Let P be a finite point set in ℝ² with the set of distance n-chains defined as ∆_n(P) = {(|p₁ - p₂|, |p₂ - p₃|, …, |p_n - p_n+1|) : p_i ∈ P}. We show that for 2 ⩽ n = O_|P|(1) we have ${\mid}{\Delta}_n(P){\mid}{\gtrsim}{\frac{{\mid}P{\mid}^n}{{\log}^{\frac{13}{2}(n-1)}{\mid}P{\mid}}}$. Our argument uses the energy construction of Elekes and a general version of Rudnev's rich-line bound implicit in [28], which allows one to iterate efficiently on intersecting nested subsets of Guth-Katz lines. Let G is a simple connected graph on m = O(1) vertices with m ⩾ 2. Define the graph-distance set ∆_G(P) as ∆_G(P) = {(|p_i - p_j|)_{i,j}∈E(G) : p_i, p_j ∈ P}. Combining with results of Guth and Katz [17] and Rudnev [28] with the above, if G has a Hamiltonian path we have ${\mid}{\Delta}_G(P){\mid}{\gtrsim}{\frac{{\mid}P{\mid}^{m-1}}{\text{polylog}{\mid}P{\mid}}}$.

본 연구는 자색고구마 섭취와 유산소 복합운동이 비만 여중생의 건강체력, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 체지방률 30% 이상의 비만 여중생을 대상으로 자색고구마섭취 운동군(A, 6명), 운동군(B, 6명), 자색고구마섭취군(C, 6명), 대조군(D, 6명) 총 24명으로 실시하였다. 건강체력, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성은 사전 사후 2회 측정하였으며, 유산소 복합운동은 12주간 주 3회, 1회 70분, 40~70%HRR 강도로 실시하였다. 연구결과 집단 내 체지방률[(A(p<.01), C(p<.05) 그룹), TC[A(p<.05), B(p<.01), C(p<.01) 그룹] 및 인슐린저항성[A(p<.05) 그룹) 유의하게 감소하였고, 제지방량[A(p<.01), B(p<.01) 그룹], 근력[A(p<.01), B(p<.001), C(p<.05) 그룹], 근지구력[A(p<.05), B(p<.001) 그룹], 유연성[A(p<.05), B(p<.01) 그룹] 및 심폐지구력[A(p<.05), B(p<.001), C(p<.01) 그룹]은 유의하게 증가하였다. 집단 간 체지방률, TC 및 TG는 A그룹이 D그룹보다 유의하게(p<.05) 감소하였다. 제지방량은 A, B그룹이 C, D그룹보다 유의하게(p<.001) 증가하였다. 근력, 심폐지구력 및 HDL-C은 A그룹이 C, D그룹보다 유의하게(p<.05) 증가하였다. 유연성은 A, B그룹이 D그룹보다 유의하게(p<.05) 증가하였다. 인슐린 저항성은 A, B, C그룹이 D그룹보다 유의하게(p<.05) 감소하였다. 유산소성 복합운동과 자색고구마 섭취가 건강체력, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

P2P 기술은 분산 환경에서 자원을 보유한 개인은 효율적으로 공유하는 측면에서 활용도 높은 분야이다. P2P 시스템은 자원 검색, 전송 재전송 작업이 발생됨으로 인해 네트워크 트래픽이 과다하게 발생된다. 이에 관한 성능 향상을 목표로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 성능 향상의 다양한 방향성 가운데 사용자 입장에서의 사용성 개선 측면이 최근 중요한 부분으로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용성 개선을 위한 P2P 그룹 검색 알고리즘을 제안한다.

피어-투-피어(P2P) 네트워크는 개방적, 평면적, 자율적 특성으로 인하여 참여 피어들의 악의적인 공격에 근원적으로 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 단계 및 온라인 단계에서의 악의적 피어들의 공격을 효율적으로 방어하는 문제를 다룬다. 본 논문은 부트스트래핑 단계에서 네트워크의 신뢰성 있는 노드를 이용하여 새로 가입하는 피어에게 ID 관련 정보를 안전하게 부여하는 멤버쉽 처리 프로토콜을 제시한다. 이 신뢰성 있는 노드들은 새로운 피어들이 네트워크에 참여할 때만 사용되곤 그 이외의 P2P 동작에는 관여하지 않는다. 온라인 단계에서의 공격에 대하여 본 논문에서는 P2P 오버레이를 통해 전송되는 메시지의 구조를 제안하여, 메시지 변경, 재생 공격 및 잘못된 정보를 가지는 메시지 공격들의 검출이 용이해지도록 한다 제안한 기법들은 함께 적용되어 악의적 피어들의 속임수를 억제함으로써 피어들로 하여금 네트워크의 프로토콜을 준수하게 만든다. 제안 기법들은 기본적 P2P 오버레이 모델을 가정하여 비구조적 및 구조적의 다수 P2P 네트워크들에 적용될 수 있다.

ITS2 부위를 시퀀싱하여 Pseudo-nitzschia delcatissima, P. multiseries, P. pungens, P. subfraudulenta 상호간의 유전자 다양도를 조사함과 아울러 RAPD-PCR pattern을 이용하여 유사도를 구하였다. 유전자 거리를 근거로 했을 때 P. delicatissima 종은 P. multiseries와 P. pungens와는 유전적 거리가 상당히 요원하였고, 심지어 P. subfraudenlta와도 거리를 보였다. 유사도의 경 P. multiseries와 P. pungens는 0.31로 보인 반면에, P delicatissima는 다른 세종과 0.81를 나타내었다. 따라서 P. delicatissima 종은 P. multiseries, P. pungens, P. subfraudulenta와는 유전적으로 밀접하지 않는 관계로 보였다. ITS2부위는 Pseudo-nitzschia 동정에 사용될 수 있는 유용한 도구로 보이며 형태적으로 구분할 수 없는 P. multiseries와 P. pungens을 구분할 수 있다. 또한 RAPD-PCR 방법도 단시간에 Pseudo-nitzchia을 분리시키는데 사용될 것으로 보인다.

To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of virE operon from vir regions (virA, virB, virC, virD, virG, virE) of pTiA6 which have been known to be essential for efficient crown gall tumorigenesis in plants, the activity of the truncated virE, promoter was analyzed. pSM358cd, a recombinant plasmid in which virE :: Tn3-HoHo1 (Tn3-promoterless lacZ) was cloned into SalI site of pVK102, was digested with SalI, and virE :: Tn3-HoHo1 was seperated from pVK102. To construct the truncted virE recombinant plasmids (pJS031, pJS051, pJS102, pJS201, pJS301), 5'-end of vireE promoter was deleted with BAL31 and cloned into pVK102 and then transferred into a. tumefaciens A348(pTiA6). According to the activity of the truncated virE promoter in recombinant plasmids, they were classified into two groups, pJS031, pJS051, pJS101 and pJS201 belong to a functional group and pJS301 is a non-functional. The size of deleted nucleotides of pJS201 and pJS301 seemed to be about 130 nucleotides and about 250 nucleotides from 5'-end of virE promoter, respectively. Hence it was thought that the essential site of the virE promoter was located between about 130th nucleotide and 250th nucleotide from 5'-end of the virE promoter.

Let $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B) denote the class of functions $$f(z)=z^p-{\sum\limits^{\infty}_{k=1}}{\mid}a_{p+k}{\mid}z^{p+k}$$ which are regular and p valent in the unit disc U = {z: |z| <1} and satisfying the condition $\left|{\frac{{e^{ia}}\{{\frac{f^{\prime}(z)}{z^{p-1}}-p}\}}{(A-B){\lambda}p{\cos}{\alpha}-Be^{i{\alpha}}\{\frac{f^{\prime}(z)}{z^{p-1}}-p\}}}\right|$<1, $z{\in}U$, where 0<${\lambda}{\leq}1$, $-\frac{\pi}{2}$<${\alpha}$<$\frac{\pi}{2}$, $-1{\leq}A$<$B{\leq}1$, 0<$B{\leq}1$ and $p{\in}N=\{1,2,3,{\cdots}\}$. In this paper, we obtain sharp results concerning coefficient estimates, distortion theorem and radius of convexity for the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B). It is further shown that the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B) is closed under "arithmetic mean" and "convex linear combinations". We also obtain class preserving integral operators of the form $F(z)=\frac{p+c}{z^c}{\int^z_0t^{c-1}}f(t)dt$, c>-p, for the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B). Conversely when $F(z){\in}T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B), radius of p valence of f(z) has also determined.

본 논문에서는 실시간 상호작용이 요구되는 커뮤니티 TV 서비스를 위한 P2P 스트리밍 서비스를 설계하고 구현하였다. 대화 기반의 커뮤니티 TV 서비스는 짧은 지연시간의 스트리밍 서비스를 요구하기 때문에 지연시간이 짧은 트리 방식의 P2P 네트워크를 구축하고 종단간 지연 시간 한계 내에 사용자들이 원활한 커뮤니티 서비스를 받을 수 있게 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 P2P 네트워크는 지역성과 종단간 지연시간을 이용한 알고리즘을 사용하여 구성된다. 본 논문의 P2P 스트리밍 시스템은 웹서버와 애플리케이션으로 구성되며 각각 ASP.Net, C#.Net으로 구현되었다.

Let, for any integer n > -p, $f_{n+p-1}(z)\;=\;z^p+\sum\limits_{j=1}^{\infty}(p+j)^{n+p-1}z^{p+j}$. We define $f_{n+p-1}^{(-1)}(z)$ by using convolution * as $f_{n+p-1}\;*\;f_{n+p-1}^{-1}=\frac{z^p}{(1-z)^{n+p}$. A function p, analytic in E with p(0) = 1, is in the class $P_k(\rho)$ if ${\int}_0^{2\pi}\|\frac{Re\;p(z)-\rho}{p-\rho}\|\;d\theta\;\leq\;k{\pi}$, where $z=re^{i\theta}$, $k\;\geq\;2$ and $0\;{\leq}\;\rho\;{\leq}\;p$. We use the class $P_k(\rho)$ to introduce a new class of multivalent analytic functions and define an integral operator $L_{n+p-1}(f)\;\;=\;f_{n+p-1}^{-1}\;*\;f$ for f(z) belonging to this class. We derive some interesting properties of this generalized integral operator which include inclusion results and radius problems.

Recently, client computing trend has been changed from server oriented information application to network based P2P(Peer to Peer) services. The conventional client/server method has the merit of accessing abundant information, on the other side P2P has the merit of synchronized community support and information exchange. P2P has four meaning of point to point, peer to peer, person to person and path to profitability. In manufacturing system field, the second meaning is interested. P2P is classified to three type such as conventional client/server, hybrid P2P and pure P2P. The third is really peer to peer concept. The related technologies with P2P are P2P searching, XML, cooperation, IPv6, computing sharing and P2P communication. This paper describes the scheme of P2P and related contents. And through the P2P based technology, a P2P-based collaborative machine and a vertical portal machine are introduced in this paper. The scheme of the machines mentioned above is suggested for cooperation in manufacturing system and u-Manufacturing.
