소규모 제조업 남성 근로자의 직무스트레스와 흡연행동과의 관련성 (Relationship between Job Stress and Smoking Behaviors among Small Scale Manufacturing Male Workers)

  • 본 연구는 소규모 제조업 사업장 남성 근로자들의 직무스트레스와 흡연과의 관련성을 검토할 목적으로 50인 미만의 소규모 제조업 사업장 24개소에 근무하고 있는 남성 근로자 856명을 대상으로 무기명 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 제조업 남성 근로자의 흡연율은 35.2%이었다. 직무스트레스의 하위영역과 흡연과의 관련성을 검토하기 위한 다변량 로지스틱회귀분석 결과, 직무스트레스 요인 총점과 하위영역(물리적 환경, 직무요구, 조직체계, 보상부적절 및 직장문화)에서의 스트레스요인 점수가 정상군에 비해 고위험 스트레스군에서 현재 흡연군에 속할 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 이 같은 결과는 소규모 제조업 남성 근로자에서의 직무스트레스가 정상인 군보다 고위험스트레스군에서 흡연과의 관련성이 더 높음을 시사하고 있다.

공공유니폼의 색채 분석 (Color Analysis of Public Uniforms)

  • Public uniforms play an important role in creating the color and image of urban environment beyond the level of simple working clothes for unity and practicality. Hence this study aims to compare and analyze the color characteristics and images of the police officer, fire fighter, and street cleaner uniforms at home and abroad to guarantee the wearer's safety, increase convenience and agreeability, and give emotional satisfaction to citizens in harmony with urban environment color as public uniforms. For study methods, literature review investigated urban environment, color, and uniforms as public design. Empirical study extracted color data from the public worker uniforms of the world's top 20 cities selected by 'Newsweek' in 2010 and analyzed their colors, tones, and color images. The results of this study are as follows. The most common color for police uniforms were PB(dk) as the main color, PB(p) as the sub color, and Wh as the accent color. For fire fighter uniforms, PB(dkg) was the most common main color; GY(v), as the sub color; and ItGy, as the accent color. The most common color for street cleaner uniforms was YR(v) as the main color; GY(v), as the sub color; and mGy, as the accent color. As a result of analyzing color images of these uniforms, it was found that police uniforms commonly used a modern image; fire fighter uniforms commonly used a natural image and a cool casual image; and street cleaner uniforms commonly used a casual image. As examined above, the color of public uniforms suitable for urban environment and job characteristics is very important to establish the image of public institutions, as well as to create an urban image.

  • 기업현장교사는 회사 내 일학습병행에 참여하고 있는 도제 및 고숙련 학습근로자에게 고도화된 훈련 지도 및 평가자로서의 역할을 수행하므로 심화된 이론과 기술, 풍부한 경험과 문제해결 능력이 요구된다. 본 연구는 양질의 기업현장교사 양성을 위한 한국의 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정을 소개하고, 최적화된 표준 교과 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 고숙련마이스터 양성과 관련된 최초의 실증적 연구로서, 일학습병행제 고숙련마이스터 양성에 기여함은 물론 안정적인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 제도적 정착 및 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

희망과 자기주도학습과의 관계에서 성장 마인드셋과 그릿의 역할 (The roles of growth mindset and grit in relation to hope and self-directed learning)

  • 최근 지식 기반사회의 도래에 따라 직장인들에게도 끊임없는 자기 학습이 필요하다. 특히 희망이 강한 사람은 자기주도학습이 강한 것으로 나타났는데 그 사이에서 심리적인 특성이나 신념인 성장 마인드셋과 Grit이 매개역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 직장인들의 희망과 자기주도학습 사이에서 성장 마인드셋과 그릿의 매개효과를 파악하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 서울, 대전, 충남, 충북 지역에 위치하는 총 32개의 직장에서 선정하였고 총 368명이었다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 상관분석 및 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 수행하였고 주된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 희망과 성장 마인드셋, 그릿, 자기주도학습의 모든 하위 요인에서 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 경로분석 결과 희망은 자기주도학습에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 희망은 성장 마인드셋과 그릿을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한과 직장인들의 자기주도학습을 높이기 위하여 희망, 성장 마인드셋, Grit을 촉진시키기 위한 정책적 함의를 하였다.

건강관심도에 따른 외식업체 메뉴의 영양 표시 인지도 (Consumer Awareness of Nutrition Labelling in Restaurants according to Level of Health Consciousness)

  • This study was performed to investigate the level and recognition and interest in nutrition labeling in restaurants according to consumer interest levels in health and to suggest its application to restaurant lunches. By considering various statistics and data on the frequency of reasons for dining-out, this study examined worker restaurant lunches and investigated the level of recognition of interest in nutrition labeling, the type of nutrition information that is of interest and the preferred format of labeling according to the level of interest in health. According to the results, while the frequency of dining-out by workers was high, their consideration for health and nutrition labeling in restaurants was low. However, a high percentage of consumers responded that nutrition labeling was a customer right and necessary to improve the quality of menu items as well as public health. Therefore, active promotion of nutrition labeling in the dining industry is necessary. Interest levels in additives, product origin and menu ingredients indicated in restaurant menus were higher than for nutritional information such as nutrients and calories. When the preferred format for providing nutrition information was investigated, consumers preferred information written on a menu board, and they wanted to broaden the range of information included in nutrition labeling for menu items beyond calories and nutritional facts. Based on these results, recognition of nutrition labeling in restaurants was found to below and the interest level in health was also lower than expected. However, most consumers responded that nutrition labeling was helpful in choosing menu items can be a tool for nutrition education and can play a role in improving the recognition of nutrition. Therefore, active promotion of nutrition labeling by the dining industry is necessary.

Prevention of Occupational Diseases in Turkey: Deriving Lessons From Journey of Surveillance

  • Introduction: To prevent and manage the societal and economic burden of occupational diseases (ODs), countries should develop strong prevention policies, health surveillance and registry systems. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of OD surveillance at national level as well as to identify priority actions in Turkey. Methods: The history and current status of occupational health studies were considered from the perspective of OD surveillance. Interpretative research was done through literature review on occupational health at national, regional and international level. Analyses were focused on countries' experiences in policy development and practice, roles and responsibilities of institutions, multidisciplinary and intersectoral collaboration. OD surveillance models of Turkey, Belgium and the Netherlands were examined through exchange visits. Face-to-face interviews were conducted to explore the peculiarities of legislative and institutional structures, the best and worst practices, and approach principles. Results: Some countries are more focused on exploring OD trends through effective and cost-efficient researches, with particular attention to new and emerging ODs. Other countries try to reach every single case of OD for compensation and rehabilitation. Each practice has advantages and shortcomings, but they are not mutually exclusive, and thus an effective combination is possible. Conclusion: Effective surveillance and registry approaches play a key role in the prevention of ODs. A well-designed system enables monitoring and assessment of OD prevalence and trends, and adoption of preventive measures while improving the effectiveness of redressing and compensation. A robust surveillance does not only provide protection of workers' health but also advances prevention of economic losses.

  • 한국경제(韓國經濟)의 지식경제화(知識經濟化)를 촉진하여 국가경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 새로운 노사관계(勞使關係)가 확립되어야 한다. 과거 대량생산경제에서는 혁신의 기초가 노동을 실물자산으로 대체하는 것이었기 때문에 노사간의 이해대립은 물론 혁신에 대한 노동자의 저항도 불가피한 것이었다. 그러나 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 지식노동(知識勞動)과 실물자산(實物資産)이 서로 보완관계에 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육과 숙련에 대한 투자는 수확체증(收穫遞增)을 보이고 있으므로 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 지식(知識)과 숙련을 증진시키는데 노사가 공동의 이해관계를 갖게 된다. 그러므로 지식경제(知識經濟)에서는 협력적(協力的) 노사관계(勞使關係)가 가치창출을 극대화하기 위해서 필수적이다. 한국에서 협력적(協力的) 노사관계(勞使關係)를 정착시키기 위해서는 '노사정위원회(勞使政委員會)'의 적극적인 역할이 필요하다.

전략적 인적자원관리가 시큐리티업무 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직업몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Strategic Human Resource Management on Job Stress and Occupational Commitment of Security Workers)

  • 이 연구는 전략적 인적자원관리가 시큐리티업무 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직업몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 실시되었으며, 이를 위하여 시큐리티업무 종사자를 대상으로 유의표집방법으로 188명의 표본을 추출하고 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 자료의 목적에 따라 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전략적 인적자원관리는 직무스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전략적 인적자원관리는 직업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 직업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 전략적 인적자원관리와 직무스트레스 두 요인이 직업몰입에 결정적 요인으로 작용하며, 직무스트레스는 매개변수로 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 각 조직에 필요한 전략적 인적자원관리의 요인을 선택하고 새로운 방안을 개발하여 경쟁력을 갖춘다면 시큐리티산업의 질적 성장에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

건강가정지원센터 아이 돌봄 활동가의 '돌봄 노동' 방향성 연구 (A Study on 'Care Work' Directionality of Child Care Helper in Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the motive of participating in the care work, the overall cognition survey for the care work and the infant care practice areas required in the care work for the child care helpers who activate in the care work, and search for methods of specializing infant care and care experiences on the results. Results of study showed that firstly, middle- or the late middle-age women participated in the care worker recognized care work as productive labor to create economic value and that secondly, the child care helpers' recognition degree of self-development and job satisfaction through performance of care work was wholly high level and that there was will of participation in training for self-development but actual participation rate was low due to restrictions by general conditions. Thirdly, the infant care practice areas and their particular contents that the child care helpers recognized in the care work necessary were highly shown in the whole. The requested level of education for safety management, play guidance, humanity guidance for infant and child was high. Point to discuss is that occupation stability and occupation image must be raised through the public job-hunting system for the child care helpers. In addition, a tailor-made education support suitable for the child care helpers' career stage is needed. Education support by the performance of infant care practice area and the educational requirements must be provided to major rearers to ensure that they can function as behavioral and emotional supporters. Finally, a support system for continuous self-management.

웨어러블 AR 기기를 이용한 객체인식 기반의 건설 현장 정보 시각화 구현 (Augmented Reality Framework to Visualize Information about Construction Resources Based on Object Detection)

  • The augmented reality (AR) has recently became an attractive technology in construction industry, which can play a critical role in realizing smart construction concepts. The AR has a great potential to help construction workers access digitalized information about design and construction more flexibly and efficiently. Though several AR applications have been introduced for on-site made to enhance on-site and off-site tasks, few are utilized in actual construction fields. This paper proposes a new AR framework that provides on-site managers with an opportunity to easily access the information about construction resources such as workers and equipment. The framework records videos with the camera installed on a wearable AR device and streams the video in a server equipped with high-performance processors, which runs an object detection algorithm on the streamed video in real time. The detection results are sent back to the AR device so that menu buttons are visualized on the detected objects in the user's view. A user is allowed to access the information about a worker or equipment appeared in one's view, by touching the menu button visualized on the resource. This paper details implementing parts of the framework, which requires the data transmission between the AR device and the server. It also discusses thoroughly about accompanied issues and the feasibility of the proposed framework.
