전기체 구조시험을 위한 고성능 과하중 방지 모듈 개발

  • 항공기 전기체 구조시험에 사용되는 기존의 과하중 방지모듈의 성능을 개량하여 고성능의 과하중방지 모듈을 개발하였다. 항공기 전기체 구조시험 수행시에는 예기치 않은 오류(자연재해로 인한 정전사고, 시험체의 파손, 설계강도 미달로 인한 시험정지 등)로 인해 시험하중보다 큰 하중이 시험체에 가해질 수 있다. 이 때 발생한 과하중을 해소하여 시험체를 파손으로부터 보호하는 과하중 방지기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 상용의 기존 과하중 방지모듈에 대해 구성요소별로 기능을 살펴보고, 기존 제품을 이용하여 구조시험을 수행하는 도중 나타난 문제점을 분석하였다. 또한, 기존 과하중 방지모듈이 갖고 있는 문제점을 개선한 고성능 과하중 방지모듈의 개발에 대해 기술하였다.

  • Recently, in power system, even though the needs of digital protection relay are highly increased, there are some problem in the field during apply digital protection relay. When the relay are in the fluctuated overload condition, existing algorithm calculate the trip time only with the measured current of just previous stage, and when the load current fluctuate between overload and normal condition, existing algorithm sometimes dose not make the relay trip. This thesis will study about these kinds of existing algorithm problem in digital protection relay, and will suggest the best suited algorithm for digital protection relay in fluctuated overload condition.

  • Crane systems have been widely used for transportation in building sites, ports, nuclear wastehandling operation and so on. As a typical underactuated system, an overhead crane has such merits as high flexibility and less energy consumption. And it's getting more types of cranes, universally applicable algorithms should be developed. That is the design and development of scalable algorithms are required. Developed algorithms can be used for the controller and crane overload protection that meets the requirements of the algorithm are presented. These algorithms force the state to warn the operator and stops the operation of equipment. In this paper, crane overload conditions that can cause damage to alert the operator, and to limit the operation of equipment overload protection algorithm is presented.

Particularly by advanced technology of late, there is demand for low cost of equipments and high percentage of use of equipments. Therefore, protection of machinery and apparatus in condition of overload is more valued considering that all efficiency increase is passed by operating all machinery and apparatus in condition of heavyload. In this paper, the suggested system is add overload protect system using CT in condition of overload.

  • 최근 복잡해지고 다양해지는 전력계통의 고신뢰성 운용을 위하여 근래에는 고속 고기능이 첨가된 지능형 보호 IED의 적용이 확산되고 있다. 이와 같이 전력계통의 운용에 있어서 보호 IED의 필요성이 증대되고 있으나, 실제 보호 IED의 운용에 있어서는 몇 가지 문제점이 노출되어 있는데, 과부하 상태가 일정하지 않은 상태에서 동작특성의 문제점 즉, 과부하상태에서 그 크기가 변동될 경우 트립 직전의 크기로만 동작시간을 판별하고, 과부하 상태와 정상상태가 반복되는 상태에서는 경우에 따라 부동작하는 기존 보호 IED의 문제점과 비선형 부하의 사용 증가로 전원 계통에서 유입되는 다양한 고조파에 대한 대책을 요구하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들에 대한 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper proposes an expert system, which is able to determine the problem-solving strategy for diversity events occurred on the distribution system. The events include events related to the fault, scheduled outage and optimal operating task such as feeder line fault, line scheduled outage, line overload, system load balancing, system loss minimization, main transformer fault, main transformer scheduled outage, main transformer overload, main transformer protection control. The expert system enhances the reliability of software designed by the integrated concept for the diversity events. The expert system is implemented in C language. And the effectiveness and accuracy for the expert system is verified by simulating the event cases for typical distribution model.

  • KPX(Korea Power Exchange) predicts that summer peak load will be 70,700MW and system overload will be 150% from contingency analysis. This paper presents a method to operate power system at 2010 summer peak. about equipment variation, power system variation, analysis results of voltage stability, and the method to relief overload by comparing 2009 and 2010. Especially, transmission constraints to prevent global contingency in Korea power system and the role of SPS(Special Protection System) to prevent voltage collapse when fault occurs are introduced.
