스크린도아용 고효율 직접구동 PMAC Driver 개발 (Development of Hi-efficiency Direct Drive PMAC Controller for Screen Door)

  • 본 논문은 최근 급속히 늘어나고 있는 승강장 스크린 도어장치 제어의 효율성과 안전성을 확보하기 위해 현재 스크린 도어에 적용되고 있는 BLDC 기어드모터 제어시스템을 대치할 수 있는 고효율, 고토크 기어리스 PMAC 모터를 스크린 도어장치에 적용시키 위한 드라이브 및 제어장치 설계, 제작 및 적용에 관한 시스템 개발 연구이다. 개발시스템은 구동장치를 단순화하기위해 고효율 및 고 토크의 영구 자석형 BLAC 모터와 그에 따르는 구동드라이버를 채택하여 도어 구동시스템을 단순화하여 고장요인을 줄이고 에너지를 절약할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구에서는 스크린도어 제어시스템 구성, 고효율 PMAC 모터를 Drive 하기 위한 회로설계, PMAC 모터 Drive 보드 제작, 구동 프로그래밍을 위한 알고리즘 및 구현 및 테스트 결과 등에 관하여 고찰한다.

PMAC과 TMAC 변이 알고리즘에 대한 안전성 고찰 (A Security Analysis of PMAC and TMAC variant)

  • 본 고에서는 J. Black과 P. Rogaway이 설계한 PMAC과 C. J. Mitchell이 설계한 CBC-MAC 변이 알고리즘인 TM$AC^{*}$ 에 대해, 위조 공격(forgery attack) 관점에서 안전성을 고찰한다. Truncation을 사용하는 PMAC 경우에는 약 $2^{n}$ 2+1/개 선택 평문과 약 $2^{n-}$$\tau$번 MAC 검증 과정으로 위조 공격이 가능하고 Truncation을 사용하지 않는 경우에는 약 $2^{n}$ 2+1/개 선택 평문만으로 위조 공격이 가능하다. 또한, TM$AC^{*}$ 의 경우에도 약 $2^{n}$ 2+1/개 선택 평문만 획득하면 위조 공격을 성공할 수 있다.

  • PMAC(Permanent magnet AC) motor drives are widely used in the industrial applications and home appliances because of high torque ratio, high efficiency and precise control performance.   • Vector controlled PMAC(Permanent Magnet AC) motor, with rare-earth permanent magnet, are suitable for servo system demanding fast speed response. However, abrupt acceleration and deceleration control for fast response requires big instantaneous input power. So general PI control of PMAC motors can't be applied for limited power supply system like airplane or portable equipment because of input power fluctuation. Proposed technique to restrain instantaneous input power use variable power limit depends on airgap flux power. Stability check for proposed system is done.

  • We analyzed the current status of the telescope control system (TCS2) of the 1.8 m telescope in Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO), and suggest a new TCS (TCS3) for the long term development of BOAO. The TCS2 was constructed in 1998 to replace the TCS1 which was installed with the telescope itself at the commencement of BOAO. One of the important parts of TCS is PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller), which is a general-purpose multi-axis motion controller. PMAC provides the direct interactive communication environment permitting users to command the controller directly with simple operations. This makes the setup, debugging, and diagnostics very easy. The TCS2 was operated stable for a long time, but the hardware and TCS computers have been deteriorated and are out of date now. The new TCS3 needs to be constructed based on a modern computer system. And functions such as pre-calculations of telescope limiting position, interworking with virtual observatory tools, and using GUI, etc should be added. Construction of the TCS3 will be a step creating a better observation environment for the Korean astronomical society.

  • This paper proposes a structure of the control system for the step & scan exposure tool. The step & scan exposure tool is used for the manufacturing process of the semiconductor DRAM memory of giga bit. The control system employs the VME bus instead of the conventional ISA bus so that all control signals and data can be managed separately by the 4 VME-PCs for fast and fault-free flow of signals for multi-tasking. A high speed I/O card is equipped for the real-time monitoring and control of the sub module equipment. Then all the subsystems are integrated and aligned for the operation of the step & scan exposure tool with the VME bus and, I/O card.

  • This paper introduces an approach of method to compensate accuracy error of diagonal direction. The measurement of squareness error is an important parameter in performance test of two axis Linear Motor and this exerts influence on accuracy error of diagonal test. However, previous knowledge management approaches are limited in deviation measurement of optical axis or restrictive elements of diagonal measurements using laser interferometer. But this proposed method calculated diagonal accuracy error which was occurred by squareness error and compensated squareness error using orthogonal correction method of PMAC. From this result, diagonal accuracy error is significantly reduced. This experimental results show that geometric error of squareness error is easily corrected by dynamic coordinate correction.

박막 절단용 PZT 구동 미세깊이 조절 장치의 특성 (Characteristics of a PZT-Driven Micro Depth Adjustment Device for Cutting Coated Film)

  • This study aims to develop a PZT-driven depth adjustment device with a flexure hinge and to investigate its static/dynamic characteristics. This device will be applied to rapidly and accurately trace a flat surface with slight waviness of up to several hundreds of micrometers in magnitude. One typical example is to cut a film coated on a steel plate. A depth control system composed of PMAC, PZT/PZT amplifier, flexure hinge/knife, and laser displacement sensor is implemented on a desktop three-axis machine and an actual cutting test is conducted on a steel workpiece with a sinusoidal-wavy surface. It is verified that the dynamic characteristics of the device limit the maximum cutting speed and depth precision.

  • In this paper. we designed a high precision Linear DC Motor(LDM) Driver with $120^{\circ}$ commutation method. It was composed of three parts which were divided into Power and Inverter Circuit. Analog Circuit with PWM Generation and Fault Protections. and Logic Circuit. We selected PMAC Controller by Delta Tau Co. for testifying a high accuracy of a designed driver. A high precision driver enhanced a response to changes of velocity and acceleration in motion and improved the accuracy.
