평행좌표그림은 다변량자료를 시각화하는 하나의 방법이다. 평행좌표그림은 4차원 이상의 직각좌표계 표시의 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 그림이다. 그러나 변수 축의 배열에 따라 같은 자료에 대하여도 다른 해석이 가능하다. 변수 선택 문제를 해결하는 한 가지 방법으로서 우리는 정다각기둥평행좌표그림을 제안할 수 있다.

The electrical properties of ONO interpoly dielectrics grown by polycrystalline silicon have been studied. The polysilicon layer deposited as amorphous state kept its surface smoothness even after subsequent heat cycle induced crystallization. Polysilicon was doped with a POCl$_3$ and arsenic ion implantation. Arsenic was implanted in several different doses. The effective barrier heights calculated from F-N plotting method and breakdown fields increased as the polysilicon doping concentration increased. On the other hand they mere degraded when arsenic concentration in polysilicon exceeded 2{\times}10^{20}[cm^{-3}]$. The reliability of dielectric as monitored by TDDB infant fail and breakdown field showed increasing degradation as doping concentration increased

In this paper, we characterize the mechanical properties of PCL strand which is made by oscillating nozzle for tissue engineering scaffold. In order to increase the mechanical properties of the PCL strand, we designed an oscillating nozzle system for the 3D plotting system. First, we check the effect of the nozzle speed (3 to 8 mm/sec), frequency (0 or 300 Hz) and the oscillating amplitude (0 or 100 V) on the diameter of the PCL strand. Second, we observe the effect of the frequency (0, 100, 200 and 300 Hz) and the oscillating amplitude (0, 50 and 100 V) on the mechanical property of PCL strand. The mechanical properties and surface morphology of PCL strand made by oscillating nozzle are compared with the PCL strand made by normal nozzle using Nano-UTM and SEM.

In the present study, the performance characteristics and the number of stall cells during rotating stall of a centrifugal air compressor were experimentally investigated. If the flow coefficient is lower than 0.150, the static pressure at impeller inlet is higher than that at inlet duct And reverse flow is observed under these flow coefficient region. Maximum adiabatic efficiency is obtained for the tested compressor around flow coefficient 0.128, and it is independent of compressor rotating speed. The number of stall cells and their rotational speeds are distinctive features of the rotating stall phenomenon. The present study is mainly concerned with the number of stall cells and their rotational speeds. The interpretation method of visualization is based on the pressure distribution in the circumference pressure fields while plotting the pressure and its harmonics variations in time in polar coordinates.

Facing information overload in today's complex environments, managers look to a concise set of marketing metrics to provide direction for marketing decision making. While there have been several papers dealing with the theoretical aspects of dashboard creation, no research creates and tests a dashboard using scientific techniques. This study develops and demonstrates an empirical approach to dashboard metric selection. In a fast moving consumer goods category, this research selects leading indicators for national-brand and store-brand sales and revenue premium performance from 99 brand-specific and relative-to-competition variables including price, brand equity, usage occasions, and multiple measures of awareness, trial/usage, purchase intent, and liking/satisfaction. Plotting impact size and wear-in time reveals that different kinds of variables predict sales at distinct lead times, which implies that managerial action may be taken to turn the metrics around before performance itself declines.

본 연구에서는 Sentaurus의 Tecplot를 이용한 FinFET를 구현 하고자 한다. FinFET구조를 간략히 설명하면 소자의 성능 향상과 누설전류의 최소화를 지속하기 위해 한면에 하나씩 두개의 게이트가 사용되어 소자의 전환을 쉽게 해준다. 이러한 구조 때문에 이중게이트 MOSFET라고 불린다 CMOS소자는 수평적으로 구성되지만 FinFET는 수직적으로 구성이 된 구조이다. FinFET 구조를 Sentaurus의 Tecplot를 사용하여 복잡한 데이터를 분석, 탐색하고 다중 XY, 2D, 3D plot를 배치하고 분석할 수 있다. Tecplot툴의 자동화된 루틴으로 데이터 분석과 plotting에 투입하는 시간을 절약할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Sentaurus의 Tecplot 툴을 이용하여 FinFET를 구현 하고자 한다.

In this paper, we consider maximum likelihood estimators of normal distribution based on type II censoring. Gupta (1952) and Cohen (1959, 1961) required a table for an auxiliary function to compute since they did not have an explicit form; however, we derive an explicit form for the estimators using a method to approximate the likelihood function. The derived estimators are a special case of Balakrishnan et al. (2003). We compare the estimators with the Gupta's linear estimators through simulation. Gupta's linear estimators are unbiased and easily calculated; subsequently, the proposed estimators have better performance for mean squared errors and variances, although they show bigger biases especially when the ratio of the complete data is small.

Computer testing system for pumps is an automatic measuring and testing system micro computer. There are two functions to this system. 1. Automatically controlling the testing processes. It includes controlling to testing devices, adjusting test points and starting or stopping the pump. 2. Automatically collecting and calculating the testing data. It includes the collection and calculation of the parameters to be measured, printing the testing reports and plotting the testing curves. When using it the measuring accuracy may be improved and the time for testing may be compressed by use the system . So it is used widely on the world. In this paper the basic construction and the work principle and the testing processes are described.

본 연구에서는 수도권을 포함하는 한강하류부에서 가장 중요한 측수지점중 하나인 인도교지점의 연 최대 홍수량 자료에 내해서 빈도해석을 시행하였다. 자료를 3개의 자료(자료 I : $1918\~1940$, 자료 II: $1952\~2002$, 자료 III: 결측치를 제외한 $1918\~2002$)로 구분하였으며, 수문자료에 일반적으로 많이 사용하는 13가지 확률 분포형을 적용하여 매개변수를 추정한 뒤 적합성여부를 판정하였으며, 적합도 검정방법 및 도시적인 방법을 통하여 적정 확률분포형을 선정하였고, 채택된 분포형(gamma-3, GEV, Gumbel, Weibull-2)에 내하여 확률홍수량을 산정하였다. 또한, 위치도시공식(plotting position formula)과 역사적 홍수정보(historic information)를 이용한 빈도해석 결과와도 비교${\cdot}$분석하였다. 그 결과 확률분포형 가운데에는 GEV와 Gumbel 분포형이 인도교지점의 홍수빈도해석에 적합한 것으로 판단된다.

A screening method has been developed for detecting sulfamethazine(SMZ) contamination of meat or feeds by using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled protein A (Prot AHRP)and an indirect competitve enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The assay is based on competitve binding of guinea pig anti-SMZ with SMZ in smaple and SMZ-gelatin conjugate(SMZ.GEL). Percent binding (B.Bo$\times$100) was calculated from the absorbance in the absence (B0) and presence (B) of SMZ. By the sandard curve prepared by plotting log(SMZ) vs percent binding of each known reference solution, the detection limit was 1.0ppb or less. Cross reacton with sulfadimethoxine, sulfaguaniding, sulfamerazine, sulfamthoxpyridazine, sulfanilamide, sulfisomidine and sufisoxazole were not observed. But sulfamerazine crossreacted in the test. The EC-50 value (concentration causing 50% inhibition of color development compared with blank) of sulfamerazine was 2.0 ppm. Further quality control will make the ELISA system ideal for the detection of SMZ in meat or feeds.
