With different birth years, Generation Y is the backbone of Indonesia's product purchasing. Generation Y is interested in establishing strong relationships with specific brands on social media. They are also interested in working with companies to design a product. Most Generation Y utilizes more than one electronic device and they are also brand loyal. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the effect of social media (i.e., e-WOM, online community, and online advertising) on brand image and loyalty in Generation Y in Indonesia. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling. A total of 150 respondents in the age range of 23-30 years were involved as the sample. Using multiple regression model in data analysis, this study proved that e-WOM, not only have a positive and significant effect on the brand image, but also on brand loyalty. In this research, we analyzed the performance of the e-village shopping mall as an online agricultural business platform. The results suggested some critical factors that might assist the e-village owners to increase their sales by implementing the e-village information systems. We hypothesized that IT education, IT usage, online community activity, and organizational knowledge sharing influenced the e-village sales. Moreover, we investigated the moderating effect of rural experience tourism on those independent variables (IT education, IT usage, online community activity, and organizational knowledge sharing). The results indicated that online community activity had a positive effect on the online business sales, while IT education, IT usage, and organizational knowledge sharing showed insignificant effects. Furthermore, the interaction effects between rural experience tourism and both IT education and the IT usage were positive and significant. Thus, we conclude that the rural experience tourism moderated the relationship between (1) IT education and e-village sales, and (2) IT usage and e-village sales, but not the relationship between (1) online community activity and e-village sales, and (2) organizational knowledge sharing and e-village sales.

Online shopping has transformed and rapidly grown the entire market at the forefront of wholesale and retail services as an effective solution to issues such as digital transformation and social distancing policy (COVID-19 pandemic). Small business owners, who form the majority at the center of the online shopping industry, are constantly collecting policy changes and market trend information to overcome these problems and use them for marketing and other sales activities in order to overcome these problems and continue to grow. Objective and refined information that is more closely related to the business is also needed. Therefore, in this paper, through the collection and analysis of big data information, which is the core technology of digital transformation, key variables are set in product classification, sales trends, consumer preferences, and review information of online shopping malls, and a method of using them for competitor comparison analysis and business sustainability evaluation has been prepared and we would like to propose it as a service. If small and medium-sized businesses can benchmark competitors or excellent businesses based on big data and identify market trends and consumer tendencies, they will clearly recognize their level and position in business and voluntarily strive to secure higher competitiveness. In addition, if the sustainable growth of the online shopping mall operator can be confirmed as an indicator, more efficient policy establishment and risk management can be expected because it has an improved measurement method.
The purpose of this study is to derive the necessary factors by conducting a questionnaire survey for SMEs with experience in participating in the online export support business in order to derive the factors that activate SMEs' online marketing. As a result, it was found that the Corporate trade capacity had a positive influence on online marketing utilization, and that the Corporate internal capacity did not have a significant influence on online marketing utilization. Since the consultants' role for export marketing obviously appears to exercise more significant positive effect on online marketing utilization, we can suggest the followings to activate online exports of SMEs. First, more effective efforts are needed to expand the trading capacity to utilize online marketing, and secondly, the export marketing capacity of SMEs needs to be strengthened steadily. In particular, strengthening the capabilities of the trading consultants of participating and performing companies is considered to be an important factor in the use of online marketing by SMEs, we recommend further strengthening each corporate and government policy effort to empower export consultants.
This study sought to understand the clothing consumption values of male consumers and analyze the attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores. The study examined the effect of clothing consumption values of male consumers on the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. The study also aimed to investigate whether online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and use intention. An online survey of male consumers in their 20s and 30s was conducted, and a total of 338 responses were analyzed. The SPSS 24.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and stepwise-regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, fashionableness out of the four attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores (fashionableness, entertainment, variety, and scarcity) influenced the practical and conspicuous values of clothing consumption values. Entertainment had a significant effect on all clothing consumption values. Variety had a significant impact on practical and conspicuous values and the scarcity factor influenced epistemic and conspicuous values. Second, while entertainment, variety, and scarcity influenced sharing intention, fashion, entertainment, and variety influenced purchase intention. Third, online information search moderated the relationship between the perceived attributes of online fashion multi-brand stores and sharing intention but not purchase intention.
The online performance market is increasing due to recent pandemic events. However, due to the short introduction time of domestic online performances, there is a lack of related prior studies or success stories. In addition, most of these projects are short-lived projects or poor profits, so it is necessary to study how to activate them. The Sac on Screen project, which has been in progress since 10 years ago, has its own imaging experience, and the screening works and screening venues are also diverse, so it is an object of study. In addition, since annual satisfaction surveys are conducted, the business was evaluated based on the voice of customers from the data of the past three years. Based on the analyzed results, a free and paid version of the business model canvas was drawn through a group of experts. As a result of this synthesis, the following major implications were drawn. First, expanding research on online performances, second, needing a sense of responsibility for quality management of content, third, increasing diversity in content selection, and fourth, enhancing the liveliness of online performances, Fifth, efforts are needed to attract private investment and develop value-added products.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the online brand community characteristics affect customer behavior according to self-construal level and gender difference. The characteristics of online community are divided into interaction, objectivity, information provision, and activity reward. First, interactivity and activity compensation among the characteristics of online community have a positive effect on brand community commitment. On the other hand, the effect of purpose and information provision is insufficient. Second, the greater the commitment to the brand community, the higher the WOM effect is. Finally, this study shows that customers with dependent self-construal tendencies have more brand community support than customers with independent self-construal tendencies, and females show more brand community support than males. This study suggests an efficient marketing approach to companies through a brand community commitment by understanding the intrinsic motivation of consumers' self-construal level.

Online shopping malls where e-commerce takes place have four types of platforms: stand-alone, rental, open market and store farm. Among them, by comparing the stand-alone and store farm types, this study was conducted how the platform type affects consumers' purpose of using the online shopping mall and their intention to revisit the online shopping mall. This study analyzed 202 surveys within the last six months. According to the results of the study, reliability and information had a significant impact on psychological benefits. In addition, promotion and convenience have had a significant impact on economic benefits. The psychological and economic benefits, have been found to have a significant impact on the intention of revisit. However, there is no difference depending on the platform type.
