In this paper, retention characteristics of lateral charge migration according to parameters of 3D NAND flash memory to which ferroelectric (HfO₂) structure is applied and ∆V_th were analyzed. The larger the P_s, the greater maximum polarization possible in ferroelectric during Programming. Therefore, the initial V_th increases by about 1.04V difference at P_s 70µC/cm² than at P_s 25µC/cm². Also, electrons trapped after the Program operation causes lateral charge migration over time. Since ferroelectric maintains polarization without applying voltage to the gate after Programming, regardless of P_s value, polarization increases as P_r increases and the ∆V_th due to lateral charge migration becomes smaller by about 1.54V difference at P_r 50µC/cm² than P_r 5µC/cm².

Using (r, s)-preopen sets [14] and pre-${\omega}_t$-closures [6], a new kind of covering property $P^t_{({\omega}_r,s)}$-closedness is introduced in a bitopological space and several characterizations via filter bases, nets and grills [30] along with various properties of such concept are investigated. Two new types of cluster sets, namely pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets and (r, s)t-${\theta}_f$-precluster sets of functions and multifunctions between two bitopological spaces are introduced. Several properties of pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets are investigated and using the degeneracy of such cluster sets, some new characterizations of some separation axioms in topological spaces or in bitopological spaces are obtained. A sufficient condition for $P^t_{({\omega}_r,s)}$-closedness has also been established in terms of pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets.

In this paper we study the algebraic structure of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, where u^k = 0 and p is a prime. A ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-linear code of length (r + s) is an R_k-submodule of ℤ^r_p × R^s_k with respect to a suitable scalar multiplication, where R_k = ℤ_p[u]/k>. Such a code can also be viewed as an R_k-submodule of ℤ_p[x]/r - 1> × R_k[x]/s - 1>. A new Gray map has been defined on ℤ_p[u]/k>. We have considered two cases for studying the algebraic structure of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, and determined the generator polynomials and minimal spanning sets of these codes in both the cases. In the first case, we have considered (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) ≠ 1, and in the second case we consider (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) = 1. We have established the MacWilliams identity for complete weight enumerators of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-linear codes. Examples have been given to construct ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, through which we get codes over ℤ_p using the Gray map. Some optimal p-ary codes have been obtained in this way. An example has also been given to illustrate the use of MacWilliams identity.

An n-tuple ($a_1,a_2,{\ldots},a_n$) is symmetric, if $a_k$ = $a_{n-k+1}$, $1{\leq}k{\leq}n$. Let $H_n$ = {$(a_1,a_2,{\ldots},a_n)$ ; $a_k$ ${\in}$ {+,-}, $a_k$ = $a_{n-k+1}$, $1{\leq}k{\leq}n$} be the set of all symmetric n-tuples. A symmetric n-sigraph (symmetric n-marked graph) is an ordered pair $S_n$ = (G,${\sigma}$) ($S_n$ = (G,${\mu}$)), where G = (V,E) is a graph called the underlying graph of $S_n$ and ${\sigma}$:E ${\rightarrow}H_n({\mu}:V{\rightarrow}H_n)$ is a function. The restricted super line graph of index r of a graph G, denoted by $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r$(G). The vertices of $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r$(G) are the r-subsets of E(G) and two vertices P = ${p_1,p_2,{\ldots},p_r}$ and Q = ${q_1,q_2,{\ldots},q_r}$ are adjacent if there exists exactly one pair of edges, say $p_i$ and $q_j$, where $1{\leq}i$, $j{\leq}r$, that are adjacent edges in G. Analogously, one can define the restricted super line symmetric n-sigraph of index r of a symmetric n-sigraph $S_n$ = (G,${\sigma}$) as a symmetric n-sigraph $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r$($S_n$) = ($\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(G)$, ${\sigma}$'), where $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(G)$ is the underlying graph of $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$, where for any edge PQ in $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$, ${\sigma}^{\prime}(PQ)$=${\sigma}(P){\sigma}(Q)$. It is shown that for any symmetric n-sigraph $S_n$, its $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$ is i-balanced and we offer a structural characterization of super line symmetric n-sigraphs of index r. Further, we characterize symmetric n-sigraphs $S_n$ for which $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$~$\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$ and $$\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n){\sim_=}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$$, where ~ and $$\sim_=$$ denotes switching equivalence and isomorphism and $\mathcal{R}\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$ and $\mathcal{L}_r(S_n)$ are denotes the restricted super line symmetric n-sigraph of index r and super line symmetric n-sigraph of index r of $S_n$ respectively.

Constacyclic codes of length $p^s$ over $R=\mathbb{F}_{p^m}+u\mathbb{F}_{p^m}+u^2\mathbb{F}_{p^m}$ are precisely the ideals of the ring $\frac{R[x]}{<x^{p^s}-1>}$. In this paper, we investigate constacyclic codes of length $p^s$ over R. The units of the ring R are of the forms ${\gamma}$, ${\alpha}+u{\beta}$, ${\alpha}+u{\beta}+u^2{\gamma}$ and ${\alpha}+u^2{\gamma}$, where ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ and ${\gamma}$ are nonzero elements of $\mathbb{F}_{p^m}$. We obtain the structures and Hamming distances of all (${\alpha}+u{\beta}$)-constacyclic codes and (${\alpha}+u{\beta}+u^2{\gamma}$)-constacyclic codes of length $p^s$ over R. Furthermore, we classify all cyclic codes of length $p^s$ over R, and by using the ring isomorphism we characterize ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $p^s$ over R.

The autocorrelation function structures of bilinear time series model BL(p, q, r, s), $r \geq s$ are obtained and shown to be analogous to those of ARMA(p, l), l=max(q, s). Simulation studies are performed to investigate the adequacy of Akaike information criteria for identification between ARMA(p, l) and BL(p, q, r, s) models and for determination of orders of BL(p, q, r, s) models. It is suggested that the model of having minimum Akaike information criteria is selected for a suitable model.

The purpose of this study was to investigate drug abuse and to find related factors among high school students. The subjects for this study were 973 students from 10 high schools in Taegu city. The data were collected from September 30, 1996 to October 30, 1996. The questionnaire developed by Kim Soyoaja (1991) surveyed adolescent drug use and questions on smoking and drinking were readjusted and added by the researcher based on review. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, $X^2-test$, t -test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient with the SPSS /PC+. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The proportion of students who drank alcohol 1-2 times or more per year was 52.4% and smoked Cigarette 1 -2 times or more per year was 20.8%. The 7 different drugs(Analgetics 5.7%. sleeping pills and sedatives 4.2%, antihistamines 1.1%. stimulants 7.7%, hallucinogens 0.8%, inhalants 3.3%, and narcotics 0.6%) were also evaluated. 2. There was a significant relationship between drinking and type of school($X^2$=62.97, p<.0l), grades($X^2$=33.86, P<.001), school life($X^2$= 19.04, p<.001), and delinquent friends($X^2$= 64.72, P<.001). 3. There was a significant relationship between smoking and type of school($X^2$=153.65, p<.001), grades ($X^2$=67.53, p<.001), their respect for teachers ($X^2$=33.80, p<.001) school life($X^2$ =50.87, p<.001), and delinquent friends($X^2$ =85.28, p<.001). 4. There was a significant relationship between the 7 different kinds of drug abuse and type of school ($X^2$=14.65, p<.01), grades($X^2$=12.89, p<.01), their respect for teachers ($X^2$=8.46, p<.05), and delinquent friends($X^2$=22.42, p<.001). 5. There was a significant relationship between a parent's habitual drug abuse and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse($X^2$=7.78, p<.01), as well as a parent's attitude toward drugs and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse($X^2$=6.33, p<.05). 6. There was a significant difference between drinking(t=-12.53, p<.001), smoking(t=-15.98, p<.001), the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(t=-5.77, p<.001), and the respondant's delinquent experience. 7. There was a correlation between drinking and smoking(r=.4166, p<.001), drinking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.2200, p<.001), smoking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.1428, p<.05). There was a correlation between drinking and smoking(r=.5977, p<.001), drinking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.2849, p<. 001), smoking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.1711, p<.05) among male students. There was a correlation between drinking and smoking(r=.4219, p<.001), drinking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.2611, p<.001), smoking and the 7 different kinds of drug abuse(r=.1764, p<.001) among female students. 8. There was a correlation between drinking and family stability(r=.0709, p<.05) drinkry and parent -child relationships (r=.1321, p<.01), drinking and mother's rearing attitude(r=.0704, P<.05), smoking and parent -child relationships(r=.0813, P<.05). There was a correlation between drinking and family stability(r=.14S7, p<.01), drinkng and parent-child relationships(r=.2147, p<.001), smoking and family stability(r=.1544, p<.01), smoking and parent. -child relationships (r=. 2018, P<.01) among male students. There was a correlation between drinking and family stability(r=.1l21, p<.05), drinking and mother's rearing attitude (r=.0988, P<.05), smoking and parent -child relationships (r=. 0940, P<.05) among female students. 9. There was a significant difference between the 7 different kinds of drug abuse and family stability (t=2.23, p<.05), parent-child relationships (t=4. 34, p<.001), satisfaction with family (t=4.02, p<.001), father's rearing attitude(t=3.04, p<.01), mother's rearing attitude(t=2.87, p<.01). The distribution channel of drugs including alcohol beverages and cigarettes should be evaluated and restructured to discourage student's temptation and to limit accessibility. The step by step preventive teaching on alcohol drinking and cigarette smoking is needed from middle school to help prevent further drug abuse.

Experiments were carried out to study the effectiveness of METAP as a slow released fertilizer on the growth, grain yield and its components of paddy rice, and to compare its effects with those of single fertilizers in the fields of 3 Crop Experiment Stations and 7 provincial Offices of Rural Development. The effectiveness of METAP seems to be different according to the physical and chemical characteristics of soil, the time of application, climatic conditions, variety and cultural methods. Therefore, the experimental results obtained from the above experiment are summurized as follows: 1. When METAP was applied into sandy soil, grain yield was increased due to increase of the number of panicles, and split application of METAP was more effective than basal only. However, in the reclaimed soil, not heavily percolated soil and fertile soil, no differences were observed between MET AP and single fertilizer applied plot. 2. When a rice variety, 'TONGIL' which is sensitive to the low temperature and produce higher yield in the early transplanting, was not transplanted early and air temperature is relatively lower during the ripening stage, the percentage of ripened grains and 1,000 grains weight were not higher in the METAP applied plots than in the single fertilizer applied plots.

Objective; This study was designed to investigate the effect of Sa-am acupuncture and Arctii Fructus water extract on Post-herpetic Neuralgia. Method: We have treated them with acupuncture treatment of Sa-am acupuncture and Arctii Fructus water extract and evaluated the effect by Pain Rating Score(P.R.S.) and Visual Analogue Scale(V.A.S.) scale. Result: Before theraphy, the grades of Song's scale were P.R.S. 80 and V.A.S. 100, Kim's sclae's P.R.S. 77 and V.A.S. 100. After theraphy, the grades of song's scale were P.R.S. 5 and V.A.S. 10, Kim's scales's P.R.S. 10 and V.A.S. 10 Conclusion: The treatment of Sa-am-acupuncture and Arctii Fructus water extract on Post-herpetic Neuralgia was effective and will be attempted to the patients with it.

In this paper, by using fixed point theorem, we obtain the stability of the following functional equations $$f(pr,qs)+g(ps,qr)={\theta}(p,q,r,s)f(p,q)h(r,s)\\f(pr,qs)+g(ps,qr)={\theta}(p,q,r,s)g(p,q)h(r,s)$$, where G is a commutative semigroup, ${\theta}:G^4{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}_k$ a function and f, g, h are functionals on $G^2$.
