청소년의 그릿에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 개인요인, 부모요인, 학교요인을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting Adolescent's Grit: Individual Factor, Parent Factor, School Factor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 개인요인과 부모요인, 학교요인이 그릿 간의 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS 2018)자료를 활용하여 중학교 1학년 학생 2,394명을 표본으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 개인요인인 자아존중감과 주의집중은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모요인인 거부, 강요, 비일관성은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학교요인인 교사관계는 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 청소년기에 그릿에 미치는 요인들을 예측하여 후속연구에 제언하였다.

중학생을 대상으로 한 Moos 월경증상 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증 (Study on the Validity and Reliability of MMDQ (Moos Menstrual Distress Questionnaire) among Middle School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to test the validity and reliability of the MMDQ for middle school students. Method: A convenience sample of 318 middle school students were asked to complete the MMDQ which consisted of 37 items and data were collected from May to June, 2004. Result: 1. Six factors for MMDQ (except insomnia, finally 36 items) were extracted through the principal component analysis with varimax rotation, and these contributed 56.7% of the variance in the total score. All 36 items in the scale loaded above .37 on one of 6 factors. 2. Factor 1 has 7 items, factor 2 has 9 items, factor 3 has 8 items, factor 4 has 5 items, factor 5 has 4 items, and factor 6 has 3 items. 3. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for internal consistency of MMDQ was .946 for the total 37 items and .88, .86, .88, .81, .70, .61 for the six factors in that order. Conclusion: MMDQ was identified its adequacy as PMS measurement tool for middle aged students in Korea. In further study, these factors would be confirmed across different samples and across different methods of data collection.

아동간호사 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인: 자기효능, 감정노동, 아동간호사-환아부모 파트너십을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Job Stress of Pediatric Nurses: Focusing on Self-Efficacy, Emotional Labor, Pediatric Nurse-Parent Partnership)

  • Purpose: In this study self-efficacy, emotional labor, pediatric nurse-parent partnership and job stress of pediatric nurses were examined. Factors affecting job stress of pediatric nurses were also investigated. Methods: The study was done between June and September 2014, with a convenience sample of 145 nurses from 3 advanced general hospitals, 5 general hospitals and 2 children's hospitals. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analysed using SPSS version 18.0. Results: Average levels of self-efficacy, emotional labor and job stress were similar to other general nurses and the average level of pediatric nurse-parent partnership was also similar to other pediatric nurses. Job stress of pediatric nurses showed a positive correlation with emotional labor and negative correlations with self-efficacy and pediatric nurse-parent partnership. The most significant factor affecting job stress in pediatric nurses was emotional labor (${\beta}=0.372$, p<.001). The combination of emotional labor, pediatric nurse-parent partnership and self-efficacy accounted for 25.4% of job stress in pediatric nurses. Conclusion: These results suggest that nursing management strategies to decrease emotional labor and improve pediatric nurse-parent partnerships and self-efficacy are critical to decrease job stress for pediatric nurses. Continued development of nursing management interventions to decrease job stress in pediatric nurses is suggested.

개인의 심리적 특성과 부모와의 애착 및 대학생활적응 (Student Personal Characteristics, Parent Attachment and Adjustment in College)

  • The purpose of the present study is to explore two main research questions; whether or not there is a difference in student adjustment in college according to socio-demographics characteristics, and to analyze the effects of self-esteem, self-identity, interaction anxiousness, and parent attachment on the adjustment of college students. The results were as follows: First, students' adjustments in college showed significant differences according to gender, cramming for repeating a college entrance exam, living with their parents, college major, family income, and religion. Second, the self-esteem, self-identity, interaction anxiousness, and parent attachment of college students impacted the related adjustment. Self-identity was the most important factor for predicting the adjustment in College. Therefore, this result suggests that the programs of self-identity Improvement are needed for the adjustment in college life.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of attitude towards parent brand on extended fashion products in case of fashion brand extension. The subjects of this study were 386 college students and data were collected using survey questionnaire. For data analysis, factor analysis and path analysis were applied. The results showed that there were four factors (e.g., familiarity attitude, emotional attitude, value-expressive attitude, utility information attitude) in attitude towards parent brand and six factors (e.g., economical risk, utilitarian risk, social risk, psychological risk, time/advantage loss risk, risk for losing opportunity) under perceived risk in extended product. The results showed that attitude towards parent brand had a negative effect on perceived risk in extended products and had a positive effect on attitude towards extended products. Perceived risk in extended products then had a negative effect on purchase intention of extended products whereas attitude towards extended products had a positive effect on purchase intention of extended products.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of communication skills and pediatric nurse-parent partnership on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was administered to 205 pediatric nurses working in children's, general, and tertiary hospitals situated in Chungcheong province and Seoul. Data were collected in August and September 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 26.0 along with the PROCESS macro program. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect, and was a critical factor affecting the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses. Furthermore, communication skills and nurse-parent partnership had a serial double mediating effect. Conclusion: These findings underscore the significance of conducting job satisfaction improvement programs, including strategies for augmenting emotional intelligence, bolstering communication skills, and fostering nurse-parent partnership.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of parent-child communication, and the self-efficacy of middle school students on school adjustment. The data was collected from 285 middle school students living in Kwangju. For statistical analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's multiple Comparison Analysis, LSD and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The results were summarized as follows : concerning connections between demographic variables and parent-child communication, the education of the father made the most significant difference, followed by living standard, free time for communication with the father, and free time for communication with the mother. The level of communication with parent made a significant difference to each sub-factor of school adjustment. As a result of making a hierarchical regression analysis to find out the relative impact of the demographic variables on school adjustment, self-efficacy was identified as the most important variable and predictor of school adjustment. The independent variables exercised a different influence on the sub-factors of school adjustment. These results indicated that adolescent's self-efficacy is the most important variable to improve the school adjustment of students.

저소득층 부모가 지각한 부모효능감, 결혼만족도, 사회적지지와 지역사회환경의 질이 가정 중심 유아교육의 부모참여도에 미치는 영향 (Parental Efficacy, Marriage Satisfaction, Social Support and Neighborhood Context as Predictors of Parent Involvement in Low Income Preschool Children's Education)

  • This study examined the relationship between parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, social support, neighborhood context, and parental involvement in preschool children's education in low income families. Total 460 low income parents' data about parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, social support, neighborhood context, and parental involvement are collected from the data of index studies for Korean child and adolescent's development in 2009. Parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, perceived social support and perceived neighborhood context correlated positively with parental involvement. Regression analysis detected different patterns of association between these variables and the three dimensions of parent involvement. Perceived neighborhood context was associated with child care involvement, while parental efficacy was the most influential factor related to child leisure involvement. Marriage satisfaction was the strongest factor influencing involvement in children's educational activity. These results support the validity of a multi-dimensional, ecological conceptualization of parent involvement in low income families.

Virginiamycin 생합성 유도인자 Virginiae Butanolide C에 이한 Erythromycin 생산 유도 (Induction of Erythromycin by Virginiamycin Inducing Factor, Virginiae Butanolide C)

  • Streptomyces virginiae 유래의 virginiamycin 생합성 유도인자인 VB-C를 이용하여 다른 방선균에의 항생물질 생산 유도 기능을 검토하였다. Erythromycin 생산균인 Streptomyces erythraeus를 공시균주로 사용하였으며, VB-C 결합 receptor 유전자가 포함된 plasmid(pARS 701, 9 kb)를 공시균주에 도입하여 transformant로 사용하였다. Parent와 transformant 모두 유도인자인 VB류를 생산하였으며, VB-C의 signal 전달에 관여하는 결합 단백질의 존재가 확인되었다. Parent는 본배양 0, 20, 44시간째에 합성 VB-C 300 ng/ml를 첨가시 초기 항생물질 생산시기가 약 8시간 이상 단축되었다. Transformant는 본배양 44시간에 첨가시 6시간 이상 항생물질 생산시기가 단축되었고 항생물질 생산량도 증가되었으며, parent에 비해 B. subtilis에도 강한 항균력을 나타내었다. 또한 항균 spectrum은 parent보다는 transformant가 생산한 항생물질의 항균호과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, VB-C를 첨가한 경우 미첨가 경우보다 넓은 항균 spectrum을 보였다. 이들 결과에서 공시균인 S. erythraeus에서 VB signal 전달에 따른 항생물질 생산유도가 입증되었으며, VB-C receptor gene의 도입에 따른 발현과 함께 VBs의 유도, 항생물질의 생산시기의 단축 및 생산량의 증가가 예상됨에 따라 다양한 Streptomyces sp. 균주를 대상으로 항생물질의 대량생산을 비롯한 새로운 2차 대사산물 생산에의 응용이 예상되었다.

프로야구 팬의 팀동일시와 팀충성도가 모기업 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Professional Baseball Fan's Team Identification and Team Loyalty on Purchase Intention of Parent Company Products)

  • 본 연구는 프로야구 팬의 팀동일시와 팀충성도가 모기업 제품에 대한 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 프로야구팀 중 국내 대표적 전자제품 제조사를 모기업으로 두고 있는 삼성라이온스와 LG트윈스 팬을 연구대상으로 278명의 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 프로야구 팬의 팀동일시는 팀충성도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 프로야구 팬의 팀충성도는 모기업 제품 구매의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 팀충성도는 팀동일시와 모기업 제품 구매의도간을 매개하는 효과가 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 팀동일시는 모기업 제품 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 주요 변인이며, 팀충성도는 이를 매개하는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
