전문직 간 교육의 의미와 방향: 담을 허물고 환자가 속한 현장으로 나가는 교육 (Interprofessional Education in Medical Education: Can We Break the Silos?)

  • For the last half-century, interprofessional education (IPE) has been identified and discussed as a critical educational process to facilitate collaboration in order to improve healthcare outcomes for healthcare participants. While the concept is not new, outcome-based research has provided few valid and reliable explanations of whether and how IPE can be effective in healthcare quality improvement. This challenge stems from the struggle to understand the epistemological meaning of IPE. The purpose of this literature review paper is to provide a synthesized understanding of IPE, its meaning, and to provide practical guidance for medical educators. The paper reviewed several key aspects of IPE. Professionalility was discussed to understand the historical background of IPE, followed by an explanation of the international trend of embracing the complexity of health care practice and the need for interprofessional collaboration. Additionally, several theoretical perspectives, such as general systems theory, social identity theory, and community of practice were reviewed to pinpoint what constitutes IPE. Several existing definitions were discussed with similar concepts (i.e., disciplinary vs. professional, and multi-, inter-, vs. trans-) to clarify the nature of knowledge and collaboration in IPE. Three concepts, including practice, authenticity of context, and socialization were proposed as key constructs of IPE, followed by appropriate timing of IPE, outcome research, directions for future research, and guidance for implementation. Community-based medical education practice, professional socialization within a community, and longitudinal system-based outcome research are recommended as future directions for research and practice.

Study on Consumer Preferences for Discount Presentations in Different Purchase Contexts

  • Purpose: There is still lack of guidance for merchants toward price discount presentations (absolute/relative), especially for consumers in different purchase contexts. Based on the general evaluability theory, this study investigates consumers' preferences for the presentation of discounts in various contexts through experiments. Research design, data and methodology: The relationship between discount presentation and consumers' preference is investigated in Study 1 using a two-factor between-subject design of 2 (purchase type: material vs. experiential) ×2 (discount type: absolute vs. relative). The Moderating effect of thinking mode has been examined in Study 2 via a multi-factor intergroup design of 2 (purchase type: material vs. experiential) ×2 (discount type: absolute vs. relative) ×2 (cognitive load: high vs. low). One-way ANOVA and planned contrast have been performed for analysis. Results: Experiment 1 reveals that consumers prefer absolute discounts rather than relative discounts when in material purchases. However, when in experiential purchases, they are willing to choose relative discounts. Experiment 2 verifies the boundary conditions of matching effect and illustrates the generation of matching effect is determined by thinking mode. Conclusions: Our study enriches the theories of purchase type and thinking mode. Simultaneously, the results provide practical guidance for merchants to formulate the discount presentation and distribution pricing strategies.

독서지도 전문사서 양성을 위한 교육과정 개발 연구 (A Study on the Curriculum Development for the Training of Specialized Librarians in Reading Guidance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서에게 요구되는 독서지도 관련 전문성 강화를 위해 실무와 이론을 겸비한 독서지도 전문사서 양성을 위한 교육과정을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, FGI, 델파이 분석 등의 연구방법을 통하여 독서지도 전문사서 교육과정을 개발하였다. 그 결과 독서지도 전문사서 교육과정은 총 17개 모듈, 총 267시간으로 편성하였다. 수준별로는 기초-심화-고급 과정 순이며, 8개 기초과정 교과목은 모두 사이버 교육 형태이며 총 74시수를 이수하게 되고, 5개 심화과정은 집합 3개 교과목과 사이버와 집합을 혼용한 2개 교과목 총 100시간을 이수하게 되며, 4개의 고급과정 교과목은 모두 집합교육 형태로 이루어지며, 총 93시간을 이수하게 된다.

비행 전구간 유도제어 HILS 기법을 적용한 구동제어 알고리즘 성능 평가 연구 (Performance Evaluation for Several Control Algorithms of the Actuating System Using G/C HILS Technique)

  • This paper describes the whole development phase for the underwater vehicle actuating system with high hydroload torque disturbance. This includes requirement analysis, system modeling, control algorithm design, real time implementation, test and performance evaluations. As for driving control algorithms, fuzzy logic, variable structure and PD(Proportional-Differential) algorithm were designed and implemented on board controller using a single chip microprocessor. Intel 8797. And test and performance evaluation is carried out both single test and wystem integration test. We could confirm the basic performance of actuating system through the single test and gereral developing work of any actuating systems was finished with a single performance test of actuating system without system integration test. But, we suggested that system integration test be needed. System integration test is carried out using G/C HILS(Guidance and Control Hardware-In-the -Loop Simulation) which is constituted flight motion simulator, load simulator, real time host computer and the related subsystems such as inertial navigation system, power supply system and Guidance and Control Computer etc.. The most important practical contribution of this paper is that full system characteristics such as minimal control effort, enhancement of guidance and autopilot performance by the actuating system using G/C HILS technique are investigated. Through full running G/C HILS, in spite of the passing to single tests, some control algorithm resulted in failure as to stability of full system and system time frame.

운동부 학생을 위한 기록관리 시스템 개발 관련 진로탐구 교육 방안 (Career Exploration Education Program Related to the Development of a Record Management System for Students Ahtletes)

  • 본 연구에서는 운동부 학생들의 진로탐구를 위하여 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 운동부 학생들이 운동으로 성공하지 못할 때를 대비하여 우리 사회의 다른 분야에 대한 진로지도의 필요성을 강조하였고, 기존 연구를 분석하고 요구사항을 파악하여 학습 계획을 설계하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단계별로 기록관리 시스템 개발 관련 교육 방안을 마련하였다. 초·중·고등학교에서 연구되었던 진로지도 관련 기존 연구를 참고하여 4가지 단계 즉, 분석, 설계, 개발, 적용을 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 아울러 운동부 학생들이 본인의 분야에 관련된 소프트웨어를 개발해 봄으로써 더욱 흥미를 갖고 학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 운동부 학생을 위한 진로지도에 대한 연구가 다양해질 것으로 기대한다.

치위생과 학생들의 자기효능감과 흡연지식이 금연지도 인식도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Dental Hygiene Students' Self-efficacy and Smoking Knowledge on Their Perception on Guidance for Antismoking)

  • 저자는 앞으로 진료실 내 금연지도 활동과 교육에 중요한 역할을 할 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 자기효능감, 흡연지식, 금연지도 인식도를 조사하여, 치과위생사의 효율적인 금연지도활동을 위한 방향 모색과 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 2008년 5월 19일부터 6월 14일까지 대전, 전북, 전남 지역의 치위생과에 재학생 400명을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감, 흡연지식, 금연지도 인식도를 살펴보면, 학년별 자기효능감에서 3학년 48.64점(p = 0.000), 흡연인식별 흡연지식 및 금연지도 인식도에서는 피워서는 안 된다고 생각하는 군이 각 51.99점(p = 0.000), 62.40점(p = 0.000)으로 높게 나타나 통계적인 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 교육관련 의식에 따른 자기효능감, 흡연지식, 금연지도 인식도를 살펴보면, 교육경험별 흡연지식 및 금연지도 인식도에서 교육경험 군이 각 50.60점(p = 0.044), 59.81점(p = 0.004)으로 높게 나타났고, 참석한다는 군도 61.30점으로 금연지도 인식이 높게 나타났다(p = 0.009). 3. 간접흡연 태도에 따른 자기효능감, 흡연지식, 금연지도 인식도를 살펴보면, 자신의 태도별 흡연지식에서 흡연 않도록 부탁하는 군 51.12점(p = 0.000), 간접흡연 금연권고 경험별 항상 한다는 군에서 각 49.43점(p = 0.039), 51.64점(p = 0.000), 62.19점(p = 0.000), 간접흡연 시 많이 불편하다는 군도 각 46.78점(p = 0.010), 50.95점(p = 0.000), 60.54점(p = 0.000)으로 높게 나타났다. 4. 자기효능감, 흡연지식, 금연지도 인식도간의 상관관계를 살펴보면, 자기효능감과 흡연지식 (r = 0.102), 자기효능감과 금연지도 인식도(r = 0.272), 흡연지식과 금연지도 인식도는 정의 상관관계가 있었다(r = 0.352). 5. 금연지도 인식도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면, 흡연인식, 흡연지식, 자기효능감으로 나타났고, 즉 절대로 피워서는 안 된다고 인식하는 군일수록, 흡연지식이 높을수록, 자기효능감이 높을수록 금연지도 인식도가 더 긍정적이었다. 임상에서 치과위생사의 효율적인 흡연예방 및 금연지도 활동을 위해서 교과과정에서 다양하고 실제적인 내용을 포함한 접근이 필요하고, 관심과 참여를 위한 지속적인 교육이 요구되었다.

가정관리실습관에 있어서의 학생지도에 관한 연구 - 서울 시내모여자대학교대상- (A Study on the Student Guidance at Home Management House)

  • I. Preface A. Establishment. There are many psycological and physiological difficulties that students have made practical application to a building site of 600 pyung and a structure of 65 pyung each sixteen students in the Home Management House, but there exists problem in students apprentice and management of professors. B. Purpose of study This research aim to seek a high degree of efficiency approach in investigating, studying and analyzing factors of the problem in Home Management which have been faced in women colleges in seoul. C. Content of study. This study is aim at finding out the problems including facilites, system, guiding principle, working bottleneck and administrative problem in making practical application of Home Management. II. A plan and method of study A. This subject of statiscal research is 616 women students in senior year from september 27 1970 to October 31 1974. The rate of collection of questionnaire is 100 percent. B. The Method of study is devised through refering documents, interview with students, questionnaire and observation. III. Result of study Of the total of 29 university in seoul, 24 Universities have its Course of Home Economic among which only 12 have Home Management for making practical application. Home Management House for making practical application is located mainly in campus but some of them exceptimally are in outside university. Students practice mainly at civilzed resident, apartment, bangalow so forth, and demention of which occupies approxiamtely 50-600 pyung (land) and 20-70 pyung (Building). A member with 4 or 20 students make practical application from 10 days to 3 months. A member consists of students and assistant teacher, and practice site classifies into living school for Professors living, and another school for Professors and assistant teachers. Answer to a questionnaire. 616 students answer to a questionnaire. 49 Perfect of 616 students like to have a member with 12 students like to have a member with 12 students, 38 percent student a member with 16 students. About the period of making practical About the period of making practical application, 76 percent students like to have two or three week period. 19 percent students think it a short period and 4 percent students think it a long period. There is none who thinks 25 day period day period to be short. About making practical application, 66 percent of 616 students feel uneasy, 40 percent students feel lack of sleep and tired. Students take a pleasure in having a conversation with their friends, inviting their mother, having dinner-party and birthday party. 77 percent students want to invite their father and 67 percent students want to invite their boy-friends. It is hard to have a good personal relation about the great the result of practice, students acknowledge themselves that they have learned about Cautiousness and they are sure of good Home Manager. There are 9 difficult problems during the period. IV. Summary discussion a. Many problems come from having a number of students. b. Students feel tired with their practice if over three weeks. No Matter how good a plan is, it useless if students can't adapt themselves to it. Suggestions 1) it is good to have a member with 5 or 6 students, and it is suitable to have two or three week period, and to have an area of 20 or 30 pyung. 2) it's proposed a profess or to live together in making practical application of Home Management 3) it is proposed a professor to have a sure T.O. and to be treated better.

공공도서관에서 웹을 통한 독서교육 실제 및 활성화 - 광주.전남지역을 중심으로 - (The Practical Use of Web-based Reading System in the Public Libraries)

  • 공공도서관에서 웹기반 독서교육을 활성화시키자는 취지에서 웹을 통한 독서교육의 실제를 살펴보고 그 활용방안에 대해 연구하였다. 웹기반 독서교육은 사서와 이용자가 시간과 공간의 지배를 받지 않고 언제 어디서나 글감을 읽고 독서교육의 목표를 이루는 것이다. 그 방법으로는 멀티미디어의 환경인 인터넷을 통해 독서교육 홈페이지를 개설하고, 이용자가 편리한 시간에 웹상에 제시되어 있는 다양한 독서자료와 독서계획을 볼 수 있도록 안내한다. 또한 사서나 이용자들과 전자메일, 게시판, 채팅, 화상회의 등을 통해 독서에 대한 감상문과 토론, 의견 제시 등 독서교육에 대한 다양한 상호작용 활동이 이루어지도록 웹기반 독서교육 시스템의 구축과 다양한 프로그램을 개발 등을 제시하였다.

Practical Pinch Torque Detection Algorithm for Anti-Pinch Window Control System Application

  • A practical pinch torque estimator based on the Kalman filter is proposed for low-cost anti-pinch window control systems. To obtain the accurate angular velocity from Hall-effect sensor measurements, the angular velocity calculation algorithm is executed with additional procedures for removing the measurement noises. Apart from the previous works using the angular velocity estimates and torque estimates for detecting the pinched condition, the torque rate is augmented to the system model and the proposed pinch estimator is derived by applying the steady-state Kalman filter recursion to the model. The motivation of this approach comes from the idea that the bias errors in torque estimates due to the motor parameter uncertainties can be almost eliminated by introducing the torque rate state. For detecting the pinched condition, a systematic way to determine the threshold level of the torque rate estimates is also suggested via the deterministic estimation error analysis. Simulation results are given to certify the pinch detection performance of the proposed algorithm and its robustness against the motor parameter uncertainties.

간호학 연구에서 효과크기의 사용에 대한 고찰 (A Review on the Use of Effect Size in Nursing Research)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to introduce the main concepts of statistical testing and effect size and to provide researchers in nursing science with guidance on how to calculate the effect size for the statistical analysis methods mainly used in nursing. Methods: For t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis which are used frequently in nursing research, the generally accepted definitions of the effect size were explained. Results: Some formulae for calculating the effect size are described with several examples in nursing research. Furthermore, the authors present the required minimum sample size for each example utilizing G*Power 3 software that is the most widely used program for calculating sample size. Conclusion: It is noted that statistical significance testing and effect size measurement serve different purposes, and the reliance on only one side may be misleading. Some practical guidelines are recommended for combining statistical significance testing and effect size measure in order to make more balanced decisions in quantitative analyses.
