과에 대한 실무적, 학문적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the effect of the Strong Small Farm Development Project by Rural Development Administration is positively associated with participating farmers. The data that used in this study is a survey data that targets 442 farming households who have participated in the strong small farm development project. This study applies ordered-probit model to evaluate level of the participants' satisfaction of the project. This study found that participants' level of satisfaction is closely associated by satisfaction level of project contents that contains education and consulting, friendly attitude toward the project, active participation of the project, and understanding of the project's contents and their importances. Based on research findings, this research provides some implications of future upbringing policy for strong small farms and the principal point of the policy that leads to succeed in implementing the project when formulating agricultural policy in participants view. the strong small farms.
