보건소 건강증진사업 담당자의 직무교육에 대한 인식 및 교육요구도 (Analysis of Perceived Job Training and Educational Needs for the Public Health Promotion Program Personnel)

  • Objectives: This study is for understanding the perceived job training of the public health promotion program officials and analysis the educational needs in order to serve as the basis for the development of the future educational programs. Methods: To this end, we have developed a survey based on references and consultations with experts. We had explained the purpose and the intent of the survey to nationwide public health directors in advance and an online questionnaire was conducted for health promotion program and service providing personnel; the results from a total of 763 survey respondents were used in the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed through SPSS Win 21.0. Results: The results shows that the tasks of public health promotion personnel are 'business practices,' 'planning and evaluation related work' and so on in order of importance while the duties of service providing personnel are 'counseling,' 'education' and so on. One of the factors affecting field applications of education is 'awareness of the connection between education and career development' which accounts for 33% of explanatory power; the selected six other factors constitute 41.7%. Necessary educational contents for public officials are 'public health service planning,' 'report writing skills' and 'project evaluation methods.' On the other hand, for service providers, the contents are 'counseling methods,' 'development of educational materials,' 'monitoring health status' and so on. Conclusions: In order for trained service personnel to accord with the changed health promotion environment and the demand of local residents, Public Health Promotion officials should increase educational opportunities based on the competencies for each job, provide continuous learning opportunities and information even after the training, and finally, create a system that can link to career development.

치과위생사의 전환충격 영향요인 - 신규치과위생사를 중심으로 - (Factors influencing the transition shock of dental hygienists - focusing on the new dental hygienist -)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of clinical practice-related education program by analyzing the effects of grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention on transition shock of new dental hygienists. Methods: From April 19 to July 4, 2022, the data was collected from 200 new dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics. Using the SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0, this study was conducted the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were positive correlations between grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention, a negative correlation between grit and transition shock, a positive correlation between job satisfaction and retention intention, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and transition shock. and a negative correlation between retention intention and transition shock. As the factors affecting transition shock, lower pay and main performance of medical cooperation work increased transition shock. When job satisfaction and retention intention were higher, transition shock decreased. Conclusions: In order to reduce transition shock of new dental hygienists, it would be necessary to operate clinical practice-related training program, and also to establish a training environment similar to the clinical site/context/situation similar to clinical context/situation.

  • 정보통신개발 분야의 IT 직업훈련교사는 실업자 및 구직자들에게 직무기술 전달을 넘어 사람이 사람답게 살아갈 수 있도록 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요한 역할을 감당한다. IT 직업훈련교사의 직업정체감과 직업적응과정을 분석하기 위하여 질적 연구방법 중 문화기술지 방법을 선택하였고 연구대상으로는 대전의 D 모 훈련기관의 정보통신 직종 직업훈련교사들을 선정하였다. 본 연구는 교사가 바라보는 자신의 직업에 대한 이야기와 생각, 관점을 통하여 IT 분야 직업훈련교사 분야에서 연구되지 않은 교사의 직업의식 및 정체성 등 내면세계를 탐구하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

직업능력개발훈련 참여도 향상을 위한 방안 연구 (A Study on Ways to Improve Participation in Vocational Competency Development Training)

  • As interest in vocational competency development projects increases, support is increasing. In this study, in order to study ways to improve participation in vocational competency development training, related factors are selected and the main factors influencing them are derived. The main factors were influencing factors were identified and ways to improve participation rate of vocational competency development were studied. Variables were selected through prior research, and data were collected and analyzed through in-depth group interviews. Based on factor analysis and reliability analysis, as a result of confirming the factors that influence the plan for improving participation in vocational competency development training by applying the backward stage selection (condition) method of logistic regression analysis, the case of respect for minorities in the 7-point Likert scale The closer to 7 was, the higher the probability of being classified as having never participated, and the other factors except minority respect, Likert scale closer to 7 indicates higher probability of bening classified as having never participated, except for the minority respect factor. Therefore, it was confirmed that lowering the scale of the factor of respect for minority, which is job satisfaction, and increasing the factors of individual characteristics such as annual salary and organizational commitment, training system for job satisfaction, and quality assurance have effects on improving participation rates in vocational competency development training.

보험원리인가 사회적 권리인가? : 우리나라 계좌제 훈련의 발전과정을 중심으로 (Principle of Insurance or a Social Right? : Centering on the Development of Individual Learning Accounts in Korea)

  • "직업훈련 수강을 하나의 사회적 권리로 인정할 수 있는가? 그리고 개인이 수강하는 직업훈련에 소용되는 재원은 누가 부담하는 것이 타당한가?" 본고는 우리나라의 계좌제훈련을 중심으로 두 가지 이슈를 검토한 후 바람직한 계좌제훈련의 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 국내법에서 직업훈련을 권리로 인정한 명시적인 조문은 없지만 취약계층 등에 대한 국가의 훈련 제공 의무가 부정되는 것은 아니다. 그리고 우리나라의 직업훈련은 고용보험의 직업능력개발사업에 크고 의존하고 있으나, 동 사업은 과거의 훈련의무제를 계수한 사업으로서 고용보험에 가입하지 않은 많은 비정규직 등으로 인해 보험원리가 작동되기 어렵다. 향후 정책 방향은 현재 일반회계와 훈련생 자비부담 비율이 30% 미만이므로 이를 높여 나가는 것이 바람직하며 중장기적으로 계좌제 훈련의 발급 대상은 전국민으로 확대해 나가야 한다. 그리고 이미 제도적으로 마련되어 있는 유급교육훈련휴가, 근로시간단축청구 제도의 활용이 촉진될 수 있도록 노사의 공동노력이 필요하다.

Higher Education, Productivity Revelation and Performance-pay Jobs

  • This paper examines the differences between the subsequent careers of high school and college graduate workers based on a direct role of college graduation with regard to the revelation of workers' individual abilities. Using NLSY79, we document a positive relationship between off-the-job training/performance-pay jobs and ability for high school graduates at the early stages of their careers. However, this relationship is less prominent for college graduates. Moreover, we show that high ability is associated with more jobs, which reflects higher job mobility, only for high school graduates. We argue that these patterns are the result of productivity-revealing behavior of high school graduates, whose individual abilities, unlike college graduates, is not observed precisely at the beginning of their careers.

지역 노동시장 인적자원의 직업생활 실태분석 -부산지역 대졸 및 직업훈련기관 출신자를 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Vocational Life of Human Resources in Busan)

  • The study aims at analyzing practices of vocational life of human resources in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of university(14), college(12) and public & private vocational training institute(10) in Busan areas for empirical analysis. Analyzing items are consist of two parts. The one is employment life and job-seeking activity, the other is career development and future plan in career. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, employees have had a 2-3 times job transfer experiences. Second, difficulties of job-seeking activity are lack of information and experience. Third, the best wanted region for job transfer is Seoul etc.

  • The importance of Job Experience Training (JET) is increasing more and more recently to supply the specialized man powers to the industry. In this paper, the recent situation of JET in junior college was analyzed and the strategy for raising the efficiency of JET was presented according to the province and department. And some suggestions for student, college, industry and government are also presented to make more efficient JET.

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 중소기업의 현장에서 각종 프로그램을 교육하고 있는 현장교육생들을 대상으로 현장교육이 업무생산에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 실증적으로 밝혀 보는데 있다. 연구결과 교육훈련의 하위영역인 교육 경험, 교육 동기, 교육 만족도, 인구학적 특성과 교육훈련의 성과, 그리고 생산성 향상의 하위 영역인 업무 생산성, 산업 복지, 조직관리, 교육 기간 등과 밀접한 상관관계가 있으므로 교육훈련의 하위 변인들을 적절히 조절함으로써 업무의 교육 경험을 극대화 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 향후 실업자(청년 실업자 포함) 재취업 현장교육이 빛을 발하고 보다 질 높은 좋은 프로그램을 개발하여 만족스러운 교육이 되도록 하는 정책적 함의 및 시사점을 제공하였다.
