조직원의 조화열정과 집중이 지각된 성과에 미치는 영향: 강점활용 집단별 차이비교를 중심으로 (The Effect of Harmonious Passion and Concentration on Perceived Performance: Based on Comparison Analysis by Strength Use Groups)

  • 본 연구는 기업 내 조직원의 강점활용을 통한 조화열정과 집중이 지각된 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 했다. 이에 본 연구는 조직 내 구성원의 조화열정과 집중이 지각된 성과에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 강점 활용의 집단 별 차이를 비교 분석하는 연구 모형을 설계하고 국내 기업 내 조직구성원 총 460명을 대상으로 수집된 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 조직원들의 조화열정과 집중은 지각된 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조화열정과 지각된 성과의 관계에서는 강점 활용 정도에 따른 고집단과 저집단을 비교했을 때 고집단에서만 유의미한 관계가 나타나는 것으로 확인되어 조화열정과 같은 조직원의 심리적 변인들을 성과로 연결시키는데 있어서 강점활용이 영향요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 조직의 강점 활용이 개인과 조직에게 미치는 잠재적 유익을 실증적으로 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있으며, 조직 구성원들의 심리적 동기 변인과 강점활용의 중요성을 강조하고, 그 활용방안을 모색하고자 했다.

치위생과 학생의 건강증진행위 결정요인에 관한 연구 (The Determinants of Health Promoting Behavior in Students on Dept of Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구는 2004년 9월 13일부터 17일까지 전라남도 K시에 소재하는 4개의 대학에 재학중인 치과위생과 학생 1,2,3학년을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지로 건강증진 행위와 자기효능감, 인지된 이익, 인지된 장애, 건강통제위, 자아존중감과 인구사회학적 요인을 조사하여 건강증진 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 건강증진 행위는 2.60 이었고, 하부요인으로 자아실현 2.89, 건강책임 2.12, 운동 1.89, 영양 2.45, 대인관계 2.97, 스트레스관리 2.63 이었다. 자기효능감은 2.56, 인지된 이익문항은 3.45, 인지된 장애 문항은 2.32, 건강통제위는 3.04, 자아존중감은 2.81이었다. 2. 인구사회학적 특성과 건강증진 행위와의 관계에서는 학년, 종교, 경제수준, 가족질병경험, 본인의 질병경험, 인지된 건강상태(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 존재하였고, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.001)에 따라 유의한 차이가 존재하였다. 하부영역중 자아실현은 학년, 경제수준, 인지된 건강상태(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고 종교, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.01)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 건강책임은 학년, 종교, 경제수준, BMI(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 본인의 질병경험, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.001)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 운동영역은 모의 교육정도, 가족 질병경험, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 영양영역은 경제수준, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.01)에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 인지된 건강상태(p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대인관계 영역은 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.05)에서 만이 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 스트레스 관리 영역은 학년, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3. 인구사회학적 특성과 인지-지각요인과의 관계에서는 자기 효능감은 경제수준, 인지된 건강상태(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 인지된 유익성은 종교(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 인지된 장애는 경제수준, 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 본인의 질병경험(p<0.01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 건강통제위는 학년(p<0.05)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 자아존중감은 인지된 구강건강상태(p<0.01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 4. 건강증진행위와 자기효능감(r=0.376), 인지된 유익성 (r=0.188), 인지된 장애(r=-0.155), 건강통제위(r=0.064), 자아존중감(r=0.318), 인지된 건강(r=0.084), 인지된 구강 건강(r=0.165)은 모두 통계적으로 의미있는 상관이 존재하였다. 5. 건강증진 행위에 영향을 미치는 변수를 조사한 결과 가장 영향력 있는 변수는 자기효능감이었고, 자아존중감, 인지된 유익성, 인지된 구강건강 순서였으며, 이 네 변수를 투입하여 건강증진 행위 18.5%를 설명할 수 있었다. Pender의 건강증진모형을 이용하여 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아 보았으나 설명력이 18.5%로 낮아 좀 더 많은 요인을 찾아내는 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

환자대면서비스에 대한 의사의 중요도 인식과 실천간 차이에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Gap Between Physician's Perceived Importance and Performance of Interpersonal Care)

  • To examine the gap between physician's perceived importance and performance of care and to identify factors associated with the gap. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with 91 physicians working in a University hospital in Seoul. The respondents were asked about their perceived importance and actual performance of interpersonal care on a 5-point Likert-type scale, indicating a higher score as higher importance and performance. Interpersonal care was measured by questions modified from the Korean Standard Service Quality Index, which are grouped into 6 categories: basic services, extra services, reliability, courtesy, convenience, and tangibles. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out physician characteristics associated with the gap. All of the 6 interpersonal care categories showed lower performance than perceived importance. The respondents tended to have a worse performance than perceived importance as the number of patients per outpatient care session ($\beta$=-0.0204, p<0.05) and the need for customer satisfaction education increase ($\beta$=-0.2226, p<0.05). Female physicians ($\beta$=0.2336, p<0.05) and those with higher job satisfaction($\beta$=0.0096, p<0.05) showed a better performance than perception. Overall, it appears that lower quality of interpersonal care was delivered to patients than the desired level considered by the responding physicians. Based on the regression analysis results, it is suggested that reducing patient volume per session, fulfilling education need for customer satisfaction, and improving job satisfaction may contribute to reduce the gap between physician's perceived importance and performance of interpersonal care.

임상간호사가 인지한 병태생리학 지식, 필요도와 임상실무와의 연계성 (A Study of Clinical Nurses' Knowledge, Need and Clinical Performance about Pathophysiology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge and the Need of pathophysiology, perceived connectivity between knowledge of pathophysiology and clinical practice, and confidence and satisfaction with clinical performance by applying the knowledge to clinical practice, and to analyze the correlation between the knowledge, perceived connectivity, and confidence and satisfaction of clinical nurses. Methods: Subjects consisted of 149 clinical nurses who work at 7 general hospitals and 6 university hospitals located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi province in Korea. Those who learned pathophysiology during their undergraduate program were recruited by using a convenient sampling. The data were collected between April 23 and May 24 in 2012. Participants responded to self-administered questionnaires about knowledge and the need of pathophysiology, and the perceived connectivity between knowledge and clinical practice, and confidence and satisfaction with clinical performance by applying knowledge to clinical practice. Results: Mean scores of knowledge and the need of pathophysiology were $2.88{\pm}0.34$ and $2.33{\pm}0.39$ each. Scores of knowledge and the need of 3 units such as fluid and electrolyte imbalance, acid-base imbalance, and alterations in the respiratory system were high among 23 units while that of adolescent disorders was the lowest. The mean score of perceived connectivity between knowledge and clinical practice was $7.32{\pm}1.57$, and those of confidence and satisfaction with clinical performance by applying the knowledge to clinical practice were $7.66{\pm}1.66$ and $7.42{\pm}1.67$ respectively. Knowledge of pathophysiology was positively correlated with the perceived connectivity between knowledge and clinical practice, and confidence, and satisfaction with clinical performance. Conclusion: The results indicate that knowledge and the need of pathophysiology in clinical nurses is above average, and that knowledge of pathophysiology is important in promoting perceived connectivity with clinical practice and increasing confidence and satisfaction with clinical performance by applying knowledge to clinical practice.

업무성과에 영향을 미치는 정보시스템의 특성에 관한 실증연구 : 회계정보시스템을 중심으로 (Characteristics of Information System that Affect Business Performance : Focusing on Accounting Information System)

  • As having analyzed an advance research that had looked into how characteristics of information system affect use and success of the concerned system, the study determined that system quality, information quality and service quality are the fundamental requirements for a good accounting information system. In addition, based on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that have been selected as major variables related to information system acceptance proposed by Davis[10], the study conducted an empirical analysis on how such factors would influence performance of the accounting information system. According to the results from the analysis, the system quality one of the characteristics of the accounting information system was observed to have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use while both the information quality and the service quality would positively affect the perceived usefulness. Not only that, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness were confirmed to be a significant factor to the performance, and with those results, all the theses of the study have been selected. As proved even with the information system success model, the system quality, the information quality and the service quality are definitely the most necessary elements for business management, and it also turned out that those elements would play an important role in several stages of the information system.

특1급 호텔 조리사의 위생교육 현황과 위생관련 조리업무 인지 및 직무수행도 (Status of Sanitary Education and Recognition and Perceived Performance of Cooking Operations Related to Sanitation for Cooks in a Super Deluxe Hotel)

  • A survey on the status of sanitary education and recognition and perceived performance of cooking operations related to sanitation for cooks at nine deluxe hotels in the Seoul area was conducted. The frequency of a food sanitary training program inside the hotel was 94.0%, and the frequency of training was 'once a month' at 68.5%. The program was taught by a hygienist in the hotel (62.7%), and 64.2% of cooks always attended. Cooks' recognition of HACCP was 3.52, and the importance of education on HACCP was higher at 3.77. Cook's' level of sanitary management was satisfactory with an average of 3.83 out of 5 in a Likert scale. The results showed a high average (4.08) for importance of personal hygiene during cooking, but satisfaction of personal hygiene was rather low at 3.92. Cooks' recognition of food sanitation in work field was very high at 4.15. The average scale of recognition on personal hygiene was 4.36, and out of 10 items related to personal hygiene, 'maintaining hand hygiene' showed the highest recognition (4.43). In a performance scale, the average was 4.24, and 'performing annual health examination' was the highest at 4.38. Perceived recognition of 18 items related to food sanitation had an average of 4.41, whereas the average for performance was lower at 4.31. Perceived recognition of 12 items related to cooking equipments had an average of 4.39, and average scale of performance was 4.28. Therefore, cooks' high recognition of food sanitation but rather low recognition of satisfaction of personal hygiene and perceived performance indicated that systematic sanitation management monitoring tools are necessary for higher performance.

CSR 활동의 적합성이 소비자 제품 성능 평가에 미치는 영향: CSR 정보 원천과 소비자 전문성의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (Effect of the CSR Fit on the Perceived Product Performance and the Moderating Effect of the CSR Information Source and Consumer's Expertise)

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities are important tool in corporate management strategies. However, the way that companies conduct CSR activities might bring different effect on consumers. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of CSR fit (similarity between the firm's CSR activities and the firm's core products or technologies) on the consumers' evaluation on product performance. In addition to the main effects of CSR fit on perceived product performance, and we also examined how this effect changes when CSR information source and consumer expertise are involved as control variables. Study 1 of this research was conducted with US consumers and study 2 was with Chinese consumers. Experimental results show that consumers' perceive product performance is better when the fit between CSR activities and firm's core products or technologies is low than the fit is high. When CSR information sources are neutral sources, consumers perceive product performance to be better when the fit between the firm's CSR activities and the firm's core products or technologies is low than the fit is high. However when CSR information was delivered by company's source like nadvertisement, such difference disappears. This study also show that the higher the customer's expertise, the better the product performance was perceived for high-fit CSR activities. On the other hand, the lower the consumer's expertise, the better perceived product performance was perceived for low-fit CSR activities.

The Effects of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Perceived Firm-Efficacy, Policy Satisfaction, and Managerial Performance in SMEs and Startups: Focusing on Government Support Policies for SMEs and Startups

  • The government's various support policies have helped Korea's SMEs and startups to grow from the beginning to the end, from domestic companies to exporters. In particular, direct business support policies such as financial support, R&D projects, and export support have been effective in helping a large number of entrepreneurs and startup companies to establish themselves in the market and have achieved tangible results every year since the establishment of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. As such, the government is making significant efforts to create and promote various types of support policies and to help companies utilize them in their business. However, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of government policies and the achievement of managerial performance from the companies' perspective and to suggest the purpose of government support policies and the direction companies should take. Specifically, this study categorizes entrepreneurial self-efficacy into marketing, innovation, management, risk-taking, and financial management, using the relationship model of self-efficacy and collective efficacy to ultimately lead to practical results for SMEs and startups support policies. It uses perceived firm efficacy as a variable to reveal the influence relationship. In addition, the direct and mediating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and policy satisfaction on managerial performance were analyzed to determine what SMEs and startups support policies should do. The results showed that, first, among the five components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, innovation, and risk-taking efficacy positively affected perceived firm efficacy. Second, the specific components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, marketing, and financial management efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction. Third, we found that perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction and managerial performance, which are factors of SMEs and startups' policy performance. Specifically, perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction managerial performance. Fourth, we found that policy satisfaction positively influenced managerial performance.

중소병원 간호사의 유치도뇨관 관련 요로감염 감염관리 수행 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing the Infection Control Performance of Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection of Nurses in Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine nurses' knowledge, health beliefs, and performance regarding the infection control of catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) and to identify factors affecting their infection control performance of the CAUTI. Methods: The subjects were 166 nurses at three hospitals with less than 300 beds in urban areas.Data were collected using structured questionnaires about knowledge, health beliefs, and performance regarding the infection control of the CAUTI. Statistical analysis included t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, Multiple regression analysis. Results: The factors affecting the infection control performance of CAUTI were knowledge (β=.18, p=.010), perceived seriousness (β=.25, p=.001), perceived barriers (β=.41, p<.001), and cues to action (β=.15, p=.030), and these factors explained 28.7% of the variance for the infection control performance of the CAUTI. Conclusion: In this study, higher levels of knowledge, perceived seriousness and, cues to action, and lower perceived barriers resulted in a corresponding higher performance in the infection control of CAUTI. Based on these findings, providing intervention programs enhancing the health beliefs of nurses is necessary to ensure their infection control performance of the CAUTI.

Impact of Organizational Justice and Perceived Organizational Support on Effectiveness of Police Crime Control

  • The main purpose of the research is to examine impact of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on effectiveness of crime control in police organizations. This research employs a survey questionnaire to measure organizational justice, perceived organizational support, and effectiveness of crime control. The number of subject of the study is 285 police officers working in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs regression analysis to analyze the effect of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on police performance. As the result of analysis, the effect of organizational justice on effectiveness of crime control is statistically significant at the level 0.01, perceived organizational support at the level 0.05. The key finding of this study is that in the performance-based management system, the reciprocal relationships between managers and individual officers with organizational justice and perceived organizational support play an important role in building a sustainable growth system in the police.
