This research seeks opinions and development plan in forceful measures of qualifying examinations analyzing awareness of people in charge of medical tour about the qualifying examination system of international medical tour coordinator. The result of research shows the relatively positive awareness towards the qualifying examination and its system of international medical tour coordinator. Regarding the examination subjects, score about the necessity of subject where medical professionalism is considered marked high(4.01). About whether they would take the test or not, there was careful difference in the awareness of examination system(0.019) and operation method(0.004.). For the qualifying examination to be settled and thus to reinforce the professionalism, it is considered essential to have improvement in the problems of treatment towards acquisitors of certificate and awareness of field regarding the certificate, and review of supplementary subject aimed at the reinforcement of medical professionalism in terms of examination subjects.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer's satisfaction with the attractiveness, reliability, and professionalism that are characteristics of social influencers, and to investigate the impact of influencer characteristics on consumers' continuous use intention through satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 293 questionnaires on independent samples were used for this study. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 program and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. Findings - The findings demonstrated the followings: First, the attractiveness, reliability and professionalism of influencer had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, the attractiveness and reliability of influencer had a positive effect on continuous use intention. However, professionalism did not have a significant impact. Third, user satisfaction with social media (channel of influence) had a positive effect on continuous use intention. Research implications or Originality - In doing so, this study was able to provide an in-depth understanding of the key characteristics of influencers and their roles, and contributed to ongoing research by providing suggestions for future studies.

This research looked into the recognitions of a teacher's discernment & recommendations of gifted elementary students targeting 184 elementary school teachers in Seoul district and compared and contrasted their awareness in order to confirm whether there existed a difference in the discernment of gifted elementary students according to their awareness level of professionalism in gifted and talented education. The research results are as follows: There appeared a significant difference in teachers' recognitions level of professionalism in gifted education according to their experience relevant to a gifted elementary student. The teachers, in the process of observations & nominations of gifted elementary students, pointed out creativity, learning motive and attitude as the highest judging standard and also regard such elements as discerning criteria of gifted students. In the process of observations & nominations of gifted elementary students, it was found that teachers' recognitions of importance of discerning criteria of gifted elementary students in relation to parents or fellow teachers' recommendations appeared relatively lower than their recognitions of importance in relation to learning ability, creativity, learning motive and attitude. The research results showed that a group of teachers, who have a high recognitions level of the professionalism in gifted education in the process of observations & nominations of gifted students, perceive the realm of creativity, learning motive, and attitude as more important. This suggests the necessity of elevating teachers' awareness level of professionalism in gifted and talented education in order to discern high-quality gifted students in the process observations & nominations of gifted elementary students putting emphasis on the realm of creativity, learning motive, and attitude.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of ego-resilience, nursing professionalism and empathy on clinical competency and to suggest strategies for improving the clinical competency of general hospital nurses. Methods: Data collection was performed from Jan. 18th, 2019 to Feb. 14th. A total of 194 nurses from four general hospitals participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. Results: The factors affecting the clinical competency of general hospital nurses included ego-resilience (β=.28, p<.001), nursing professionalism (β=.20, p=.011), empathic concern (β=.19, p=.003), working department (β=-.17, p=.008), total clinical career (β=.15, p=.011), and number of beds (β=.13, p=.033). These factors accounted for 33.0% of the clinical competency (p<.001). Conclusion: It is important to find ways to improve the level of empathy of general hospital nurses and there is a need to include education programs or practical interventions to strengthen empathy at the clinical level.

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of librarianship by analyzing differences in Librarian and User perceptions of Librarianship Professionalism. Literature research was used to derive the components of librarianship Professionalism and to conduct surveys on librarians and users. As a result, librarians recognized expert knowledge as the most important factor, while users recognized service attitude as the most important factor. Users recognized that librarians have low social recognition due to their lack of enjoyment, enthusiasm, and challenging spirit and their ability to develop and provide services by understanding user needs and the flow of knowledge. On the other hand, librarians did not actively engage in communication or exchange with users due to their lack of expert knowledge.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the influences of nursing professionalism and emotional intelligence on the clinical performance ability of nursing students. Methods: The subjects of this study included 234 nursing students from three universities located in two regions of South Korea. Data were collected from June 15 to 30, 2018 by using self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The factors which influenced the clinical performance ability in nursing students were self-concept of the profession(β=.28, p<.001), roles of nursing service (β=.22, p<.001), use of emotion (β=.22, p<.001), self-emotional appraisal (β=.18, p=.002), regulation of emotion (β=.16, p=.004), and grade (β=.16, p=.002) which explained 51.7% of the variance. Conclusions: These results suggest that to improve clinical performance ability in nursing students, an intervention that enhances their nursing professionalism and emotional intelligence should be considered.

Regarding professionalism of primary teachers, a dispute over professionalism as classroom teachers versus as subject teachers has been amplified past decades. However, these controversies tend to be resolved mainly by theocratical, political, and systematic facets. In other words, discussions on professionalism of primary teachers have been explored in various aspects, but they have not much focused on teacher preparation programmes. Moreover, although from a comparative educational point of view some research focus on teacher preparation programmes in North Americas and European countries, comparison studies of the programmes in East Asian countries, such as China, Japan and Korea have been rarely conducted. The aim of this study is to compare teacher preparation programmes between Korea and China, and based on what the research found we attempt to understand Korean programmes from a new perspective. Selecting each of 13 teacher educational universities in two countries, we analyse documentations of the universities in which the educational aims, proportions of curricula construction, curricula requirements, and types of subjects are presented. Our research offers implications for future revisions of teacher preparation programmes.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the difference of teacher-child interaction in relation to professionalism awareness and sensitivity level of early childhood teachers. To this end, we used professionalism awareness, sensitivity, teacher-child interaction as parameters for 226 early childhood teachers in Jeonbuk province. Here are the results : First, we investigated the difference of professionalism awareness, sensitivity, teacher-child interaction in relation to the background of early childhood teachers, and it differs by the age, career, educational level of the teachers. Second, we made group comparison to see the difference of teacher-child interaction depending on professionalism awareness level of teachers, and teachers with high professionalism awareness showed meaningfully higher emotional, verbal, behavioral interaction level than lower group. Third, we made group comparison to see the difference of teacher-child interaction depending on sensitivity level, and teachers of high sensitivity shows meaningfully higher emotional, verbal interaction than lower group. This result could be potential data to ameliorate the quality of teacher-child interaction, and it implies that the improvement of professionalism and sensitivity level could contribute to professional performance capability of teachers.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of professionalism, role conflict and work environment in clinical nurses with expanded role (CNE) on job embeddedness. Methods: The participants in this study were 136 CNE working in general hospitals in Seoul, the wider metropolitan area and Gangwon Province. Results: Job embeddedness, work environment and professional performance of the participants showed positive correlation with each other. Significant predictors of embeddeness were belief in public service and sense of calling in the professional subcategory and participation in hospital affairs and nurse-doctor relationship in the work environment subcategory. Conclusion: Finding from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the significant predictors of job embeddedness for CNE.

This study aims to present the necessity of 'mathematics for teacher' and advices for enhancing professionalism of mathematics teacher. Many mathematics teachers don't know formula giving roots of cubic and quartic equation which is presented as a example of mathematics for teacher, but they feel the necessity of professional knowledge like mathematics for teacher. As the role of mathematics teachers changes, professionalism in various fields is required. That is, they must be equipped with the belief and attitude as a professional and understand the content of mathematics for teacher and mathematics education theory. After all, loaming mathematics depends on the quality of mathematics teacher.
