We introduce the concepts of fuzzy pairwise ${\beta}$-(r, s)-continuous mappings and fuzzy pairwise ${\beta}$-(r, s)-open mappings in smooth bitopological spaces and then we investigate some of their characteristic properties.

The notion of ${\tilde{g}}{\alpha}$-closed sets in a topological space introduced by R. Devi and A. selvakumar [2]. In this paper, we introduce the concept of ${\tilde{g}}{\alpha}$-US spaces by utilizing ${\tilde{g}}{\alpha}$-open sets and study the basic properties of this space.

This study investigated the difference of perception and needs among director, teacher, and parent for an open-childcare center focused on parent participation. The subjects of this study consisted of 56 directors, 231 teachers, and 299 parents in childcare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang province. They completed a questionnaire about the perception and needs of an open-childcare center, which was later analyzed by SPSS ver. 23.0. The findings were as follows. First, five areas of open-childcare center were 'participating activities as various roles,' 'willingness of parent participation,' 'reflection of parent needs,' 'concern about CCTV,' and 'sharing outdoor spaces.' Second, the perception of directors concerning open-childcare centers were higher than the ones for teachers or parents; however, there were differences in perception depending on their perspective position. The biggest perception of directors was 'participating activities as various roles,' and parents' one was 'concerned about CCTV.' However, the perceptions of teachers were a lower level than the other two groups'. Third, the directors showed a higher level of needs to promote an open-childcare center (except for one concerned about CCTV). Parents also showed their needs 'increasing awareness of open-childcare program,' 'promoting to parent's participation,' 'communication with on-line,' and 'concerning CCTV.' The implication of these results were discussed as action plans to promote an open-childcare center.

Researching behavior of users in public library is very important processing and their activities can be judged with the regard of required inner spaces and related those functions. The subject of this study is to examine the organization of inner spaces in public library and to propose the prototype of space composition in public library on the future. Not only the relation of space program of each library but also the network among public libraries are not connected efficiently. That's why the public library is not used as local cultural place. Usually, the organization of inner spaces has not been recognized and approached satisfactorily. As the result of the above researching, the function of the culture facilities should be connected to the open study-room which now using just for study. It will make users to recognize and approach public library easily.

In this study aim at searching for the basement residential planning of considering outdoor spaces. It look after research results, there should be necessary for the inflow of outdoor environment factors. This basement planning is core's area expending, or installing expended dry areas and acquiring side open spaces, installing arcades, installing atrium or court yard, utilizing maisonette spaces, activating pilotis on ground floors, openning main hall, earth sheltering method, etc. These should be improvement for easy step to change basement floors easily through underground floor extend, major repair, use change of present buildings and needs to the idea through architectural design competition.

In this paper we introduce the notion of fuzzy ${\gamma}$-open sets by using an operation ${\gamma}$ on fuzzy topological space (X, $\tau$) and investigate the related fuzzy topological properties of the associated fuzzy topology $\tau$$\_$${\gamma}$/ and $\tau$. And ${\gamma}$-T$\_$i/(i=0,1,2) separation axioms are defined in fuzzy topological spaces and the validity of some results analogous to those in fuzzy T$\_$i/ spaces due to Ganguly and Saha [2] are examined.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy quasi extremally disconnectedness in fuzzy bitopological space, which is a generalization of fuzzy extremally disconnectedness due to Ghosh [5] in fuzzy topological space and investigate some of its properties using the concepts of quasi-semi-closure, quasi-$\Theta$_closure and related notions in a fuzzy bitopological setting.
