간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입 (A Study on Nurse Image, Professional Self-concept and Organizational Commitment of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입의 정도를 알아보고, 이들 변수들 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 J시의 간호대학생 238명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 자료수집은 2016년 9월 7일에서 9월 10일 사이에 실시되었다. 자료분석은 평균, 표준 편차, t-검정, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson 상관 계수, 단계적 다중 회귀 분석을 WIN SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 간호대학생들은 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 조직몰입에 대해 5점 만점에 각각 4.01점, 3.40점 및 3.77점으로 평균값이 나타났다. 간호대학생의 간호사이미지는 전문직 자아개념, 조직몰입과 통계적으로 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 전문직 자아개념은 조직몰입과의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 단계적 다중회귀분석 결과 본 연구의 측정변인인 간호사이미지와 전문직 자아개념은 간호대학생의 조직몰입에 대해 56.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 상대적 영향력은 간호사이미지, 전문직 자아개념 순으로 나타났으며, 이 중에서 간호사이미지가 대상자의 조직몰입에 가장 큰 예측변인임이 확인되었다.

종합병원 간호단위에서의 간호만족 영향요인 분석 (A study on the Factors of the patient satisfaction for nursing care in general hospital)

  • The study was done to evaluate patient satisfaction with nursing care. The study subjects were patients admitted in a general hospital in Gangwon province. The instrument used in the study was developed by Lamonica. The reliability alpha of this tool 0.8596. The survey method was applied to collect data period of data collection was total 21days from September 4rd to September 24th in 2000. The data was analysed by statistical method of %, mean, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients though SPSS program. The follows are the summaries of results of the study. 1. The highest scores of satisfaction was shown in the area of technical professional nursing and the lowest scores was shown in area of nursing education. 2. The crossed analysis of patient general characteristics and satisfaction of nursing care showed a significance by marriaged status(p<0.05) but no significance by factors of sex, ages, education, religency. 3. Job satisfaction of nurses showed 2.79 in average on the basic of 5 marks. 4. The significant Correlation were found between job satisfaction degree and bed rotation rates , number of patients by one nurse, experience of nurse(p<0.05). 5. The significant Correlation were found between nursing satisfaction degree and ages, job satisfaction, bed rotation rates, number of patients by one nurse(p<0.05), experience of nurse(p<0.01). On basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made : to suggest to improve environment of nursing unit. And to suggest to improve job satisfaction for improvement of nursing satisfaction in practice.

말기 암 환자를 간호하는 간호사의 고통경험 척도개발 (Development of A Nurse는s Suffering Experience Scale)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop Nurse's Suffering Experience Scale and to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. Method: The subjects used to verify the scale's reliability and validity were 220 nurses who were taking care of the end stage cancer patients, while working at university and general hospitals in Daegu and Kyungbuk province from April 20. to July 10, 2001. The data was analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 8.0 program. Results: A factor analysis was conducted, and items that had a factor loading more than .40, and an eigen value more than 1.0. were selected. The factor analysis classified a total of seven factors statistically, and it's communality was 44%. The explanation of factors based on the conceptual framework and item content are as follows: The first factor was expanding self consciousness, the second factor was forming empathy with family, the third factor was professional challenge, the fourth factor was change of values, the fifth factor was spiritual sublimation, the sixth factor was helplessness, and finally the seventh factor was rejection to death. Cronbach's coefficient to test reliability of the scale was .8665 for total of 44 items. The Scale for Nurse's Suffering Experience developed in the study was identified as a tool with a high degree of reliability and validity. Therefore this scale can be effectively utilized for the evaluation of the degree of nurse's suffering experience in clinical settings.

건강증진 생활양식에 영향을 미치는 변인분석 -산업장 근로자를 대상으로- (A Study of the Health promoting lifestyle of Industrial workers)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting performance in health promoting lifestyle of industrial workers. The subjects for this study 241 workers employed in S company in T city and were obtained by a convenience sample. Data were collected from March 2 to April 28. 1998. The collected data were analyzed using frequency. percent. mean. cronbach alpha. t-test. ANOVA. Person coefficients of correlation. Duncan test. stepwise multiple regression with an SPSS program. The results of this are summarized as follows. 1) The average score of performance in the health promoting lifestyle was 2.62. The variable with the highest degree of performance was harmonious relationship. whereas the one with the lowest degree was professional health maintenance. 2) Performance in the health promoting lifestyle was significantly correlated with self esteem, internal health locus of control and powerful others health locus of control. 3) Performance in the health promoting lifestyle was significantly correlated with such demographic variables as age. religion, education level. marital state. family number. types of dwelling. 4) The most important factor that affect performance in the health promoting lifestyle was powerful others health locus of control and self esteem. On the basis of this study. other factors affecting others health promoting lifestyle should be identified.

폐경기 여성의 폐경 지식 정도와 폐경 관리 실태 조사 (A Study on the Degree of Knowledge of Menopause and Management of Menopausal Women)

  • The purpose of study was to identify the degree of menopausal of age knowledge and management of menopausal women. The data were collected from April 1st to May 31th in 1998 and 368 total. Data were analyzed by SPSS/PC program. The results were as follows. 1. The average age was 45-50 years. General health state was good 71% mosty they were house keeper. 87.5% had religion. The married woman was 86.1%. Menopause treatment experience was 88.1%. The educational state was below middle school, 72.3%. 2. The high score of knowledge of menopause was the item of whether they conceive or not after menopause, irregularity of menopause, menopausal symptoms, of the possibility osteoporosis. 3. The score of knowledge was the highest at the group 45-50, the high education, and the high number of family members. 4. The score of management was the highest in self control category. No drinking & no smoking items were the highest. Sexual management and management by professional person were low score. 5. The higher score of the knowledge of menopause, the higher score of the management.

간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Career Preparation Behaviors of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting career preparation behavior. The data collection period was from August 03 to 30, 2020 for 4 weeks. The survey conducted an online survey of 220 students in grades 3-4 who were enrolled in 6 nursing departments located in P metropolitan city and G province, and have clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: Career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional intuition(r=.455, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.539, p<.001), and major satisfaction(r=-.337, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.380, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation. Self-leadership(β=.424, p<.001) was the most significant factor influencing the study subjects' career preparation behavior, nursing professional intuition(β=.170, p=.010), clinical practice Satisfaction(β=.127, p=.047), employment information(β=.122, p=.023), major satisfaction(β=.137, p=.042) in the order, these variables were found in the order of The explanatory power of the factors affecting the subject's career preparation behavior was 40.2%. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to help nursing students' career preparation behavior, a strategy to provide a variety of employment information and a strategy for nursing intervention that can improve self-leadership, clinical practice satisfaction, and major satisfaction is required.

간호대학생이 지각하는 아동학대 전문가적 책임, 지각된 행위 통제, 아동권리인식이 아동학대 신고 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Child Abuse Professional Responsibility, Perceived Behavior Control, and Child Rights Recognition Percevied by Nursing Students on the Intention to Report Child Abuse)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생이 지각하는 아동학대 전문가적 지각된 행위 통제, 아동권리인식 및 아동학대 신고 의도 정도를 파악하고, 아동학대 신고 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 자료수집은 2023년 4월 28일 부터 5월 15일 까지 D광역시 및 C시에 소재하는 2개 대학교에서 간호대학생 150명을 대상으로 설문지를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS statistics 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생이 지각하는 아동학대 신고 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 아동권리인식으로 나타났다. 아동학대 신고 의도에 대한 설명력은 전체 13.6%로 나타났다. 간호대학생이 지각하는 아동학대 신고 의도는 지각된 행위 통제와 아동권리인식과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 종합해 보았을 때 간호대학생의 아동학대 신고 의도를 증가 시키기 위해서는 아동권리인식을 증가시키기 위한 교육 프로그램 및 환경을 위한 방안 연구가 필요하다.

대학 장기현장실습 프로그램의 성과평가지표 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 : 한국기술교육대학교의 사례 (A Study on the Development and Application of Performance Evaluation Criteria for Co-op Programs in Universities: Focused on the Case of KOREATECH)

  • Koreatech has adopted a long-term co-op program called IPP (Industry Professional Practice) to address problems in higher education of Korea since 2012, but it was anticipated to face many difficulties in implementing the program due to lack of relevant experiences in Korea. In this regard, a performance evaluation scheme was urgently required to judge the effectiveness of the Co-op program and improve the operational efficiency at the same time. This study aimed to develop comprehensive performance evaluation criteria for the co-op programs on the basis of Kirkpatrick's four-level performance evaluation model for training programs, and apply it to a real Co-op operation to test its feasibility. For this purpose, thorough review on the training program evaluation literature and in-depth analyses of overseas cases of co-op performance evaluation were conducted. Then, a set of Co-op performance evaluation criteria was developed and applied to the Koreatech's Co-op operation in 2013. Two Co-op student questionnaire surveys were administered before and after Co-op terms to measure students' reactions to the Co-op program (Level 1) and changes in participating students' attitudes and competencies (Level 2). In addition, employment rates of Co-op participating and non-participating students were compared (Level 4). The analysis findings showed that participating students were quite satisfied with their jobs and companies, and the Co-op program was effective to a certain degree at enhancing non-major competencies and attitudes to occupation of students. Together, the employment rate of Co-op participants, particularly in small- and medium-sized companies, grew significantly in comparison with that of non-participants. In the last part, several directions for improving the effectiveness of the Co-op programs were discussed.

한국기술교육대학교 장기현장실습 프로그램의 효과성 분석 : 2013년 본 사업 대상 (Analysis of the Effectiveness of KOREATECH IPP Program: Focusing on the Main Operation of 2013)

  • 한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)는 학부교육과 전일제 근무를 병행하는 기업 연계형 장기실습제도(IPP)를 마련하여 2012년 8월부터 12월까지 시범사업을 운영하였고, 2013년 봄부터 본 사업을 추진하였다. 또한 IPP 프로그램의 실효성을 평가하고 프로그램 운영체계 및 과정에 대한 개선방안을 찾기 위해 Kirkpatrick의 4단계 평가모형에 기반 하여 IPP 성과평가모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 IPP 성과평가모형을 2013년 본 사업에 적용하여 참여학생들을 대상으로 기업체 파견 전과 후에 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 IPP 프로그램의 효과성을 평가하고, 향후 평가체계의 개선방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 설문조사 분석결과에 따르면, IPP 프로그램이 학생들의 비전공역량과 직업에 대한 태도를 개선하는데 어느 정도 효과적이었고, 학생들의 기업체 및 업무에 대한 만족도가 매우 높았던 반면, 전공역량과 IPP에 대한 인식 측면에서는 의미 있는 향상이 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 분석결과에 기반 하여 한기대 IPP 프로그램의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

소프트웨어 기업의 기술혁신 활동과 혁신 성과에 관한 연구 (Technology Innovation Activity and Innovation Performance in the Software Firms)

  • In this paper, the technology innovation for software firms are discussed. Through the literature study, the concepts about this issue and the environment and activity of software firm's the technology innovation related are described. The survey paper was developed for searching the obstacles, policy considerations, and performance of this issue etc. Also questionnaire sheet was made for identifying the relations on technology innovation activities and performance. The degree of understanding about the need of technology innovation were very high according to the analysis result from the response based on the 103 software firms. Among this survey the other results are described as follows; the motivation of technology innovation, the necessity and implementation, the duration acquired for innovation result, the favorite support program as for innovation policy, obstacles for innovation implementation, the reason for innovation collaboration etc. Finally, it is verified statistically that the performance of technology innovation be affected by the employment of external professional technician, research and development, the technical education.
