Future mobile communication networks, which consist of ATM-based B-ISDN backbone networks and wireless ATM networks, will provide u user with broadband connection and QoS service. These network systems need the lossless handoff methods which support user mobility, satisfy ATM features such as ATM cell ordering and no ATM cell duplication and minimize buffer requirement for ATM cell buffering. In this paper we suggest a multicast-based handoff method to supp$\alpha$t lossless connection as well as to minimize buffer overhead. It establishes a dynamic multicast connection between source terminal and wireless member AP (access point)s. When the mobile terminal receives data packet correctly, it notifies the positive acknowledgement of the packet to all member APs. And member APs then release the MT related temporary buffer space for MT's future movement. Therefore member APs can eliminate unnecessary buffer usage and manage the buffer space efficiently. Analysis result shows that our handoff method has better performance in buffer requirement for lossless and seamless connection services over VCT (virtual connection tree) method and other dynamic multicast-based handoff methods.

This paper is to evaluate the informational direction, current situations and ERP establishment concerning constructing industry, to present the right directions, implemented cases for implementing constructional ERP, also to suggest the effect, influence, problems and shootings in constructional ERP arena. The constructing industries in korea are facing great turning point because of the huge corruptions currently happened and forcing to open the market in 1997. Attempting to establish Computer Integrated construction system (ERP) by breaking down constructing cost, improving quality, operating rapid and effective construction to enhance productivity, it is hard to achieve the goal with only inter-contractor's establishment. Constructing industries are integrated ones, consisted of many organizations for instance ordering agencies, contractors, subcontractors, material vendors, etc. and use various information formats such as texts, graphics, drawings. I dare suggest that implementation of constructional CALS including EDI/EC, GIS is tile only solution to control the information systematically generated in whole stages from planing, designing, constructing through maintenance, and to supply or switch the information.

The purposes of this study were to understand the differences of general characteristics, to compare understanding level of the organization cultures, and to develop more good management methods between outsourcing workers and regular workers in hospitals. Major results of this study were as follows: First, regular workers had higher level than outsourcing workers in major understanding on job satisfaction and organization cultures(pride of their jobs, recognition level of job performance ability, satisfaction on ordering method. etc.). Second, the results showed that the level of job performances related with effective management of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement. Third, through multiple regression analysis to understand factors on job satisfaction and involvement, we understood that regular workers were effected by vision performance of hospital and their value view-point, and outsourcing workers were influenced by recognition levels and education levels of hospital vision, Therefore, to maximize level of job satisfaction and involvement. we have interest in development of education program for outsourcing workers, and selection of adequate persons in hospital culture.

Despite a number of previous studies about cultural tourism festivals, studies on food menus in the cultural tourism festival setting have often been neglected. Considering the importance of food menus, identifying major selection attributes that satisfy visitors in a festival setting is vital. Using conjoint analysis, this study demonstrated that price was the most influential selection attributes to attract visitors. The time required between ordering and receiving food was found to be the second important selection attribute, followed by menu and place. Cluster analysis identified two distinct segments that take different sets of elements into account when making their selection decision. Conjoint simulation estimated the most preferred foodservice form in cultural tourism festivals setting would have 21.18% potential market share. The implications gained from this study provided an important starting point for determining key selection attributes in establishing strategies to enhance visitors' level of satisfaction.

In open communication architecture, application systems consist of objects distributed in lots of computing nodes. To reduce complexity of development. and management of distributed software, to manage efficiently distributed objects and to provide realtime service, the mechanisms for object group management and communication are needed in distributed environment. In this paper we compose object groups and provide reliable group communication mechanism based on CORBA which can adopt a new service without lots of changes on existing system. Group consist of some subgroups that subgroup manager manages for improving the efficiency of group management and message ordering is kept by using sequencer, Communication method among groups uses multicast based on paint to point communication as well as IP multicast and we provide high performance by using selective retransmission of message through message history, We analyze the performance of the proposed mechanism through simulation in distributed environment.

In the construction industry government is not only an owner but also a consumer. Accordingly it should develop the construction industry and this role is important. Among them, the law of the ordering method is standards of selecting a successful bidder and have powerful influence over the construction industry and owners. Therefore this study said how the lowest bid method, which has taken effect still more, has influence on the construction industry and the public sector with the Causal Loop Diagram. According to analyzing this construction law, we can grasp the point of the strength and weakness of this law also examine a trend of how the present law is changed. While we studied, we tried to adhere to neutrality and form a new opinion about it because the previous studies were opposed to each other. As a result, to improve the relation between the government and private company, which were opposed to each other about arguments for and against the lowest bid method, this study suggest the method of making better the relation. The final goal of it is researching the inefficient factors and improving the weakness of this law.

A study was performed on the consumption of prepackaged meals (Dosirak) sold by food service providers through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA) to determine the factors that consumers seek in quality Dosirak. According to the analysis, food service providers need to concentrate on food freshness and temperature while maintaining food taste. As for food packaging, consumers were found to prefer microwaveable plastic containers the most (29.3%). Nonetheless, they found that packaging needed improvements in securing food content during transportation and in food labeling, especially for expiration dates. The study also investigated which factors, including menu selection and advertising, affected the sales of food service provider Dosirak the most. The most important factor was determined to be price. Regarding menu selection, the quality of food seasoning and ingredients, daily specials and the variety of combination sets were found to be important. Availability of delivery (3.83/5.00), advance ordering (3.82/5.00) and discounts (3.75/5.00) were important factors in advertising. The conclusions of the study point to a consumer base that recognizes the ease and benefits of Dosirak but desires high quality food items at low cost. To expand the consumer base, food service providers must continually develop new menu items that satisfy consumer tastes and trends, maintain sanitary conditions and improve food labelling.

In this study, we analyzed service quality factors of O2O delivery app based on Kano model and survey, and classified service quality into several dimensions. As a result of the analysis, the one dimensional quality factors were accurate information transmission, variety of restaurants, diversity of payment methods, diversity of menu selection, discomfort resolution, kindness of service, taste and quality of food, hygiene and cleanliness, Attractive quality factors such as updated information, reliable reviews, various ordering methods, fast delivery, brand image, discount point payment and accumulation. Although the must-be quality factor did not appear, it turned out that the discomfort resolution was close to the must-be quality factor. The indifferent quality factors were informational services, events and promotions. The O2O delivery app market is continuing to grow and competition is getting more and more intense. The results of this study will help O2O delivery app vendors to establish strategies to focus on certain quality of service factors.

This study investigated that the preference model of soloist performers for both vocal and instrumental types in terms of a stage support parameter, ST1. The test was carried out on a stage of a fan-shaped multi-purpose hall with orchestra shell. Objective measurements were carried out at 15 positions on the stage to evaluate various stage condition. The results showed that ST1 varies between -19.9 and -11.3 dB. Vocal and instrumental players participated in performance evaluation test as they played at 5 selected positions according to ST1 values. Players' preference was evaluated by 5-point rating and rank ordering method. As a result, it was found that the preference model of vocalist is different from that of instrumentalist. It was also found that the ST1 does not correlate well with the performer's preference.

This paper is to indicate research tendencies of faith in Daesoonjinrihoe and controversial points of those, and to consider the outlook on Sangje after defining it as theological understanding and explanation for Gu-Cheon-Sang-Je (High-est ruling Entity that is the object of devotion in Daesoon-jinrihoe). As the first introduction to the work, various descriptions for Sangje are arranged and the meanings of those are analyzed. In brief, first, the name of Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-Bo-Hwa-Cheon-Jon, expresses the fact that the authority of Sangje (the Supreme Entity) is exposed by spatial concept Sangje dwells in Ninth Heaven. This fact can be compared with the doctrines Allah in Islam and Jehovah in Christianity each are dwelled in Seventh Heaven. And the name shows Sangje is the ruler who reigns over the universe by using yin and yang. Second, the name, Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-BoHwa-Cheon-Jon, is imported from China Taoism because it has been in Ok-Chu-Gyeong (the Gaoshang shenlei yushu). But in fact it's root is in Korea because Buyeo and Goguryeo, the ancient Korean nations, have the source of the name. While the name is not the Supreme Entity in China Taoism, it is the Supreme Entity in Daesoonjinrihoe. This fact is a important difference. Third, arbitrarily or not, the name, Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-Bo-Hwa-Cheon-Jon, is put on the image of 'resolution of grievances'. The reason is that many peoples in Korea and China has called the name for about 1,000 years ago to help their fortunes and escape predicaments. Forth, not only Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-Bo-Hwa-Cheon-Jon but also the name, Three Pure Ones and Ok-Cheon-Jin-Wang (Yuqingzhenwang) in China Taoism used as the Highest ruling Entity in Daesoonjinrihoe. But the relations between three Pure Ones and Ok-Cheon-Jin-Wang and Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-Bo-Hwa-Cheon-Jon in Dae-soonjinrihoe are different from that in China Taoism. Fifth, Sangje is associated with the Polaris divinity of Tae-Eul, view on God in Oriental Cosmology. The description Tae-Eul as well as Gu-Cheon-Eung-Won-Nweh-Seong-Bo-Hwa-Cheon-Jon is indicated Sangje is linked to the faith of Buyeo and Goguryeo. Sixth, Sangje is not only Mugeuk-Sin (The God of The Endless) who supervise the Endless but also Taegeuk-Ji-Cheon-Jon (The God of The Ultimate Reality) who supervise the Ultimate Reality. These descriptions directly display the fact Sangje is a creator. Seventh, in case explaining Sangje, the point of view is necessary that grasps the whole viewpoints Sangje 'was' Hidden God(deus otiosus) and 'is' Unhidden God after Incarnation. Eighth, Sangje is Cheon-Ju in Donghak, but different from that. Cheon-Ju in Donghak has both transcendence and immanence in tightrope tension, but Cheon-Ju in Daesoonjinrihoe emphasize transcendence than immanence. That difference is the result of the fact Cheon-Ju in Donghak was a being having revealed a man and Cheon-Ju in Daesoonjinrihoe was a being having incarnated after revealing a man. Ninth, Sangje is Gae-Byeok-Jang who is the manager of the transforming and ordering the Three Realms of the World by the Great Do which is the mutual beneficence of all life and Hae-Won-Sin who is the God of resolution of grievances.
