외식업체 조직가치가 종사원의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Organization Value on Job Satisfaction and Organization Loyalty in the Foodservice Business)

  • Competitions among domestic foodservice businesses get more intense as the presence of new competitors has rapidly increased. For the past decade, our domestic foodservice industry has shown outstanding growth and overcome poor industrial environments. The poor work conditions employees suffer from will cause negative effects on organization values and effectiveness. Although facing severe problems, most of foodservice businesses do not take aggressive counteraction to eliminate these issues. With this in mind, the study has been implemented to empirically investigate the effects of the foodservice business on organization values and organization effectiveness and then to utilize the findings of the study to develop various marketing strategies for the foodservice industry. The findings of the study were as follows: first, with respect to the effects among organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty, the organization value was found to have positive effects both on job satisfaction, and organization loyalty. The findings demonstrated that the levels of job satisfaction and organization loyalty of employees may be increased by promoting organization values, as positive relationships were found between organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty of employees. second, organization values were found to have a positive effect on organization loyalty. Therefore, job satisfaction should be considered as a key factor for achieving overall organizational loyalty of employees in the foodservice industry.

조직간 정보시스템에서 지각한 상호작용성이 조직애호도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Interactivity with Inter-Organizational System on the Organization Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this research is on the identification of the effects of perceived interactivity formed by the electronic collaborative referral system on the organizational loyalty. Two channels through which the effects proceeded were investigated. One is the "system channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ intention of using the system ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 1, 2), that is the channel which anticipates that a better understanding on the interactivity of the inter-organizational system makes the intention of the using the system strong, and this strong intention results the higher organization loyalty. The other is "organization channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ perceived interactivity on the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ perceived relation benefits with the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 3, 4, 5). The channel means that as the perceived interactivity of users on the inter-organizational system becomes greater, the perceived interactivity with the counterpart is increasing. And this makes the users feel that more benefits can be obtained by the relationship with system providing organization, and finally makes the organization loyalty that is the intention to maintain the relationship greater. The corroborative evidence data confirm the two channels are obtained by questing on the electronic referral system of Samsung Medical Center to the doctors of the first and second collaborated hospitals or clinics, and by analyzing statistically. The verification result for the "system channel" showed that as the perception on the interactivity of inter-organizational system was increasing, the intention for consistent using increased(support hypothesis 1), and then the organization loyalty that is the relationship maintaining indication by using the referral system also increased(support hypothesis 2). And the confirmation result for the "organization channel" indicated that the perceptive interactivity on the counterpart increased as the understanding on the interactivity of inter-organizational system increased(support hypothesis 3), consecutively, with the intuitive relation benefits increase with the counterpart(support hypothesis 4) the organization loyalty means the intention to maintain the relationship was confirmed to increase(support hypothesis 5). These results demonstrate that when the perceived interactivity in using many systems at the collaboration between organizations is increasing, the positive image on the systems creates the consistent system using intention, and the positive image increases the wants for preserving the relationship with counter organization. In addition, the perceived interactivity of inter-organizational system users affects directly on the perceived interactivity of the counter organization, so the important role of inter-organizational system in promoting the interactivity between cooperative counterparts was recognized. And the perceived interactivity on the counter organization become greater, the influence on the perceived benefits from cooperation is positive. Therefore, the perceived interactivity by using inter-organizational system was confirmed as a prerequisite for the continuous relationship.

  • As interests in the management of government-owned corporation rise, in these days, debt reduction and normalization of management of those companies have been proceeding under the lead of government. At this point, it is very important to seek internal marketing method for improvement of internal employees' satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance. This study analyzes impact of factors of internal marketing effect on organization satisfaction, loyalty and organization performance in the context of the domestic public companies, the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and the Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-WATER)'s employees empirically. There are some significant differences between the two publics. It is proved that delegation of the authority influences on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of KEPCO, and education and training influence on internal satisfaction and organization performance in the case of K-WATER. On the other hand, in the case of K-WATER, any internal marketing factors don't influence on loyalty. The results of this study show somewhat different characteristics depending on the characteristics of firm, however, it is expected that this study can be very useful in regards to similar public enterprises or businesses.

Customer Retention Model in the Medical Service Organization: Focusing on Specialized Hospital Services

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the theoretical basis for assessing the strategic increase in customer perception of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits. Especially in terms of increasing relationship commitment and customer loyalty in the medical service sector. Research design: Data were collected by questionnaires through specialized hospital services. Survey was conducted on patients who have been treated at a spine specialized hospital. Results: Research shows that service quality, justice, and relationship benefits have the greatest direct impact on relationship commitment, and relationship commitment has a strong direct impact on customer loyalty in the medical service organization. Conclusions: The effect of combination of core and voluntary service behavioral attributes such as service quality, justice and relationship benefits have the most positve impact on relationship commitment and customer loyalty. Administratively, this study contributes to understanding the role of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits in the medical service sector. The results showed that in order to induce service quality, justice and relationship benefits should be facilitated relationship commitment and customer loyalty enlarged.

소셜 미디어를 통한 기업 사회공헌활동의 참여동기가 조직-공중관계성과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Participation Motivation of Corporate Social Responsibility Using Social Media on Organization-Public Relationship and Brand Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 기업이 소셜 미디어 사회공헌활동을 수행할 때 참여자들의 참여동기인 공감성과 흥미성, 사회공헌활동 수행기업과 참여자 간의 조직-공중관계성, 그리고 수행기업에 대한 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 분석한다. 설문응답 자료를 확인요인분석한 결과, 공감성과 흥미성 등 2개의 참여동기 요인이 도출되었다. 또한, 수행기업과 참여자 간의 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 4개의 조직-공중관계성 요인이 도출되었다. 제안된 연구모형은 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공감성은 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 모든 조직-공중관계성 요인에 유의한 영향을 주고, 흥미성은 신뢰와 충실성 등 두 요인에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 다른 조직-공중관계성 요인인 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 각각의 조직-공중관계성 요인은 브랜드 충성도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The Role Effect Loyalty of Internet: A Causal Model

  • The Internet can provide benefits obtained from changing the structure of a business, such as emphasizing the importance of different types of personnel. In addition, the Internet alters the process for business activity, both within and outside the organization. Using structural equation modeling, I empirically test a number of hypothesized relationship based on a sample of 126 Internet Community users. The results are as follows: loyalty is significantly influenced by trust and relationship, repeat purchase is significantly influenced bye-loyalty. In addition, word of mouth is significantly influenced by e-loyalty.

조직미덕이 조직구성원의 태도에 미치는 영향 -정서적 몰입과 집단적 자긍심을 매개로- (The impact of virtuous behavior in organization on the employee's attitude : Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Affective Commitment and Collective Self Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 조직내부와 조직외부를 향한 조직의 미덕적 행위가 조직구성원에게 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지 보고자 하였다. 연구1에서는 국내기업의 직장인들을 대상으로 국내 기업의 미덕적 행위에 대해서 파악하였으며 이러한 미덕적 행위가 결과적으로 조직 구성원에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관해서 인터뷰를 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구1의 결과를 기반으로 연구2에서는 국내 기업 253명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 실증적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구1의 결과, 국내 직장인들은 조직미덕을 조직내부(조직 구성원)를 위한 미덕행위와 조직외부(사회)를 위한 미덕행위로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입을 불러 일으켰으며 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위는 집단적 자긍심을 발생시켰다. 연구2의 결과, 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직 내부의 미덕적 행위는 정서적 몰입을 매개로 조직시민행동과 조직 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 감정적 소진에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 밝혀냈다. 한편, 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위 역시 집단적 자긍심에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직 외부의 미덕적 행위는 집단적 자긍심을 매개로 조직시민행동과 조직 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 감정적 소진에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 검증하였다.

Analysis of PMIS Users Satisfaction and Loyalty Using Structural Equation Model

  • Project management information systems (PMIS) have been implemented to support cooperation among the participants of construction projects. Unlike other information systems used by members from an organization with similar culture and business environment, the PMIS are members from one-off fragmented project organization with diverse professional background. Successful operation is significantly affected by the tendencies of client's side and individual awareness of participants. In this regard, it is imperative to evaluate the success of the system based on the individual characteristics of PMIS users. Thus, this study proposes a method for determining the system success by analyzing the extent of the effects of system factors such as System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality and individual factors such as a user's IT application ability, Extrinsic Motivation to achieve User Satisfaction, and loyalty. Accordingly, a structural equation model (SEM), an effective tool to examine of the comprehensive structure of a causal relationship, is applied for analysis because the internal awareness of individuals is established as a variable.

초우량 조직을 위한 품질경영혁신 도전 -한국과 중국의 비교- (Excellence for Organization Quality Management Innovation Challenge -Comparison of Korea and China-)

  • Purpose: Quality Innovation Managements recently focus on developing relationship with customers to meet their requirements and enhance loyalty in the competitive environments in Countries. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of innovation, quality, satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods: After reviewing the literatures, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from Quality Leader by the questionnaire In Korea and China. Results: The results of SEM show that hardware innovation quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that the hardware innovation quality is related positively to customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. A number of notable findings are reported including the empirical verification that hardware innovation quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty may all be directly related to business performance.

  • This paper tries to provide and apply implications to line operation based on the analysis results by using empirical research methods. This paper has focused on the relationship among transformational leadership, job satisfaction, job absorption and loyalty. Following previous researches, the variables and hypothesis were defined and quantitatively measured in my research in order to analyze the effect of flight attendants' transformational leadership on their job satisfaction and loyalty. The managerial implications could be suggested as follows. Job absorption should be increased to improve flight attendants' loyalty to organization by increasing job satisfaction. Flight attendants' job satisfaction is related to transformational leadership which could be classified into Charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Therefore flight attendants could be motivated by airline's controlling their charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Solutions below are suggested to increase job satisfaction, absorption and loyalty.
