Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between student teachers' perceptions on cooperating teacher's professionalism and motivation to become a teacher. Methods: The participants were 399 student teachers studying child care and education at two-year or four-year colleges in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, South Chungcheong, and Daejeon. They completed questionnaires on student teachers' perceptions on cooperating teacher's professionalism and motivation to become a teacher. The data were analyzed using ANOVA, t-test, and partial-correlation analyses. Results: There were three findings from this study. First, there was a significant difference in student teachers' perceptions on cooperating teacher's professionalism depending on the type of child care center and education system, rather than the type of class. Second, there was a significant difference in student teachers' motivation to become a teacher depending on the students' education system. Third, student teachers' perceptions on their cooperating teacher's professionalism correlated with their motivation to become a teacher. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggests that student teachers' perceptions on cooperating teacher's professionalism is significantly different depending on the type of child care center or educational system and is related with motivation to become a teacher.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사의 전문성 인식이 조직헌신에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 소재의 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 결측값을 제외한 286부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 전문성 인식은 중간 점수 이상의 수준을 보였으며, 서비스에 대한 신념이 가장 높게 나타났다. 전문성 인식과 조직헌신 간에는 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 직업에 대한 소명의식과 조직헌신 간의 상관관계가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 전문성 인식의 각 하위변인인 직업에 대한 소명의식, 전문조직의 활용이 조직헌신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업에 대한 소명의식이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 전문성 인식 및 조직헌신의 향상 방안과 후속연구의 과제를 제언하였다.

본 연구에서는 기록물관리 전문요원의 전문성에 관하여 기록물관리 전문요원 실무자와 기록관리학 전공학생의 인식 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌조사와 국내 외 사례조사 등을 통해 전문직으로서 기록물관리 전문요원에게 요구되는 전문성 요소를 총 3개의 영역 내에 8가지 항목과 29가지의 세부 요소로 도출하였다. 이에 근거하여 연구 가설을 설계하고, 설문문항을 구성하여 실무자와 전공학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과를 통계적으로 분석한 결과, 기록물관리 전문요원의 전문성에 관하여 실무자와 전공학생의 인식에서 차이가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of the students about professionalism on the elementary teachers' science teaching through network analysis of keyword. For this study, questionnaires were conducted to elementary school students. The collected data were translated by coding and data cleaning. And then analyzed by Gephi 0.9.2 program as a tool of the network analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Top 5 words in betweenness centrality were 'smart, experiment, fun, various, and student understanding'. There was some difference of perceptions of students according to personal backgrounds(gender, grade and interest toward science class). Based on the result of this study, implications to improve elementary teachers' science teaching professionalism were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to analyze changes in perceptions of the categories of environmental education and environmental education professionalism of teachers participating in a in-service teacher training programs for environmental education. For this study, surveys and interviews were conducted before and after participation of 20 elementary and secondary school teachers who had participated in 'in-service teacher training program for professional development in environmental education' in August of 2005. Before participation, most of teachers answered that 'Education for Environment' was essential factor among the categories for environmental education. After participation, 15 teachers retained their perception but 5 teachers had changed to 'Education about Environment' or 'Education for Environment'. Environmental professionalism was conducted in '5 ability categories of environment teachers' of Hungerford et al.(1994). Categories has goal domains such as 'Goal domain I (level of basic)', 'Goal domain II (level of conceptual perceptions)', 'Goal domain III (level of investigating and evaluation)', 'Goal domain IV(level of environmental action skill)', 'Goal domain V(level of educational apply)'. Before participation, teachers had a low level of professionalism in environmental areas, but after participation environmental education professionalism improved significantly into the all 'Goal domains'.

Objective: This study examined the effect of early childhood teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism, which are personal traits, when administering the National Childcare Curriculum. Methods: Using snowball sampling, data were collected from 266 childcare center teachers in the nation and were analyzed using one-way analyses of variance and multiple regression using SPSS 14.0. Results and Conclusion: The findings are as the following: First, teacher efficacy was not significantly different among teachers by age, teaching experience, education, and childcare center type. Second, teacher efficacy was significantly related to the perception of their professionalism. Lastly, teachers' perceptions of teacher efficacy and professionalism explained significantly the variance in teachers' performance when administering the National Childcare Curriculum.

본 연구에서는 교육대학교의 과학 심화전공 예비교사 및 과학교육과 대학원에 재학 중인 교사들의 교직 전문성에 대한 인식, 초등 교사의 전문성에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 또한, 과학 심화전공자로서 초등 과학교육에 대한 전문성에 대한 인식을 고찰하고, 이러한 인식이 과학교수의 효능감과 관련이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 수도권에 소재한 한 교육대학교의 과학교육과 예비교사 2학년 64명, 4학년 53명, 과학교육과 대학원에 재학 중인 교사 23명으로 총 140명이었다. 검사도구는 5점 리커트 척도로 구성된 교직 전문성 인식 검사 도구, 과학교수 효능감 검사 도구 및 초등 교사의 전문성에 대한 인식과 초등 과학교육의 전문성 인식에 대한 서술형 문항으로 구성하였다. 분석 결과, 교직 전문성에 대한 인식은 비교적 높았으며, 특히 전문적인 지식과 기술, 장기간의 전문적 교육, 교사로서의 자율성과 책무성에 많은 의미를 부여함을 알 수 있었다. 교직 전문성 및 일부 하위 영역에서 예비교사 2학년의 인식이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 초등 교사의 전문성에 대한 인식은 대부분 긍정적이었으며, 과학 심화전공자로서 초등 과학교육에 대한 전문성은 그에 비해 인식이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 초등 과학교육 전문성 인식 여부로 집단을 나누었을 때, 전문성에 대한 인식이 높은 집단이 과학교수 효능감도 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 초등교사교육에서의 과학 교과 전문성에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences between the kindergarten teachers and teachers working at child care centers in terms of their professionalism, teaching efficacy and their perceptions regarding the integration of kindergarten and child care centers. Furthermore, this study examined whether those differences which were revealed were found between the subjects by their college major degree and place of employment. The 598 teachers who served as subjects for this study completed self-administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square tests and t-tests. The main results were as follows. The significant differences were found between the subgroups by college major degree in teaching efficacy and perceptions regarding the integration system. In addition, the subjects from child care centers had higher levels of teaching efficacy than their counterparts in other work environments, even though they had majored in the same subjects of early childhood education.

Purpose: This study investigates the level of nursing professionalism and factors that affect nurse perceptions. Method: This study is a descriptive study involving 443 nursing students from two universities. Data were collected in September 2012 via a structured self-report questionnaire and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The mean scores for nurse image, core elements of nursing professionalism and nursing professionalism were $3.65{\pm}.46$, $4.17{\pm}.39$ and $3.59{\pm}.45$, respectively. Nursing Professionalism had a significant positive correlation with nurse image (r=.749, p<.001) and core elements of nursing professionalism (r=.365, p<.001). In multiple linear regression, factors that influenced nursing professionalism were: temperament as nurses, professionalism, vision of career, role performance of nurses' image, and fundamental nursing practical experience. These variables explained about 58.8% of the total variance in nursing professionalism. Conclusion: For more positive nursing professionalism among students, more attention should be paid to enhancing the positive image of nurses. Doing so can serve as a fundamental resource for the development of appropriate strategies for nursing professionalism.

본 연구는 우리나라 노인요양시설의 주요 인력인 요양보호사들을 중심으로 그들의 전문성 인식수준이 어떠한가를 살펴보고, 이러한 전문성 인식수준이 그들의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여 요양보호사의 전문성을 향상시키는 데에 필요한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기도, 부산의 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사 440명을 대상으로 설문지를 활용한 우편조사를 통해 이루어졌으며 조사는 2012년 8월 13일에서 31일까지 실시하였다. 본 연구조사 결과, 요양보호사들의 전문성 인식수준은 5점 만점에 평균 3.38점, 직무만족은 3.41점으로 보통수준인 것으로 나타났고, 전문성 인식수준과 직무만족간의 상관관계 분석을 한 결과 상관관계 계수 r=.553으로 두 변수 간에 유의미한 높은 정적인 관계를 보이고 있어, 요양보호사가 자신의 전문 직업에 대한 인식이 높을수록 개인의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 회귀분석을 통해 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 타 변수들 간의 관련성을 통제하고 분석했을 때 직무만족에 영향을 줄 수 있는 유의미한 변수는 전문성 인식과 연령인 것으로 나타나, 노인요양시설에서 직접적으로 서비스를 제공하는 요양보호사들의 전문성 인식을 제고하기 위해 실무경력에 맞는 적절한 직위와 처우가 제공될 수 되는 경력개발 및 승급체계 등의 마련과, 요양보호사 스스로 심리적 변화를 촉진할 수 있는 계기를 마련하기 위한 교육과 지원이 요양보호사 초기교육에서부터, 현장에 투입되고 나서의 재교육에 이르기까지 지속적 정기적으로 도입되어야함을 제언하였다.
