  • Geographic Information System(GIS) has become an essential tool for making efficient interaction with both natural and artificial envirionment. Currently, it is being used on an inteligent tool in many device like the personal digital assistant(PDA) and the cellular phone and so on. However, these devices show very low performance comparing to a personal computer(PC). These devices(PDA, celluar phone) posses a less powered device profile. The less powerful hardware make these devices in capable to handle GIS based large spacial data. In this paper, we propose a new concept of multi-tier GIS oriented architecture to improve the data transfer performance providing only the necessary information required by the user using semantic filter.

  • Availability of defect test algorithm that recognizes exact and standardized defect information in order to fundamentally resolve generated defects in industrial sites by giving artificial intelligence to SAT(Scanning Acoustic Tomograph), which previously depended on operator's decision, to find various defect information in a semiconductor package, to decide defect pattern, to reduce personal errors and then to standardize the test process was verified. In order to apply the algorithm to the lately emerging Neural Network theory, various weights were used to derive results for performance advancement plans of the defect test algorithm that promises excellent field applicability.

  • Efficient event evaluation and propagation techniques are proposed to enhance the advancement of simulation clocks of conservative and optimistic logic simulation protocols on parallel processing environments. The first idea of the techniques proposed in this paper is to allow more than one event evaluation per simulation cycle and to pack more than one propagation event in a single message. The second idea is to use advancement windows resulted in good performance in parallelism and execution times.

중소기업의 스마트팩토리 고도화 수용의도에 미치는 영향요인 (The Influencing Factors of SME's Acceptance Intention to Advance Smart Factory)

  • 본 연구는 스마트팩토리를 도입한 국내 중소제조기업이 질적 고도화를 위해 현재 대비 상위단계의 스마트팩토리 고도화 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 스마트팩토리를 도입한 중소기업을 대상으로 통합기술수용이론과 확장된 2단계 정보시스템 지속사용모델을 이용하여 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수집된 375부를 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건은 사용자 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있었으며, 사용자 만족도와 경영자의 의지는 고도화 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 공급사의 기술력은 고도화 수용의도에 직접적인 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며 스마트팩토리 사용자의 만족도는 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건과 고도화 수용의도 간에 매개효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 향후 국내 중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 고도화를 위해서는 사용단계에서의 만족도 향상과 경영자의 스마트화 의지를 지속 향상시키는 노력이 중요하다고 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제를 융합적으로 탐색하는데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 교육학 분야에서 대학의 비교과교육과정에 대한 성과분석을 다룬 선행연구를 분석하는 절차와 함께 전문가 회의 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 비교과통합관리센터 조직 신설 이후 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위하여 근거기반되어야 할 실제를 몇 가지로 제시하는 것으로 구성되었다. 그리고 그 실제로는 비교과 맞춤형 학습역량 진단 도구 개발 및 진단 분석, 데이터 기반의 다차원적 분석(IR 시스템), 비교과 인증을 통한 상시 모니터링 분석, 부수적 환류도구 기반 분석이 융합적 관점과 맥락에서 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제는 덕성여자대학교의 비교과교육과정 성과평가 및 환류 시스템의 타당성과 안정성을 담보해 주며, 타 대학의 비교과 교육 업무에 긴밀한 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

보건의료분야의 선진화를 위한 정책 방향 (Policy Directions for Advancement in Health Care Sector)

  • In the shortest period of time, we achieved both industrialization and democratization. We also achieved good performance in health care sector. Whole population are covered by health insurance since 1989 and health outcomes, such as infant mortality, life expectance show good level. However, health care system has several problems, rapidly increasing rate of health care expenditure, dissatisfaction of both consumers and suppliers. Current health care system does not reconcile with market competition principle. Causes of these problems originated from 1977 paradigm which was formed to expand health insurance to whole population within short period. Dominant assumption of 1977 paradigm is to assure equitable access of health care by government's command and control. We urgently demand to reform the 1977 paradigm to suitable in 21th century. Our economy entered into a road to advancement. We have concerns how President Lee's administration reform health care system to harmonize with economic development and to achieve advancement in health care sector.

  • In modern society, the importance of inter-enterprise collaboration on supply chain is more emphasizing, depending on the industrial structure is going advanced. Therefore, the studies for advancement of inter-enterprise collaboration are taking, and especially the studies about how IT systems affect those advancement are taking. However, there are a shortage of recognition to each IT systems on B2B collaboration, additionally there is not much study of its application. In this study, we analyze the Performance Model relationship between the level and the importance of IT system for B2B collaboration in small and medium-sized enterprise, and draw a priority order for improvement of IT systems for its effective practical use.

경력개발시스템 경력단계별 수술실 간호사 업무수행능력 비교 (Comparison of Nursing Performance by Career Levels in a Nurse Career Ladder System)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare nursing performance by career levels in a career ladder system. Methods: This survey was conducted with 140 OR staff nurses. Ten unit managers evaluated their own staff with a performance evaluation tool composed of 51 items. Data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test, and ANCOVA. Results: In career level CN II, nursing performance showed differences by personal characteristics. However, there was no significant difference in level CN III. CN IIIs' nursing performance was significantly higher than CN IIs' in all domains. Nursing performance of CN III was significantly higher than CN IIs' in 5 to 10 years of clinical experience. Although there was no significant difference in other clinical experience groups, CN IIIs' scores were always higher than CN IIs' Conclusion: The results indicate that nursing performance improves with career ladder advancement. Organizations should encourage advancement to higher levels and eliminate obstacles.

틸팅 인덱스 테이블의 성능 향상을 위한 레이저 측정 실험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Laser Measurement Experiment for Performance Advancement of Tilting Index Table)

  • Currently, many researches are carried out about tilting index table, which is one of the main component of 5-axis machine tool. The performance of the tilting index table is associated the rotational accuracy which is very important factor for high precision machining because it have an effect on machining error. In this paper, a tilting index table is developed, and the rotational accuracy of the tilting index table using a laser measurement equipment is measured. In addition, a correction value is obtained from the measured value through compensation, and the correction value is used to improve the accuracy of the table. Comparative analysis is carried out for the accuracy of the table before and after compensation. This paper can be used by a reference for performance and reliability advancement of tilting index table.

AN ADVACNCED DISK BLOCK CACHING ALGORITHM FOR DISK I/O SUB-SYSTEM

  • A hard disk, which can be classified as an external storage is usually capacious and economical. In spite of the attractive characteristics and efforts on the performance improvement, however, the operation of the hard disk is apparently slower than a processor and the advancement has also been slowly conducted since it is based on mechanical process. On the other hand, the advancement of the processor has been drastically performed as semiconductor technology does. So, disk I/O sub-system becomes bottleneck of computer systems' performance. For this reason, the research on disk I/O sub-system is in progress to improve computer systems' performance. In this paper, we proposed multi-level LRU scheme and then apply it to the computer systems with buffer cache and disk cache. By applying the proposed scheme to computer systems, the average access time to disk blocks can be decreased. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm was verified by simulation results.
