본 연구는 대표적인 테마파크인 롯데월드(Lotte World)와 에버랜드(Ever-Land)를 중심으로 사인 디자인(Sign Design)에 따른 사용자 관점을 비교 분석하고 이를 통해 디자인에 따른 사용자 경험을 파악하여 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 사인 디자인의 다양한 디자인적 요소들을 고찰하고. 사용자 경험에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지 연구하였다. 1차로 문헌연구를 통해서 테마파크와 사인 디자인의 이론적 배경을 고찰하고, 사인 디자인의 구성요소를 비교 분석하였다. 2차로 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤모델(Honeycomb Model)을 바탕으로 재구성하여 설문지를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 사인 디자인의 접근성과 위치 파악에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 사인 디자인에 따른 사용자 경험 개선 방안을 위한 참고 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것을 기대하며, 이후 진행될 다른 분야의 사용자 경험 연구에도 도움이 되길 바란다.

본 논문은 여행지에서 스마트폰을 이용해 맛집을 검색하여 방문하는 앱을 수행해 봄으로써 스마트폰의 활용도를 높였다. 구현된 앱을 가지고 맛집을 검색하면 최적의 맛집을 선택할 수 있다. 특히 본 앱은 각 지역별로 적합한 메뉴, 식당의 스타일 및 디자인, 가격의 합리성, 종업원의 인적서비스 및 위생 관리 등의 활용도 및 만족도를 통하여 평가되고 입력된 정보를 미리 DB에 등록해 두고 개인적인 취향을 기록해 두기 위해 평점을 분류해서 입력하도록 배치하였으며, 본인의 추억을 기록할 입력란을 추가해 두었다. 더불어 교통편에 대한 정보 필드도 설계하여 여행의 접근성도 높였으며, 향후 여행지 맛집은 물론 유명 관광지, 지인의 집 정보 입력 등으로 DB를 확장해서 활용 가능하다.

본 연구는 간편 결제 서비스의 세대 간의 사용자 경험 평가를 위한 연구이다. 현 사회의 핀테크 시장은 빠른 성장세로 다양한 간편 결제서비스가 출시가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 간편 결제서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 연령대별로 사용성과 접근성에 차이가 있으므로 세대 간의 견해 차이에 따른 사용자 경험 평가 연구 필요하다. 다양한 연령대 대상으로 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤 모델(Honeycomb Model)를 기반으로 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고 통계적으로 분석한 후 4가지의 간편 결제서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 간편 결제 서비스는 연령대가 높을수록 다양한 간편 결제 서비스를 사용하는 것보다 주로 사용하는 주거래 카드사의 간편 결제 서비스 혹은 자주 사용하여 학습된 간편 결제 서비스를 일부 한정하여 사용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 연령대에 따른 결제 애플리케이션 기초 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 시설환경, 장서, 서비스, 도서관홈페이지 등에 대한 만족도를 한국사회과학데이터연구원에서 제공하는 KSDC 프로그램을 사용하여, P대학도서관을 이용하는 대학생을 대상으로 2017년 12월 회수한 설문지를 분석하였다. 학생들의 성별, 학년, 전공에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이는지 ANOVA 등의 방법을 사용하여 검정하였고, 설문문항 내 변인간 상관관계의 정도를 Pearson 상관계수를 통하여 검정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, (1) 남녀의 성별 분석에서 설문조사 참여율도 여학생이 높고, 만족도도 여학생이 높게 나타난 것을 볼 때 남자대학생들을 도서관으로 유인할 수 있는 정책개발이 필요하다. (2) 그룹별 만족도에서 자료이용 부분이 가장 높게 나타났고, 시설환경 부분이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 특히 평균분석에서도 지리적 접근성이 가장 낮게 나타났으므로 이용자 접근성을 높일 수 있는 특별 대책이 필요하다. (3) 또한 상관관계 분석에서 이용자서비스 그룹과 시설환경 그룹이 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으므로 이용자서비스를 계획할 때 반드시 시설환경 부분을 함께 고려할 필요가 있는 것으로 보인다. 이외에도 이용자가 건의한 의견을 분석한 발전방안도 제시되어있다.

Background : In this paper patient outcomes research is going to be reviewed and described, to be compared with relevant studies, and to consider the application in Korea. Methods : We compiled and reviewed the articles and materials related to patient outcomes research especially by PORT(Patient Outcomes Research Team) and rearranged them for seeking the main point and comparing with relevant studies. Results : Patient outcomes research emphasizes patient outcomes as well as conventional clinical outcomes. It is prospective study observing effectiveness in real situation instead of efficacy in ideal condition. Patient outcomes research comprises of 6 fields ; literature review and meta-analysis, use of claims data, decision modeling, outcomes assessment, cost of care, dissemination of research findings. SAA(small-area variations analysis), appropriateness study and clinical practice guideline are connected with patient outcomes research. Conclusion : In view of the fact that current medical policy in Korea is shifting its focus from accessibility to the improvement in quality and cost containment, and is stressing patient-based research, patient outcomes research is one direction for which the medicine is accountable and assessable. Considering that the number of patient receiving medical treatment in Korea is higher than the West, patient outcomes research has competitive power as against the West.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a win-win development plan for not only suppliers of delivery applications but also traditional market vendor companies and delivery riders by analyzing existing delivery models and presenting a new delivery model to enhance competitiveness of the traditional market using delivery apps. Research desgin, data, and methodology - Specifically, small retailers, such as traditional markets and supermarkets, presented a compromised delivery model that utilizes the platform of specialized delivery app service providers for order reception, and that the delivery is delivered by delivery systems jointly hired by Vendor companies, such as franchising companies. To validate the significance of the trade-off delivery model, a cost-benefit analysis was conducted by those involved in the delivery application. Results - From the perspective of suppliers of specialized delivery applications, it is analyzed that the use of specialized delivery applications in traditional markets will be a new market opportunity for service providers to achieve increased sales. It is expected that consumer choice and satisfaction will be increased as convenience and accessibility of traditional market businesses that were available only through direct visit from the user side of the delivery application will be expanded. From the standpoint of delivery application franchises, it is analyzed that they can seek to increase sales and increase customer service as well as ease labor cost burden due to joint employment of delivery riders. The delivery rider will be able to seek to improve customer service due to job security, wage stability, risk reduction and overheated competition due to direct employment. Conclusion - In conclusion, the compromised delivery model solved the problems raised in the preceding study conducted on delivery application suppliers, users, franchises, and riders to establish that it could be a strategic alternative to increasing sales and expanding detailed rights for the self-employed in the traditional market, which are experiencing difficulties in management. However, the adoption of a compromise delivery model requires social consensus from those involved in the delivery application and requires legal, institutional and policy support, which will require continued follow-up research on the delivery model in the future.

Objective : Depression is a significant and growing problem among college students. Depression contributes to numerous academic, social, and health problems, including suicide. This study surveyed depression awareness and the need for establishing a depression support program through Kyunghee University. Methods : We used the Kyunghee University Mail delivery system for college students to conduct this survey on depression and depression. Results : All of the students who responded to the survey, 41.86% reported that they had experienced depression. Among students experiencing depression, 27.27% experienced suicidal ideation, and 56.56% said they wanted to receive mental health counseling or treatment. All the respondents, 47.04% of respondents said they would to go to the external medical center, not school's internal counseling center of school, for such treatment. All the respondents, 73.75% said the student depression/suicide problem was serious. In addition, 71.34% of respondents required a depression support program. Conclusion : The university's depression support program needs to improve its accessibility by developing content focused on the early detection of, and improved awareness of, depression.

본 연구의 목적은 한중간의 교역규모 증대에 따른 우리나라 서해안 항만과 북중국 항만들과의 컨테이너 유통경로를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한중간의 지리적인 근접성에 따른 지리적인 이점과 그에 따른 물류비용의 절감효과에 기인하여 우리나라 중부이북지역의 컨테이너 화물들은 서해안 항만들을 경유하여 북중국으로 유통되고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 이러한 교역물량 증가속도가 매우 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 현상은 과거 국내 컨테이너 유통경로의 중심지였던 부산항에 집중된 물류구조를 분산화 시키는 효과를 나타내고 있다. 반면, 서해안 항만들은 동일한 배후경제지역의 화물처리 및 대 중국 교역집중도에 따른 경쟁가능성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 서해안 항만들의 개발정책에는 항만고유 특성에 부합한 발전 가능성을 중시해야 하며 또한 서해안 항만들의 한중항로의 편향성을 탈피한 대안의 모색이 필요하다. 아울러 한중항로개방에 대비한 해운정책의 추진방안도 강구되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 플랫폼 정부를 차세대 정부 모델로 상정하고, 국내의 대표적인 플랫폼 비즈니스 성공 모델인 웹툰플랫폼의 성공요인으로부터 플랫폼 정부의 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히 네이버웹툰의 사례를 중심으로 플랫폼 전략의 핵심요소에 따라 성공요인을 도출하였다. 첫째, 플랫폼 인프라 측면에서 기존의 강력한 포털사이트의 플랫폼 기반에 구축되어 이용자를 모으기 용이하고, 로그인 없이 웹툰을 이용하는 등 플랫폼의 접근성을 제고 하였다. 둘째, 이해관계자 참여 측면에서 웹툰 무료제공으로 이용자를 모았고, PPS라는 수익모델을 통해 웹툰 창작자에 대한 인센티브를 제공하고, 다른 이해관계자와 연결시키는 등 매개자 역할을 수행하였다. 셋째, 산출물 생산 측면에서 웹툰 하단에 피드백을 실시간으로 제공하여 이용자들이 웹툰제작에 영향을 끼칠수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 인큐베이팅 시스템을 통해 이용자도 언제든 직접 웹툰을 제작할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 PPS를 통해 2차 산출물 생산을 지원하여, 웹툰에 한정되지 않는 다양한 콘텐츠 생산을 가능케 하였다. 네이버웹툰 사례를 통해 도출된 성공요인에 라 국내 플랫폼 정부의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

연구 목적은 20대 금융 애플리케이션 사용자의 비대면 글말 용언으로부터 사용자 경험 디자인(UX)의 확장 의미를 추출하는 데 있다. 연구 범위는 20대 남녀 20명의 비대면 글말 일상 언어이며, 연구 방법은 사용자의 용언을 중심으로 사용 속성을 범주화(Categories)하여 20대 사용자 중심의 의미를 도출하는 것이다. 연구 결과 20대 금융 플랫폼 애플리케이션 사용자의 사용 의미는 통합의 의미, 신뢰의 의미, 지속의 의미, 정보 인지와 정보 접근의 의미로 요약되었다. 또한, 사용자의 사용 속성은 보안성, 친숙성, 접근성, 작동 편이성, 시인성으로 집약되었다. 각각의 속성은 보안, 정보, 브랜드, 디자인과 융합된 의미 범주에서 나타났다. 종합하면, 용언 중심의 사용자 의미 분석은 기존의 객관적 의미 분별 측정에서 파악할 수 없었던 사용성 평가 문제를 보완하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.
