The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister's ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister's competence plays a role in both 'pre-participation readiness and business performance' and 'between change management during participation and business performance'. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. It will be possible to enhance social competitiveness by resolving senior jobs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs by discovering and utilizing Meister, who is an expert among retirees.

In this study, we analyzed the longitudinal effect of participation in an overseas exchange student program on foreign language competence, intercultural competence, and personal development. Data were collected over three time points from the pre-, post-, and post-post tests with Korean college students who participated in an overseas exchange program. Hierarchical linear model was conducted to examine whether the change of participation effects exists over time and which predictors affected outcomes. The results of unconditional growth model showed that foreign language competence, cultural competence, and personal development showed statistically significant differences in their initial status prior to departure to participate in an overseas program as well as their growth rate. The results of conditional growth model showed that parents' level of education and overseas experiences before college affected the initial status of foreign language competence, and gender and overseas experience before college affected those of cultural competence as well as personal development. In case of growth rate, overseas experience before college and destination country/region affected foreign language competence, and interactions between Korean participating students and local students affected cultural competence. For personal development, only overseas experiences before college affected its growth rate. Lastly, relevant discussion and implications were provided.

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effects of communication competence and compassionate competence on academic self-efficacy of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 131 nursing students and the data collection was from November 5 to 30, 2018. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Significant relationships were found among communication competence and compassionate competence and academic self-efficacy. Motivation for admission, adaptation of nursing, participation on practice and compassion competence were found to academic self-efficacy. Therefore, in order to increase the academic self-efficacy it is necessary to make efforts to increase the participation on practice and to improve compassion competence as a strategy to increase academic self-efficacy of nursing students.

This study aims to inspect the effect of the yungbokhap education on the development of students' mathematical competence by analyzing students' mathematical discourse in math-based yungbokhap instruction designed by Moon(2014). Specifically, this research focused on the analysis of students' participation structure. The reuslts shows that the students' competence for mathematical communication and inquiry has been improved through the instruction. In particular, the students were increasingly engaged with consensual talk. Also, in the beginning stage, the students tended to unconditionally criticize for others' mathematical opinion. Through the class participation, they gradually developed the competence to express their mathematical ideas to their peers with reasonable mathematical bases. These results suggests that the mathematics-based yungbokhap instruction has positively contributed to the improvement of students' mathematical competence. Based on the results, this paper presented implications for mathematics-based yungbokhap instrcution.

The purpose of this study is to explain the long term growth and development of elementary teachers' Professional Learning Communities(PLC) about mathematics implemented on an institutional basis. Especially, it is meaningful to analyze and present the development process and characteristics of PLC, which was started by the basis on the collaboration of a National University of Education and its affiliated elementary school. In this study, PLC activities during three years were analyzed according to the capacities and dimensions of a professional learning community. The developmental capacity of the PLC analyzed in this study can be summarized as follows. In the first year, development of organizational competence in terms of capacity, resources, structure, and system of exchanges was the main factor in personal competence, and the development of individual competence began to share collective learning and practice. In the second year, personal exchanges were active in all the topics of activities, and personal level competence was activated such that more activities of critical knowledge formation were performed on an individual level. On the basis of the development of the individual level formed in the second, individual competence and organizational capacity developed. Factors that have influenced the development of capacities of PLC include: disclosure of activities outside the community, participation in outsiders, provision of procedures to share equal participation and leadership, voluntary and critical participation of teachers, improvement of mathematics teaching methods, sharing themes and visions.

The present study examined variables relevant to children's learning-related social skills to determine predictive contributions of such variables as parenting behaviors and parenting competence. Subjects were 130 four and five years old children and their parents. Data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, t-test, bivariate correlation, multiple regression, and step-wise multiple regression. Results indicated that passionate participation parenting and parenting competence were significantly correlated with children's learning-related social skills, and passionate participation parenting was the most critical predictors of children's learning-related social skills.

Purpose: This study sought to explore the effects of sport enjoyment on leisure commitment. Research design, data, and methodology: Subjects of this study are members of MTB participation in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and were selected by purposive sampling out of non-probability sampling. 295 questionnaires were collected and 288 questionnaires were used for the study. To analyze data, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis were employed. Results: First, as for leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment pursuant, there was significant difference in gender, age, the number of participation in weekly leisure, and hours of participation in weekly leisure. Second, regarding MTB participants' amusement and leisure satisfaction competence had significant influence on all the sub-factors of leisure satisfaction and that both achievement and competence had impacts on social leisure satisfaction. Third, regarding effects on leisure commitment, competence of amusement had impacts on cognitive and behavioral leisure commitment. Fourth, regarding relationships between leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment, satisfaction of mental leisure, social leisure, relaxation leisure, physiological leisure and leisure satisfaction had significant influence on cognitive commitment. Conclusions: Summary of above results showed that MTB participants' amusement factor had significant influence on leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment. Implications were discussed. This study aims to identify the effect of the mental health and leisure competence of senior citizen through participation in archery activity on satisfaction in their life. To achieve the purpose, the study interviewed members of the Archery and Sports Association living in Gwangju, Jeonnam and Jeonbuk using a questionnaire and collected 328 valid responses. The questions as measuring instruments such as leisure competence, depression, self-esteem, and satisfaction level which were developed by previous studies were revised for this study. For a statistics, a frequency analysis, a descriptive analysis, a correlation analysis, and a structural model analysis were conducted. As a result, first, the higher self-esteem of the subjects, the more they participated in archery and were satisfied with their life. Second, the lower depression they had, the more they participated in archery and were satisfied with their life. Third, as leisure competence of the subjects was not a main factor of archery participation, the related assumption was rejected. The mental health of the senior citizen such as self-esteem and depression was a factor of participation in archery and their satisfaction with their life grew higher through participation in archery.

Virtual project organization may be recognized as one of the promising business models in which many knowledge sources externalize through cross boundaries of knowledge-based organizations. This paper proposes a knowledge competence evaluation of virtual project organization based on the following perspectives: 1) Individual knowledge perspective, 2) Activity-oriented knowledge perspective, and 3) Knowledge-driven social network perspective. In the framework, individual knowledge competence having experienced or learned from knowledge-based activities and virtual networks in the project, should be evaluated according to the assumption that knowledge and collaboration competence depends on the activities and networks acquired proportionally by the past participation to projects. An illustrative SI example is given in order to validate the proposed evaluation and computing procedure.

This study was to investigate whether there are any differences in social competence by the frequency of young children's video and computer game use. Social development was categorized as peer popularity and social competence. The subjects were 215 children(118 boys, 97 girls) aged 4-6 years(M= 63.6 months, SD=6.8) from 3 kindergartens in Chung-Cheong Nam Do. The frequency of children's video and computer game use was reported by their parents. Peer popularity was rated by their classmates and social competence by their teachers with Kohn Social Competence Scale(KSCS). No significant relationship was found between game use and peer popularity. The children who played video and computer games once or twice a week got the highest score on the‘social interest and participation’But social cooperation dimension was not related with the frequency of video and computer game use but with the sex of children.
