연구개발 사업의 특성을 고려한 건설 R&D의 정량적 성과측정 (A Quantitative Performance Measurement on the Construction Technology R&D Projects through Research Characteristic)

  • 건설R&D사업은 연구특성에 따라 서로 다른 성과를 나타낸다. 하지만 현재 평가방식은 연구특성보다는 사업구분에 따라 평가를 실시하고 있다. 성과를 측정하고 평가하는 가장 큰 이유는 단기적으로 평가대상 간의 우열을 가리는 기능 때문이지만 장기적으로는 향후 추진되는 건설 R&D사업의 성과를 에측하고 보다 향상된 성과를 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문은 산출물 중심의 성과측정지표 도출을 하고 정량적인 측정방법을 개발하여 건설 R&D사업을 정량적으로 측정한다. 측정된 정량적인 수치는 분산분석을 통해 연구특성에 따른 성과발현의 차이를 확인하고 대응일치분석을 통해 연구특성과의 관계를 분석하는데 활용된다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 건설 R&D사업의 획일적인 성과평가에 대한 문제점을 정량적인 성과측정을 통해 검증하는데 있다.

Evaluation of Color Stability according to Shade of Temporary Crown Resin Using Digital Spectrophotometer: In Vitro Study

  • Background: Temporary crown resins are used prior to prosthesis placement, indicating the importance of aesthetics. The aim of this study was evaluate the color stability of various staining solutions according to the color of temporary crown resins using VITA Easyshade V. Methods: The temporary crowns used were the powder-liquid type and included four shades. A total of 36 specimens were fabricated in the form of disks with a diameter of 1.8 mm and a depth of 2 mm. They were divided into four groups of nine each, and staining was performed for seven days by precipitation in 3 mL of three staining solutions composed of distilled water, black coffee, and red wine. Color and color stability evaluations were performed by a trained examiner using a digital spectrophotometer (VITA Easyshade V). Color stability was analyzed using the ΔE value. Results: Because of the color stability evaluation using the ΔE value, the difference between three and seven days was significant in the specimen I and III groups (p<0.05). Further, post hoc analysis showed that the ΔE value of red wine was significant, indicating that the color stability in red wine was low. The ΔE values in group II between days three and seven were statistically significant (p<0.05). Post hoc analysis showed that distilled water, coffee, and wine had the highest ΔE values on day three. On day seven, the ΔE value for wine was significant, and the color stability was low. There was no significant difference in group IV according to the staining period and staining solution; therefore, color stability was high (p>0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that most temporary resin restorations exhibited color stability in the staining solution. The darker the color of the temporary resin restoration, the higher the color stability against extrinsic staining.

건설공사 사후평가 용역대가기준 개선방안 (A Study on Improving Pricing Criteria for Post-Construction Evaluation)

  • 건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업을 대상으로 수요 공사비 공사기간 기대효과 및 사업관리 내용 등을 준공 이후에 재평가하고, 차후 유사사업 추진 시 그 평가결과를 참고하여 발주청의 시행착오를 줄이기 위한 목적으로 2000년부터 도입되었다. 하지만 용역대가 산정기준이 마련되지 않아 사후평가 용역의 질적 저하 및 분쟁발생의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사후평가 용역데이터를 기반으로 공사비요율방식 및 실비정액가산방식의 용역대가 산정기준을 제시하였다. 용역대가 분석을 위해 기존의 사후평가 용역비와 공사비를 조사하고 공사비요율방식 및 실비정액가산방식을 통해 산출된 용역비를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 실비정액가산방식을 통해 산출한 용역비가 공사비요율방식에 비해 더 정확함을 확인하였다. 실비 정액가산방식은 시설물별 사업특성을 반영할 수 있도록 거리보정계수, 면적보정계수, 통합보정계수 등 다양한 보정계수가 적용되었으며, 선형공사(도로, 철도), 비선형공사 I(주택 산업단지), 비선형공사 II(공항, 항만, 댐, 상하수도), 기타공사로 시설물 구분을 세분화하여 산정기준을 제시하였다.

'연구 업무 전담제'를 통해 살펴보는 국립현대미술관 전시 기획의 새로운 패러다임 (New Paradigm in exhibition organization at the National Museum of Contemporary Art)

  • Since the evaluation of its intellectual activities and abilities is done by curator's capabilities, planning exhibition is very important as the final result achieved by their own knowledge, information, and research. ARPA(Advanced Research Project on Arts) is suggested as the system which enables curators responding simultaneously to the society in the times, based on its special characteristics. If this system settles well, which means that the curators at NMCA(National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea) play their roles as the professionals in each of their fields, the goal of consolidating the status of museum as the representative national museum, and building up competent department of curators, will be achieved at the same time. To clarify above, the curators set up the various assignments of research about the types of arts such as painting, Korean painting, sculpture, installation, new-media, design, craft, photogarphy, architecture, etc. And they establish the art objects classified by the regions, such as the Northern American, Southern American, European, Asian, and other Third World countries. They elaborate art objects more on the history, the work, the artist, and the issue of contemporary art. Furthermore, when the curators devote deeper study to those research subjects, they can have the opportunities to design an exhibition upon the research. Today, the museum of art is 'The Place for Communication and Encounter', it is regarded important to share the aesthetical, creative values with current artists, and to understand mutually with the spectators. It is needed to improve the curator's work, in order to meet the demands of the times and even to advance. Because the form of 'exhibition' is the tool that reveals the identity NMCA aiming at, the motivation, the development, and the realization should be leaded by the curators, who are the mainstream of the museum. ARPA is a system for identifying the exhibition like mentioned above. The main purpose of this system is to produce synergy effect, having the researching, collecting work in liaison with planning exhibition. ARPA will be able to improve the quality of exhibition through the way of developing the exhibition, passing through the stable process in the long run. So far, I have referred to a new paradigm of the exhibition design at NMCA via ARPA. Yet, there still remain missions in reality, such as analyzing the previous exhibition and reshuffling personnel and system, which should be done. When these matters settled, these plans would be suggested practically. At this point, it is the most significant that NMCA is attempting to let others aware of the importance of exhibition planning based on research. when the ARPA and exhibition planning is conjoined together successfully, the competent exhibition will be achieved, which can offer a meaningful exhibition to the art world, strengthen infra structure thru exchanging with public museum in the region, and eventually, establish a network with museum in foreign countries.

정부의 디지털 신기술 분야 직업훈련 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Vocational Training Program in Digital New Technology of Government)

  • 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 대응 디지털 신기술 직업훈련의 대표적인 정부사업인 K-디지털 트레이닝 사업을 분석하고 개선안을 제시하였다. K-디지털 트레이닝 사업은 시행 후 3년만에 훈련 운영기관은 7.1배, 훈련과정 프로그램은 8.5배 증가하는 등 급격히 확대되고 있으나 교육훈련 프로그램이 수도권에 집중되는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 공유훈련모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 지역의 열악한 인적 물적 자원을 최대한 활용하여, 체계적 구성과 운영으로 디지털 신기술에 대응하고 교육훈련의 내실화와 신뢰성을 높이는 방안이다. 지역별로 디지털 신기술 관련 강사, 교육훈련 콘텐츠, 교육훈련 인프라 등 여러 훈련기관별로 흩어져 있는 자원을 공동 활용하는 컨소시엄 형태의 공유 협력 모델을 구축함으로써, 급격히 발전하는 디지털 신기술 교육훈련의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 교육훈련 인증평가 제도를 도입하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다.

행정구역에 기초한 어촌지역의 유형구분과 지역개발방향 (The Classification and Regional Development's Direction of Rural Fishing Area Based on Administrative District)

  • The selection of land for fishing village development project, and the standard used to classify fishing villages has been determined based on the guidelines developed by fishing village cooperatives. The approach fishing village cooperatives follows is likely to classify fishing villages without first reflecting on the overall development environment of the region, such as other industries and workers in the area. It also acts as a barrier for business promotion or evaluation, because the cooperatives do not match the administrative districts, which are the units of administration, and the main policy enforcement agent in regional development. Against this background, this study aimed to identify categories to situate the development direction, as well as the size and distribution of fishing villages based on eup, myeon, and dong administrative units as defined by the Fishing Villages and Fishery Harbors Act. This study was based on the Census of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of 2010, and analyzed 826 eups, myeon, and dongs with fishery households using the principal component analysis, and 2-Step cluster analysis methods. Therefore, 95% of the variance was explained using the covariance matrix for types of fishing villages, but it was analyzed as one component focusing on the number and ratio of fishery households, and used the cluster-type analysis, which focused on the sizes of fishing villages. The clusters were categorized into three types: (1) the development type based on the number of fishermen in the eups, myeons and dongs was analyzed as village size (682); (2) administrative district size (121); and (3) total eups, myeons and dongs (23), which revealed that the size of most fishing villages was small. We could explain 73% of the variance using the correlation coefficient matrix, which was divided into three types according to the three principal component scores, namely fishery household power, fishery industry power, and fishing village tourism power. Most fishing villages did not have a clear development direction because all business areas within the region were diversified, and 552 regions could be categorized under the harmonious development type, which is in need of balanced development. The fishery industry type typified by industrial strength included 159 regions in need of an approach based on industrialization of fishery product processing. Specialized production areas, which specialized in producing fishery products, were 115 regions with a high percentage of fishermen. The analysis results indicated that various situations in terms of size and development of fishing villages existed. However, because several regions exist in the form of small village units, it was necessary to approach the project in a manner that directed the diversification of regional development projects, such as places for local residents to relax or enjoy tourism experiences within the region, while considering the overall conditions of the relevant eups, myeons, and dongs. Reinforcement of individual support for fishermen based on the Fisheries Act must take precedence over providing support for fishermen through regional development. In addition, it is necessary to approach the development of fishing villages by focusing on industrializing the processing techniques of fishery products. Areas specialized in the production of fishery products are required to consider the facilities for fisheries production, and must make efforts to increase fishery resources, such as releasing fry.

고등학교 수학 수업에서 과정 중심 평가 수업을 위한 피드백 중심 수업 자료 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Feedback-Based Instructional Materials for Process-Focused Assessment Classes in High School Mathematics Classes)

  • 본 연구는 현장의 동일교 소속 교사들을 중심으로 교원학습공동체 프로그램을 이용하여 피드백에 주목하여 과정 중심 평가를 수업에 적용할 수 있는 수업 자료를 개발한 연구이다. 특히 실제 수업에 적용 가능한 수업 자료를 개발하는 것을 목적에 두고 진행한 연구이다. 이때 학교 현장 수업에서 과정 중심 평가를 적용할 때 어떻게 적절한 피드백을 제공할 것인지 고민하였다. 이동근, 안상진(2021)의 자료 개발 연구의 절차를 따라 진행하였으며, 자료 개발 자체의 절차는 교육과정 분석에 근거한 성취기준의 재구성과 이해도 확인 전략을 수립하여 평가계획을 수립하였다. 다음으로 평가과제와 채점 기준표 및 사전 피드백 준비표를 개발하였다. 또한 이들 개발 자료들에 근거하여 실제 수업 적용 시의 장면을 예상할 수 있는 학습 지도안을 결과물로 함께 개발하였다.

지오텍스타일 컨테인먼트를 활용한 발전소 방파수로 설계인자 분석 (Analysis of Design Parameters for Power Plant Breakwater Channels Using Geotextile Containment)

  • 본 연구에서 검토한 지오텍스타일 컨테이너와 튜브를 활용한 수로구조물은 UAE에서 수행한 프로젝트로 수심이 4.0m 이하인 경우 지오텍스타일 컨테이너를 저개식 바지로부터 해저바닥에 착지시키는 방법으로 시공하고 그 윗부분은 지오텍스타일 튜브로 시공을 수행하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지오텍스타일 컨테이너와 튜브를 활용하여 해상의 발전소 방파제 수로구조물 축조 시 고려된 구조물의 개별 및 다단구조물의 안정성, 지오텍스타일 재질 선택에 관련한 설계인자를 분석하였다. 또한, 방파제 구조물이 위치한 현장이 발전소의 용수의 유입과 유출이 발생하는 구역으로 발전소 유출입수의 온도가 방파제 구조물 내부의 온도변화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다.

간접간호중재의 수행 및 위임에 관한 분석 (Identification and delegation of indirect care interventions)

  • The purpose of this research was fourfold: (a) to identify the use rate of the indirect care interventions performed by nurses, (b) to estimate the time to perform each intervention, (c) to identify the indirect care interventions to be delegated to others, and (d) to determine the level of provider preparation needed to delegate indirect care interventions. The sample consisted of 199 nurses working in three hospitals. The Indirect Care Survey developed by the Iowa Intervention Project team was used for data collection. The instrument was translated to Korean and validated by nurse experts. Each of the 26 indirect care interventions were used several times a day. Four interventions (i.e.. Documentation, Shift Report, Specimen Management, and Transport) were performed several times a day by 50% or more of the nurses. The most frequently used intervention was Documentation, followed by the interventions Shift report. Environmental Management, Transport, and Examination Assistance. The least used intervention was Quality Monitoring, followed by the interventions Order Transcription, Referral, Health Care Information Exchange, Multidisciplinary Care Conference, and Product Evaluation. The intervention taking the most time to per-form was Technology Management (155.3 minutes), followed by the interventions Documentation, (122.2 minutes), Delegation (84.4 minutes), Supply management (83.4 minutes), and Preceptor: Student (79.9 minutes), Overall, the nurses reported that they would not delegate to others the majority of the interventions. More than 50% of the nurses would not delegate 21 interventions. Shift Report would not be delegated by 95% of the nurses and Documentation would not be delegated by 92% of the nurses. Caregiver Support would be delegated by 68% of the nurses to family. Three interventions (i.e.. Environmental Management, Examination Assistance, and Transport) would be delegated by more than 50% of the nurses to Nursing Assistant. This study will contributes to determining costs of nursing services and enhancing quality of nursing care. Replication study will be needed with large sample.

A Model for Community Participation in Breast Cancer Prevention in Iran

  • Context: Genuine community participation does not denote taking part in an action planned by health care professionals in a medical or top-down approach. Further, community participation and health education on breast cancer prevention are not similar to other activities incorporated in primary health care services in Iran. Objective: To propose a model that provides a methodological tool to increase women's participation in the decision making process towards breast cancer prevention. To address this, an evaluation framework was developed that includes a typology of community participation approaches (models) in health, as well as five levels of participation in health programs proposed by Rifkin (1985&1991). Method: This model explains the community participation approaches in breast cancer prevention in Iran. In a 'medical approach', participation occurs in the form of women's adherence to mammography recommendations. As a 'health services approach', women get the benefits of a health project or participate in the available program activities related to breast cancer prevention. The model provides the five levels of participation in health programs along with the 'health services approach' and explains how to implement those levels for women's participation in available breast cancer prevention programs at the local level. Conclusion: It is hoped that a focus on the 'medical approach' (top-down) and the 'health services approach' (top-down) will bring sustainable changes in breast cancer prevention and will consequently produce the 'community development approach' (bottom-up). This could be achieved using a comprehensive approach to breast cancer prevention by combining the individual and community strategies in designing an intervention program for breast cancer prevention.
