The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the baby boomers' perception of and preparation for their successful aging. Seven women and three men were interviewed with the use of an unstructured questionnaire. Their perceptions of their likelihood of future successful aging were not negative, and were influenced by a range of considerations that included health, leisure, finance, volunteer services, family relationships, and elderly life without children's supports. They tried to prepare several kinds of sports, leisure activities, and volunteer services for their elderly life. However, their reasons for preparing these activities varied, and the background of their differences consisted of the family background, personal values, and experiences. Moreover, men and women responded differently to their personal experiences as they related to their elderly life. Women were likely to match their family relationship with their perception and preparation for successful aging, and men were not.

현대사회가 점차 복잡하고 다양화되면서 개인 소지품의 양도 많아지고 종류도 다양해지고 있다. 이에 물건의 위치를 잊거나 분실하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 본인이 갖고 있는 소지품을 관리해주는 어플리케이션을 개발하고자 한다. 이것은 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 사용자가 소지한 물품들에 관한 정보를 간단한 조작으로 저장 할 수 있고 사용자가 원하면 소지한 물품들의 정보를 자세히 저장함으로써 소지품들의 목록을 토대로 알람을 발생시킨다. 발생한 알람으로 인해 사용자가 소지품 위치를 알 수 있어 분실하는 상황을 최소화할 수 있다.

This study aimed to look into the features of the hair beauty service components and the effects of these elements on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth intention. Subjects were 20's-40's women and survey methods such as frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were used. Results were as follows: First, hair beauty service were composed of eight factors such as facilities of hair beauty salon, employee's kindness, amusement facilities, light refreshments, guidance to a process of hair style, keeping service for personal belongings, reservation service, and customer management. Second, the effects on customer satisfaction was significantly affected by facilities of hair beauty salon, employee's kindness, guidance to a process of hair style, customer management, keeping service for personal belongings, light refreshments. Third, customer satisfaction with hair beauty service affected the word-of-mouth intention.

A various quality data are produced during nuclear fuel fabrication. In order to control quality data efficiently, Computerization of Quality Information System(QIS) using personal computer was established. Database control software and analysis software were developed for QIS. QIS was applied the fuel manufacturing and quality inspection. Quality trend analysis, process control, process capability and quality history docket for nuclear fuel manufacturing were performed by QIS. Through the Quality Information System, quality assurance, quality control, process control and manufacturing engineering were performed efficiently in nuclear fuel manufacturing.

In this paper, I research the issue of information security for medical information system of each parties. The outflow of the Personal medical information can lead to problems of medical systems and disadvantage to an individual. In this paper, we research the information security based on a blockchain. In addition, I have analyzed blockchain. I suggest a medical information system framework that can help to keep the privacy of patients by using a blockchain network. Also, In this paper try to explain using private blockchain for medical system. Blockchain can keep the integrity and transparency of the medical records. This research, shows how can build the private blockchain for medical records and how to get the integrity of Data from Private Blockchain and Distuributed Ledger Technology.

This study aim to identifying important determinants of happiness from university students' view point. To identify the determinants of happiness, focus group interviews were conducted. After carrying content analysis, five main categories were identified: 'Enjoying the present(enjoy the hobby, group activities and trivial things)', 'Self-regulation not dictated by anyone', 'Pursuing self-generated personal goals(goal-oriented, process-oriented)', 'Enjoying hassle-free moment(physical comport, psychological comforts being alone), 'Forming a good relationships (wide range of relationships, quality of relationships). This result is expected to provide deep understanding of students' happiness in planning programs and policies.

The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of service properties, price expectancy, social influences, and switching costs on adoption intention of 4G in Vietnam. The research model was established by the theory of diffusion of innovation, technology acceptance model, service quality, social influences and switching costs. The result from customers using telecommunication services in Vietnam shows that adoption intention of 4G is affected directly by perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, price expectancy, social influences, prior service quality and switching costs. Whereas, switching costs have negative effect on adoption intention. Other factors such as personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use and prior service quality have an indirect effect on adoption intention of 4G.

IAs smart device penetration rate is more than 90%, mobile transaction ratio using smart device is increasing. Smart contracts are used in various areas of real life including smart trading. By applying smart contracts to the platform for smart transactions through block-chain technology, the threat of hacking or forgery can be reduced. However, various threats to devices in smart transactions can pose a threat to the use of block chain Etherium, an important element in privilege and personal information management. Smart contract used in block chain Ethereum includes important information or transaction details of users. Therefore, in case of an attack of privilege elevation, it is very likely to exploit transaction details or forge or tamper with personal information inquiry. In this paper, we propose a detection and countermeasure method for privilege escalation attack, which is especially important for block chain for secure smart transaction using block chain Ethereum. When comparing the results of this study with the results of similar applications and researches, we showed about 12~13% improvement in performance and suggested the future countermeasures through packet analysis.

스마트 디바이스 등 디지털 환경의 변화가 가속화되며 온라인을 통한 개인정보 관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 개인정보를 다루는 플랫폼마다 다양한 개인정보 접속 가능자가 존재하며 블록체인 기반 스마트 컨트랙트를 이용하여 개인정보의 관리권한에 대한 유연한 관리 및 개인정보 관리 이력을 투명하게 관리할 수 있다. 본 논문을 통하여 블록체인 기술의 스마트 컨트랙트 기반 데이터 사용 및 관리권한에 대한 규칙을 설정하고 유연하게 수정하여 개인정보를 안전하고 투명하게 관리할 수 있다.

The levels of sanitary management procedures in university and industry foodservices, in pusan, were investigated. The questionnaires were administed to ninety three dietitians who managed university (n=21) and industry (n=72) foodservices and then the data were statistically analyzed. When sanitary management procedures were evaluated by 5 scales method of Likers, total mean scores of time-temperature management in the process of meal production, personal hygiene, equipments and facilities hygiene in university and industry foodseryice operations were 3.48, 3.76 and 3.27, repectively. In time-temperature management, the scores for storage, purchasing and receiving, pre-preparation, cooking, assembly and service, and hot or cold holding were 3.77, 3.74, 3.55, 3.54, 3.28, 3.05, respectively, in descending order. The management levels for personal hygiene, equipments and facilities hygiene of foodservices had biger serving scale (over 901) were significnatly higher than those of lower sclaled foodservices(below 900). The scores of foodservices managed by higher aged dietitian(over 31 years) were significantly higher than those of foodservices conducted by lower aged group(below 25 years) in the management procedures of time-temperature, personal hygiene, equipments and facilities hygiene(p<0.05). The dietitian group had the regular sanitary education showed significantly higher scores than irregularly educated group in the management of time-temperature and personal hygiene.
